Possible Scam --- Noble Gas Plasma Engine Revealed at P-G Conference, Orlando Florida 12/11...

John, I read on into the comments (the fine print) @ American Kabuki and found this:
(found in) comments @:

Does anyone ever read the PESN website? Noble gas is believed to be a fraud by Sterling Allen, who has been to their shop in Vegas. When it comes to free energy, no one knows better then Sterling. I believe overunity and free energy are just around the corner, just not from Mr. Rohner. No one has been able to even verify his Michigan tale. And there is no one testing his motor anywhere! This was posted August 21,2012

Part I: My Concerns About Inteligentry

Here I enumerate several concerns, including the perpetual postponement of manufacturers being shown how to run their engines; encouraging people to buy stock to get their license so the money doesn't go in escrow; John's ignoring great suggestions for the technology and the company; a timeline that evinces a lack of understanding of the steps involved in taking something to market.

Here I stand at the gate to Inteligentry's facility.

by Sterling D. Allan
Pure Energy Systems News

We all would love it if the noble gas engine company, Inteligentry story were true. Wouldn't that be fantastic? -- a solution for both the clean energy push and for the economic depression. Some of us want it to be true so bad that we have been extremely generous to Inteligentry, despite so many red flags, foremost being that no one there (except John, allegedly) has ever seen a working engine yet.

After visiting Inteligentry a week ago, I went from skeptical, on the verge of doing an exposé, to being optimistic. But given the correspondence I have had with CEO, John Rohner, since then, with a multitude of internal contradictions, and considering additional information about the Inteligentry operation that has come to light, I now feel obliged to present to you information, which in my assessment, concludes that this is a highly questionable operation. Here is the info; you can decide for yourself.

Perpetual Postponement

Since I began covering Inteligentry, John has given many dates of when certain things were to happen, which didn't happen.

I realize that, generally speaking, when rolling out something new, things usually take much longer and cost a lot more than anticipated. So I don't see postponements of milestone accomplishments to be a red flag in and of itself.

One of the things I was holding out for was an upcoming manufacturer's meeting on around September 8, when those manufacturers who are able are to show up with a couple of engines built, were to have John show them how to hook up the noble gases and electronics to make the engine work.

What I found out today, though, is that there have been a number of such meetings scheduled since March, and each time they have been postponed because one or more of the manufacturers wasn't ready. Rather than just proceed with those who were ready, John postponed that function of the meeting to allow time for the others to get ready -- saying something to the effect that he wants to get them all started at the same time. More manufacturers have been licensed recently, and they are working on their engine, having just received their castings within the last month and are still waiting for good drawings. So they are unlikely to be ready; so John could use that as an excuse to postpone again, for example.

If that had happened one or two times, it might be understandable, but it has happened at least five times, according to Jeff Platt, who was part of the Salt Lake City (SLC) group, and subsequently stepped down, and is now sure enough in his skepticism to go public with his name, while the rest of his former group still want to go forward, hoping for the best. Apparently, John has made statements already regarding the upcoming meeting that Jeff thinks will turn into yet another "postponement" of showing them how to get their engines to run on Joseph Papp's noble gases plasma effect.

Four of the five engines you have seen on display at Inteligentry were built by the SLC group, yet still John requested that they build two more in order to show up to the next manufacturers' meeting.

The appearance of those engines in his shop has given him huge credibility capital that has brought in people to buy stock and apply for licenses, even though those engines, built to John's specs to be "production prototypes", couldn't run more than a few hours at 500 rpm, according to Jeff. He's not an engineer, but he's been around mechanical things enough to have some common sense. He did watch the engines running with an electric motor, and they were shaking pretty badly.

Licensing Deal in Stock Purchase

Regarding the licenses, I had been impressed by two things: 1) their low price, not preventing entry; and 2) that the license funds are put into escrow until the licensee witnesses a working unit. Puts you at ease, right?

