LET US SAY THAT I AM GIFTED IN SOME FIELD, BUT NOT BAKING PIES OR BREAD FOR EXAMPLE. LET ME USE SOME MAN OR WOMAN WHO IS VERY GOOD AND TALENTED IN HOW TO DO A SUPER JOB IN BAKING PIES AND/OR BREAD. I BAKE UNDER THEIR SUPERVISION AND ADVICE AND SOON I WILL LIKELY BE AS GOOD OR NEARLY AS GOOD AS THEY ARE IN BAKING THESE SPECIALTY ITEMS OF THEIRS. SMART BRAINS AND GENIUS IS OFTEN EASILY TRANSMITTED TO THE WILLING STUDENT STUDYING UNDER SOMEONE WHO IS GIFTED IN THE INVOLVED FIELD AND WILLING TO SHOW THEM THEIR APPROACH TO THIS FIELD.

       INCREASED INTELLIGENCE IS BUILT UP IN YOURSELF BY PERSONALLY ASSOCIATING WITH THOSE WHO ARE NATURALLY BRIGHT TO BRILLIANT IN SOME FIELD AND LISTENING TO THEIR CONVERSATION IN THE GIFTED FIELD OR FIELDS UNTIL YOU CATCH ON TO WHAT THEY ARE SAYING AND UNDERSTAND IT. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG IN ASKING QUESTIONS OF THEM TO EXPLAIN SOME POINT THAT YOU DID NOT REALLY GRASP OR UNDERSTAND THE FIRST TIME THEY MENTIONED IT.

      IF YOU ARE A WALLFLOWER IN LEADERSHIP TRAITS, ASSOCIATE WITH THOSE WHO ARE OBVIOUS LEADERS AND LET THEIR LEADERSHIP TRAITS ENTER YOUR CHARACTER BY ASSOCIATION UNTIL YOU ARE ALSO A LEADER IN CHARACTER LIKE THEM.       IN MILITARY SCHOOL, I WAS CAPTAIN OF FOUR ATHLETIC TEAMS. I WAS HEAD OF A SQUASH TEAM BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WANTED TO HEAD IT. THIS WAS NOT MUCH TRAINING IN LEADERSHIP AND I JUST FILLED A LEADERSHIP VACUUM THAT OPENED AND DID PROBABLY NOTHING IN TRAINING ME TO BE A LEADER. I WAS CAPTAIN OF TWO RIFLE TEAMS IN MILITARY SCHOOL. I HAD COME WITHIN ONE POINT OF TYING FOR THE SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIP IN RIFLE SHOOTING. IF THEY HAD NOT ASKED ME TO STOP SHOOTING SO THEY COULD SEE THE TARGETS CLOSER, I DID NOT KNOW IT BUT I HAD SHOT ALL BULL-EYES SO FAR. THEY DISTRACTED ME BY STOPPING ME AND THEN I THINK I JERKED TWO SHOTS AND CAME OUT SECOND PLACE IN THE CONTEST FOR THE TOP RIFLE CHAMPION IN THE MILITARY ACADEMY. I BECAME CAPTAIN OF TWO RIFLE TEAMS. I COULD SHOW THEM HOW TO SHOOT THE RIFLE, BUT DID NOT HAVE THE TIME TO TRAIN THEM LIKE AN ARMY TO FIRE LIKE PROFESSIONALS. AND I ALSO BECAME THE CAPTAIN OF A SOCCER TEAM AFTER HAVING PLAYED THIS SPORT FOR THREE YEARS PRIOR. THIS TIME I HAD THE INSPIRATION FROM EXPERIENCE IN THIS SPORT TO TRAIN MY TEAM LIKE A WELL TRAINED ARMY. WE STARTED AS A JOKE BECAUSE WE HAD ONLY FOUR ON OUR TEAM IF I RECALL CORRECTLY WHO HAD PLAYED THIS SPORT BEFORE. THE COACH WAS LATE FOR THE FIRST TRAINING SESSION AND WHEN HE SAW ME EXPLAINING TACTICS, HOW TO PLAY THE GAME RIGHT, ETC., HE JUST KEPT QUIET AND LET ME COACH THE TEAM THAT FIRST SESSION. MY TEAM PLAYED LIKE A WELL TRAINED ARMY AND WE WON ALL THE GAMES IN OUR LEAGUE IN A COLOSSAL UPSET AS NO ONE BELIEVED THAT WE WOULD OR COULD WIN THE CHAMPIONSHIP IN OUR LEAGUE. THIS TIME I RECEIVED GOOD LEADERSHIP TRAINING IN SPORTS WHICH IS ALSO GOOD FOR HOW TO LEAD SOLDIERS IN WAR IF IT CAME TO THAT.  SOMETIMES YOU GET GOOD TRAINING BY ON THE JOB TRAINING IN SOME FIELD UNTIL YOU ARE A PRO AT IT!

