Democrats: Get A $2,000 Tax Credit For Turning In Your Assault Rifles

Congressional Democrats have a grand scheme to make America’s streets safer; incentivize people cannibalize to their Second Amendment rights for tax credits. Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.) will introduce the Support Assault Firearm Elimination and Education of our Streets Act, which will do just that (via the Hill):

“Assault weapons are not about hunting, or even self-defense,” DeLauro said. “There is no reason on earth, other than to kill as many people as possible in as short a time as possible, that anyone needs a gun designed for a battlefield.”

Though DeLauro is in favor of stronger guns laws that would completely ban assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition, she emphasized this bill would not force gun owners to turn in their firearms.

The legislation would provide up to $2,000 in tax credits for gun owners who voluntarily hand over assault weapons to their local police departments.

The assault weapons legislation comes in response to the horrific mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., DeLauro’s home state, in December 2012.

DeLauro originally introduced the bill in January 2013, just one month after the Newtown shooting, but the legislation fell short in the Republican-controlled House. She plans to reintroduce it next week when Congress returns from recess.

She said the bill would help “get more assault weapons off the streets."

“Just days after the Newtown tragedy, President Obama asked, ‘Are we doing enough to protect our children?’ And he admitted the answer is, ‘no.’ That must change,” DeLauro said.

DeLauro is announcing the assault weapons legislation this week in conjunction with National Public Health Week.

I wish we could ignore these pieces of legislation that are factually challenged, and somewhat offensive given that they feel tax credits will incentivize Americans to depreciate their civil rights through monetary means. Truth be told, you could hunt with a Ruger Mini-14, which has a 30-round magazine and fires the same Remington .223­–or 5.56–ammunition used by AR-15 owners. Also, any firearm can be used for self-defense, congresswoman. Though, it comes down to a level of practicality.

Lastly, rifles are seldom used in crimes. The New York Times published ProPublica’s Lois Beckett’s piece on the assault weapons in 2014, where she wrote it's a "myth" that banning these firearms would curb gun violence; something we­–on the pro-civil rights side–have been saying for quite some time:

Over the past two decades, the majority of Americans in a country deeply divided over gun control have coalesced behind a single proposition: The sale of assault weapons should be banned.

That idea was one of the pillars of the Obama administration’s plan to curb gun violence, and it remains popular with the public. In a poll last December, 59 percent of likely voters said they favor a ban.

But in the 10 years since the previous ban lapsed, even gun control advocates acknowledge a larger truth: The law that barred the sale of assault weapons from 1994 to 2004 made little difference.

It turns out that big, scary military rifles don’t kill the vast majority of the 11,000 Americans murdered with guns each year. Little handguns do.

After Boko Haram Has Killed So Many Christians, The Christians Are Now Killing Muslims In Nigeria For All Of The Persecutions They Cause

After Boko Haram has slaughtered so many thousands of Christians, some Christians have now erupted into a violent rampage against Muslims in Nigeria. According to one report:

The oldest scars were smooth and dark, diagonal stripes across the right side of Ismail Ahmed’s back, beneath an open sore. The fresher wounds were still pink. 

Mr. Ahmed had been arrested by the Nigerian army on suspicion of helping Boko Haram, but the tears he shed were for his brother, Umaru. The soldiers had shot him dead, he said. 

The men had been hiding in the mountains outside Gulak, northeastern Adamawa State, when the army advanced with vigilantes in February to recapture the town from Boko Haram. 

“The vigilantes said we should come down and nothing would happen to us,” Mr. Ahmed said. “I went back. I stayed in my house for three weeks. Then the soldiers came and blindfolded me and took me to their base.” 

He spent four days in a military prison where he was flogged and eight days in a police cell in the state capital Yola before he was released without charge last week. 

His brother, a farmer, had been hiding in another village and had waited longer to come down. His family did not learn that he was dead until a neighbor called last week. 