What I learned yesterday is that PTP Licensing has a "deal" for stockholders, that for a certain amount of stock, you can get a license included. According to a person I was speaking to yesterday from Europe, Tana Kane has been encouraging potential licensees to go this route, so they get both a license and stock in the company. More importantly, that way, Inteligentry gets spendable money, whereas they don't get the money if it is put in escrow.

Another thing I've been noting is that John keeps pushing back the date that they will stop selling stock. By having a deadline coming soon, people feel pressure to get in on the good deal while it is still available, then push the deadline back again -- a classical marketing ploy driven by and feeding the scarcity mentality.

Ignores Many Key Improvement Suggestions

One of the big red flags is how impervious John is to good suggestions about how to improve the design and improve the company. He behaves like a dictator -- he knows best, and anyone who varies substantially from his position is likely to be tossed out of the game. He's been on the hunt to find out who of his manufacturers have been talking to me, so he can excise the offending parties. Because Jeff from SLC is willing to go on record with his concerns, now the entire SLC operation is being poised to go on the chopping block, even though he's left them.

If you look at this behavior from the vantage point that he has made everything up about having ever had an engine(s) running, and so he knows there never will be a working unit going to market, then a lot of his behavior starts to make sense. Why worry about improving the engine design if it's all for show to bring in money, not to go to market? Why plan for alpha testing to find out how the design will work in various environments -- hot, cold, elevation, vibrations, shocks, damage -- if you're never going to have such an engine to test? Why work through the fine details of all the steps needed to bring an engine to market if you're not actually going to bring an engine to market? All he needs to do is give the appearance that he's working in that direction, to keep the gig going, to keep new stock sales coming in.

Jeff's point to fellow manufacturers is: "Even if John has a real technology, he is not the kind of person you want to be doing business with because of how he has treated so many people in the recent past."

Taking a Product to Market

Just think, for a minute, about what is usually involved in taking a new product to market that breaks new ground to the extent that this one allegedly does. You want to have months of satisfactory performance from many alpha and beta test units. And there is the certification process, too. The alpha tests are done first (once you have a production prototype), in house; and when those perform satisfactorily, then you open up limited beta testing to run the device out in the field under a wide range of customer environments. This costs many millions of dollars, and it is why investment money is needed.

The fact that John hasn't been open to or soliciting such investment should be a major red flag that he has no intention of doing satisfactory alpha and beta testing because there will never be a working unit to test. He just tells his manufacturers that this will be their responsibility, yet he expects them to have units ready to sell by the December 11-13 PowerGen conference; even though they haven't even yet seen a unit working, let alone tested. They still have to engineer a design that will hold up. This process usually takes 12-18 months in the real world, with adequate funding.

You'll note that the Inteligentry facility has no engine testing equipment. No dynamometers. Not needed if you're never going to have a running engine, so why bother, right?

Well, John claims that he's already done all his lab testing on earlier engines that have been running at undisclosable locations. What you see now is a production prototype. That's what he told me as recently as last week when I was there.

Yet the manufactures say that the present engine design of John's would never hold up. For example, Jeff points out that the oil that is used to lubricate the engine is likely to contaminate the noble gases, and they will degenerate. John replies: "The cylinders don't need oil, they are self-lubricating." But Jeff points at that the bearings on the Harley Davidson crank shaft at the bottom have to be lubricated with oil.

Balancing is another issue. John has the two linear pistons moving back and forth together, rather than opposed. Keeping the noble gases in is another engineering issue for the "production prototype". John says it's solved, but the manufactures disagree.

Put yourself in an attorney's shoes. Can you fathom taking an engine to market, which is going to sit in people's homes, cars, planes; just a few feet away from where people are; which hasn't been thoroughly tested? If it's a new nuclear process, what unseen emissions might there be? What unusual electromagnetic properties might be emitted? How could that effect health? You can't just assume it is safe.

