"SOROS":  AN IN-DEPTH REPORT Why We Must Organize The Fight Is On Editor's Note: This Update has two parts. Today we address why it is imperative for each of us to awaken our families, friends and neighbors, in sufficient numbers, to their duty, as responsible Americans, to ORGANIZE for the purpose of holding ALL elected officials accountable to ALL provisions of our state and federal constitutions, and to do so NOW. Tomorrow we will reveal a practical pathway for us to ORGANIZE, using a new organizing tool.   SUMMARY: Why We Must Organize In defense of the Rule of Law in New York State, from the State Constitution on down, we established the Tri-County Taxpayers Association in 1979, and the All-County Taxpayers Association in 1992. For twenty years these organizations blazed a trail of government accountability by using the Right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances, the Right that is guaranteed by every State Constitution and by the last ten words of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, but a Right that had been so injured as to be confined and stored away since 1836, when it was "gagged" by Congress.  For more about TCTA and ACTA and their success in New York State, see http://www.givemeliberty.org/constitutionlobby/full-story.htm In 1997, to give our State and Federal Constitutions a stronger voice in federal affairs of state, we established We The People, a national organization. Within seven years, WTP had etched into the awareness of citizens in every state the concept of government accountability to the rest of the Constitution through First Amendment Petitions for Redress. See the "Archives" at www.WeThePeopleFoundation.org On June 15, 2011, to give our State and Federal Constitutions a stronger voice, we began advocating for the establishment of a non-political "Constitution Lobby" in every state. We recognized that non-violent civic action by a mass movement is necessary to prevail in attempts to hold government accountable to our Constitutions. Within six months, Constitution Lobbies were incorporated in New York, Connecticut, Kansas and Nebraska: WeThePeopleofNY.org, WeThePeopleofCT.org, WeThePeopleofKS.org,WeThePeopleofNE.org. On October 8, 2011, to give our State and Federal Constitutions a voice within the widespread Occupy movement of young people, we established a Constitution Working Group within Occupy Wall Street. Within three months a website was established at www.OccupyTheConstitution.org where there is now posted a Statement of Beliefs and seven First Amendment Petitions for Redress, each addressing a major issue in our Country, which when signed by 3% of the population of the United States (9 million), will be served on named official(s) in our state and federal governments. While all of these efforts since 1979 have been dedicated to defending our Federal and State Constitutionsas they currently exist, including their embedded provisions for amending them, there is now a counter-movement that has been quietly seeded in America advocating for a new Constitution and a new Bill of Rights. This "Replace The Constitution" movement has been instigated, strategized and funded by liberal, progressive forces, including George Soros. It seeks to disembowel our Founding documents and their essential, underlying Principles. It has sprouted ever far-reaching tentacles throughout the institutions of our society, inventing and molding "intellectual" mindsets and political paradigms from corporate/media newsrooms to Hollywood scriptwriters, from the hallowed halls of Yale University to the ubiquitous urchins at Occupy Wall Street. The Replace The Constitution movement appears determined to command the future of this Nation and her People, enabled by the American public's pathetic grasp of history, economics and the essential Principles of Law and Liberty protected by our Founding documents, coupled with the public's inability to discern the connection between the root causes and effects underlying the current national and international crisis. As we begin to examine the emerging roadmap this dangerous new movement is drawing for the future of America (and the planet) we see the fingerprints of an all-powerful, universally present George Soros. The balance of this article discusses our recent confrontation with the shadowed forces of this Replace The Constitution movement as we attempted to provide basic education to the assembled masses at Occupy Wall Street regarding the nature of Liberty and the vast powers of our Fundamental Rights, including the Right to Petition and the Right to Secure Redress protected by our Constitutions.  We are trying to do something very constructive. To our surprise, however, we find we are being blocked for fairly unsubstantial reasons, based on arbitrary personal opinions as opposed to reasoned argument based on facts. Despite our desire to move forward, we have been actively obstructed by disruptors within Occupy Wall Street's General Assembly ("GA"), who have persistently injected numerous interruptions and distractions to thwart our progress - all the while failing to confront the substance of our Right to Petition based solution and failing to explain how obedience to the Constitution would work counter to the principles of economic justice the "99%" so boisterously seek. We believe the Replace The Constitution movement will do what it can to prevent the "99%" from learning that they currently possess the power to manifest the social Justice, economic opportunity, global peace and personal Liberty they demand simply by embracing our existing Constitutions. The Clash and Developing Contest On December 17, 2011, at Liberty Square in New York City, our efforts to defend the Letter and Spirit of the current Constitution came face-to-face and clashed with the movement to Replace The Constitution and Bill of Rights. Fluoride linked to heart attacks ---- hardening of the arteries

For some of you who know me and some of the health challanges I have went through, and the extreme amount of research I do.... trust me on this one ... get your water district to get the floride c _ _ _  out of your H2O NOW!!!! you may save someones life. If someone you know has hardening of the arteries and or heart conditions get a whole house reverse osmosis water filter as this stuff is sucked into your skin.... I also highly recommend looking into getting chelation therapy done ASAP... this may save a life...

