Breaking => The Audacity Of States: Nine States Voting on Nullification Measures!

Just hours before election day, the TV airways are abuzz with presidential and Congressional campaign messages. But around the country, some of the most important votes won’t be cast for president, senate, or house. They won’t be cast for a governor, or even a state representative.

In nine states – Colorado, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts and Alabama – voters will get a chance to resist DC and approve ballot initiatives which would nullify unconstitutional federal acts.
Here’s a brief rundown of the nine, a YES vote is urged on each.

1. Montana, Referendum 122
LR-122 is an act “prohibiting the state or federal government from mandating the purchase of health insurance.” It would also prohibit the imposition of “penalties for decisions related to the purchase of health insurance coverage.”
Recent polls show 50% in favor and 41% opposed. It requires a majority for approval.

2. Massachusetts, Question 3
All three branches of the federal government consider the possession, production, sale and consumption of the plant, “marijuana” to be illegal. 17 states are already defying that classification by allowing its use for medicinal purposes. A YES VOTE on Question 3 would “enact the proposed law eliminating state criminal and civil penalties related to the medical use of marijuana, allowing patients meeting certain conditions to obtain marijuana produced and distributed by new state-regulated centers or, in specific hardship cases, to grow marijuana for their own use.”
It has polled as high at 68% in recent weeks. The 18th state to nullify federal laws on weed is likely to do it in a landslide.

3. Alabama, Amendment 6
This legislatively-referred amendment would free Alabama citizens from any requirement to participate in Obamacare, or any other compulsory health care program.The ballot language reads as follows:
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to prohibit any person, employer, or health care provider from being compelled to participate in any health care system.
If passed, the amendment would place the onus on the Alabama legislature and executive branch to block implementation of the PPACA and shield their citizens from federal mandates. The proposed amendment had to garner a 60 percent majority in both the House and the Senate to go to the voters. A simple majority on Nov. 6 will approve the amendment.

4. Oregon, Measure 80
Oregon was the first state to allow women to vote, and supporters liken the push for Measure 80 to that same kind of pioneering spirit. This ballot initiative directly attacks not one, but two federally-banned products – both marijuana and industrial hemp. (the latter being a related plant without THC and used in everything from oil, to food, clothing and more).
The official ballot title is: Allows personal marijuana, hemp cultivation/use without license; commission to regulate commercial marijuana cultivation/sale.

5. Colorado, Amendment 64
Section 3 would allow the “personal use and regulation of marijuana” for adults 21 and over. Section 4 addresses legal commercial cultivation, manufacture, and sale. The intent is that marijuana be regulated in a manner similar to alcohol.
Polls have shown support strong to gaining, with the latest ranging around 53% in favor and 43% opposed. It is likely that Colorado will be the nation’s first (or second, read below) state to not only nullify federal marijuana laws for medical purposes – but for the general public as well.

6. Wyoming, Amendment A
Wyoming voters will consider a health care freedom amendment to the Declaration of Rights in the state constitution on Nov. 6.
If Amendment A garners a 50 percent majority, the Wyoming Constitution will guarantee citizens of the state the right to make their own healthcare decisions with minimal governmental interference.
Article 1, Section 38 – Right of Health Care Access
(a) Each competent adult shall have the right to make his or her own health care decisions. The parent, guardian or legal representative of any other natural person shall have the right to make health care decisions for that person.
(b) Any person may pay, and a health care provider may accept, direct payment for health care without imposition of penalties or fines for doing so.
7. Washington State, Initiative 502
Whatever you call the plant, Washington DC considers it dangerous and illegal. Laws on the books in Congress – illegal. The executive branch – aggressive about enforcing those laws. The supreme court – in 2005 ruled against the idea of states legalizing for any purpose.

But yet, 17 states have been standing up and defying DC on this issue by legalizing marijuana for limited medicinal purposes. Massachusetts voters are set to become the 18th state as Question 3 should win by a landslide.
If approved, Washington’s I-502 would take it a step further. It would end marijuana prohibition and treat pot in the same manner as alcohol. People would be allowed to grow, produce, sell, buy and consume the plant – in direct defiance to all three branches of the federal government.
Recent polls all show support ranging from 55-56% in favor with opposition in only the high 30s.