A Unit to Power My House

Now, with that in mind -- what it takes to bring a product to market, with beta testing following alpha testing -- consider the lack of understanding exhibited by John when he told me last week that I could expect to drive down to Vegas in a month to pick up a (beta) test unit to take home and power my house.

Yet none of their group (except, allegedly, John) has yet seen an engine running; and even John has not yet run the present "production prototype" on the noble gas process; let alone test it to see how it will hold up.

Where is his head? Is it in reality or make-believe?

You know how much I or anyone would love to have such a unit.

Popper Challenge

I asked Jeff what he thinks about Inteligentry selling the "Popper" kits that allegedly will enable people to build a piston set-up to illustrate the core principle of the Papp engine that uses a plasma form of the noble gas to push the piston. It seems like he wouldn't do that if it would be so easy for people to discredit him if it doesn't really work.

Jeff points out that in his experience, he has found it very difficult to obtain the noble gases needed. Most sellers only sell in bulk, so people will be looking at spending many thousands of dollars for just one gas container. He couldn't find any supplier that sell the gases in small amounts. Also, as we pointed out the other day in a news link, helium is getting difficult to obtain, and the price is going up substantially. (In looking into this and reading up on it, be sure to distinguish between He and He3 . The latter is the one that is getting scarce and expensive. It's the regular helium that is used in the Papp engines.)

So superficially, it looks like Inteligentry is being transparent, when, in fact, the chances that people will be able to procure the gases they need to run their Popper device are very low. It's not like an electronic kit where you just go down to Radio Shack to get the components you need. [See update just below about cheaply sourcing the gasses.]

And think a little more about this. Even if the gases could be obtained in small amounts, how much do you think a small canister of gas would cost, including shipping?; and there are 5 gasses you have to obtain. Then you probably need to get hoses and regulators. And you have to have a way to mix these (I guess a syringe and balloon could work). That is not going to be easy or cheap.

They should at least give recommendations about this in their instructions. It could, possibly, be one definite positive thing that comes from this whole saga, even if just a few people are able to replicate the noble gas plasma piston effect.

Here is what Dan Glover of PTP Licensing said regarding procuring the gas:
At this time we are not offering any gas as part of the kit. Yes, in some areas it may be problematic to procure the pre-mix locally (minimum order sizes and such), however the internet is a great equalizer of customer service.

The kit will be challenging to build for sure. But remember, it is a do-it-yourself kit. By definition, there are parts you will need to procure yourself. As of last week, I knew nothing about CB Radios and their RF connectors. Today I am learning, including a annoying trip to 2 radio shacks to find a $5 cable. So far, I've had to rewind a coil, head to Lowes 3 times for parts and sealant, re-build a non-functional filling apparatus (damaged during our move), all the while having to roll our giant pre-mix gas cylinder around on the ground for 30 minutes between tests [to mix the gases]. The kit isn't going to be for everyone.

But we will have people who become rockstars, and we will have folks who abandon it because of the challenge/work involved.
I would think that given the specific mixture required here, there will be no such thing as "pre-mix" anywhere, let alone locally, unless someone who believes in this stuff and is an entrepreneur chooses to step forward to offer a small pre-mix canister for sale (preferably someone who has made his own system functional with that mixture).
On August 21, ~8 pm MDT, I got a call from Ed Hemphill who is experimenting with this technology. He gave a recommendation for measuring and mixing the noble gases.
  1. Take a graduated/measuring flask and submerge it in water.
  2. Turn it up-side down, making sure it is filled with water.
  3. Fill it with the gas to the measuring point desired.
  4. Take a mason jar, and likewise submerge it and turn it up-side-down.
  5. Empty the flask gas contents into the mason jar.
  6. Repeat the process for the other gasses.
  7. Leave some water in the mason jar. It will help you mix the gases when you are ready to use them.
He said he found you can get a tank of Helium from Hobby Lobby for $36. And you can get Argon from a local welding supply. And you can get neon from a sign-maker. For what it's worth, he said he heard John say that you don't need Xenon or Krypton. Ed plans on starting his popper test with 50% He, 30% Ar, and 20% Ne.