      IN MILITARY SCHOOL, I WAS PRESIDENT OF A HISTORY CLUB THERE. I HAD ALWAYS BEEN A SUPER STAR IN HISTORY IN SCHOOL AND THE BRIGHT MILITARY CADETS WHO LIKED HISTORY WERE ATTRACTED TO ME. WE DISCUSSED HISTORICAL SUBJECTS IN DEPTH AND WE HELP EDUCATE EACH OTHER TO BE SHARPER IN HISTORY BECAUSE OF OUR COMMON ASSOCIATION IN THIS FIELD. YOU ALL ARE MADE SHARPER IN SOME FIELD WHEN DEALING WITH THOSE WHO HAVE NATURAL APTITUDE AND INTEREST IN SOME SPECIAL FIELD. AND I WAS VICE PRESIDENT OF AN INTERNATIONAL ROCKET SOCIETY ORGANIZED AT THAT MILITARY ACADEMY AND WE WERE SORT OF AN UNDERGROUND ORGANIZATION THERE ENGAGED IN ROCKET RESEARCH, ETC. TO LAUNCHING THE FIRST ROCKET AND SATELLITE  INTO OUTER SPACE. WE WOULD HAVE MADE A LAUGHING STOCK OUT OF WASH., D.C. IF WE HAD SUCCESSFULLY DUPLICATED SENDING OUT AN AMERICAN VERSION INTO OUTER SPACE LIKE THE PRIOR RUSSIAN SPUTNIK. WE USED SECRET CONNECTIONS AND HAD A TOP SECRET AMERICAN MATHEMATICAL ABSTRACT ON HOW TO LAUNCH ROCKETS INTO OUTER SPACE. IF WE HAD HAD THE MONEY, WE SECRETLY COULD HAVE BOUGHT A DUPLICATE OF THE ROCKET CHAMBER BEING USED BY THE PENTAGON FOR TEST FLIGHTS AIMING FOR OUTER SPACE. THEY KNEW HOW TO ORGANIZE THEIR STUDY NOTES, BUT THEY NEVER LEARNED THAT MUCH HOW TO THINK SMARTLY OR SOUNDLY IN SOME FIELD. A COUPLE OF TIMES I MET PEOPLE WITHOUT FORMAL DEGREES WHO WERE BRILLIANT IN SOME ANGLE. A NAVAL CONSTRUCTION WORKER FROM WORLD WAR II GAVE ME WHAT I RATED AS THE SMARTEST EVALUATION OF WHY HITLER LOST WORLD WAR II BY INVADING RUSSIA THAT I HAD EVER HEARD. AND IF YOU EXPLAIN THE PRINCIPLES TO SOMEONE ELSE, THEY WILL UNDERSTAND YOU BETTER IF YOUR WORDS, EXAMPLES, AND LOGIC ARE ON THEIR VERBAL LEVEL TO UNDERSTAND. U.S. Protects Afghan Opium Fields From Taliban Attack

Taliban had previously outlawed opium cultivation

The United States has called in air strikes to stop the Taliban from taking control of opium fields in the town of Musa Qala in Helmand province.

Over the weekend the air strikes were called in after the Taliban seized weapons and vehicles from Afghan soldiers.
Helmand province is said to be one of the world’s largest opium-producing regions, larger than the whole of Burma which is the second largest producer of opium.
Production of opium reached an all-time high under the military control of the U.S. and NATO.
According to a report issued in 2013 by the Afghanistan Opium Survey of the United Nations, cultivation of poppy increased 36 per cent in 2013. Total opium production amounted to 5,500 tons, up nearly half since 2012.
“This has never been witnessed before in the history of Afghanistan,” said Jean-Luc Lemahieu, the outgoing leader of the Afghanistan office of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
Prior to the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan, the Taliban had successfully banned production of opium.
According to James P. In 2010 Fox News’ Gerald Rivera talked with an occupation soldier about U.S. support of the opium trade in Afghanistan. The soldier told Rivera he did not like supporting Afghan opium production. The U.S., he insisted, has turned a blind eye to the cultivation due to cultural considerations. He said he would rather see the Afghans grow watermelons.

The US State Department has released documents that show the administration of former president Richard Nixon had sought to curb Israel’s clandestine nuclear weapons program.
One notable document, dated July 19, 1969, was a memorandum by Henry Kissinger, national security adviser to Nixon.
The memorandum highlighted Kissinger’s proposed approach to Israel’s nuclear arsenal and stressed on keeping it hidden from the general public.