8. Arkansas, Issue 5
The second state to consider a new medical marijuana program this year. Issue 5 would make “the medical use of marijuana legal under Arkansas State Law, and establishing a system for the cultivation, acquisition and distribution of marijuana for qualifying patients through nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries and granting those nonprofit dispensaries limited immunity”

9. Florida, Amendment 1
Florida voters will have the opportunity to tell the feds to go pound the plentiful Sunshine State sand on Nov. 6 when they consider Amendment 1, a health care freedom amendment.
If passed, the amendment will “prohibit laws or rules from compelling any person or employer to purchase, obtain, or otherwise provide for health care coverage.” The proposed amendment would also allow health care providers to accept direct payment for services.

Call it a tax or call it a penalty, in effect, the amendment would nullify the insurance mandate written into the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Food Stamp Growth 75X Greater than Job Creation

With the latest jobs report, it is now the case that "Under Obama, Food Stamp Growth [Is] 75 Times Greater Than Job Creation," according to statistics compiled by the Republican side of the Senate Budget Committee. "For Every Person Added to Jobs Rolls Since January 2009, 75 People Added To Food Stamp Rolls."

Here's a chart detailing the growth:

Since January 2009, as the chart shows, a net of 194,000 new jobs have been created. During that same time, 14.7 million have been added to the food stamp rolls.

"Simply put, the President’s policies have not produced jobs. During his time in office, 14.7 million people were added to the food stamp rolls. Over that same time, only 194,000 jobs were created—thus 76 people went on food stamps for every one that found a job," says Senator Jeff Sessions, ranking member of the Senate Budget Committee. "This is a product of low growth. Post-recession economic growth in 2010 was 2.4%, and dropped in 2011 to 1.8%. This year it has dropped again to 1.77%. Few, if any, net jobs will be created with growth of less than 2%."

The shroud over President Barack Obama’s college records — recently spotlighted by Donald Trump’s $5 million challenge — is prompting Americans to share what they’ve got, and The Daily Caller is getting its share of leads, including one story that the president scored a GPA of only 2.6 at Columbia University.

The 2.6 grade can’t be confirmed, is contradicted by some evidence, and it doesn’t say anything about the courses, professors and associations Obama was immersed in during his two-year stay in Columbia.

But the source is credible, and he’s contributing to the collective effort by Americans to find out more about their president — who is a champion of a greater role for himself and other government officials  in Americans’ personal lives, social norms and career opportunities.

The source for the 2.6 number is a successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur and a Columbia alumnus who maintains good ties with the university.

In 2004, after Obama’s successful speech at that year’s Democratic convention, a Columbia University official told him Barack Obama’s GPA, he explained to TheDC.

“This person told me that he [Obama] was a pre-law, poli-sci major, had a lot of incompletes, and as best could be determined after sorting through the incompletes, had a GPA of 2.6,” said the businessman, a former Marine Corps combat veteran.
The source asked not to be named, but TheDC has verified at least one $2,500 contribution he made to Columbia.
The claim matches some of the other reports about Columbia’s arrivals in 1981, and some of Obama’s comments about his college career, including his 1981 transfer from Occidental College to Columbia.

Obama told author David Maraniss that he earned a B+ GPA in two years at Occidental.

But it also clashes with other evidence, including Obama’s observable smarts, and his claim to Maraniss that he earned a GPA of 3.7 at the Ivy League school.

Public and media interest in presidents’ college records isn’t new.

The New Yorker published Bush’s transcripts a year before he was elected president, amid approval from many Washington, D.C. political reporters and partisan advocates.

On Oct. 24, real estate mogul Donald Trump highlighted the widespread interest in the president’s exotic and obscured past by offering to donate $5 million to a charity of Obama’s choice if he releases his academic transcripts and passport records.
Americans “will know something about their president [and] their president will become transparent, like other presidents,” Trump said, prompting derision from many in the media establishment.