Spelling of Inteligentry

I would argue that there is as much a disconnect between the spelling of "Inteligentry" and intelligent (two Ls), as there is between the facts and evidence surrounding that company and what really is going on. It claims to be one thing, when it is not that at all.

If somehow I'm wrong in my assessment, and Inteligentry really does have a working technology, it wouldn't hurt to hold out a few weeks to see how the next manufacturer's meeting turns out. I've always recommended that people don't put any money down until they see something working.

Patent Not Awarded

A commenter below points out another red flag.
"Inteligentry claims to have a patent (see http://inteligentry.com/doc.html) and provides a link to the patent application (12/592,117). If you research the status of the application (http://portal.uspto.gov/external/portal/pair), the patent is not approved and the examiner filed a Requirement for Restriction/Election on 08/09/2012. There is an application, but not an approved patent. All they have is a patent pending technology."
Mark Euthanasius added:
"Back in June John Rohner wrote the following message implying that the application had been granted a patent when as you noted, examination had not even begun. Examination of the content will not proceed until Inteligentry deal with the Requirement for Restriction/Election. They have about two more weeks that they can respond or abandon the application. One of the interesting things about this application is that it was assigned to PlasmERG Iowa when John Rohner turned over PlasmERG Iowa to Michael Giraourd over legal disputes in May 2011. In June 2011, John Rohner's attorney Brett Trout filed to reassign the patent application to Inteligentry Nevada. Given the rate at which John Rohner has been burning bridges with business associates, I wonder whether Brett Trout is still handling this application."
I should point out that my list of concerns above is not comprehensive, but reflects just some recent discoveries, conclusions.

It has to be tough writing an article like that. I know I have thrashed out at you over the years but I was frustrated on one hand and understood on the other. You could not have known that every little detail of his life and his story were totally bogus, You have probably never ran against someone with his condition. But frankly you should have picked on the technical inconsistencies being presented daily.
The problem with John is that he is and has always been a pathological liar. There is no doubt in my mind that he truly believe there's an engine of his still running after a year and a half, that he has two top secret PhD's, and on and on. He cannot help this and it is hard to point the finger at someone with this condition. By spinning one new story (which he will believe 100%) after another, you eventually just wear out and walk away. I actually blame the entire fiasco on his family who have allowed this to go on for no other reason than to make a fast buck.
The real shame is that he is so damn brilliant. His motors are a sham and the entire design should be pitched as worthless. His businesses are a shame, who needs ten corporations to launch an untested product. But having three hundred websites to spread his latest unbelievable stories was a stroke of genius. The whole world knows John and the whole world will watch him fall. I have no doubt the controller is elegant and functional although it was designed before the process was understood, the proverbial cart before the horse. I truly believe if he had stuck with Tom and I and learned a little more, he or we could have taken the process all the way two years ago. Unfortunately he wanted only to show his brothers who was the top dog.
He may come through yet but it's not likely. Do you think I'm happy about any of this. Absolutely not. It makes me sick. I wanted it stopped years ago but this goddamn web gave him the power to just lie more [...].

