Obama Institutes New Punishment for Oregon Militia

OBAMA INSTITUTES NEW PUNISHMENT FOR OREGON MILITIA .... TRIES TO DESTROY LIVES

The Oregon militia’s take over of a wildlife refuge had devastating consequences. However, if  Obama has anything to do with it, this saga will only end in more tragedy.

American Freedom Fighters, aka AFF patriots, set up post at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and attempted to keep a father and son, Dwight Lincoln Hammond Jr., 73, and his son, Steven Dwight Hammond, 46, from serving five-year prison sentences for setting a controlled burn on 'federal' land (??). (While the BLM set non-controlled burns on 'federal land', actually destroying ranchers property, barns, even burning alive their cattle.)

The duo were Oregon ranchers, were protected by the AFF patriots, but unfortunately the protest ended up with one American citizen being shot (shot multiple times in a COLD BLOOD AMBUSH) by the FBI (hired thug French mercenaries outfitted in 'FBI' gear) and several others arrested.

Now Obama is stepping in to institute a new punishment for the AFF fighters.

Bundy said feds' actions are violation of constitution. Founding fathers were ready to die, and so are they.

****************

The Oregon militia members could be facing decades in prison under Obama’s new set of criminal charges that included additional firearm offenses, theft of public property and damaging a Native American archaeological site.

This has already been put into action, as federal prosecutors in Portland have expanded their case against brothers Ammon and Ryan Bundy and more than a dozen other defendants who participated in the armed takeover of the refuge.

The stand-off began Jan. 2 and continued for 41 days in rural Oregon.

Last month, the final four occupiers surrendered to the FBI and officials quickly arrested and charged a total of 25 people for their roles in the 'anti-government demonstration on public lands controlled by the 'federal government. (This is ALL a blatant LIE; they have already claimed that the lands was 'federal land' - so which is it????  The 'government' cannot own land beyond certain restrictions set out in law.)

The new charges thrown at the defendants on Wednesday mean that some of them could face more than 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

While the American Freedom Fighters did participate in this stand-off and things got admittedly tense, Obama’s new charges are going completely overboard.

These are dangerous times for American citizens.

The tables need to be turned in the other direction - these should be DANGEROUS TIMES for a ROGUE CRIMINAL CABAL MARXIST MUSLIM 'GOVERNMENT'.

JUSTICE FOR THE PEOPLE MUST BE BROUGHT FORTH.

What evidence can the writer present to show the President personally intervened in these cases?

The Malheur occupation and Bundy ranch standoff participants have been charged under laws that have existed for years. The Hammonds were given the sentences required by a law sponsored by then Republican Senator Bob Dole. Remember Dole, he ran against Bill Clinton.

The answer to the first question is NONE!

Much like the squatter at 1600 didn't have anything to do with using the IRS and DoJ to target, harass and persecute groups that didn't agree with him. Just like the squatter at 1600 didn't have anything to do with illegal gun running to Mexican drug cartels. Just like the squatter at 1600 hasn't purged the military of over 700 flag officers who weren't willing to abide by illegal orders. Just like the squatter at 1600 hasn't disregarded judges orders to refrain from moving forward with his illegal immigration policies.

You might not agree with what the protesters in Burns did, but their actions were no different than those of Black Lives Matter in Ferguson and Baltimore. Oh wait there was a difference Black Lives Matter actually rioted and looted local business and assaulted law enforcement officers. The protesters in Burns are no different than the government employees of Wisconsin who seized governmental property in protest to the impact of changes to their union benefits. Wait those buildings were actually open for business and the protesters impeded the function of government.

Is there any evidence? Selective targeting and application of laws to attack specific groups while turning a blind eye to others, complete disregard for the laws of the nation, and out right criminal behavior all tend to impact a person's credibility. Is there any evidence? With a track record like the squatter at 1600 there is reasonable doubt based on proof from past results that that POS would misrepresent, circumvent, break or fabricate the law to attack anyone who opposed is criminal behavior.

