As you are reading this a massive FEMA camp “tent city” is being erected north of Woodbridge, military guards are present and reports of black helicopters circulate throughout the town.

NEW JERSEY — According to local reports, near the Linden Airport north of Woodbridge a massive FEMA camp is being constructed in plain sight as military guards and officials downplay the activity as normal.

Inside the camps perimeter there are water tanker trucks, tents, building supplies, and portable shower and sanitation facilities causing concern to say the least.

It was reported by the Woodbridge Patch that a few of the guards admitted the new construction on the site was indeed a FEMA project.

FEMA spokesman Scott Sanders denied that the project was in anyway connected to FEAM stating in a report by Deborah Bell, ”We might provide provisions, but we don’t run shelters,” Sanders said when asked if the tents were to be used for people displaced by Hurricane Sandy. Across the Arthur Kill from Woodbridge, Staten Island residents who were devastated by last week’s hurricane and storm surge are still homeless.

Officials in Staten Island have been looking at several possible sites to house Sandy victims, including reopening an old prison facility, according to the Staten Island Advance.
Sanders pointed to the Red Cross as a source for finding out what the tent city is for; the Red Cross did not return repeated phone calls.

A spokesman in the office of Linden Mayor Richard Gerbounka said the tents were to be used for utility workers from out of state who had flooded New Jersey after the hurricane hit.

It is true that many utility workers were working in the central New Jersey area to restore power since last week. But in a conference call Friday, the last one of the Hurricane Sandy media updates, PSEG President Ralph LaRossa said that he expected the workers to begin leaving by Sunday or Monday.

The tent city was put up only in the past few days, so it wouldn’t seem to be needed for out-of-state utility workers whose emergency work here was largely completed.

The Union County Office of Emergency Management also said the tents were to house utility workers, but they, too, had nothing to do with it, according to spokesman Sebastian D’elia. As of Friday, “ten percent of the county still doesn’t have power,” he said, so he wasn’t anxious to see the utility workers leave before electrical service was restored.

The camp appears it will be for an overflow of Staten Island residents that have been displaced from the storm, signifying the possibility that FEMA plane on relocating displaced victims out-of-state. However, a Linden police officer stated that it is for utility workers, but yes, FEMA is in charge of the camp facility.

Commentary from a Louisiana Political Website

This came to me from a friend and I found it unnerving, but probably right on about our country now and in the near future.

As for national politics, we probably won’t have much to say.
Because what tonight’s election showed is that the American electorate has degraded very, very badly in the last decade.
Exit polling indicates that this electorate was 38 percent Democrat, 32 percent Republican. I didn’t think that was possible. I was wrong.
Obama ran and won with an atrocious record, without anything remotely resembling a positive agenda for a second term, with a campaign based on lies, slander and hatred.
That’s what he ran on. And that’s what he won on.
I could blame Mitt Romney for whatever mistakes he may have made, but the fact is this a good man who was honest, earnest and positive. And he exuded character and accomplishment throughout the race, and his campaign reflected those qualities.
Romney was not my primary choice. But as the GOP nominee he performed admirably.
This was not Romney’s fault.
The problem isn’t with Romney. The problem isn’t with the GOP’s consultants and strategists. The problem isn’t with the GOP’s messaging. The problem isn’t the Bible-beaters, the Ron Paul crowd, the country clubbers, the corporate types.
None of those people are the problem. We’re going to spend the next several months chewing each other to pieces about why the Republican Party is incapable of beating the worst president the country has ever seen, or getting three lousy Senate seats so as to depose the worst Senate Majority Leader the country has ever seen. But what we’re missing the boat on is that it’s not our fault.
It’s the electorate’s fault.
The current iteration of the Democrat Party is deliberately immoral. It believes in government-sponsored infanticide, government-sponsored theft, unpatrolled borders, the destruction of the 2nd Amendment, and the deliberate destruction of the nuclear family. It believes in the redistribution of wealth rather than its creation, which is perhaps the most offensive concept to the American economic ideal imaginable.
It believes these things and it no longer hides from them, as it once did.
And yet that party is able to get a man of such demonstrably meager achievement and shallow character re-elected because it can command six more percent of its adherents to the polls than a Republican Party that raises and spends ONE BILLION DOLLARS to run an honorable campaign offering the American people a positive alternative.
What can be taken from this? We no longer have a nation worthy of that positive alternative. We have a nation willing to believe something is wrong with a man who makes millions of dollars in private business as a potential public servant.
At the end of the day, we’ve had a half-century of cultural decline in this country since the early 1960′s. You cannot endure a half-century of cultural decline without paying the price in leadership.
Tonight we paid that price.
And for the next four years we will pay far more dearly.