Read the following list and tell me who they are talking about

Characteristics of pathological liars
: [Source: http://wiki.answers.com]
  • Exaggerates things that are ridiculous.
  • One-upping. Whatever you do, this person can do it better. You will never top them in their own mind, because they have a concerted need to be better than everyone else. This also applies to being right. If you try to confront an individual like this, no matter how lovingly and well-intentioned you might be - this will probably not be effective. It's threatening their fantasy of themselves, so they would rather argue with you and bring out the sharp knives than admit that there's anything wrong with them.
  • They "construct" a reality around themselves. They don't value the truth, especially if they don't see it as hurting anyone. If you call them on a lie and they are backed into a corner, they will act very defensively and say ugly things (most likely but depends on personality), but they may eventually start to act like, "Well, what's the difference? You're making a big deal out of nothing!" (again, to refocus the conversation to your wrongdoing instead of theirs).
  • Because these people don't value honesty, a lot of times they will not value loyalty. So watch what you tell them. They will not only tell others, but they will embellish to make you look worse. Their loyalty is fleeting, and because they are insecure people, they will find solace in confiding to whomever is in their favor at the moment.
  • Obviously, they will contradict what they say. This will become very clear over time. they usually aren't smart enough to keep track of so many lies (who would be?).
  • They lie about even the smallest things.
  • They add exaggerations to every sentence.
  • They change their story all the time.
  • They act very defensively when you question their statements.
  • They believe what they say is true, when everyone else knows it isn't.
  • Lies to get sympathy, to look better, to save their butt, etc.
  • Fools people at first but once they get to know him, no one believes anything they ever say.
  • May have a personality disorder.
  • Extremely manipulative.
  • Has been caught in lies repeatedly.
  • Never fesses up to the lies.
  • Is a legend in their own mind.

Dear Sterling

Please provide a current copy of your Resume. (official request).
Now that you have made your statements I presume you have no problem being "looked" at, as you have "allegedly" done us.

Also be advised that all the media I was "holding off" to give you the scoop is now being invited to come by and "verify" your report and what we have and who we are.

Sorry, I really wanted to help you. Now that the knife is in my back I understand all the "warnings" I got from those who do know you. We will be happily publishing our own "expose".

Sincerely
John

p.s. one of the magazines just got here for our interview. We will start by presenting them your last 3 stories. This should be fun.

Stragglers

Here are a few miscellaneous things that have come along since I wrote the above.

John Not Invited to Netherlands

On the home page at http://Inteligentry.com John says (slightly edited) :
...Oh well, we know Sterling well now! Tana really appreciates being called a "crook" by him too. He knows everything about everything.
It should come as no secret that all the "first edition" stuff Sterling was going to get will go to others now as we reset our interview schedule to those we had turned off. Thank you, we will make sure to mention him as well there. ALSO- I have also been asked to speak at the Netherland's conference, we will see..
1) I never called Tana a "crook."
2) John has not been invited to speak at the GlobalBEM Netherlands conference, according to its organizer.

Popper Boobies
August 25; 8:00 am MDT

This comment by John was found in a noble gas engine fan group on Facebook, that one of our readers passed along. (Slightly edited.)
Paying someone to do a evaluation is a "standard" part of production testing. I could give a damn about anyone else's opinion as I am hiring experts to tell me proper answers and wring out any bugs. I suggest you consider just how you think it should be done. Hand it off to some nut without any expertise and hope he does not hurt himself? Give me, and any other company moving toward production and public announcement, a break. And Rob I agree with you. The Popper is simply a way to take the BOOBees and keep them happy. No one wants anyone they can not trust to do anything with the ready to market product prior to their being ready to sell it. Even car companies have strict contracts for new cars prior to "show time".
According to wikipedia, a "boobie" is a foolish person.

Censorship
On August 25, 2012 11:12 AM [MDT], at the end of an email asking why I didn't send him my resume as he requested (), John concluded:
So with this we have no reason to be in contact.

You have no friends here [...].

Goodbye
So my response was directed to Dan and Tana.
Tana and Dan,

My Resume has been published publicly for some 13 years. A simple Google search pulls it up. I'm not hiding anything.

I just though that the terms of Johns request were inappropriate. It came across like a way for him to find some way to attack me personally. Read his email to me that I've posted at #Attack_the_Messenger

My Dad is an atomic clock physicist, recently recognized as "Time Lord". http://AllansTIME.com I just mention that to illustrate that I'm no dummy.

Don't let John buffalo you with his claims to credentials, specialists, etc., when some good ol' common sense is all you need to see through him. His behavior is totally consistent with many other scammers I've exposed over the years, though he certainly has his own unique twist to it.

