Takes you to a long document from 2012, boringly titled, "INTERMENT AND RESETTLEMENT OPERATIONS," which lays out the military plans for several categories of people who could well include any of us, as we know all of us are insurgents from the view point of the government. It is very detailed, though couched in bureaucratic blandishment.
This is a scary read, as you dig in.