“What this means is that, while we might ideally like to halt actual Israeli possession, what we really want at a minimum may be just to keep Israeli possession from becoming an established international fact,” the memo read.

The document also noted that there was unanimous support in Washington to force Israel to sign the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

“Everyone agreed that, as a minimum, we want Israel to sign the NPT. This is not because signing will make any difference in Israel’s actual nuclear program because Israel could produce warheads clandestinely,” it said.

The memo also maintained that “Israel’s signature would, however, give us a publicly feasible issue to raise with the Israeli government — a way of opening the discussion. It would also publicly commit Israel not to acquire nuclear weapons.”
The document revealed that the US even had plans to stop Israel’s “Jericho” missile program, arguing that those missiles were only designed to deliver nuclear warheads and had no other purpose that would justify their development.
Israel was asked “to provide us with written assurances that it will stop creating and will not deploy Jericho missiles or other strategic missiles with nuclear warheads,” according to the memo.
The Nixon administration mulled the idea of threatening to stop its arms flow to Israel , with the US Joint Chiefs of Staff suggesting to equip Israeli air force with Phantom jets only if Tel Aviv agreed to stop its missile program; a decision that was opposed by the State department.

“Our problem is that Israel will not take us seriously on the nuclear issue unless they believe we are prepared to withhold something they very much need, the Phantoms, or even more, their whole military supply relationship with us,” Kissinger wrote at the time.

President Nixon later approved Kissinger’s plan, but withheld the authority to link the delivery of conventional weapons with Israel’s response.
The move to publish the 1100 pages worth of documents comes amid widespread disagreement between American and Israeli officials over the recent nuclear agreement with Iran.

Why should these statements by Rand Paul be considered so radical when the media is constantly attacking the corrupt and the wealthy?

Rand Paul wrote an editorial with Mark Spitznagel at Reason.com entitled, “The Federal Reserve is Not Your Friend.”

It begins with what I think is one of the clearest illustrations of the absurdity of our current political system.

Imagine that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) was a corporation, with its shares owned by the nation’s major pharmaceutical companies. How would you feel about the regulation of medications?  Whose interests would this corporation be serving? Or suppose that major oil companies appointed a small committee to periodically announce the price of a barrel of crude in the United States. How would that impact you at the gasoline pump?

Such hypotheticals would strike the majority of Americans as completely absurd, but it’s exactly how our banking system operates.

The Federal Reserve is literally owned by the nation’s commercial banks, with a rotation of the regional Reserve Bank presidents constituting 5 of the 12 voting members of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC), the body that sets targets for certain interest rates. The other 7 members of the FOMC are the D.C.-based Board of Governors—which includes the Fed chairperson, currently Janet Yellen—and are nominated by the President. The Fed serves its owners and patrons—the big banks and the federal government, while the rest of Americans get left behind.

I don’t understand how this can be refuted, or how it can be tolerated by Americans.

In the Constitution we read about three branches of government. Nowhere do we read about our currency and much of our economic power being under the control of an autonomous institution that boasts in not answering to either the President or Congress in the name of “keeping its independence.”

How can this possibly be a Constitutional system?

The elite have enriched themselves through immoral economic policies, and force anyone trying to save for the future to jump into the shark-infested pool called Wall Street, where the same entities that feast on “free money” from the Fed, take healthy bites out of our hard-earned savings.

So, you either get essentially no return on your bank savings (with the added risk that the idiots running the place will drive it into the ground, and a “bail-in” will seize much of your cash—see Cyprus), or you invest on Wall Street and get savaged in the games the big banks and investment houses play to manipulate markets with taxpayer money.

I realize many people are not Rand Paul fans at the moment (for many it is because he is the son of his father and for a few it is because he is not enough like his father), but I really would like the Federal Reserve to be an issue in this election. We seem to be on the brink of another Wall Street meltdown. Once again the Federal Reserve will double down on the damage that it has already done as the sure solution to our problems.

We need to fight this corrupt institution. While a few have joined Rand Paul in opposing it, I don’t see anyone else likely to lead in the fight against it.

Editor comment: In the course of observing the historical exchanges between all parties, in my opinion, This childish display on the part of the NLA leadership demonstrates the unprofessional and damaging conduct that I deem as destructive.
The common law grand jury remains an instrument of the people. It is not the private toy of the NLA which is being led by people of questionable character and motives.

Since that time we have remained under the dictatorial rule of the military by way of the “Lieber” code. ALL court functions have been under this military control.

As it was then, so it remains to this day.