“They said he was trying to get home when he met the soldiers who took him away and killed him,” Mr. Ahmed said. 

Nigeria’s armed forces, with help from neighboring Chad, Niger and Cameroun, have recorded a series of victories in recent months, retaking ground from the insurgents after years of routs and humiliating inertia. 

Yet many Muslims who were displaced by the fighting are afraid to go home for fear of harassment from the military or reprisals from their Christian neighbors who bore the brunt of Boko Haram’s savagery. 

Saleh Jibril, who fled to a refugee camp in Yola, said that a friend had found his wife floating in a river with her hands tied behind her back after she tried to hike through the mostly Christian district of Michika, about 20 miles south of their home in Gulak in March. 

Salihi Ateequ, a member of the Adamawa State Muslim Council, said that his sister, Hinidiyatu Tijjani, also went back to Michika soon after it was liberated to check on their mother who had stayed behind. “She spent four days in Michika, but as she was coming back she was ambushed,” Mr. Ateequ said. She was carrying an infant baby on her back. Both were hacked to death with cutlasses.

“The Christians in Michika believe the Muslims invited Boko Haram to come and kill them,” Mr. Ateequ added. “So now it’s vengeance and every Muslim is a target.” 

The tensions in Michika predate Boko Haram. The town already had two market days, one on Saturday for Christians and one on Sunday for Muslims. It also had two rival water companies selling plastic sachets of drinking water. GBM (God Bless Michika) Water was launched in 2012, residents said, because Christians refused to drink or were unable to buy the Muslim-owned Kaigama brand. 

The road to Michika district was scarred with burnt-out shops and churches when The Times visited last week. School buildings were partially collapsed and the central mosque had been bombed by aircraft during the Nigerian advance.
At least four major bridges had been destroyed and a Boko Haram tank, emblazoned with the insurgents’ black logo, sat where it had been abandoned. 

At a church in Bazza, the insurgents decapitated a life-size, fibreglass statue of St. Peter and burnt the parish records office. 

In Michika, they painted over shop signs and notices as if the very words were an affront to their mission to prohibit western education. Arabic words were scrawled on the walls and a bank appeared to have been looted. 

“The shops are all closed,” said Cosmas Tizhe, a university lecturer. “Even if you have money, there is nothing to buy.” 

Most of the people left there were either women or vigilantes. Local officials said that women returned before their husbands because they were less likely to be killed by Boko Haram and less likely to be suspected by the army.  

“In the villages, almost all of the houses are burnt,” Peter Salihu Gogura, Michika’s Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, said.  

“If the government comes in to rebuild these houses, definitely we can have peace, but if the government doesn’t act, we will have problems.” 

Mr. Gogura, who has both Muslim and Christian names, said that the indigenous Christian Higgi tribe had a proud history of coexisting with the migrant Muslim traders, but warned that Boko Haram had strained relations to breaking point. 

“When somebody goes home and sees his house has been razed and he has nothing to eat and nowhere to lay his head, it’s not easy,” he said. “My fear is that as human beings, if you go home to nothing, and you know the people who caused this, you may not see eye to eye with them.” 

For Umaru’s widows, the decision not to go back was easy. “There is nothing for us to go back to,” said Hawa, 39. But Mr Ahmed said he had no choice. “I have to get back to prepare the fields,” he said. “All we can do is pray to God to join our minds.”

As I have said before, the violence caused by Boko Haram is escalating so badly that the intensification just could erupt into a civil war between Christians and Muslims in the region.