Groundbreaking new research has linked sodium fluoride to cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death worldwide. Researchers found that fluoride consumption directly stimulates the hardening of your arteries, a condition known as atherosclerosis that is highly correlated with the #1 killer. Sodium fluoride is currently added to the water supply of many cities worldwide, despite extreme opposition from health professionals and previous studies linking it to decreased IQ and infertility.
In their research, scientists examined the relationship between fluoride intake and the hardening (calcification) of the arteries. Studying more than 60 patients, the researchers found a significant correlation between fluoride consumption and the calcification of your arteries. Published in the January edition of the journal Nuclear Medicine Communications, the research highlights the fact that mass fluoride exposure may be to blame for the cardiovascular disease epidemic that takes more lives each year than cancer. In 2008, cardiovascular killed 17 million people.
According to the authors of the study:
“The coronary fluoride uptake value in patients with cardiovascular events was significantly higher than in patients without cardiovascular events.”
Amazingly, this is not the first report to come out on the dangers of water fluoridation, however the United States government along with other nations have allowed for the continued fluoridation of the public water supply despite these key findings. In fact, the U.S. government has even gone on record stating that a reduction in water fluoridation needs to occur following the results of a massive study that found water fluoridation affected cognitive function to the point of lowering the IQ of children. It turns out that the announcement was little more than a public relations stunt to curtail the massive wave of activism that followed the findings.

Government Admits Dangers Yet Continues to Pump Fluoride Into Your Water Supply

Over 24 other studies have unanimously concluded that fluoride negatively impacts cognitive function. In addition to these 24 studies focusing on cognition, over 100 animal studies have linked fluoride to an increase in male infertility, diabetes, and a whole host of other health problems. In the latest study on cognition, it was found that that 28% of the children who lived in an area where fluoride levels were low achieved the highest test scores. This means that the children exposed to less fluoride scored normal or advanced, while only 8% of fluoridated children did the same.
In fact, the safety precautions regarding sodium fluoride are quite telling themselves:
Risk and Safety Phrases.

• R25 – Toxic if swallowed.
• R32 – Contact with acid liberates very toxic gas.
• R36/38 – Irritating to skin and eyes.
• S1/2 – Keep locked up and out of reach of children.
• S22 – Do not breathe dust.
• S36 – Wear suitable protective clothing.
• S45 - In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show the label whenever possible.)

But what about cavity prevention?
Since 1962 the government has recommended fluoride levels between 0.7 and 1.2 milligrams per liter in the nations drinking water. Toted as an excellent cavity blocker, fluoride has been praised for its alleged power to prevent tooth decay and boost oral health. Research has now revealed that fluoride, the very substance that is supposed to prevent tooth decay, actually does nothing to prevent against cavities. In fact, vitamin D has been found to be significantly more effective in cavity prevention without the extreme side effects. Instead of damaging your body, vitamin D slashes your risk of just about everything fluoride consumption causes.
According to the latest numbers, over 72 percent of Americans drink water treated with fluoride. Is it any wonder that cardiovascular disease rates are off the charts? Perhaps most concerning is the fact that fluoride does not even prevent cavities, which is the very reason legislators have pushed to keep it in the public water supply despite the links to deadly disease. Even if fluoride was found to prevent cavities, would it be worth the adverse effects?
Fluoride should be completely removed from the international water supply as it is a threat to public health. Until the proper legislation is passed, acquiring a high-quality water filter that removes fluoride is vital for the health perseverance of you and your family.

Curtis & Leroy saw an ad in the Alleghany Daily in Sparta, NC and bought a mule for $100.
The farmer agreed to deliver the mule the next day.

The next morning the farmer drove up and said, "Sorry, fellows, I have some bad news, the mule died last night."
Curtis &Leroy replied, "Well, then just give us our money back."

