Ron Gibson, Constitutional Law Expert, Explains Why The Federal Government Is a “Foreign Entity”
Constitutional Law expert, Ron Gibson joined Jim White and Tim Brown on NorthWest Liberty News to explain what the federal government is according to the U.S. Constitution.
He addresses whether or not America is really a country governed by the people and for the people. If so, what is the federal government and why does it exercise so much control over our lives? Some examples include unconstitutional federal gun laws, which violate the Second Amendment, the “law” requiring the purchase of health insurance, the numerous unelected bureaucrats working in administrative agencies pushing out regulations that do not represent anyone.
Ron Gibson is a former U.S. Marine and Vietnam veteran and now professional consultant and counselor at law with over 45 years of experience in the fields of land patents, mining law, right of way, contracts, water rights, and constitutional law. He is the Vice President of the Southwest Oregon Mining Association and is the Chairman of the Jefferson Mining District located in Southern Oregon. He’s also an entrepreneur, licensed pilot, rancher, and inventor of two environmental cleaning products.

Does Ron Gibson have any training in the law or is he a poseur spouting the usual nonsense?
In the Rodney Dale Class case in North Carolina, the Attorney General submitted a motion to dismiss based on the fact that NC was in fact a USC Title 20 foreign corporation and not we the people, therefore it had immunity in its own court from being prosecuted or sued under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act. This means, people, that if they are immune under section 1608 of USC Title 28 then we are immune under 28 USC section 1603 of the same Act. The Courts are run by the BAR and the U.S. Inc., both foreign entities. You can't have it both ways. Ron Gibson's assertion is accurate.