Taxes will rise, and Obama will blame John Boehner. The economy will contract, and he’ll blame Republicans. Sequestration will gut our military, and our enemies will take advantage.
In four years we will not recognize our country. In four years we will be without any illusions about the fact that we are in an economic depression.

We will hit the debt ceiling. Not the one Congress debates raising every few months – the real debt ceiling. or we go toward a full-on monetization of our debt.Our choice will be Greece or the Weimar Republic. Or perhaps both.

Half the country voted against this future. But the other half didn’t. And because, given that choice, they opted for decline and the loss of individual responsibility and freedom.
Mitt Romney was never more correct than when he said to that crowd – and the hidden camera he didn’t know was there – in Florida that 47 percent of the population thinks of themselves as victims, doesn’t pay taxes and refuses to take responsibility. He was castigated for saying it, but he spoke the truth.
This country needs to take a hard look in the mirror. We’re teaching our children values our grandparents can’t even fathom, we’re abandoning what made us great and we are knowingly watching our country decline.
Fixing this will require a much better America than this election showed that we have.
We will bear a terrible, terrible cost of this sad reality over the next four years. What will be left in four years, we can only imagine.
Pray. Live the best life you can. But know that our country is in dire straits and bad times are coming.

Since the whole human race on earth is scheduled to die if my father's Vatican endorsed food process is not revived and in time, and the whole world will know this, the legal judgments of international law will be in my favor. The 1865 plan of the U.S. Congress as recorded in legal records was to confiscate all the cotton stockpiles of the South warehoused from 1862-5 so the South would have no money to start its Southern economy back up. The Northern members of Congress estimated this genocide policy towards the South would effectively keep the South essentially bankrupt for 100 or more years into the future. That is why the Union Army under orders from Wash., D.C. confiscated all cotton stockpiles found in the South and also plantations were broken up so the Southern cotton industry would be paralyzed and unable to help the South economically get back on its feet. This genocide policy against the South is still active against the people of the South because Wash., D.C. did not want the South to get this giant world food industry based upon my father's Vatican endorsed food discovery the Vatican endorsed as potentially the greatest news for mankind since the coming of Christ since it could potentially solve the twin problems of starvation and malnutrition in the world.

     I will begin the pending legal action against Wash., D.C. on this genocide legal charge starting this Friday if I do not see any indication that Wash., D.C. has got the message and wants to calm down this pending legal crisis for Wash., D.C. before things get out of hand. The U.S. Justice Dept. will deliver to me $4,400,000 this Friday of federally stolen money back to me plus $80,000 for ruining the business setup of an associate who they attacked by computer hacking tactics. I won't let associates of mine be attacked by Wash., D.D. "dirty tricks" and criminal acts by federal elements.

     Now the obvious question is, "What happens to the people of the North under a $100 trillion UN lien decreed against Wash., D.C.?" It won't take any time. Wash., D.C. will be internationally bankrupted as all nations withdraw credit, money, etc. from Wash., D.C. All states not already technically belonging to the Confederate States of America will be covered by lien of international law meaning technically the Confederate States of America will legally own all the land of the 50 states. As soon as Wash., D.C. collapses due to financial meltdown and collapse, the Confederate Government will become the new national government of America. This can all happen fast as the first two or three months into 2013. As each state swears allegiance now to the Confederate Government of the Confederate States of America since Wash., D.C. as demonstrated by the colossal voter fraud just used to claim Obama was elected President whereas Mitt Romney was automatically elected President of America under legal terms of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Constitution will have been legally cancelled in authority by the high treason in Wash., D.C. Under Obama and the Democratic Party, they with laughter in closed circle refuse to obey any longer the terms and authority

of the U.S. Constitution over them. And Northern states by refusing to enforce that Mitt Romney is sworn in as President of America on January 20, 2013 instead of Obama means no legal sources enforce the U.S. Constitution so it dies of legal authority being enforced by no legal sources in America. And since no one is legally loyal to it (the U.S. Constitution) in legal positions, the South obtains the legal ownership for all states not belonging to the Confederacy by a $100 trillon UN lien in the name of the South since Wash., D.C. under the Genocide Treaty will owe this money to the people of the South. 

