1. In the decades since they destroyed the life and work of the great
bioresonance healer, Dr. Royal Rife -- including ransacking his
laboratory and confiscating his research notebooks --
-- the so-called public
health agencies of the US corporate government have been secretly
involved in the creation of bioweaponized virulent cancer viruses and
methods to deploy them -- including bioweaponized vaccinations and
electromagnetic resonance technologies -- since at least the early 1960s.
2. The US "Public Health" Service in 1963 allowed the basement
of an outbuilding of its hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana to be used in
a top-secret project using a nuclear particle accelerator to bioweaponize
virulent cancer viruses able to kill targeted individuals via vaccination
within one month. Those working on this project were told that its
goal was "to assassinate Fidel Castro"; it was headed by
the former president of the American Cancer Society, Dr. Alton Ochsner,
and coordinated by eminent pediatric medical researcher Dr. Mary Sherman,
who was later found in her home brutally murdered.
The project member who finally turned whistleblower in
recent years, Judyth Vary Baker, quit when she discovered that a fairly
large number of minority convicts were being used as essentially doomed
research subjects without their informed consent, and that President John
F. Kennedy might have been one of the intended targets. This
project was being conducted in the months leading up to November 1963,
when JFK's assassination by gunfire in Dallas, Texas did occur, and a
number of witnesses connected with the JFK assassination, including
alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald's assassin, Jack Ruby, died
mysteriously of a virulent variety of cancer that killed them within one
month. So far as known, it has never been determined how long
unusually vigorous individuals such as Hugo Chavez would survive under
such a subtle but often ultimately lethal physical assault.
The above evidence implicates US
"public health" agencies in, not only assassinations of
government officials and private citizens, but in crimes against
humanity: not only have they engineered bioweaponized epidemics
throughout the world, but they have systematically suppressed all truly
effective treatments against the bioweapons they themselves have
engineered.

Abstract
A treatment of cancer by the application of external electromagnetic
energy at a resonant frequency capable of the generation of heat
intracellularly to induce selective thermal death of cancer cells (or
healthy/immune system cells -- REC) is described. This
process also allows for the detection of cancer cells by the use of
differential resonant frequencies including nuclear magnetic resonance
and electron spin resonance techniques. This process permits the selective
treatment of cancer cells by the compartmentalized alteration of
biophysical properties in the cancer cells and the detection of cancer
cells by determination of their biophysical properties. The process
comprises an ability to determine the respective resonant frequencies of
cancer cells and normal cells at a cellular level.
An external alternating electromagnetic field is then applied at the
resonant frequency of the cancer cells which differs from the resonant
frequency of the normal cells. The cancer cells absorb significant energy
at this resonant frequency whereas the normal cells absorb minimal energy
at this frequency. (This could easily be reengineered and
reversed. -- REC) Generating the heat
intracellularly instead of extracellularly results in the cell's
membrane, which is an effective thermal barrier, enhancing the process by
keeping the heat within the cell instead of outside of the cell. This
process is enhanced by the nuclear differences between cancer cells and
normal cells and by the energy changes characteristic of structural and
conformational changes in the deoxyribonucleic acid and the histones of
the nucleus including their interrelationship. This process
promises great efficacy in the diagnosis and the treatment of neoplastic
and also perhaps of artherosclerotic diseases.