Other groups and individuals are digging for the same materials, which they hope will help shape the public’s understanding of the president’s priorities.

On Sept. 19 a group of federalists used their website, The Trenches, to offer a $35,000 reward for Obama’s transcripts from Occidental College, Columbia or Harvard.

Is search for grades a distraction?

But some conservatives say the search for grades is a distraction.

It would be better to find and highlight the topics that Obama chose to study, and to identify the teachers he choose to learn from, said one conservative researcher-author who has spent time pursuing information about the president’s academic history. Grades are a poor guide to character or ideology, he said, partly because they were so routinely inflated in the early 1980s.

Obama has faced little pressure from the established media to release his records, however, even though he has repeatedly pressed Gov. Mitt Romney to release 20 years of his tax records.

Some liberals have also argued that voters have a right to know about Obama’s college years.
Presidents should release “any information that a segment of voters would feel would be helpful to them about coming to a conclusion on who to vote for,” said Brian Levin, director for the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at Cal State San Bernardino.
“For anyone going for a job or position, generally transcripts are required,” he said. “College transcripts show [politicians'] knowledge base — and tells students ‘Your performance will matter down the line,’” he said.

Clashing evidence
In his 1995 autobiography, “Dreams from My Father,” Obama described his Occidental College academic record as “indifferent.”
But that poor record didn’t prohibit him from transferring to Columbia in 1981, during a time when acceptance standards were being relaxed.

A May 2012 article at Breitbart.com cited statements from Robert Boatti, who was Columbia’s assistant dean of admissions in 1981.
The students transferring into Columbia had an “average combined math and verbal score on the Scholastic Aptitude Test [of] 1,100 and their grade-point average at their former schools is about 3.0, Boatti said,” according to a 1981 issue of Columbia’s college paper, the Columbia Spectator.

The author of the Columbia Spectator article later disputed the Breitbart website’s account, but he did not disavow the statements attributed to Boatti.

Obama said he had a B+ GPA in Occidental, or roughly 3.3.

Obama’s teachers have offered incomplete reports.

Lennard Davis taught a course called “The Novel and Ideology” during Obama’s senior year. Davis, who now teaches at the University of Illinois at Chicago, remains a strong supporter of the president. Asked via email what Obama’s grades were, Lennard replied to TheDC, “[I] don’t remember his grade.”

But another professor, Michael L. Baron, told The New York Times that Obama was “clearly one of the top one or two students in the class.” Baron said he gave Obama an A, and helped him get into Harvard. Baron now lives in Florida.

Since 1983, Obama has kept his distance from Columbia.

In March 2012, he volunteered to speak at Columbia’s so-called “sister school,” Barnard College, after spurning three petitions from Columbia students.

“Obama’s decision to speak at Barnard has caused some heated reactions among Columbia students,” the Columbia Spectator reported in March.

“Emilio Fajardo … said that the decision ‘seems like a slap in the face’ to Columbia,” the paper wrote, quoting a Columbia sophomore. “Sean Udell, CC ’11 and president of the class of 2011, spearheaded the POTUS Project, a campaign to convince Obama to speak at Columbia’s commencement ceremony last year.”
“‘I’m shocked and happy that Barnard will get to have Obama speak at their commencement,’ Udell said. ‘I’m quite disappointed, of course, that President Obama spoke to our sister school, instead of his alma mater.’”

Media double-standards
Trump’s call for Obama to release his college records has prompted scorn from various media figures who would otherwise tend to support transparency in government.

M C anchor Ed Schultz announced via Twitter “NOT BREAKING: Donald Trump releases video of himself shouting nonsense at a camera.

”SNB David Frum, a writer who straddles D.C.’s two political factions, dismissed Trump’s “genius plan” as a scheme to make Obama release his transcripts and “[t]hen blast him as an ‘elitist’ when he is shown to have earned straight As.”
A Democratic activist, Zerlina Maxwell, tweeted out the charge that “What Donald Trump is doing is racist … that is all.”
During an Oct. 24 taping of “The Tonight Show” with Jay Leno, Obama was able to simply dismiss Trump’s request by saying their conflict “dates back to when he and Trump were growing up in Kenya.”