The farmer said, "Can't do that. I went and spent it already."
They said, "OK then, just bring us the dead mule."
The farmer asked, "What in the world ya'll gonna do with a dead mule?"
Curtis said, "We gonna raffle him off."
The farmer said, "You can't raffle off a dead mule!"
Leroy said, "We shore can!  Heck, we don't hafta tell nobody he's dead!" 
A couple of weeks later, the farmer ran into Curtis &Leroy at the Piggly Wiggly grocery store and asked.
"What'd you fellers ever do with that dead mule?"
They said, "We raffled him off like we said we wuz gonna do.."
Leroy said, "Shucks, we sold 500 tickets fer two dollars apiece and made a profit of $898."
The farmer said, "My Lord, didn't anyone complain?" 

Curtis said, "Well, the feller who won got upset. So we gave him his two dollars back."
Curtis and Leroy now work for the government.

Some of the loud noise actually sounds like a big trumpet, a foghorn or a “roar“. Other describe the noise as industrial, mechanical, like an ongoing engine or a jet-engine. The noises appear to be omni-directional and seem to have no single traced source of origin or horizontal source. Is this noise phenomenon caused by mother earth herself, or is this noise phenomenon caused by something out in space? Nobody seem to know why we have these strange noises. The first thing that came to my mind was The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) and the Blue Beam Project. Could they possibly use the technologies developed in these projects, to create the noise and roar-sounds we hear in these videos? I know there is an atmospheric layer that is magnetic, the Ionosphere, and it should be possible to affect it with their 1 billion watt HAARP antennas in Alaska, pumping a focused beam of microwaves up in the ionosphere, and possibly move this layer forth and back, and use it as a membrane to create the scary noise. I am no expert into HAARP technology, but I do know how a loudspeaker works. It has a magnet suspended inside a coil and the membrane is attached to that magnet. The magnet receives electrical impulses via the coil and forces the membrane forth and back, and it creates a sound. So, if they could control a part of the ionosphere over a city, and keep it in suspension like the magnet suspended inside a coil, they should be able to send electrical impulses to it, move the ionosphere layer and create an unworldly sound or noise, also experienced as a roar? If this noise phenomenon is created by a government or a military, HAARP could potentially be a candidate. NASA have some orbiters out there with magnetometers, listening to radio signals from the planets. These electromagnetic signals, some will call it magnetic noise, has been converted into audio. The only way noise from the universe can travel through space, is if the space has a decent density. There was a flash, and then the noise died off… Flash that appears just before noise dies offA very interesting video, is the one from Alexandria, Minnesota, USA September 25, 2011, where you can hear a deep rumbling near a small lake. After a while you see a strong bright flash in front of the clouds, and the sound dies off totally? This is interesting, because that could indicate, that there is some kind of electrical activity going on that is involved with the noise phenomenon, which could indicate HAARP, see it here The Foghorn Player The video from Kiev, Ukraine August 21, 2011, was also uploaded with 3x speed, and the sound you get here, is much more earthly, but still very odd. It sounds like a trumpet-player trying to blow some air through some kind of largescale horn, as if someone practicing to learn play on a foghorn, listen to it here Electric Guitar with Spring Reverb? Be aware that I can not guarantee that all videos are genuine. I have chosen them because I think personally they are interesting. However, there is a video in my list above which I think sounds suspicious, and it is from Budapest, Hungary January 11, 2012. Note the sound here, which for me definitely sounds like a stroke on an electric guitar-string with a decent amount of spring-reverb, listen here War of the Worlds (2005) The “martian machine sound” effects in the movie War of the Worlds, contains sounds that comes near the sound in some of the videos listed above, but it´s far from a perfect match. The sounds in the movie are more artificial and clearly manmade in a studio. Compared to the large scale noise in the videos, you will understand it´s not the same. There are these amazing crop circles, which since the mid-90s, has surprised the world with mathematical and spiritual messages to humanity, even actual messages sent to us in binary codes. Take for example the Chilbolton ‘Arecibo message’, which was printed in the field as a crop circle and discovered the morning on August 14, 2001. It was apparently a response to the original “SETI Message” drafted by Carl Sagan and transmitted into space November 16th 1974. The ‘Alien message’ did not come alone, because the same night, another crop circle was layed down and surprisingly in the same field right next to the “message”, illustrating a face in 3D. If this could not convince the most critical crop circle skeptics about the legitimacy of this mysterious phenomenon, so could the next crop circle the year after maybe give them the last little push