I would like nothing more than to be wrong. But because so many people have gone to you based on my earlier recommendations, I feel duty bound to let them all know that I no longer hold the positive opinion that I used to; and why.

Yes, I could have waited a couple of weeks until the manufacturer's meeting to do the expose, and then John would most likely come up with yet another reason to postpone showing the manufacturers how to get an engine running; meanwhile a bunch more people, based on my earlier positive reviews, would be putting their money into stock, only for it to end up bombing in the end.

I predict no working device Dec. 11. Of that I'm 99% sure. I'd love to be wrong about that. But because the red flags are so many, someone has to say "but he doesn't have any clothes!"

Postscript
August 25; 9:00 am MDT

I'm not at all sorry for the exposé I've done. In my opinion, John is showing his true colors to everyone, and his true nature is coming across very clear. It's sad. I feel like I've lost a good friend, though it turns out that the person I thought I knew never existed.

If John was genuine and truly had working engines as he claims, and he truly had a policy of "uncredibility" serving a valuable purpose, he would be grateful for my stories for giving him more of that image. That he has become so cantankerous toward me in his statements on his site and in emails to people, indicates that this exposé is on target.

Nothing would make me happier than to be proven wrong in my assessment about John by him showing a working engine along the lines that he has claimed, first to his team, privately, then publicly. If I had a good glimmer of hope that this might be the case, I would have not written what I have above.

Iraq & Dinar Update --- BGG Update

BGG Update…
This is their holiday…however, we have lots to talk about…
Rumor is (as I brought out for you based on some vague news feeds) Maliki is about to lose all of his “proxy positions”…based on pending Parliament actions. They are sick of it.
This would also mean they intend to “sew him in” with the Fed Courts Law…
The above is good news too – because it will keep them on their best behavior (Fed Judges). The timing is wonderful, since (unconfirmed) there is more news Dr Shabibi is back making his case to the Judiciary.
I don’t think Maliki knows just how bad things turned for him the last week or so. He’s about to find out. A dictator can get away with a lot of garbage…but once they start meddling with a Central Bank and the world financial systems – the gig is up pretty quick. Not in an “Illuminati”, conspiratorial sense – but the major world players can’t have some rinky dink, wanna’ be muckin’ up the works (so to speak) ;)Muammar Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein would probably be alive and at work in their offices today had they allowed a Central Bank to be established in their country. Notice both countries have one now?? They are putting the finishing touches on a new Libyan Central bank as we speak.
Maliki is playing with a fire he just doesn’t understand – I would not be surprised to see things start moving more quickly sometime after this holiday. I’m thinking the window  opens sometime from Saturday thru about Tuesday (to see things moving).
[poppy3] OK – here is what I got tonight, texted to me. It is possible Shabibi is in Iraq but it has not been confirmed to me at this point?? If he’s there, he did not use our SS for security which has been done several time lately. More and more leaders are using private flights and security firms. Next – no updates on why the large sums of money has been ordered by many large banks . Ordering more than double the usual amounts for this time of the month. Next – I was told one of the 5 people that Maliki submitted to the IMF to run the CBI has been approved but only to oversee the day to day operations and THIS DOESN’T MEAN THEY WILL OR WOULD EVERY LET THIS PERSON RV THE DINAR. THIS IS WHERE WE STAND AT THIS TIME. WE EXPECT TO HEAR MORE UPDATES ON VN DONG TOMORROW . STAND BY, WILL REPORT ANY CHANGE AS WE RECEIVE. POPPY3

bankers taking suicide leaps at same restaurant

Why did banker with perfect life take a fatal leap? Fourth tragedy at same City restaurant