How can you conclude the Bundy's have... "been given the sentences required by law"... when they have not even gone to trial yet? It appears you agree with the criminal rogue government's modus operandi which is that they just declare people guilty and hold them indefinitely without even any charges being made, much less any due process or fair trial by a jury of their peers.

Let's hope that who ever makes the next corporate president pardons every last one of these patriots.

I believe he was referring to the Hammonds who were tried, convicted, and sentenced to 6 months if I remember correctly, then their sentence was increased to 5 years each, which is what led to the occupation.

True, there is no evidence. Another possibility is that the DOJ was worried about not getting a conviction. A common practice among prosecutors is to charge a defendant with everything imaginable and hope it scares them into a plea agreement or at least hope one or two charges will stick at a jury trial.

It's time to blast Oregon with information on FIJA - fully informed jury association. Oregon - go online and get all kinds of information and blast the entire state with it. If you can, get billboards, ads on tv, radio and papers. Send it to radio and tv - try to get interviews. Walk neighborhoods and hang info on door knobs. As long as our brothers and sisters are being unlawfully 'tried' in unlawful 'courts,' then we must do all we can to educate the ignorate populace. Education is the only way we can begin to 'correct' the wrongs and educate others - even during jury deliberation - as to the duties and the rights of a jury in bringing forth TRUTH and JUSTICE for our fellow man, and not sucoumbing to the judges and prosecutors of these unlawful maritime 'courts.' This railroading and jury rigging is happening in ALL the states, and each state should be educating the populace just as should Oregon at this time. If all else fails, we the people have the God given right to decide and perform our own 'justice' against those who continually oppose the rights of the people. DO IT or become its willing VICTIM.

5:53 the article isn't written about Obama intervening in the Hammonds' case. It's written about Obama intervening as it pertains to the individuals who reacted to 1 subjecting the Hammonds to double jeopardy violating their fifth amendment rights when a judge gave them a sentence less than the mandatory minimum because in his judgement the penalty was excess for the "crime" commited and a higher court reversed that decision leading to the occupiers belief of subjecting the Hammonds to double jeopardy and 2 the federal government's over reach as it pertains to article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution as it pertains to lands the federal government is permitted to own; the Malheur Refuge doesn't fit the criteria.

In order for the Hammonds to be considered eco-terrorists, for the charge for which they were convicted of initially, you'd have to arrest every member of the EPA for even more egregious eco-terrorism incidents, like dumping 3 million gallons of toxic waste into the Colorado River. So even though Obama may not have personally intervened in the Hammonds' case the Judicial system still practiced targeted prosecution by not charging EPA agents while charging the Hammonds.

And unless you are 11:25 you couldn't possibly know what he or she was thinking when writing his or her comment. He or she asked a question that any intelligent person would say was regarding the subject of the article "Obama intervening in the case of protesters exercising their first and second amendment rights". 11:25 then went on to make a statement, albeit an incomplete statement, about the facts of the Hammond case. Followed by his or her answer to his or her question. And his or her answer to his or her question can be challenged because in seven years as failure in chief Obama's record shows that his integrity can and in fact should be questioned, and that Obama isn't above acting illegally to push his personal agendas.

And as for laws that have existed for years there is NO law that supersedes the constitution and Bill of Rights. In both cases the protesters were exercising their first and second amendment rights, which can not be abridged. People might want to compare Trump's speech to that of Hitler's, but Obama's actions of targeting and attacking citizens with opposing voices with all the tools at his disposal are right on par with those of fascist 1930's Germany.

This agenda started back in 1923 when ORS: 336.057 and 067 http://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/336.057
To this day, this law has not been implemented or enforced let alone mentioned. The Oregon Board of Education needs to be sued and criminally charged accordingly for starters, but we know that will never happen, so it all remains business as usual.
I say we all start investing in the rope manufacturing industry and make it pay off.

The real truth is that none of these color of laws pertain to the living flesh and blood man of the land and we are all locked up behind bars by our own unknown consent. The dumbing down of Amerkia has been a total success and we are now reaping what we have let happen through our ignorance and apathy all by design.