In contrast, the release of Bush’s records was treated with equanimity by the established media.

In 1999, The New Yorker published a leaked copy of the GOP front-runner Bush’s transcripts — including his SAT scores — earned prior to his 1968 graduation from Yale University  in New Haven, Conn.

The leak confirmed Bush’s public statements that he was a “C” student. His combined math and verbal SAT scores were 1206.

The Most Lied About Election in American History

It began when the Republican nomination was stolen. Ron Paul won in a landslide. Thus far, 25 grand juries have been seated to deal with felony charges tied to crimes in rigging both the GOP primaries and convention.
Legal groups across the US are, finally, challenging the overt corruption of America’s “two party dictatorship.”
Even with a flawed constitution, there is nothing that supports this system, nothing that supports how congress is run and certainly, what constitution we have should have protected us from rule by foreign corporations, more specifically, organized crime packaged as “foreign corporations” that the Supreme Court’s “Citizens United” blasphemy has saddled us with.
Over the past few days, with my delightfully tapped phone (all calls say “US Government” on them), those still working for what is legitimate of that government have been calling. I am told I am the only journalist that isn’t either “brain dead” or “bought” or “scared to death.”
The volume of information held, the types of information, the mass of it, is mind boggling, even for me.
We’re going to touch on a few “pre-publishing” issues simply because time is running out with the election.
“They love me – They love me not.”
What I can say, early on, is that I get sick of finding fault with America. Unlike many, I am not bitter, don’t hate my own country, but I also no longer believe in the American people.
I find that “patriotic Americans” are a brave few, embattled, many inside the government and military still, many were eliminated during the Bush era, some returning under Obama but not enough.
The story we are going to look at today has to be painted with broad strokes. It starts with the Reagan administration but not with Reagan himself.
Those of us who worked for Reagan, and I have a group of friends and coworkers who were his direct advisors or who worked in military and intelligence positions, saw the change.
There were a series of scandals, all “erased by the sands of time,” such as “Iran/Contra” or “BCCI.” All are forgotten. What wasn’t seen was how the CIA was subverted by members of the Executive Branch, we are talking the Vice President, along with key members of the Pentagon and Congress.
America had long been saddled with foreign rule. It began well before 1913 when Woodrow Wilson pushed through the Federal Reserve Act, written on Jekyll Island by a banking cabal, a law meant to enslave America through manufactured economic disasters, war and debt.
Without the Federal Reserve, there would have been no World Wars, the truth goes that far.
This is why we have Mitt Romney instead of Ron Paul. Romney represents the European banking consortium and organized crime. His purpose is to unravel the roadblocks put in place by Obama, few and weak as they are due to our flawed system of “bought” government, and put us back into historical perspective.
This means a world war, more prisons, looted banks, all wealth shipped overseas and the eventual descent of America into third world status, depopulated, deindustrialized and enslaved.

This is what I have been told, what sits in his files, FBI, intelligence agencies, what can be proven, can be shown, what has been presented to every agency chief, every court, the leaders of congress, all have seen the files.
Romney and friends, turning dollars into ???? – but how, really ??
The story began, “Romney left Bain Capital in 1999 when Cartel head, Raul Salinas, his partner, was sentenced to 50 years in prison. Salinas said, ‘If my story gets out, the governments of the world will tremble.’
Romney was terrified, walked away from Bain’s secret overseas holdings, well over $1 trillion dollars, not the $66 billion claimed, and flew to Cuba to meet his mistress, Maria Perez Andropov (Russian intelligence agent) and for an audience with Castro.
We have records of his flight, photographs from Cuba, we have recordings of conversations there….”
I have hours of these debriefings, in “cloud” storage, now sitting with several intelligence agencies where I have good friends. The story first broke here, proof to a number of agencies that I could be trusted, then the deluge of even more information began.
Let’s get back to this in a bit. We need more background.
Vietnam was “in the rear view mirror” and its lessons. We aren’t talking about real learning, that war is useless, that humans deserve decency and a chance for life and freedom. What Vietnam taught Washington was that “waste is profit” and that the real business of government is narcotics.

