So let me get this straight - The exact same "Central Bank" model in Iraq is going to be different than the one that ran Wall Street. Run by the same elites, this time they will get it right. Aren't these the same folks that ran our banks? And those same folks, through the banks, ran the Congress. And isn't it the same Government that can't make Social Security, Obongo-care, welfare, work? And the list goes. Heck, the Government run IRS took over a Whore House & Liquor Bar in Nevada and lost money...unbelievable. They probably have a hard time pouring water from a boot with the directions on the sole.

Go ahead "invest away"
Good Luck....Dough-heads