     Now this is all legal maneuvering to cancel Wash., D.C. as the national govenment of America in power. If they will not obey the U.S. Constitution, then we will cancel them from power as they no longer possess the authority of government from the U.S. Constitution they no longer legally obey. The Southerners have no evil plans against the Northern states. Once we break the financial backbone of Wash., D.C. as this will promptly do, then we will assume huge hidden debts of Wash., D.C. to recover the $100 trillion owed the South and we will collect this money and more from secret scroundels who mass stole from the American people using Wash., D.C. as their front.  We will release the $100 trillion lien on the Northern states and as there will be plenty of money for all 50 states, we will split this $100 trillion and more with all of the 50 states as soon as they all join with the Confederacy. With wealth coming to all legitimate American citizens 18 years of age and over, who thinks that all 50 states are not going to want to join and be part of the Confederacy?!! Of course our elections will be honestly run with paper or cardboard computer punchcard ballots, not computer fraud as was used in this 2012 election for Obama who couldn't stand to do anything honest in his life! Everyone who has been a valid American citizen will be a citizen of the Confederacy as soon as taking the oath of allegiance to the Confederate Government. We will sponsor one constitutional convention with delegates from the Southern state legislatures to modernize our Confederate Constitution and whatever final version they come up with will then be submitted to the Confederate citizens of the South for ratification. Then we start taking oaths of allegiance from all Americans now joining the Confederacy. If anyone does not want to join the Confederacy, they are welcome to move out and go to another nation on earth as we will allow no one in the Confederacy who is disloyal to our national government.

     We will allow other religions in the South, but the delegates for the Confederacy all voted at Hot Springs, Arkansas that Jesus Christ was now the declared legal King of the Confederate Government of the Confederate States of America. Our Confederate Constitution will state this law passed by the Confederate Congress in assembly at Hot Springs, Arkansas. It is the law of the Confederate States of America as the South leaves the Antichrist Government of Wash., D.C. and returns to a Christian Government for the Christians of the South called "the Bible Belt of America." We as a people still honor God and will look to God to guide us as a people and nation. Don't like it? Then move elsewhere as you will not be welcome among us!

     So now this Friday if Wash, D.C. wants to remain the national government for America, we will see the $4,400,000 from the U.S. Justice Dept. and $80,000 also for the person who was attacked in a vicious criminal way and the U.S. Justice Dept. approved this criminal act to try and destroy an associate of mine. The $4,400,000 is step one. Then passage of the Omni Law and setup of the Camelot Project which can create jobs for Americans in all 50 states but the South may even emerge with this Camelot Project as the future industrial leader and giant of the world. With the restoration of a Confederate Government to power. the South becomes a giant world industrial and economic power. Or alternative position. With passage of the Omni Law very fast and then setting up of the Camelot Project, then America once again becomes the industrial leader and giant of the world, but the Southern economy skyrockets with all this new industry and wealth pouring into the South. Either position is a win for the people of the South and the people of all 50 states. But the days of Wash., D.C. high treason against the U.S. Constitution are over either by position the South goes effectively independent or else position that the Omni Law is passed and America is not changed in government but now people in all 50 states have legal rights and a booming economy again!

     Under the standard principle of international law, "The victor writes the history, not the loser!" These 80 or so national reports I have posted with Nesara News will be compiled into a book and be used as a standard textbook to be used in all schools telling how the Confederate cause finally won in America and restored Christianity to power in America. Of course, there will be a "polishing up" of reports so typo errors are eliminated and maybe some sentences written in shorter form to make them a little easier for reading, but the message identical to what I have posted in all these national reports with Nesara News. From the time I read "Service Afloat" by Admiral Semnes of the Confederate Navy while in military school, I firmly became convinced that the South had stood for constitutional government and the North did not. I was soon the leader of all the Southern cadets at my military academy as I made them proud of their Confederate heritage once more. The abridged edition of this Confederate classic book was a fraud because they removed all the legal notes by Admiral Semnes showing why the South had the legal right to secede since the North broke all their legal promises to the South created at the writing of the American Declaration of Independence and then the later writing of the U.S. Constitution.When Southern legal history is once more in the schools, I want to make sure that the unabridged edition of "Service Afloat" is read by the students, not the abridged edition to censor the legal grounds for the secession of the Southern States from the   federal union now determined to overthrow all the legal agreements made with the South so they would join with the North in founding the United States of America. By the way, Admiral Semnes had also been a law professor and knew his law well!

