This is going to be a very auspicious week.  April 15th is the Blood moon and Lunar Eclipse and Saint

Germain said very adamantly last Sunday that if the RV was not released by the 15th the Galactics would be making the announcements on every cell phone, radio and TV station.  ZAP also says April 15th is our day!!  Read the below excerpts!!  Please pass this onto your dinarian/dongians but leave off my email!!  

Here is the excerpt from the radio show on April 6th:

St Germain:  Now, let me talk about what is to come.  You have all waited, perhaps beyond the times you expected to wait, waited for theblessings we call the revaluation of currencies.  Yes, it will still come, but it has been decided that if the dark forces that are still rippling on the planet can delay this… that does happen, it has happened.  It doesn’t mean that the project we have spend centuries creating will be blocked. It’s only a matter of readjusting.  We have decided that should the RV be held up yet again, well, you have been told it will not be permitted. Let us tell you how we will affect that.  If it does not occur by the 15^th of April, we will intervene and you will receive the announcements.  We insist that you will receive your blessings, and if necessary, we will make the announcements.  When we do, those announcements will carry the information that your Galactic brothers and sisters are here, above you.  We will say this carefully so that this will not create panic.  The announcements will carry much information about the state of the world and the darkness on the earth.  It will be a combined history lesson and plan of action.

We do not wish to create chaos or for the financial markets to collapse.  That is why we have moved carefully and taken time.  We have appealed to you to understand and accept.  This isn’t arbitrary;  we are working with seven billion people and every one is important to us. Every soul must have the opportunity to ascend, and creating confusion will not help with raising the vibration of the planet.  We want to help every person, and providing personal financial help will not achieve that.  We have always had in mind the wellbeing of every being on the planet, and also mother earth herself. 

Now, April 15 will be a turning point. You are making it happen now. IN between now and then will be up to you.  If you can raise your vibration to the point of overcoming the darkness such that the floodgates will open so that those monkeying with the process are willing to step aside and let it flow, you will have your blessings.  If not, it will simply take nine days instead of two.  Should you open the floodgates, you will have your blessings before the 15^th, and that would be a triumph and a pleasure for all of us.  The celebration will raise the rooftops!  Nevertheless, the 15^th will be the announcements.  We are giving you this date because you have chosen it yourselves, it is timely, and it is the full Moon of New Beginnings… and the date of a full lunar eclipse. What an auspicious time:  the changing of the seasons and of everything.

The announcements will go out on every cell phone, television and radio station.  Every one will trumpet the arrival of the new Golden Age. We are protecting all those who are working closely with us are under our protection, such as President Obama.  Their safety has been assured, even with these shifts.

Now, April 15^th, if not sooner, will also be the first day of the first wave of Ascension.  Those who are ready and wish to join us, may ascend:  together, separately, however you wish. The portals are ready to welcome you.  Some have been at the starting gates for years, but remained to do your work and help others.  We thank you for that service. We will welcome you with open arms and a glorious celebration.  You may choose to stay and do a little work to help your families;  it is up to you.  This is not a race;  all will ascend eventually. 

For those in the first wave, you will go to higher dimensions to be restored in our healing chambers. You will look back on your lives in Technicolor, and see how your lives have interwoven with the  lives of others, with your good work rippling across the world.  You will be astonished when you see what you have done.  In the process of your time with us, which is not time as on the earth plane, you can spend as much time as you need with us and return in an second. You can return at any point on the timeline.  Some will return to their home planets and their own families, carrying with them the experience of this historic event.

There will be a mentor for every single person on planet earth.  Those who speak to you now will return, in the embrace of our twin flames.  We will come together to walk among you, celebrate and help others, showing them what a glorious day this is, this Ascension of planet earth.  I, my twin flame and I, Sananda and Lady Nada, the masters you have come to know, we promise that we will return and stay until the last person agrees to make their Ascension.  You will not be left behind.  There will be no punishment, no trial, no hurdles to leap over.  You will given lots of help, unending love, and wonderful lessons. In those lessons will be the understanding of all the lifetimes you have lived, all you have accomplished and you will celebrate those lifetimes with us.  You will see the creation of the universe and the history of our planet;  you will come to know those who have worked on your behalf, your Mother/Father God and your Prime Creator, the Beginning and the End. What a time!

And there is more.  The landings will occur a short time after the announcements.  I am being given permission to give you the dates.  The announcements will be made on April 15^th.  Ten days after, April 25^th, the ships will land.  If any government wishes to deny this, it doesn’t matter.  The word will be out, the people will be in the streets, the fields will be prepared, the ships will be welcomed, and there will be a celebration across the planet!  It is happening;  it has already begun. This is why we have told you that Kathryn and Anne will not be conducting any more radio shows.  There is the plan for another few messages, and you can ask some questions, they will be able to answer those questions.  We welcome you; we love you without end.

The RV Release date is now in a sealed envelope that only China and the IMF know the exact release date. This was done to eliminate the Illegal Currency Manipulation, ie FX Probes. The final tranches to fund the RV & GCR took place on Friday, and the United Nations has completed all items required for Iraq to become an Internationally Tradable Currency. 

Iraq has also submitted all paperwork required to become a full member of the World Trade Organization. EM's are now positioned to circumvent the IMF reforms and delays created by the United States if an agreement is not reached. 

Devaluation of the USD is imminent, and the Treasury Reserve Notes are now in place to be released thus eliminating the Fiat Federal Reserve Notes. The Bonds have all been converted to the new TRN system and infrastructure to circumvent global corruption and criminal activity.

It is being posted on the internet, that the reason we have not seen the RV or GCR, is because the USA refuses to sign off on the 2010 Code of Reforms. The IMF will need to 'work creatively around' the stalemate, and that they will need to come up with a solution this week, while their meetings are taking place, so that everything can be released.