Tragic: Less than three weeks after this photo of Nico Lambrechts and his wife Adele was posted online, the investment analyst fell 80ft to his death
He appeared to have the perfect life. Pictured on a recent tropical holiday, Nico Lambrechts looked a relaxed and contented family man as he posed with his wife.
But less than three weeks after he posted this photograph on the internet, the investment  analyst fell 80ft to his death from an exclusive open-air restaurant in London.
The successful 46-year-old took a lift to Sir Terence Conran’s Coq d’Argent at lunchtime and then fell through the atrium within the building.
He landed next to diners who were enjoying lunch at cafes and bars in a shopping complex at the bottom of the building in the City.
Medics reached him within minutes but were unable to save him. He was pronounced dead by a doctor at the scene minutes later.
Mr Lambrechts is thought to have made the short walk to the restaurant from his office at Investec Asset Management in the Square Mile.
Last night neighbours said they were baffled as to why a devoted family man would want to potentially commit suicide.
His wife Adele was too distressed to talk about her loss.
But a neighbour said: ‘He was a really great guy.’
When asked about the reason behind the possible suicide, he said: ‘You never know. He was a random man, unpredictable – you know.’
Mr Lambrechts lived with his wife and three children in a £2million six-bedroom gated home in the upmarket town of Cobham, Surrey.
He took his family on luxury holidays to destinations such as Venice.
The banker’s death last week is the fourth to have occurred at the restaurant and the second in as many months.
In May 2007, City employee Richard Ford, 33, died after he plunged from the terrace onto a bus.
In July 2009 stockbroker Anjool Malde, 24, leapt to his death from the venue holding a glass of champagne after being suspended from his job at Deutsche Bank.
And last month diners watched in horror as businesswoman Rema Begum, 29, took a sip of wine from her glass on the outdoor terrace, before putting her handbag on the floor and then toppling over the edge.

A woman who works in a shop nearby said the restaurant is ‘cursed’ because of the rising number of deaths. ‘It’s become a trademark place to come and commit suicide,’ she said. ‘It’s very sad.’
Coq d’Argent is built on the site of an ancient burial ground where for centuries hundreds of corpses of affluent Londoners were  buried in shallow graves.

The restaurant appeared in the James Bond-themed film sequence for the Olympics opening ceremony that featured the Queen. In the film, diners at Coq d’Argent can be seen waving to a helicopter which supposedly contains Her Majesty and James Bond actor Daniel Craig, who ‘fly’ over the restaurant on their way to the Olympic Stadium in Stratford where the Queen ‘parachutes’ in.
Yesterday an inquest into Mr Lambrechts’s death was opened and then adjourned at the City of London Coroner’s Court.

Witnesses have told how they heard a ‘loud bang’ and a ‘cracking like a whip’ as he hit the ground near Bank Tube station.
Rita Olsen, a Danish tourist, said she thought there had been a car crash. ‘I was texting my friend to arrange meeting her because I was running late and suddenly heard a loud bang and a cracking sound, like a whip,’ she said.
'He was a really great guy. He was a random man, unpredictable - you know'
Nico Lambrechts's neighbour in Cobham
‘Someone screamed and I couldn’t see what was happening, but thought maybe there had been a car crash but when the police showed up I realised someone had died.
‘It is really sad and I’m still in shock. I was horrified when I found out what had happened. I feel sorry for whoever he has left behind.’
Some workers blamed the stress of the City for the spate of deaths.
One said: ‘The last girl only jumped not too long ago and someone else died a while back when they jumped and landed on a bus.
‘It’s terrible that someone can be in such a bad place that they would do that. Maybe the pressure of working in the City got to him.’