Again I remind Americans with short memories, the U.S. Constitution says no one may run for the White House who is not a natural born citizen. At the time the U.S. Constitution was written, natural born citizen legally meant that you had to have two parents who were U.S. citizens to run for the White House. Votes for Obama are automatically null and void and do not count because they voted for a man who could not legally run for President of America. Mitt Romney was automatically legally elected President of America therefore by national vote and electoral college votes as he had no candidate to legally run against in effect. I know my law folks!

In those voting divisions, the combined vote total was 19,605 for Barack Obama and 0 for Mitt Romney. #3 The overall voter turnout rate in Philadelphia was only about 60 percent. Ashcroft said the format for computer programming has a default status, and in this case it appeared to be designating a vote for Obama each time it went to default. #5 Somehow Mitt Romney won 55 out of the 67 counties in the state of Pennsylvania and still managed to lose the entire state by a wide margin because of the absurd vote totals that Obama ran up in the urban areas. #6 Barack Obama received more than 98 percent of the vote in 10 out of the 50 wards in the city of Chicago. #7 Prior to the election, voters in the states of Nevada, North Carolina, Texas and Ohio all reported that voting machines were switching their votes for Romney over to Obama. #8 There were more than 50 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where Mitt Romney received 2 votes or less. #9 There were more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio where Barack Obama received more than 99 times the votes that Mitt Romney did. #10 Barack Obama also received more than 99% of the vote in a number of very important precincts down in Broward County, Florida. #11 Wood County, Ohio (which Obama won) has a voting age population of 98,213, but somehow 106,258 voters were registered to vote on election day. #12 Ten counties in the swing state of Colorado have a voter registration rate of more than 100%. #13 Barack Obama did not win in a single state that absolutely requires a photo I.D. in order to vote. #14 In Ohio, two election judges were caught allowing unregistered voters to cast ballots. #15 Many Ohio voters that showed up at the polls on election day were surprised when they were informed that they had already voted. #16 In fact, there were reports all over the nation of people being unable to vote because records showed that they had already voted. #17 According to U.S. Representative Allen West, there were numerous “voting irregularities” in St. Lucie County, Florida on election day… “The thing that spurred our curiosity in our race was the fact that at 1 o’clock in the morning on Election Night, all of a sudden there was a 4,000-vote swing that took me from being ahead to put the lead into my opponent’s hands.” #18 In Wisconsin, there were allegations that Obama voters were actually being bussed in from out of state… The Democrats stationed a self described “BIG Chicago pro bono attorney” as one of their two observers at this small polling place. He remained at the polling place from 7:00 a.m. until well after 8:p.m. …..A high priced CHICAGO attorney, sitting in a Sheboygan WISCONSIN polling place, observing wards comprised of 1500 voters? …. WHY??? Why would someone from Chicago be observing in Sheboygan Wisconsin? And WHY at such a small polling place? Finally, isn’t it interesting that this would occur at the VERY polling place in which all of the above described events ALSO occurred? AGAIN WHY WOULD A CHICAGO ATTORNEY BE OBSERVING AN ELECTION POLLING PLACE WITH FEWER THAN 1500 VOTERS IN IT, IN SHEBOYGAN WISCONSIN? Of all the places where there has been suspected voting irregularities, and OUTRIGHT FRAUD throughout the ENTIRE United States, WHY HERE? WHY SHEBOYGAN? WHY THIS SMALL WARD? This lawyer spent the day running in and out making, and taking calls, which coincidentally then coincided with influxes of groups of individuals by the van and bus loads, coming in to register, AND VOTE, using what appeared to be copied Allient energy bills. These individuals often did not have photo I.D.’s, could not remember their own addresses without looking at the paper, and became easily tripped, confused and annoyed when questioned. Many of these same individuals, just so happened to be dressed in/wearing CHICAGO BEARS apparel, and whom openly discussed “catching busses back to Chicago” with each other, with poll workers, via their cell phones in the lobby area just outside the polling place, as well as in the parking lot, both before and AFTER registering and voting. One woman was dressed head to toe in CHICAGO BEARS apparel including perfectly manicured BEARS fake fingernails! She complained because registering was taking too long and she had to hurry up to catch her bus back to Chicago. We have photos of these people in vehicles with plates from different states, photos of them leaving the polls, and other irregularities. #19 Prior to election day, an Obama for America staffer was caught on video trying to help someone register to vote in more than one state. #20 It is being alleged that unions in Nevada have been registering illegal immigrants and pressuring them to vote. #21 According to townhall.com, there was a systematic effort by the Obama campaign to suppress the military vote because they knew that most military votes would go against Obama… Aiding Obama’s win was a devious suppression of the conservative vote. The conservative-leaning military vote has decreased drastically since 2010 due to the so-called Military Voter Protection Act that was enacted into law the year before. It has made it so difficult for overseas military personnel to obtain absentee ballots that in Virginia and Ohio there has been a 70% decrease in requests for ballots since 2008. In Virginia, almost 30,000 fewer overseas military voters requested ballots than in 2008. In Ohio, more than 20,000 fewer overseas military voters requested ballots. History of incompetence and dangerous decisions

