      How do you prevent disease? And if you get a deadly disease which can easily threaten your life, are there some hidden aces you can play to likely save your life instead of take ineffective medicines but all the medical field has to offer at the moment of epidemic crisis?

     

     First of all a quick foundation why you are vulnerable to diseases whereas God did not design us to have to be so weak against diseases trying to attack us.

     

     In the Hunza part of Pakistan live a very independent Muslim society separate from other Muslim societies. For many ages, they have lived without diseases and the average life span has been typically 120 years old, 130 years old, up to 145 years old, and maybe a top of 150 years old! In Georgia which used to be part of Russia some peasants lived up to 120 years old and a bit older in their rural or mountain areas. These people are showing us that if we live correctly by the rules of God's nature, then we can live a fair bit longer than in our seventies, but live in good health until the day we die! And the Bible teaches that good bread is a major key to good health! 

      In both of these areas where the people lived to such old ages and in such good health until they died, certain factors could be identified which contributed heavily to their longevity and good health. Also, they were basically immune to diseases due to their diet and life style of living. Proof that the life style controlled their health and longevity is when some people from Hunza went into the modern world and ate our food and lived our life styles, they soon acquired our Western diseases and ill health. When they would return to their native land of Hunza, soon they would lose their Western diseases and become perfectly healthy again! So they are telling us by example that we are supposed to be very healthy in life according to the plan of God in nature. However, we in our Western folly try to rebel against the wisdom of God and try to prove that man is smarter than God in human health by what we eat, how we live, and how we govern our society. There is a right way to achieving health! Having studied extensive natural health studies, I have come to the conclusion that if by diet we create or maintain a balanced metabolism in our body, then we will be immune to diseases regardless if we have an active immune system or not within our body. If by our natural diet and maybe some good exercise as well, we give our body the natural nutrients it needs while keeping toxins out of our body by the type food we eat or else our diet gives us what we need to keep flushing the toxins out of our body, then we will probably be immune to diseases as the toxins will not exist in our body the diseases need to live in and feed from in our body.   Let examples give study material to back up this position.

     In these rural areas where the people lived to such old ages, they were basically in very mountainous areas. The people of Hunza and like also in the mountainous areas for Georgia which was annexed to Russia back in 1801 A.D. would walk for maybe 5 miles a day over mountainous terrain and think nothing of it! The mountains forced them to exercise to cross them! Good daily exercise helps to keep the body younger and healthier in condition! It also helps remove toxins from the body! But that is not enough! That is only part of the story!

      In Hunza, this rural people ate mainly lamb for meat and not too heavy in their diet. They ate mainly fruits and vegetables, and natural grain breads. All their food was raised in very rich mountain soil loaded with all the nutrients needed to raise very healthy plants which in turn helps to raise very healthy humans in the chain of health where they work with nature instead of against nature like Western society. In Georgia, they also apparently ate yogurt which was a popular local food and good for your health! And in Hunza, strong religious values gave their family and society basic tranquility and lack of stress in daily life. Crime was virtually unknown with their strong local religious values. They did not tolerate stealing or lying in their society, any wrongs were quickly judged, and families were tightly bonded together!

     In America and Europe, we have ruined our bread and made it a skeleton food in nutrition by how we process (mill) it. Also, as farm soil stripped of much of its nutrients raises inferior food crops, so some versions of wheat are smaller than they were decades ago because there is less nutrition in the soil to grow them in now. The Catholic Digest, July, 1951 in its article "Our Broken Staff of Life" reported on tests with rats fed America's modern "enriched" white bread. Rats were used because they react healthwise to food pretty much the same as humans and susceptible to basically the same diseases as humans. The rats fed on "enriched" white bread became sickly and susceptible to every type diseases once this became their main diet.

     Back in the  'thirties, Dr. Clive M. McCay, professor of animal nutrition at Ithaca, New York at Cornell University, conducted tests where rodents were fed store-bought bread with butter as their exclusive diet. Their growth was soon stunted, they soon sickened and died. In the Congressional Record, June 13, 1957, Extension Of Remarks of the Hon. John Lesinski of Michigan in the House of Representatives, he cited the records showing how modern "enriched" white bread had failed healthwise to fulfill the purposes for which the "enrichment" program was originally set up. He also announced that a wonder health bread had emerged which restored the nutrition to bread earlier milled out from wheat flour and this would mean a world better nourished in the future by this super health bread made from this super wheat flour once this was used by mankind. We publicize this wonder health bread that was endorsed by the Vatican in that same era with words to the effect that this was potentially the greatest news for mankind since the coming of Christ since it could potentially solve the twin problems of starvation and malnutrition in the world! In university tests, this Vatican endorsed wonder health bread also created total immunity to disease in tested lab rats and predicted the same likely results for human health as well!

     We also mention that when Dr. Clive M. McCay restored basic nutrients to ordinary bread taken out by Western milling, this basic bread with restored natural nutrition to it then gave better health to the tested rats and apparently they could live even twice as long as rats fed on modern white bread and butter as tested by him separately! A strong hint for you if wise and want to live healthier and even maybe up to twice as long! Wash., D.C. has been savagely fighting to suppress the Vatican endorsed industrial food process how to correctly mill wheat for nutrition and flavor and great shelf life in their latest tactics to keep this good health food away from the American people, just found a way to block massive financing for this in America which had recently been committed large enough to start with a giant national and world industry in America based upon this Vatican endorsed industrial food process for wheat and other grains  invented by my father before World War II started! This money was to set up this giant industry in America which would make America the leading food supplier in the world and maybe produce more money for America than oil does for the oil cartel in the Middle East and elsewhere. Obama does not want this for America and using the NSA, etc. to try and spy on how we are arranging to reset up this Vatican endorsed industrial food process so operatives of his can block America and the American people from getting this super health food medical labs across the world predict the soon end of the human race on earth if this food product is not added to the American and world food diet in time to prevent the coming biological collapse and end of the human race on earth.

