Subject: 3-11-16 - Republicans Just Dropped A Major Bomb On Hillary- ‘We Are Now Going To Court…’

Sean Spicer, Chief Communications Strategist with the Republican National Committee, has just reported to Fox News that the RNC has filed a lawsuit in Federal court to obtain what he called, “any electronic communication” that pertained to Hillary Clinton while she served as the Secretary of State.
In an interview with Bill Hemmer, Spicer revealed the RNC is going to court with “two lawsuits” because the Freedom of Information Act request from 2015 was not followed. The first lawsuit is seeking any electronic information under FOIA between Clinton and her senior staff.  The other lawsuit seeks to obtain “any electronic communication” between specific senior officials at the State Department and extended staff members, as well as campaign connections.

Hemmer asked Spicer to explain the difference between what the FBI and others have sought to obtain and what the RNC hopes to achieve by filing the two lawsuits. Spicer answered “Well, we don’t know,” because, he said, ”that’s the problem.”

Spicer said the Obama administration is stalling in turning over the information, emails and electronic communications which Spicer says is ironic because the Obama administration is “supposedly the most transparent administration in history.” Spicer also said repeated attempts to get the information have failed, saying “We’ve been stalled and told nothing.”

The impending lawsuit comes just days after a Fox News reporter was able to corner Clinton and question her about her private email server.  Brett Baier asked Clinton, “At the time you and your staff deleted nearly 32,000 emails, about half of the total volume, were you aware that the server was going to be sought as evidence by federal authorities?”
For the moment Clinton appears to be standing by her story claiming innocence. Clinton responded to Baier saying, “Nothing I sent was marked classified or that I received was marked classified and specifically, with respect to your question, every government official, and this is a legal theory — not just a theory, it’s a legal rule gets to choose what is personal and what  is official. What we turned over were more than 30,000 emails that I assumed were already in the government system, Bret, because they were sent to state.gov addresses.”
The RNC appears to be taking the fight to the next level by filing suit against the State Department.  It is still unclear whether the FBI will seek to file charges against Clinton,  whether or not she will be allowed to finish the race for the president, and whether or not President Obama will simply put an end to the issue by pardoning Clinton.
Breaking News: The Republican National Committee has filed a lawsuit to obtain Hillary Clinton’s State Department records.