What had, since the 1940′s, been the dalliance of a few powerful banking and shipping families, those who later grew fat on the civil war, the “Robber Barons” who became the war profiteers of World War I, they were the beginning.
There were others, this is where the Romney family comes in. Mormon history is largely secret, two wars against the United States, wars over polygamy, over the “Kingdom of Deseret” and its withdrawal from the United States.
The Romney family were citizens of that “kingdom” and had their US citizenship formally withdrawn in 1882 by the Edmunds Act.
They became federal fugitives, fled America and stayed out of the country for 26 years, citizens of Mexico. No “returning” Romney family member was repatriated as an American citizen, all remained Mexican citizens, some returning to Mexico.
During their time there, they formed alliances with ruling families, with bandits, with forces opposed to the United States and its seizure of American land. Mormons who fled to Mexico had become a “5th column” when they returned and remained tied to Mexico.
Thus, when the briefing continued, it didn’t run immediately to Carlos Salinas, the former Mexican President who ran their drug cartels, the Harvard and lifelong companion Mitt Romney, according to “surveillance records,” but to the father.

It was George Romney, the “poor kid” who claims to have nearly starved during the depression who went from “rags to riches” in months during the 1930s, from grocery clerk to running an auto company to eventually, during World War II, managing the entire auto industry.
The tapes say that it was dad, along with drug dealers, gangsters, El Salvador, Mexico, Panama, Columbia, that funded Bain.
It was dad, George Romney, former President of American Motors, former Governor of Michigan, former Secretary of Health and Human Services that had been running a vast multi-national criminal empire.
I had no idea and I had met him. Then came the warning:
“When we tried to explain this, the web of hedge funds, of ‘limited partnerships,’ of railroads, shipping companies, even the largest retail chain in the world, how they were involved, how Mitt Romney is the largest casino operator in the world, all done through layers of partnerships, no one wanted to take on anything this powerful.”
“One of the keys is the Texas Pacific Group, funding 254 companies. Another is GE Capital, originating as a Mexican bank that laundered drug profits, grown into one of the largest companies in America by ‘Jack Welch’ and then destroyed through a ‘pump and dump’ costing American investors billions, crushing many pension funds and impoverishing tens of thousands or more.”
The list of major American corporations, many “giants” was endless. No wonder prosecutors, press and, of course, elected officials were overwhelmed.
Those listed as representing organized crime make up groups responsible for 50% of political donations in the US and this doesn’t count the estimated $4 billion in drug profits brought in through phony front corporation or the money collected during overseas campaign funding drives, trips to Israel and Britain.
Of course, collecting campaign funds overseas is a felony.
In 1997, Norman Grigg produced a prophetic article on NAFTA that included the following:
According to former DEA agent Phil Jordan, the tidal wave of narcotics flooding the southwest border is an ineluctable product of the NAFTA agreement, which — as the agency predicted in a 1993 intelligence report — has proven to be “a deal made in narco heaven.”
The report, which had been completed before Congress voted on the agreement, described how Mexican-based narcotics cartels had bought up business fronts along the border to exploit the upsurge in uninspected cross-border commerce. In an interview on the May 5th edition of ABC’s Nightline television program, Jordan said that the Clinton Administration told the DEA that the impact of NAFTA “was a subject we could not discuss” prior to the vote in Congress.
The July 30, 1995 New York Times declared that “Mexican traffickers seem to have embraced a vision of North American integration not unlike that with which NAFTA … was sold to skeptics in Washington.” A former U.S. official explained to the Times that “once Bush and Salinas decided to go with NAFTA as the No. 1 goal, then everything else had to be manageable.”
John P. Walters, who inherited the post of “Drug Czar” from William Bennett, made the point even more clearly in a subsequent interview with the Times. “People desperately wanted drugs not to become a complicating factor for NAFTA,” explained Walters. “There was a degree of illicit activity that was just accepted.”
This trade-off has not met with the approval of U.S. law enforcement personnel. Writing in the July/August 1996 issue of Freedom Review, Douglas Payne observed that “U.S. Customs and DEA personnel now openly refer to NAFTA as the ‘North American Drug Trade Agreement,’ while Texas law enforcement officials prefer, ‘North American Free Trafficking Agreement.’”
Fifteen years later, drug enforcement officials, fearful of having their names in print, fearful of not only the cartel but of their own employers, the US government, not only back up Grigg but indicate how much further things have gone:
“NAFTA wasn’t just negotiated by Bush (41) and Salinas and had nothing to do with trade. It was a Romney/Salinas document that was intended only to support drug and human trafficking, money laundering and the deindustrialization of the United States.”