I have extensive experience in national security matters, including years served in the House, the Senate and the White House, where I was detailed as senior FBI special agent liaison and investigator with the Bush and Clinton White House counsel’s office.
There was never a question that national security was a top priority for George H.W. Bush’s executive branch. The security system was ironclad, serious and professional. The rest of the federal agencies followed the lead of the Bush White House.
Our national security group consisted of the FBI, the CIA, the Department of Defense and the Secret Service, all working united in a common mission. I cannot recall a single complaint that the Bush administration ignored warnings or suggestions of those ready to give their all — including their lives — to protect the president and his White House, and our national security. We performed our mission, and it was appreciated by the Bush team.

Contrast that with the mess that occurred when Bill Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton took office. The administration, with few exceptions, did not take national security seriously. National and White House security were not priorities. We were shocked.
Because of an obvious disregard for security-related matters throughout the executive branch, career professionals left the Clinton White House and their respective agencies in droves. I knew many who did, and it was a sad day when another one would greet us in the hallways of the Old Executive Office Building with an announcement of retirement, transfer or outright resignation. I could not blame them. I also approached my FBI managers with my own request for reassignment.
Why did I want to leave one of the most unique assignments an FBI agent could achieve? The bad attitude the Clintons had toward national security made it impossible for us to perform our duties successfully. Their failure to properly assess threat levels, along with their unwillingness to acknowledge that they knew little about national security, was a recipe for disaster. We knew this from experience.
Mrs. Clinton eventually was accused in congressional testimony of ordering the hiring of Craig Livingstone — a former bar bouncer — to head the White House security office. Mr. Livingstone also headed up liaison with the FBI. His was not a serious appointment — he was a joke. Some of my security friends thought that this was Mrs. Clinton’s way of showing us that she held no respect for us.
Lacking respect did not discourage Mrs. Clinton from using security agencies as a hammer to attack and punish those who stood in her way. The FBI, the Secret Service and the Internal Revenue Service hounded and then prosecuted seven innocent men who worked for the White House travel office simply because they were standing in the way of Mrs. Clinton’s political interests and ambitions. She knew federal investigations would destroy those good men, but she wanted her friends in those slots, and that was all that mattered.
No one could understand why Mrs. Clinton would want to insert herself into security matters. She was neither elected nor appointed, and day-to-day security issues were considered dry or boring. Security usually is not micromanaged by the front office. Moreover, a good front office always staffs this important function with the best candidates. One possible reason for Mrs. Clinton’s unusual interest was that she and her husband had much to hide. There was no statutory authority for her to be so involved, but that didn’t seem to matter, either.
The Clintons left a wake of questionable activities behind them. Both had come up from the same crowd — the anti-war left, where Saul Alinsky taught that all truth was relative, a tool to be used to win. Having won the White House, Mr. Clinton had little interest in staffing, as documented in articles and books explaining the chaos, released after the fact.
Mrs. Clinton called on Arkansas Rose Law Firm associates to staff the Clinton White House Counsel’s Office. Most memorable among these was Vince Foster, who died in Fort Marcy Park of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Foster, a seemingly decent man, was deputy counsel in charge of the overall security program in the White House. He possessed no background or education for the job. Foster’s deputy, William Kennedy, also a former co-worker of Mrs. Clinton, supervised Craig Livingstone. FBI and Secret Service agents did their best to work with this trio, but within days it was clear that there was not a dime’s worth of experience between them regarding White House security or national security. That didn’t seem to register in Washington, where perception trumps logic and truth.
Soon the predictable happened, as the Clinton White House became a swamp of scandal and chaos, eventually resulting in Mr. Clinton’s impeachment. We were lucky that nothing worse than the Monica Lewinsky scandal occurred. The Clinton White House — with a security system conceived and overseen by Mrs. Clinton — was an exceptionally soft target for espionage and also for a deadly terrorist attack.
Five House members recently raised questions about Huma Abedin, an aide in Mrs. Clinton’s State Department, whose family has ties with terrorist sympathizers. This aide should not be a candidate for close access. Only those completely above suspicion should ever be given close access to a Cabinet secretary’s daily business or schedule. Such a person would require the highest clearance possible. Agendas, comings, goings, identities, plans, what the president says and thinks — that is a virtual treasure trove of key data if a potential spy can access an inner circle participant. Of course, Mrs. Clinton’s choice for a constant travel companion could be an innocent person, but if the FBI director’s closest aide was the son of a Mafia boss, would that be deemed acceptable?
On the heels of this national security background investigation mystery, now there are four deaths — one of a U.S. ambassador — apparently because of other lapses in national and embassy security procedures at Mrs. Clinton’s State Department. She hired a former bar bouncer for White House security — who runs the State Department’s security office?
Mrs. Clinton has a documented track record of interference and poor judgment as she micromanaged the White House security program, sans credentials. In recent days, she has said that what happened in Libya is her fault, and maybe that’s the truth. The media ought to ask her some tough questions about State Department security, and then seek to get some straight answers.
More important, a preventable horror such as the one that happened in Benghazi, Libya, on the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks should require an in-depth congressional hearing. No one should be allowed to hide behind weak, insincere apologies or cover up a national security collapse. Our nation and the families of the victims deserve better, and true accountability can prevent future national security debacles.