Military action is inevitable in the fight against terrorism and more should be done to tackle religious persecution, Italy’s foreign minister said.
In an unusually strongly worded interview with Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera on Tuesday, Paolo Gentiloni said Europe has long ignored dangers faced by people in other parts of the world and must do more.
“Responding to terrorism inevitably implies military consequences. This may shock some people but these groups must also be dealt with on a military footing. I won’t use the word ‘combat’ to avoid being painted as a crusader,” Gentiloni said.
He noted that Italian forces are committed to training local armed forces in Somalia that fight against the al Qaeda-linked al Shabaab militants who singled out Christians in a shooting on Thursday at a university in Kenya that killed nearly 150 people.
Islamic State’s incursion into North Africa has alarmed Italy, whose southernmost island is separated from Tunisia by a 70-mile stretch of the Mediterranean.
Violence in Libya has swelled the numbers of illegal migrants coming to Italy by boat. The turmoil in the region that they are fleeing was brought home in March by an attack on the Bardo museum in Tunis in which four Italians were killed.
Gentiloni has previously pledged that Italy would fight in Libya as part of an international mission and said on Tuesday the government may consider also contributing in the future to tackling militant groups such as Boko Haram in Nigeria.
The fact that these groups are targeting Christians brings the need to help even closer to home, Gentiloni said, “because it concerns our identity and our roots.”
“For years Europe has had a bad habit, a mix of selfishness and cowardice that prompts it to turn its gaze elsewhere when it comes to what happens beyond our little old world,” he said.
He said it was important within Italy, which houses the Vatican papal state, to protect Christian sites and minority religious communities, such as Jews, which could become targets.

     We have good Christian references from the beginning of Christianity onward which clarify certain issues of today which were already clarified in early Christianity but then Christians forgot to check the early Christian writings to see what they told us about this issue or not. The Apostles Of Jesus Christ set up the beginning formal Church Of Jesus Christ on earth as any organization needs organization and procedures to make it work right on earth. The Apostles Of Jesus Christ were given understood authority for the Church by Jesus Christ and the Church spread fast across the Roman Empire because the Apostolic authority was respected in their first leaders and so as the Apostle Paul shows twice in the New Testament, the main Christian worship service was already set up on Sunday instead of the Jewish Saturday by authority of the Apostles of Jesus Christ. For example, the first great historian of Christianity was Eusebius who lived from 265-340 a.d. and wrote, "From the beginning Christians assembled on the first day of the week, called by them the Lord's Day, for the purpose of religious worship, to read the Scriptures, to preach and celebrate the Lord's Supper (called it "the breaking of the bread" as a general symbolic term then)...the first day of the week (Sunday) on which the Saviour obtained the victory over death. Therefore, it has the pre-eminence, first in rank, and is more honorable than the Jewish Sabbath." In Constitutions of the Holy Apostles mentions that the churches had the oblation (offering of the Lord's Supper) on the first day of the week which was Sunday "because on the first day of the week our Lord arose upon the world, and ascended to heaven." Clement of Alexandria, Egypt, 174 A.D. wrote "The old seventh day has become nothing more than a working day." Bishop Irenaeus, 178 A.D. who was trained by Bishop Polycarp who had been trained by St. John the Divine who wrote the Book Of Revelation and Polycarp had known several of the Apostles of Jesus Christ and many of the 500 witnesses who saw Jesus alive after His resurrection from the grave, Irenaeus wrote in 178 A.D. that Holy Communion is to be celebrated on Sunday, the Lord's Day. An early edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica under "Sabbath" and "Sunday" stated that the Christians kept Sunday as their Christian Sabbath in effect for nearly 300 years before Constantine the Great legalized it under Roman law as a legal day of rest for Christians so they could worship on that day without legal interference in the Roman Empire.

 

Due to apparent C.I.A. interference under order of Obama to try and stop these reports when they solve issues that divide Christianity, parts of this report will disappear if I try to correct anything already typed into this report. We are living under a dictator Obama in the White House and pass fast our proposed Omni Law shown on our national website. This will put him or successor in a legal straight jacket where they have to obey the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights or else be promptly removed from the White House by national referendum of the American people through authority of the Omni Law. These are major legal felonies being done for Obama by apparently C.I.A.  We have our reasons for judging that this is apparently C.I.A. doing this and thinking that they can get away with trying to block our reports and try to block us from getting America to back our Omni Law into passage as a constitutional amendment in America.

