De Facto Grand Jury Is NOT Constitutional On Gov. Perry!

Sheriffs and Larry Klayman,

This needs to spread; the Removal of Gov. Perry is Important to the Obama Regime to keep those Refugees coming to America for the Democratic Vote in November and in 2016.
By the Way it was a De Facto Grand Jury appointed by a Cabal Administrator (Judge) that Indicted Gov. Perry, which HAS NO Authority by the U.S. Constitution.
So it is in the best interest of the National Liberty Alliance to get their own De Jure Grand Jury to take actions and have the De Facto Grand Jury Indicted per the U.S. Constitution!
Who was that Administrator (Judge) that appointed the De Facto Grand Jury?
Has the Order come down even from Pope Francis as the Vatican is in charge of THE UNITED STATES, INC. through the UNITED NATIONS?

(CNN) -- A grand jury has indicted Texas Gov. Rick Perry, a potential 2016 presidential candidate, saying he abused his power by trying to pressure a district attorney to resign.

The two felony counts against Perry, a Republican, stem from his threat to veto funding for a statewide public integrity unit run by Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg unless she stepped down, the special prosecutor in the case, Michael McCrum, said.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry indicted for alleged abuse of power in veto dispute
Published August 16, 2014 FoxNews.com

Texas Gov. Rick Perry was indicted Friday for allegedly abusing his veto power during a dispute with a public corruption prosecutor over her drunken driving arrest -- in a case that could mar the potential 2016 presidential candidate’s political prospects.

Perry, who ran unsuccessfully for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, is the first Texas governor to be indicted in nearly a century.

The indictment came down late Friday, after a special prosecutor spent months calling witnesses and presenting evidence that Perry broke the law when he threatened to veto $7.5 million over two years for the public integrity unit, which is run by Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg's office.

Ignorant fools, Perry is a crook; deserves every bit of time he may potentially get. Good riddance!

So, are they going to do the right thing and indict him for a pile of other crimes with the common law grand jury?
