finality. We will see this as to the rate that is yet to be seen.
So I won't give a date or even a hint but we should see the outcome of the meeting now.

What the Countries are trying to do right now is terminate the Dollar as the reserve currency of the world (The kind of money you need in order to purchase oil) Once that happens, then the currencies will be reset globally. Having the Dinar reset in value right now will be catastrophic for those holding Dinars, it will leave them with a bunch of worthless paper. I have told you the Dinar will not RV in 2013 as of Dec 12 I stand correct. The Gurus have giving you a thousand different dates and scenarios none of which have been truthful, nobody is exchanging, nobody is getting paid, the Dinar RV is not high in the list of things that need to be accomplished, many things need to happen before that.