It is expected that anyone criticizing the United States is obligated to point to Fidel Castro as a “godlike figure,” standing for international justice and to see Cuba as a bastion of individual freedom.
Thus, finding that America’s criminal “monied class” moves in and out of Cuba, using it as a “safe haven” for meetings that could be held no place else makes us wonder, how “clean” is Cuba?

Intercepts of highly classified intelligence from Cuba, confirmed at the highest sources, indicate that Cuban intelligence agent, Maria Perez Andropov, while in the US, used the name of former Massachusetts governor Jane Marie Swift. The terms “cloned” and “stolen identity” were used.
The same intelligence sources confirm that Perez/Andropov, traveling as Jane Marie Smith, accompanied Mitt Romney on more than one occasion, a Cuban intelligence agent, inside the US under false identity.
The other “Swift” became governor when Bush appointed Paul Celluci, then governor, as Ambassador to Canada, April 10, 2001, in an unusual political move to which we choose to attribute no significance.
Swift though not serving in public office, is at the highest decision making levels of the GOP. My questions as to why this identity would be chosen and how it may have been used ended with a refusal to follow up based on a need to protect sources.
Thus, we have so many questions, how many meetings with Castro, we know of more than one, what role does Cuba play other than that of “secure host?” How much money is out there, all those numbered accounts, thousands of them, estimated at well over $1 trillion, all taxable somewhere?

URGENT! Listen Up and Read this Now – from Drake’s Weekend Update

This is a quick, urgent update because we had two callers so far tell us things are not what the LSM is telling us in NY and New Jersey.
People are starving, freezing, wet, have no water or gas or electricity in many places, HOWEVER, people from out of state, like Churches, who enquired if they could bring trucks in with blankets, clothing, food, water, etc. were told by FEMA and NY officials that they would be TURNED AWAY because THEY have everything under control.
The highways are barricaded and they’re preventing help from coming in.
In Atlantic City a disabled veteran in a wheelchair says FEMA brought a hot meal to them the other day and now all the residents have food poisoning because of improper food handling practices, so they’re sick, dehydrated and no one is doing anything. This is in a Veterans’ Senior Citizens residence.
In Seabright, NJ people still have hot electrical wires lying on the street but volunteer electricians from Florida were turned away because they WERE NOT UNION!
Some vehicles bringing food, etc. were turned away because they had no commercial Bill of Lading and officials said all incoming food had to be FDA inspected!!!!!  I’m about to tear my hair out! This is freaking unbelievable!!!!!
The caller in Seabright finally saw a FEMA official after 6 days of no power, heat, light, food and asked for assistance but was told she would have to wait for 10 – 21 days to get a call from them to be added to the system for assistance!
Others are told to line up for gas at the lone operating station in the town and are taken by odd and even license plate numbers and wait for hours in line only to find that the gas has run out before they get there.
The Governor said mobile fuel trucks would be arriving but when people finally worked their way up the line to get their gas, the pumper said NO, the gas is only for emergency vehicles.
This is unforgivable. The government does not care about the residents of this area and are not doing what needs to be done.
Drake wanted an extra long break so he could call some people he knows who can do something about this.
I wanted to take this opportunity to let you all know that while these people are living under these conditions, the Lamestream Media is focusing on their precious election coverage and playing down the situation and the severity of it.
Paul B. was a trucker and he wants to call others he knows to see if they can load up a few blankets and clothes and other supplies to take on their regular routes into the N.E.
If anyone can do anything about this travesty, please do so NOW. These people need you! If I didn’t live so far away I would take supplies.
One of the callers said he was so appreciative to Drake for urging his listeners to prepare for whatever might happen this year and this prepared fellow is sharing his food and water with others.
We’re advised that Package Delivery is difficult at this time, but the BILLS were still delivered on schedule to residents.