 

     I know well how the law works and we are very close to where we can get our Omni Law passed in America. Already more and more in Wash., D.C. are quietly already swinging over to our side as they figure we are going to win and they don't want us to smash their federal agencies by legal actions through the Omni Law and massive grand jury investigations of them once the Omni Law is passed! We are getting secret signals that many elements of Wash., D.C. do not approve of what Obama is doing and want us to restore the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights back into legal authority over America instead of this arrogant attempt at dictatorship being tried by Obama today.

 

     Bishop Cyprian around 250 A.D. wrote a Christian theme very popular in Christianity then and before to the first days of Christianity after Christ and the Apostles. As Jesus taught in parables, if you would not show mercy to others when they seek mercy from you, you will be judged by your own standards by Jesus Christ as to whether you should get mercy from Jesus or not.

         Matthew 24: 28 was explained around 200 A.D. by Bishop Hippolytus who had trained under Bishop Irenaeus stated that this was written so the heretics (enemies of God) would not understand it. It is a play upon a key Greek word. The outsiders from Christianity will think that the Greek word is translated as "carcase." The same word also means "fall" or "the fall." And where did Adam fall? In the Garden of Eden called Paradise. Now decoded for latter day Christians is Matthew 24:28. "For wheresoever the carcase (fall - symbolic word for the Garden of Eden called Paradise) is, there will the eagles (upright Christians) be gathered together." And verse 27 says that this will occur when Jesus (the Son of Man) appears like lightning appearing out of the East to the West. There is more to the teachings around this, but enough for now until the upright Christians are gathered together. Then as St. Jerome wrote around 400 A.D., the tribulation will not be their problem as they will be with Jesus during the time of Jacob's Trouble. But as for the lukewarm Christians, they will flee for their lives as the Antichrist pursues them to kill them across the face of the earth. As Jesus said in Revelation, He will vomit the lukewarm Christians out of His mouth into the tribulation at that time since they did not follow Him faithfully on earth. 

      And following an old system used in military intelligence to supply the key reference to decode a hidden message not intended for all to see or understand its meaning, only one verse is 666 in the New Testament and it is John 6:66 so John in Revelation says to look for the meaning to 666 which is the number for the Antichrist and his followers on earth. In John 6:66 it is summarized that some disciples of Jesus Christ abandoned Him because they did not want to believe Jesus when He said in verses 57-58 to eat His flesh so that they might experience eternal life through Jesus Christ. Jesus commands His followers to partake of His Holy Communion that was first offered by Him at the Last Supper. The early Christian teachings were that the bread and wine were by "transmutation" spiritually changed into the flesh and blood of Jesus Christ. Transmutation was the Latin word meaning turning one substance into another. And this Latin word was used to describe Holy Communion such as when Justin Martyr in a famous debate with a Jewish scholar around 130 years after Christ referred to Holy Communion as "transmutation" occurred in Holy Communion. This shocked the Jewish scholar. Those who can accept supernatural miracles from God can be upright Christians. Those who cannot accept supernatural miracles of God are 666 Christians if they claim to be Christians but rejecting the supernatural, they reject Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The Antichrist and his followers reject the supernatural claims of Christianity so their spiritual number is 666 which is the ultimate evil number in Bible prophetic numbers meaning Satan and his influence, Satan and his influence , and Satan and his influence. As the Bible says, those who reject Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are of the spirit of Antichrist. And the number of the spirit of Antichrist is 666. Read John 6 from verse 26 to the end verse 71 and realize many rejected Jesus on the day that He told them to eat of His fleshand blood. It has a spiritual meaning which was widely taught in early Christianity but rarely taught in latter day Christianity. When you become of the flesh and blood of Jesus 

Christ, you are to live for eternity with Jesus Christ after this life is over. Such early Christianity taught as the Apostles had taught them!