Father of Navy SEAL killed at Libyan embassy reveals the shocking details of his meeting with Obama, Biden, and Clinton in interview with Glenn Beck

Part 1 of the interview with Charles Woods is above. Part 2 is at the bottom of this article.
Thursday on the Glenn Beck Program, Glenn interviewed Charles Woods whose son Tyrone Woods, a former Navy SEAL, was killed during the attacks on the Libyan embassy in Benghazi. The interview is one of the first he had done since his son’s death. During his talk with Glenn, he revealed the shocking details of his meetings with President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. According to Woods, none of our country’s leaders were empathetic with his situation, nor were they honest about what really happened to his son. And it has only been through his personal faith that he has remained centered and calm through this tragedy.
When he joined the program, Woods explained that he had been a fan of Glenn’s radio show, but hadn’t listened for several months. The other day he happened to tune in and heard Glenn reviewing the available intelligence that the White House had access to in regards to the attack, as well as the evidence that the administration did not do all they could have done to rescue the four Americans killed. Woods decided he needed to speak up. He first called into Glenn’s program but could not get through, and so he tried Lars Larson where he first told his story.
In the interview with Glenn, Woods detailed his encounters with the top members of the Obama administration, including the President himself.
“I’m a retired attorney for six years I was an administrative law judge and in the several thousands cases I heard my job was to tell who was telling the truth and who wasn’t,” Woods explained. “There were four pods at Andrews Air Force Base and when he (Obama) came over to where we were I could tell he was very conflicted person who was not at peace with himself. Shaking hands with him quite frankly was like shaking hands with a dead fish. His face was pointed towards me but he would not look me in the eye. His eyes were over my shoulder and not in a forceful voice said ‘I’m really sorry Mr. Woods.’”
“And I could tell he was not sorry. He had no remorse,” Woods continued.
“The Vice President was also there,” Woods explained. “He said ‘I’m Joe Biden’. He said he had received one of these ‘damn phone calls’ when he had lost a family member. And then about a half hour later he approached me and said – and these are the exact words  he said I don’t speak like this – quote and in an extremely loud and boisterous voice he said: ‘Did your sons always have balls the size of cueballs?’”
“I will ask you the question: Is that the voice of someone who is truly sorry?” Woods asked Glenn.
Glenn was most taken aback by the story of what Hillary Clinton told Woods. For over a week, the White House has been trying to push the narrative that President Obama said from the beginning that the attack on the embassy was a terrorist attack, not the a protest that got out of hand . But Clinton’s statements to Woods conflicted with that statement.
Woods explained, “I do appreciate her taking the time from her schedule to meet with the four families. While we were in the pod over there with our family she came over shook my hand and I reached out and hugged her shoulder. Her countenance was not good. And she made the statement to me that first of all she was sorry and then she said ‘We will make sure the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.’ ”
“And when she said that I could tell that she was not telling me the truth. She’s more intelligent than I am, and she had to also know she was not telling me the truth.”
After describing his encounters with the members of the Obama administration, Woods expressed frustration with the lack of transparency on what really happened in Libya.
“I’m totally transparent in my life. I have nothing to hide. Why are they not transparent?” he said.
Originally, Woods and the rest of the families of those killed had decided they would not release a statement regarding the incident. However, after speaking with his wife Woods decided it would be best to put his feelings on paper and vocalize his thoughts.
Woods wrote:
I want to honor my son, Ty Woods, who responded to the cries for help and voluntarily sacrificed his life to protect the lives of other Americans. In the last few days it has become public knowledge that within minutes of the first bullet being fired the White House knew that these heroes would be slaughtered if immediate air support was denied. Apparently C-130s wer ready to repsond immediately. In less than an hour the perimeters could have been secured and American lives could have been saved.
After seven hours of fighting numerically superior forces, my son’s life was sacrificed because of the White House’s decision.
This has nothing to do with politics. This has to do with integrity and honor. My son was a true American hero. We need more heroes today. My son showed moral courage.
This is an opportunity for the person or persons who made the decision to sacrifice my son’s life to stand up.
Woods told Glenn and TheBlaze audience that his sense of peace after the loss of his son was tied to his faith. It had only been through God, faith, and prayer that he had remained calm and centered through this tragedy.
“The only thing I want is to hug my son Ty in Heaven. At this point I know where he’s at, I just need to make sure I am there as well. And that means I have to extend total forgiveness to everyone,” Woods said.