The government learned nothing from Katrina/Louisiana and is doing just as bad a job with this disaster. Unbelievable.
Please get the word out. It’s been in the 30s overnight and everyone has wet, cold feet so please do what you can with blankets, clothes and SHOES/BOOTS.

Hi, Folks - On Drake's show Sunday we heard from a fellow called Angel and again from the woman called Sweets, each describing situations in the aftermath of Sandy that are not being well handled. It's "Katrina deja vu" in some ways, according to what they described: - Requests for help from FEMA are being rejected. (Perhaps there's some good reason for the rejections, but it kinda misses the point that folks are in need.) - In Sweets' area in New Jersey, there are live electrical lines still down in the streets - yet, we're hearing, electrical workers who have come to provide help from outside (e.g., from Alabama) are being turned away. The word/rumor continues to be that the reason given has to do with whether or not those who've come to help are union members. - Seniors in a high-rise were provided with a hot meal by FEMA and came down with food poisoning - meanwhile, water is in short supply or not available at all, leaving those seniors in condition to suffer from dehydration, made worse by the food poisoning. - Churches who have gathered up blankets and other needed items and are prepared to transport them there are being advised they would be turned away. "We have things under control," they're being told. - Gasoline remains in short supply. Folks are allowed access to the few operating gas stations by license number (even/odd), wait in line for hours and then are told there's no more gas. All these things, and more, can be viewed as understandable, given the size of the catastrophe. And yet, it once again indicates a lack of preparedness on the part of FEMA and any other agencies being _allowed_ to help. It's not as though no one saw Sandy coming. (Drake indicated he knows someone to contact who can "put his foot down" with regard to all this.) Blessings, all. --hobie

This is information that has come to me through some very unusual circumstances and I had to put the pieces of the puzzle together myself.

In 2009 I visited a jail in Du Page county, Illinois, and actually met and got to talk someone called Michael. He was a black nurse and we got talking about the injustice of the justice system because I had observed the disproportionate amount of blacks to whites that were in the jail where he was. When I mentioned the injustice of it and how wrong it was and then talked about the 14^th amendment he said, ‘Yes, we still feel it,” referring to the injustices that go back to the times of slavery in America. That  caused a sort of light bulb to go off in my head.

Due to my numerous avenues of research I had accumulated a vast understanding of why the world was in such a mess and I had also studied the mind and the impact of genetic memory in some depth for a number of years and the comment that Michael said connected up these individual pieces of information into a whole picture. In one breath I was able to see a monumental puzzle come together and I saw the big picture, so to speak. Due to my understanding of cycles of time, action, etc, and genetic memory,  I asked, “What do you think the black population here would do if President Obama was assassinated?” He said, “The whole black population in this country would riot.” All the information I had researched pointed to this as a real possibility. So what were the dots that I had connected? Here is the step by step explanation. It may not be as clear as I want it but I hope that you see the big picture and what I am trying to convey.

On July 28^th 1868 the 14^th Amendment was ratified, or so it seemed (it had been adopted on July 9^th of that year). The 14^th Amendment to the United States of America constitution gave the freed slaves status within that country. Prior to this they had no status or rights. This amendment was ‘passed’ to give them these. Unbeknownst to the general population this was actually the beginning of the economic enslavement of the American people.

Before this amendment was passed, it was thought that every white male over the age of 18 and who owned land was considered a Sovereign under the law yet it is shown in this Supreme Court case that ALL People of America were Sovereigns:

Chisholm v. Georgia 2 US 419 (found in the last sentence, second-to-last paragraph on page 471),

“...No such ideas obtain here; at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people, and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects (unless the African slaves among us may be so called), and have none to govern but themselves; the citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty.”

