The Obama administration’s assault on Apple is starting to get “CREEPY”

Obama’s In-Justice Department Continues WAR AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION

Attorney General Loretta Lynch has admitted at least twice in the last day or so that the Obama administration is currently involved in waging a war against the Constitution and the American people.

During testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, liberal anti-freedom Senator Sheldon Whitehouse........

My question to you is, other than civil forfeitures and matters attendant to a criminal case, are there other circumstances in which a civil matter under the authority of the Department of Justice has been referred to the FBI?”

Whitehouse wondered. Rather than rebuffing the statement and reminding Senator Whitehouse that every American has the right to freedom of thought and speech, Lynch seemed to confirm that the Obama D.O.J. did indeed hate the constitution.

“This matter has been discussed. We have received information about it and have referred it to the FBI to consider whether or not it meets the criteria for which we could take action on,” Lynch responded. “I’m not aware of a civil referral at this time.”
Oh, well that’s good. Lynch isn’t aware of any attempt to silence free speech through legal channels… at this time. But they’ve certainly talked about it, and that is more than a little troubling.

However, Lynch’s terrifying commentary didn’t stop with climate change and killing free speech. In fact, Lynch also freely admitted that the Obama In-Justice Department was also perverting the Constitution and our legislature in an effort to get their way.

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) used his time to question AG Lynch about the current FBI/DOJ assault on Apple and their attempt to force a private company to do work for the federal government. Lee pointed out that the Obama administration is attempting to use a 1789 law to force Apple into slavery, even though the law seems to explicitly say that the government cannot use it do so.

It seems that the Obama administration is finally succeeding at uniting us, as both liberals and conservatives seem to be in agreement that the Obama administration’s assault on Apple is starting to get “creepy.”
