On August 7, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s attorneys asked the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to prevent U.S, District Judge Murray Snow from overseeing a racial profiling case against Arpaio due to Snow’s alleged personal disdain for the Sheriff.
Breitbart News previously reported that Snow’s wife allegedly told an old acquaintance that her husband “hates” Sheriff Arpaio and “will do anything to get [him] out of office.” In light of that revelation, Arpaio’s attorneys asked that Snow recuse himself from the case. But on July 24 Snow announced he had no intention of stepping down and ordered U.S Marshals to go to Arpaio’s office to seize documents and computer hard drives.
Now Arpaio’s attorneys are asking the 9th Circuit to intervene.
According to CBS 5, Arpaio’s attorneys told the 9th Circuit that Snow “created the appearance of bias when he questioned Arpaio about two secret investigations involving the judge that were done on the sheriff’s behalf.” One of those was an investigation that dealt with the “claim that the judge’s wife had allegedly told someone that Snow didn’t want Arpaio to win re-election.”
No timeframe for when the 9th Circuit might respond to Arpaio’s request has been released.

The pope thrills Democrats with his teachings on climate change, social justice and immigration. At the same time, his message on life and the Catholic Church’s traditional opposition to abortion comfort Republicans.
There is genuine giddiness among Catholic Democrats – many of whom have long been uncomfortably at odds with their church over abortion rights – about the pope’s strong emphasis on addressing poverty and the environment.
“I’ve been waiting for this pope all my life,” said liberal Massachusetts Democrat Jim McGovern, 57. “I find him inspirational and I know a lot of other people do, not just Catholics.”
The pope comes to the Capitol on Sept. 24, where he will be the first pontiff to ever address a joint meeting of Congress. He will also appear on a West Front balcony to greet the public.
There’s little doubt that Francis, who in a speech last month in Bolivia spoke out against unchecked capitalism before an assemblage of groups representing the poor, will seek to send a similar message to lawmakers representing the richest nation on earth.

These things happen in history . . . and the United States is not exempt of the laws of economics. It is going to happen here.

All is not lost, according to Griffin, and it starts with something he calls “The Creed of Freedom.” Griffin is working on global solutions to this massive bad leadership problem.

I’m lovin’ it! All over the place people are beginning to stand up for their rights, and for all of our rights.  I would like to invite all Oath Keepers to enjoy this brief video in which two State legislators and a solid good All American Sheriff stood up for a Viet Nam Veteran when the VA notified him that they were coming to inspect his house to remove any firearms he might have there. Here are three heroes:
Idaho Rep. Heather Scott, WA Rep. Matt Shea, and Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler
Here is what I’ve gathered thus far. I will update this post as needed, as more info comes in.
The VA was going to arrive at the Veteran’s home at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 7, 2015. They wanted to inspect him home to make sure he has no firearms. The community rose up, led by their Sheriff and some patriotic legislators, and they backed down the damned Veterans Administration,  which issued a statement at around 1:30 pm saying they were calling off the house inspection. Yay!
At the rally to defend this Viet Nam Veteran were three Oath Keepers chapters from Idaho and several 111%er groups.

1. Thank you to all of the prayer warriors out there!
2. The situation ended peacefully and John kept his guns. The VA Field Examiner did not show up today but is planning on coming there next week and we were assured will meet outside John’s house to discuss how to officially declare him competent.
3. The VSO that showed up today is helping point John in the right direction.
4. Sheriff Wheeler honored his oath and sided with the people and the Constitution.
5. Citizens from Idaho, Montana, and Washington stood together in the defiance of tyranny.
OBSERVATIONS – THE VA IS DISASTER
1. There was no follow up by the doctor for 8 months on whether he had recovered. Had this happened we likely would not have been there today.
2. The letter is a final determination by a bureaucrat, without any judge or jury. That is not due process.
3. There was no opportunity to appeal BEFORE his right to bear arms was taken away. That is guilty until proven innocent.
4. They are sending these threatening letters to many veterans (read some of the comments in posts below). How callous to put a massive amount of stress on this man who is recovering from a stroke.
5. This would have turned out different if we all had not been there.

UNITED States of America   -    It can now be reported that the 9th IMF audit has been released to the U.S. Treasury showing 23 TRILLION of euro-denominated derivatives are now linked to the German Deutsche Bank, along with major Austrian banks, with contagion spreading to the Mellon Bank of New York and Bank of America.

At this hour, U.S. banks are still placed in the same category that defined them post financial crisis and bank 'Bail-Out' #1 in the year 2008 aka TBTF (too big to fail).

Note:  We can also report that IMF officials are being quoted as saying that the shadow banking industry is collapsing and the banks that are too big to fail are too broke to 'Bail-Out'.

P.S.  We can also divulge that the Chinese credit and debt crisis is escalating with HSBC of Hong Kong and Barclays Bank of England facing insolvency.

In closing, we want to congratulate Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul, (R-KY) for standing up for the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights against neo-NAZI, current crooked Republican Governor of New Jersey, Bush-Clinton Crime Family Syndicate stooge and 9/11 co-conspirator Chris Christie.

Christie says he relates to the 9/11 families.  I have a message for Christie:  Listen to the demands of the 9/11 families that want the flight records of the 9/11 alleged hijackers (stolen on the night of 9/11 by then Florida Governor Jeb Bush) immediately declassified by the Obama Justice Department.

Note:  According to former U.S. Senator Robert Graham, Democrat of Florida, the declassified documents will clearly show that the alleged 9/11 hijackers aka patsies could not fly a kite let alone a commercial aircraft.

Christie does not need to give Obama a hug.  He needs to make a demand.  Don't hold your breath, folks.

(I realize that this prophetic word/vision will cause many to be upset and to question it. I have been obedient to the Lord in sending it out however. I have prayed over it and asked others to discern its truth as well. Remember that our prayers CAN have a great effect on future events, but God has a plan that oftentimes, goes against our human understanding. Also, please understand that this message has nothing to do with my views on a political leader or candidate. I am NOT in the business of endorsing anyone for a political office. So while some may consider this message as the opinion or endorsement from a man, it isn't. Our constitution makes it very clear that a president can only serve for a maximum of two terms in office, but as we know, God's ways are not our ways, and his thoughts are not our thoughts. Those who would unfriend me over this post need to know that you are unfriending the Holy Spirit because He is the one that spoke it.)

The Lord showed me a vision. I looked and saw the face of Obama off to one side, and then the Lord said,

"This man will not be taken out of office for, with the upcoming elections, much trouble will be occurring.