With the passing of the 14^th Amendment this Sovereignty of the People was slowly eroded away by the deceptive practices of those people in government who had a hidden agenda to enslave the People, until the people thought they were citizens of the United States.

Now, what is not generally known is that the 14^th Amendment was not passed lawfully or legally but under color of law. It appeared to have been passed but what transpired was that those people who were elected to congress were forcefully removed and replaced by a military government (under the so-called Reconstructive Act) until this amendment was ratified.

This is why the black people of America are called colored people. Black people given status under the ‘color of law’. This is the only country in the world that calls its black people ‘colored’, although now the euphemism is African-American. So the answer is (or was) hidden in ‘plain sight’.

In Black’s Law dictionary 2^nd edition here is the definition of ‘color of law’:

The appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal right.

McCain v. Des Moines 174 U.S. 168, 19 Sup. Ct. 644 L. Ed. 936.

President Obama has been ‘chosen’ and ‘elected’ to complete a 144 year cycle that began with the ‘passing’ of the 14^th Amendment. [NOTE: 144 is the 13^th Fibonacci number starting with 0 – also if you add 1+4+4 you get 9, a very important Occult/Satanic/Luciferian number.] The cycle of action that was completing was to economically enslave not only the population of America, but all the people of the world. The cycle of action began with the passing of the 14^th Amendment to give the black man status and rights and is coming to end (the completion of a cycle) with President Obama and the economic enslavement of EVERYONE. This has been achieved through occult means by the creation of a Circle (in this case that of a circle or cycle of time). In the Occult here is what the purpose of a Circle signifies:

The Purposes of  Circle
A sacred circle has several purposes, the most significant of which is to define an area where formal ritual work can be performed. A circle is a place in which the rules and conditions are different to that of the everyday world. A circle is not a barrier, but a doorway to another world. To contain any magickal energy raised and to prevent its dissipation until it has been used up is another purpose of the circle. The sacred circle does not need to be physically represented (drawn or marked on the ground), it just needs to be visualised. The circle is a spiritual entity.

After  a circle is opened one then performs certain things within it, in this case the passing of various laws, statutes, regulations and the signing of executive orders, with a specific purpose in mind. “It is absolutely crucial you do not leave the circle until your activity is complete, and without properly closing it. When your chosen focus is complete, move on to closing the circle.”

In this case, the closing of the circle will be the elimination of President Obama, a black person, or the removal of him. Everything points to this being a strong possibility in this election or after it. Either way the losers are the American People. If President Obama is ‘elected’ then it may be that the white population go rioting because they will probably perceive this as a theft of an election by Obama. If this does not happen then by President Obama being assassinated marshal law can be instigated and the same result will happen: the subjugation of the People of America by underhanded means. If President Obama is not elected then the black population will see this as the white president-elect Mitt Romney stealing the election and they may riot. Martial law is bought in and the American People lose. So either way the ones in the middle are the black and white population of America being played off against each other (a classic divide and conquer strategy) with the winners being the bankers, the Bush family and ALL their cronies and others like them, the Queen, and the Vatican.

To recap:

In 1868 the 14^th amendment is passed to give former black slaves status.

144 years passes in which time various laws, statutes and regulations are passed that erode away and destroy the Sovereignty of the American people due to this amendment.

In 2008 a black President is elected to prepare for the completion of the circle (cycle) of action that was begun in 1868.

On November 6^th 2012 , an election is being held that whichever way it goes has set up the circumstances that could see a completely different America emerge with the American People and the People of the world as being the losers.

So HOW can things turn out for the better of everyone? No matter what happens, just be calm, positive and happy. I know it may be hard to do but it IS a choice that we have the capacity to make. We WILL get through this next month OK if we choose to. Ignore any riots that may start as they are more than likely government agent provocateurs. Help each other if there is a need. Support local police, paramedics and fire-fighters if they ask for help. Keep in touch with your friends and family. Take videos and pictures of any activity that looks suspicious in your neighborhood. Don’t get too bothered about whoever wins. It is not important. What is important is not to give anyone in authority any excuse to declare marshal law or anything else.
