carden > August 18, 2014 at 11:11pm This is a "fluid situation". Yes. It is a situation which is also "slippery". It is a situation which is "now you see it now you don't!" I AM STILL CALLING IT TODAY/TONIGHT.
All day long it's been this way - minutes/hours away... now here we are and this day is moving into TUESDAY. Wow! After all this you'd think I would get that RED SANTA SUIT and CHRISTMAS!
It's not easy to stand here and call this now. It's no simple feat. I've never done this before on this blog - other than to say, I BELIEVE THIS WILL HAPPEN SOON! And that was a fact!
We should have had RV in JAN, IN APR, IN JUN/JUL and now??? We must have it now. The line in CEMENT has been drawn and the party's that are/were/will be are all in alignment.
We had LIVE RATES YESTERDAY but it didn't last. We had LIVE RATES EARLIER, and they called it "testing" but that was not the case. IMO. YES, IMO, I'm still holding firm.

[WCW] SpecialAgentGibbs the good i heard was iraq was moving along fast to get all in ordwe and the next couple of weeks hummmm but i think that the budget is the main issue and could see it at any time imo
[SpecialAgentGibbs] WCW IMHO the global system was put on fast track and Iraq is now the last piece
[WCW] SpecialAgentGibbs if that s the case dont look for it till congress come s back in 2 weeks cause nothing has been done while they have been away

tmellraney : Hi Frank. Imo I Dnt think it's going to October. They said in a article that they start the negotiations for the 2015 budget in mid October. There was another article saying that they want to put the 2014 budget into affect way before they start negotiations for 2015 budget
