US CITIZENS DEFINED AS PROPERTY OF THE GOVERNMENT
This UCC document appeared on one of the Skype chats yesterday, it seemed familar to one mentioned to me by a very connected financial person. The UCC filing statement from 2011raised 14.3 Trillion in money under the Obama Administration by using the the people of the United States as “property improvement” capital on the land for purposes of collateral. Essentially they sold you for 14.3 Trillion dollars in borrowed funds. This is quite separate from the birth certificate bonds.
I contacted the financial person and they provided me with President Clinton’s 1997 Presidential Order, publicly defining the people of the United States as “Property Improvements” on the land of the United States. You can’t file a UCC on property, but you can file on property improvements.
This defining people as property has been going on since the 1930s but was only declared publicly in 1997 by President Clinton.

The UCC-1 filing that you posted is related to this matter however, The executive order specifically mentioning publicly that we are Human Capital was Executive Order No. 13037 March 4, 1997 (specifically section 2 subsection ( b ) ). Prior to this the registrations of birth was secretly used in order to create a ‘Bond’ or debt on each individual. This has been taking place since 1933 in private.

First if people want to keep claiming to be a US Citizen, this goes with the territory.
Second, everything created on this planet is of the planet. So consider Earth one big plot of 'real estate'.
Upon this real estate is plants, trees, animals, insects, and elements.
We are of that real estate. Our parents are of it, and at from the plants, trees, and animals and breathe the air element, drink and swim and cleanse with the water element, and feel the wind element was warmed by the fire and seeks shelter from the earth. All connected.
So a woman with an unborn has co-created a life using those same elements. The unborn child is being fed through the mother from what she consumes and absorbs from all of Earth's resources.
When the child is born, it is of the Real Estate from which it came, still attached to it's soil in some way shape form or fashion although mobile on that soil.
The people of old knew these basics and established governments and determined their wealth from what is co-created on the portions of soil they claim by giving it some name.
Just so happens as that piece of land has a name, you were given one on paper within their system, and it is claimed as part of the land on which it was co-created upon.
If your parents could not read or write, to communicate with you, they'd call you 'something'. The living is 'called', and things are named and those names are placed on paper.
Bible scholars will recall or go and study again that each live born as written in that book is mentioned as being 'called' something.
When you choose to be called something, it limits the scope of 'who you really are', but it is a choice you make to do so.
Some people need to be called a US Citizen to belong or feel like they belong and so they can use what they are associated with to look at anyone not associated with them as 'less'.
There was a lot I didn't know when I judged someone as less, or illegal or alien. Now that I have learned more, I find I am of the very people I looked at as less. I am outside the association that I grew up in, by right of self-determination and now I know why we didn't like 'them'. They got away with everything because they were 'freer' than we were by association. They were more true to self than we were and so they experienced more control free living than we do.
Citizen agree to be controlled by association with a govern (meaning control - seriously, look up the etymology of the words used)

4:28 YOU ARE SCARY!! GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR BUTT AND DO SOME RESEARCH. A whole lot of people are waking up to the reality that a US CITIZEN IS one who works for the de facto(might want to look up that one) or lives in one of the DC territories. Guam, Puerto Rico, Samoan Islands District of Columbia.... It is these people who are suppose to pay taxes. Most people are non-resident aliens. This de facto is a FOR PROFIT CORPORATION. But if you want their benefits, by all means, carry on. But for the sake of your family, do some research. It is your documents, ie birth certificate, SSN, drivers license that are doing business with this BEAST.

Everything starts with 'real estate' and within it you'll find birth certificates, deeds of trusts, UCCs and more.
You can't crack a code until you comprehend the foundation from which it was built.
I don't have to defend what I wrote. In time, you'll know or you'll choose to continue to not know.
Isn't it nice to know the government loves you and you're owned?
Well, yeah, I see no evidence that I hold absolute title to anything. Including real property such as land or a motor conveyance. And I believe no such evidence exists. The entire system appears to be a usufruct. We are merely the users of somebody else's property and cannot claim to own anything. Even our vessels (bodies) are merely 'borrowed' pieces of earth. Borrowed for the short lifetime of the vessel.
And the money is actually somebody else's obligation with somebody else's name on it. So can I claim it as "my money" or "my land" or "my body" or "My legal persona" which was not created by me at the time of my birth. Nor was it formally conveyed to me at the time of my maturity and legal competence. So can I claim the legal name, US citizen, belongs to me? Or do I merely hold equitable title, right to posses, evidenced by a mere CERTIFICATE? Do I have any ground to complain if property, legal persona-citizen, which does not belong to me, is leveraged or sold?
But, with regards to my claim, can I claim for my lifetime of energy for the maintenance, and improvements, to these properties including the land, building, conveyances, biological vessel (body) and, yes, the non-living entity, not created by me, known as a 'legal persona', citizen, or PERSON? Who's ENERGY gave VALUE to these THINGS?
Think about it. Should somebody remove or, otherwise, impair the BENEFIT, then I shall have a claim and, BTW, I believe my time spent, for such maintenance of such properties, is worth at LEAST that of a well paid attorney. Lets say around $500/hr X 425,300+ hours (since birth), for maintenance and improvements, = $212,650,000.00.
But, until such time somebody actually does remove, or impair, the benefit, do I have any claim other than the continuation of the benefit for mere survival including right to occupy, and travel across, the land as I maintain their property, the mobile, biological vessel, piece of dirt?
It really does go with the territory and depends on your state of mind as to whether, or not, you believe you have been sold or, somehow, attached to the beast, so to speak.
Does somebody own your mind or merely that piece of dirt you borrowed for a short period of a few decades?
And if you don't like the citizenship relationship then stop BEING that THING! :)
