Dear All Receiving This
Email,
Please do
not discard this email without reading it. The information contained is
something you need to know and "claiming ignorance," of these abuses
and property thefts, to innocent homeowners, isn't a valid excuse any longer.
In
my experience and opinion, those who suffer some of the worst of the
HOA/COA/POA (collectively HOA) abuses and selective discrimination, along
with the ugliest treatment from some of their neighbors and HOA board
members, are the disabled, and especially if they have children.
Vulnerable HOA residents are to often subjected to targeting,
farming and/or combing, SLAPP lawsuits, unwarranted, antagonistic and
malicious harassment, terrorizing, bullying, property damage, etc. I
believe much of the research and the opinions of HOA, etc., experts in the
country will support this assertion.
The
abuses to disabled, or disadvantaged homeowners, are immoral, unethical
and illegal practices. But this is Pennsylvania - where intentional,
willful criminality, and violations of the laws are ignored, and homeowner's
rights, privacy, protections and fair play are not upheld, based upon the
fallacious claim that "everybody signed the contract, and therefore should
play by the same rules." Justice is a fallacy and means absolutely
nothing when it comes to these "abusive" HOA groups,
where irresponsible, self serving despotic bully boards and their
accomplices, have usurped power. There is no horrible tactic, or
criminality beneath them, and especially the abuse of the courts and legal
process to carry out these crimes.
Our
elected officials need to wake up and insist these crimes, and abuses that have
been allowed to endure far too long, are investigated and the perpetrators
prosecuted, as well as, ensure existing laws are enforced. Additionally,
their needs to be a legitimate law enforcement agency in the state designated,
that will intervene and investigate when these crimes and abuses are
suspected, or are being perpetrated.
Sincerely,
Please

"Bethlehem Township, Pa., condos illegal because they
effectively forbid residents who use wheelchairs, lawsuit says"
"What If I Told You?"
If you were told that this builder was allowed to intentionally ignore federal standards requiring wheelchair access to 100% of the new condos in this township, would you find that acceptable? Would you feel that a federal lawsuit might be justified?
Well, that’s what’s happening in a Bethlehem Township, where city inspectors intentionally ignored federal rules mandating wheelchair access on new condo developments. Developers have been allowed to run roughshod over laws that require protection for the handicapped. And yes, a lawsuit has been filed.
What’s going on in Pennsylvania, anyway?"

No one has to bully the courts, (dens of corruption) to commit any crimes. They do this all by themselves.