This gives to the American people the legal right of calling national referendums to set up the laws and policies the American people want when Wash., D.C. is trying its hardest to avoid and ignore the will of the American people for what laws and policies are to  be passed for America. This forces the government to become the servant of the American people whereas now Wash., D.C. considers itself the master of the American people viewed as servants, serfs, slaves, and peons of the Washington master rulers over the people who it holds in such utter legal contempt at this time. When the government has to be the servant of the American people instead of their attempted master over the American people considered to have no legal rights before this would-be federal tyranny, then we will have serious freedom in America, true booming prosperity, and everything else that makes it worthwhile to live in America as sovereign citizens, not ruled over as the slave population of the federal oligarchy meaning rule of the few over the many!

     Two substances that have tremendous killing power towards bad germs wanting to invade your body and potentially kill you are oil of cloves (used as last option if nothing else will save your life from ebola, anthrax, and other deadly germs in the biological warfare arsenal of Wash., D.C. and also in some foreign sources as well) or tinctured  propolis which university tests could find no disease which could survive in its presence. Eugenol which is the main part of oil of cloves is extremely powerful in killing deadly germs of deadly diseases. However, this is too strong and should not be taken regularly according to tests. For fighting toothaches it can be bought in many drugstores or else directly over the internet.      It  will kill deadly germs on things in your kitchen or elsewhere in your house. Read internet warnings as to bad results if the wrong people tried to use it and repeatedly. It could damage your kidneys or other spots maybe in your body due to toxicity in large amounts. But also it has saved lives  and is reported to have cured even the "C" word. If we did not live in a federal police state instead of a nation where the U.S. Bill of Rights is the respected national law of America, then I might say something like "C" stands for Cancer or whatever. A good friend of mine who is heavy in health research had his mother dying of extreme flu and the medical field was looking for her to die any moment. He had his mother take two drops of oil of cloves in a glass of fruit juice or water once a day for three days. The first day her main flu was over. Two more days of two drops a day diluted by a glass of water or other fluid and she was restored to the end of flu in her. Oil of cloves was used as part of a  formula  to fight bubonic plague ("The Black Death") and the formula of four oils  used  by a gang of thieves while Europe was mass dying of bubonic plague freely robbed houses where the people were dying and they never got sick from bubonic plague. This became a famous formula later on and can be found in search engines today. With oil of cloves, it is very dumb to think that more is better to take!  You don't experiment with this. If needed, use one time in your life and maybe max up to three days. Anything more, leave that up to professional researchers who know what they are doing. And since we have federal censorship over reporting on certain health truths, etc. in America, we have the legal disclaimer do not use this without first being advised by your doctor whether to use this or not. Since there are federal elements planning biological warfare against the American people in order to crush the American people and make Obama the intended permanent military dictator over America according to military sources who oppose him and so released the plans of Obama to the public, this is the only reason I have released this information at all. If you, your husband, wife, children, friends, etc. are definitely  going to die otherwise, then maybe you are justified then to see if this can save you or others from Ebola or other savage deadly diseases that your enemies might release on you to kill off much of the American people. The kill rate for Ebola, for example, is between 80% to 90% of those getting this disease will die from it. If you do use it as a last resort, don't use it again. Just once to maybe save your life from certain death otherwise, and then never use this again! It is too strong to use again and again. And so strong, those who have used it only used one or two drops and did not use this later again for anything! This is information only, not medical advice.       Now propolis is derived from various trees resins by honeybees. The bees turn this into their defense against infections of their beehives or themselves.       I used a light coating of tinctured propolis over a small tumor on my left arm. I think this was around 1987, I put a small bandage over this as it is messy if once it gets out. Each day I put on a small coating with a flat headed toothpick and then bandaged it which also removed this messy stuff like roofing tar when I removed the bandage the next morning. At the end of four days, the tumor was gone and left no scar having healed the tumor side in a natural miracle which amazed me. Later, I got rid of a large tumor on my face the same way. To my surprise, again at the end of four days the tumor was gone and left no scar. I had advanced colon cancer for over one year and knew that I was scheduled to die. I too about six to eight drops twice a day put in the center of fig newton bar cut open so I could put these drops on top of the cookie filling to cover the taste of this. At the end of seven days, I passed out the cancerous part of my body and was perfectly normal after that. This occurred around 1987. My logic said that it knocked out the infection that created this cancer in various forms and also has a great healing factor to it so the remaining skin is healed like lightning. The Bible rates honey as the gift of God for the good of mankind. The bees that create this gathered propolis also make this honey loaded with health ingredients in it and most infections I understand can also be knocked out with honey. However, it should not be pasteurized honey as that knocks out much of what is good in it. Local honey of good quality seems to work great as a health food when used by me. Honey does not spoil because germs basically cannot live in it!
