In mid-June, a battle raged for the port city of Mariupol, Ukraine. A new militia force launched an offensive against about 250 Russian militiamen loyal to the Donetsk People’s Republic, which had seized the city from the Ukrainian government. The battle focused on a police station held by the separatists in which both armed militants and unarmed civilians had gathered to demand reunion with Russia. The conflict ended cruelly, as the station was burned to the ground with scores of women and children inside. Those fleeing the inferno were machine-gunned.

The massacre was the work of the Dnipro Battalion, a new force of mostly foreign mercenaries drawn from Zionist-backed terrorists around the world and financed by Ihor Valeriyovych Kolomoyskyi, a Jewish billionaire and banker.

The Ukrainian government had appointed Kolomoyskyi as governor of Dnipropetrovs’k, the same territory claimed by the Russian militias. According to statements made by Kolomoyskyi to The Wall Street Journal, Kolomoyskyi is spending $10 million a month to equip 2,000 men with heavy weapons.

Kolomoyskyi claims his troops are coming from Romania and Georgia, and that he has a waiting list of 20,000 men ready to fill the places of casualties.

But critics note that Kolomoyskyi’s “Romanian and Georgian” soldiers are really Mossad-trained agents. Joining the Mossad forces is an extension of the Ukrainian National Assembly-Ukrainian People’s Self Defense Organization (UNA-UNSO), a mercenary organization maintained by the Central Intelligence Agency and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in Eastern Europe, which fired on demonstrators in Ukraine during protests in March, killing 86 and fueling the violence that brought Kolomoyskyi to power.

Kolomoyskyi is a bloody butcher in the tradition of Ukraine’s Soviet commissars and has raised money from pro-Israel groups to finance the assassination of Ukrainian officials that support Russia.

The role of Kolomoyskyi and his Zionist advisors in Eastern Ukraine parallels the role of Jews in the takeover of the country. While claiming to represent Ukrainian nationalism, Zionists have seized Ukraine, both as a part of a larger geopolitical conflict with Russia and to bring it into the slavery of the international banking system. The European Union and the United States have imposed a former World Bank official as Ukrainian prime minister and have moved to offer “loans,” to be paid for through financial restructuring and the orientation of the Ukrainian economy toward payments on perpetual debt.

“The only thing that can deter terrorists, like those who kidnapped the children and killed them, is the knowledge that their sister or their mother will be raped.” This assertion was made by Middle East scholar Dr. Mordechai Kedar of Bar-Ilan University about three weeks ago on an Israel Radio program. “It sounds very bad, but that’s the Middle East,” added Kedar, of Bar-Ilan’s Department of Arabic.

The program “Hakol Diburim” (“It’s All Talk”) was broadcast on July 1, immediately after the discovery of the bodies of Gilad Shaar, Naftali Fraenkel and Eyal Yifrah, who were kidnapped and murdered in the West Bank. It dealt, among other things, with the question of how Hamas can be deterred.

“You have to understand the culture in which we live,” said Kedar. “The only thing that deters [Hamas leaders] is a threat to the connection between their heads and their shoulders.” When presenter Yossi Hadar asked if that “could filter down” the organization’s ranks, Kedar replied: “No, because lower down the considerations are entirely different. Terrorists like those who kidnapped the children and killed them — the only thing that deters them is if they know that their sister or their mother will be raped in the event that they are caught. What can you do, that’s the culture in which we live.”

When Hadar said, “We can’t take such steps, of course,” Kedar CONTINUED: “I’m not talking about what we should or shouldn’t do. I’m talking about the facts. The only thing that deters a suicide bomber is the knowledge that if he pulls the trigger or blows himself up, his sister will be raped. That’s all. That’s the only thing that will bring him back home, in order to preserve his sister’s honor.”

Kedar is also a research fellow at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies at Bar-Ilan, and in the past also served as chairman of the Israel Academia Monitor organization, which is involved in “exposing extremist Israeli academics who exploit academic freedom in order to take steps to deny Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state.” The organization is engaged in a battle against professors identified with the left.

In the wake of the publication of his words, feminist activists today sent a letter to Bar-Ilan University president Rabbi Prof. Daniel Hershkowitz, in which they decried Kedar’s “words of incitement that grant legitimacy to Israel Defense Forces soldiers and Israeli civilians to commit rape, and endanger both Israeli and Palestinian women. Kedar’s words echo expressions that treat rape as a remedial practice, although it is a war crime.”

Kedar chose not to be interviewed. A joint response with spokeswomen from Bar Ilan stated that he “did not call and is not calling to fight terror except by legal and moral means.” It also said Kedar “wanted to illustrate that there is no means of deterring suicide bombers, and using hyperbole, he gave the rape of women as an example. In order to remove all doubt: Dr. Kedar’s words do not, God forbid, contain a recommendation to commit such despicable acts. The intention was to describe the culture of death of the terror organizations. Dr. Kedar was describing the bitter reality of the Middle East and the inability of a modern and liberal law-abiding country to fight against the terror of suicide bombers.”

On Wednesday, Gaza’s health ministry, which keeps casualty figures, said 209 Palestinians had been killed and 1,560 were injured as the fighting continued for a ninth day. At least 39 children and 24 women were among the dead, officials said. In actuality, 80% of the killed and injured are civilians. Remember, there is no Israeli Iron Dome to protect Palestinian civilians and children ~ this is not war, it’s genocide.

This is a photograph of the anguished wail of a grieving father of one of the four young boyswho was killed by an Israeli strike in Gaza on Wednesday. The boys, all cousins and under the age of 12, had been playing soccer on the beach when the Israeli attack occurred. The man’s picture, by photographer Hosam Salem, was taken during the boys’ funeral.

The open sore of  man’s brutal inhumanity to man continues unabated in Gaza despite the cries of many of the world’s humanitarian leaders to end this Zionist and American sanctioned slaughter of occupied and oppressed civilians and their rightful defenders. This ongoing atrocity is paying a psychic toll on the world’s conscience and can no longer go on unabated without severe consequences.