Right up there with fears of public speaking, death and snakes is the fear of bacteria. Because since the discovery of antibiotics in 1928, "war" has been waged against theses miniature monsters that are capable of wreaking havoc of colossal proportions with your health. In addition to antibiotics, our arsenal has been expanded to include antibacterial soaps, lotions, skin wipes, hand sanitizer, spray deodorizers and detergents. But in our fight to destroy the evil microscopic enemy, we've failed to focus on two very important things: 1- Enemy intelligence and 2- Homeland security Read on...   Survival of the deadliest Although we've killed off many weaker strains of bacteria with our antibiotics and antibacterial-everything, what's happened is that we've left untouched the MOST dangerous, deadly bacterial strains -- many of which have grown more and more resistant to stronger and stronger medications. At the same time, between our antibiotic use and our modern diets of fast food, processed food, soda and refined carbs, we've basically obliterated our internal army--otherwise known as our friendly flora. That means it's only a matter of time before the enemy marches in victoriously... ...And you get very, very sick.   Chronic infections and then some The first-level symptoms of this harmful bacterial "victory" comes out as chronic infections. Hmmmm...hospital admittances for infections are at an all time high. (Odd, isn't it, with all the antibiotics and antibacterial stuff we use?) But that's just the beginning, my friend. You see, 70-80% of your immune system happens to reside in your gut flora, so if you are like so many other people today, you are without its full protection against diseases like cancer, and may be more vulnerable to "mixed-up" immune responses otherwise known as autoimmune diseases. In addition, without your friendly flora's protection of your gut wall, your intestines can become too porous (known as leaky gut). When your gut is leaky, harmful toxins and bacteria can seep out into your bloodstream and encourage the development of chronic inflammation just about anywhere in your body. Inflammation can manifest itself as conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, asthma, allergies, migraines and atherosclerosis--certainly nothing to take lightly. Got any of these? For example, Susan Lynch, an associate professor of medicine in the division of gastroenterology at the University of California San Francisco recently conducted a study showing that people with chronic sinus infections had less diversity in their friendly bacterial "communities" than healthy people. Dr. Lynch also stated that, "Over time, this (bacterial war) results in highly unstable communities that are perhaps more vulnerable to infection or chronic inflammation." Promoting "bacterial diversity" may therefore be a better way to fight disease than (merely) prescribing antibiotics that blast both the good and bad bacteria, she said. Bingo!   The new (smarter) battle plan against infection While it can be helpful to avoid exposure to bacteria, and certainly to use antibiotics ONLY when absolutely necessary (garlic is usually more effective), arguably even more important is to keep your population of friendly flora both strong AND "diverse." You see, the stronger your internal army, the more effective it is at overcoming whatever harmful bacteria may invade your territory. Plus, since different types of beneficial bacteria have their own unique "specialty" in how they fight the bad guys, the more diverse your "soldiers" are, the better protected YOU are.