in the right direction. Andrade, Miko Morelos Philippine Daily Inquirer 2:22 am | Saturday, November 19th, 2011 pix Seventeen months after stepping down from the presidency, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on Friday was served an arrest warrant for alleged electoral sabotage. The Pampanga representative, once dubbed the “Iron Lady of Asia,” was in bed at a 16th-floor suite of St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig City, wearing a hospital gown and a neck brace. The serving of the warrant capped a day of swift and unexpected developments. Senior Supt. James Bucayu of the Southern Police District (SPD) led a battery of policemen in black berets and blue uniforms in serving the warrant. He said Arroyo was calm and had anticipated their arrival, even offered them a smile, and waived her right to hear a reading of her rights by Senior Supt. Joel Coronel. The warrant was served at 6:30 p.m., or two hours after it was issued by Judge Jesus Mupas of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 112 for the nonbailable offense. The officers were led from Arroyo’s room to the suite’s receiving area, where former fiscal Jose Flaminiano received the warrant and took over the details of the arrest. “Under the direction of Police Director Alan Purisima, we have served the arrest warrant on former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo,” Bucayu said in an impromptu press conference held 20 minutes after officially putting the lawmaker, who has a bone ailment, under hospital arrest. “She was conscious and in a reclining position on her bed when we served the warrant. It was very visible that she was sick. But she smiled at us. Perhaps she had expected us already,” he said. “She expected it; she was not sad. She looked like she just woke up. Not like [at the airport on Tuesday night], when she was nearly crushed. She was just nodding and smiling.” Due to Arroyo’s frail condition, police will conduct the “booking”—the standard taking of mug shots and fingerprints—Saturday at 9 a.m. in her hospital room, Bucayu said. “Depending on her condition, to be determined by government doctors, we will transfer [her] to the custody of the SPD on Monday,” he said, adding that four guards had been stationed outside Arroyo’s suite and another team at the main entrance of the hospital. 2nd President Arroyo is the second former Philippine president to be arrested, after Joseph Estrada in 2001. But unlike Estrada, who was eventually convicted of plunder, there were no supporters keeping vigil when she was arrested. Shortly before the warrant was served, Ferdinand Topacio, lawyer of Arroyo’s husband, and Raul Lambino, Arroyo’s legal spokesperson, made themselves scarce to reporters. There were no children in the suite, Bucayu said. Senior Superintendent Coronel said that while Arroyo was not taken to jail, the important thing was that she was now under arrest. Andal Ampatuan Sr. at the Bicutan detention center and former Maguindanao Election Supervisor Lintang Bedol at Camp Crame. He said Arroyo was not considered a flight risk or suicidal, which was why police had kept security at a minimum. Judge Mupas ordered Arroyo’s arrest for purportedly engineering the results of the 2007 senatorial elections in Maguindanao. He set aside the request of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) for the urgent issuance of a hold-departure order on Arroyo and her two coaccused and scheduled a hearing on the need for such an order on Monday at 9 a.m. In a one-page order that Branch 112 Clerk of Court Joel Pelicano read to reporters, Mupas said that “after personally evaluating the voluminous records of the case,” he found probable cause against Arroyo, Ampatuan Sr. and Bedol. The court based its finding of probable cause against Arroyo on the affidavits of Norie Unas, Ampatuan Sr.’s former senior aide; Zaldy Ampatuan, a son of Ampatuan Sr., and Bedol, which “point[ed] to the complicity of … Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo with the other accused.” Prosecutor General Claro Arellano said Abalos was not included among those charged because the case that Comelec filed was concerning the alleged cheating in Manguindano during the 2007 election. Arellano said a separate complaint for 11 counts of electoral sabotage would be filed against Arroyo, Abalos and several others on Monday. Well-oiled machine While the Philippine judicial process has been perceived as moving painfully slow, the wheels of justice turned like a well-oiled machine on Friday. Comelec lawyers brought the criminal information sheet to Clerk of Court Pelicano’s office at around 11:22 a.m. and the case was immediately raffled off electronically to Judge Mupas’ court. As it turned out, the Pasay RTC was a pilot testing site for the Supreme Court’s enhanced case management program, where the raffle of cases and the generation of case numbers are done using computers. The project, which was under the watch of retired Associate Justice Adolfo Azcuna, was also made available in Quezon City and the other cities of Makati, Marikina, Angeles (Pampanga) and Lapu-Lapu (Cebu), according to a poster on Branch 112’s office door. Pelicano said Pasay City had jurisdiction over the case because the ballots were brought for counting at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