The World Changed Yesterday. Obama Lost Court Battle. Judge Blocked Illegal Immigration Once And For All ( Video)

This past Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen rejected Obama’s appeal of the injunction on his amnesty scam. The administration had contended that the holdup in applying the illegal amnesty program was doing harm to “the interests of the public and of third parties who will be deprived of significant law enforcement and humanitarian benefits of prompt implementation” Actually, what harm?. Maybe they were referring to bruising the ego of a maniacal madmen hellbent on demolishing America? Can you say Antichrist?









The judge also stated that the Obama administration had misinformed (Legal term meaning lying through their teeth) the court by allowing work permits to over 108,000 illegal aliens after informing the judge no such activity would be implemented. Initially the Obama administration stated (misinformed…see above explanation) the work permits handed out were part of the original DACA ( Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) amnesty program, but later it was found that those 108k illegal aliens were provided 3 year work permits. DACA granted two year work permits. So obviously the administration was once again misleading (lying through their teeth) the judge and the American people.
Judge Hanen declined to lift the injunction on several grounds. First of all, he takes into account the actions by Obama to be unconstitutional, thus against the law. Obama states that he was pressured to take action considering that congress had not bowed and kissed his feet and ring. Honestly, that is like a rapist stating that he was compelled into raping the woman because she had declined to give it to him herself. In all honesty, there is no motivation of the majority of representatives in congress to challenge what would amount to blanket amnesty, not only for the 11 million illegals in the country right now but the millions who would rush our border the second such a bill would be agreed upon. And the voters are extremely against it, which would force some liberals to reject amnesty even if they genuinely want it.
The injunction still stands and Obama is incapable fo handing out anymore work permits and will most likely have to take back the three year work permits and substitute them with two year permits. Obama still has an appeal that will be heard on April 17th before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the most conservative court in America. From there it would need to go to the Supreme Court. Dependent on when the appeals court renders it’s determination, supposing they turn Obama down, it would in all probability be too late for review by the Supreme Court this year.
I’m Jaywill and have been battling the Antichrist Obama for years now. I’ve been wishing to see this judgment handed down to Obama like the one Judge Hanen just did to Obama. The day has finally come of the Antichrist to fall……..Judge Hanen has just hammered Obama a fourth time slamming Obama’s Amnesty with a ban. If Obama appeals it it’ll be a pitched battle between the forces of goodness and evil. I’ve been helping Geir Smith aka King of Shambhala spread the news that Obama’s the Antichrist. People have said I’m just acting as a puppet for Geir. That’s just not true and I’ve been making my own articles too for many years at BeforeItsNews specializing in Biblical, astronomy and prophecy.
Judge Hanen’s repeated targeting of Obama and his persistency in pursuing Obama till the bitter end, makes me say the time for the end has come. It’s now time to reveal to the whole world that Obama’s the Antichrist. Geir’s claim is to be the king of Shambhala, the Buddhist Saviour and not the Messiah or Jesus of Christians. Christians will have none of that and say that because Geir says Obama’s the Antichrist he’s spilling over into Christianity. They are thus saying there are only two ways around this: either 1. Geir must be the Messiah and Jesus 2. or else he has no legitimacy to bring the message of the Apocalypse. Geir feels absolutely an outsider to all that whole way of thinking. He feels only the need to spread the news to Asia that this is the Apocalypse and that Obama is the Antichrist. Geir has no wish whatsoever to bring the Apocalypse and Revelation to Christians even, who are not his people and not his faith. He solely wishes to bring the revelation to Buddhists and to Asia only.
Obama could demand that the court lift the injunction while he is holding out to have the case heard, but like Hanen, SCOTUS would consider it not to be advisable since the 26 states that filed the original suit could experience permanent harm from Obama’s amnesty program. Particularly if they anticipate the suit by the states to overcome when the case is heard. If that is the case, no choice would be delivered until June of 2016.
Obama would look at that a catastrophe.