Did you know you have been closely working with a mystery man? Our research ties him to John E. Vidurek. Are you familiar with that name? Are you also familiar with the address he uses to accept his donations? 3979 Albany post rd. Suite 107 Hyde Park, NY 12538 happens to be the address for “The Shipping Place”. I called the phone for this company and confirmed it is nothing more or less than a P.O. Box and yes, NLA uses them. With no physical address and only P.O. Box reference points, the question begs to be asked… where are all the NLA donations and subscriptions going? By cross referencing the phone numbers he uses we come up with the name of Kimberly Vidurek. Again, since you are so close, Do you know this Kimberly? I have attached some search results and all have relevance to John. His affiliation with CUSTOM BUILT is particularly intriguing and it only gets stranger from there. I have kept my nose out of your business and even helped on a few occasions but I cannot remain distant to what is going on any more. We have no more time to mess around and delay the inevitable.

Regardless of who or what he winds up being, the issue of giving credence to the fictional court system is what remains the most troubling problem. As you are now aware, correspondence through document filings is practically non-existent, at any level attempted. Sure, the educational aspect of the NLA is fairly good but it continues to be based on a false premise to start with. There is no authorization for any CLGJ outside of those fictional courts. If he convinced you that Article 61 of the Magna Carta was his authorization then you too have been duped. Crimes against the public, initiated by the Attorneys through their puppets, the public servants IS actionable but will never see the light of day until and unless your exalted leader either ceases and desists in perpetrating the fraud and utilizes what remains of the group for positive action or turns the reigns over to someone who will. Neither of which is likely as long as he continues to surround himself with willing accomplices and so far you, sir, are one such.

In closing, please accept this Email as an invitation to talk about what must now happen. We the People, in all our various endeavors are now down to the last arrow in our quiver. That arrow is the one where we all put our differences aside, pool our humanly assets and meet at the first mutually agreed upon location, for the purpose of removing and/or arresting the criminals, educating and assisting those who’ve requested our assistance to accomplish this because the criminals they caught remain unprosecuted and un-arrested due to prosecutorial discretion or favoritism. jumping to conclusions as you stated is the kind of irresponsible conduct of which some members of the NLA have displayed to discredit those who support the common law grand jury judicial process. It is disappointing to see this ignorant approach.

The grand jury process has always been part of the peoples government. The process belongs to the people and not to any specific group.

To its credit the NLA has done a lot to help promote this fourth branch of government, but a few remarks of the kind you just made, negates all of the good efforts by those who appear to have been legitimately supporting the republic.

I suggest you take a long and hard look at the quality of the fruit offered through the document you are so quick to condemn. Ignorance I could let pass…your comments are deliberate.

Doctors have the exact same problem as the rest of us…
They’re suckers for good marketing.

When I was in medical school and then residency, it became obvious that much of the “new knowledge” that doctors learned after graduation came during their annual business/vacation trips.

Several years ago, when I was doing a medical rotation in cardiology, nearly the whole staff went to a conference in San Diego (a nice, warm trip during the dead of winter). When they returned, the doctors started prescribing “statin” drugs like they were candy.

The reason was clear… 

At the conference, pharmaceutical companies reported data about how well the drugs worked and how they showed major reductions in heart disease. They also claimed that side effects didn’t appear… something we know now to be false.

A recent study out of the University of Minnesota showed that nearly one out of 10 serious side-effect reports are submitted after the required 15-day window to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). 

Drug companies receive the side-effect reports from physicians, but delay reporting them. Worse, companies’ reporting times tend to fall even later when fatalities are involved.

An average of 11 deaths a day from drug reactions are not reported in a timely manner.

Read that again… 11 deaths a day get reported to the drug companies, which don’t report the deaths to the FDA on time. Over the past 10 years, it was more than 40,000 deaths.

As an insider, I’ve seen the process repeat itself over and over again. Physicians regularly deny that they’d ever do that sort of stuff. It’s the same cognitive error that all humans make… “What, me? No, I’d never do that.” And please, doctors out there, don’t write in complaining… The facts are in.

The same Minnesota study showed that nearly two-thirds (63%) of the time, patients were not told about the potentially fatal or serious side effects and disabilities caused by the drugs.

Remember… your doctor learns this new stuff on a business trip to a warm beach in the winter months. And the marketing machines of Big Pharma spend a lot of time and money to teach your doctor what to prescribe.

The British Broadcasting Corp. (BBC) reports that last year, nine out 10 big pharmaceutical companies spent more on marketing than they did on research and development (R&D). Swiss health care giant Roche, the exception, spent $9.3 billion on research, but still spent an eye-popping $9 billion on marketing. 

Drug giant Pfizer spent just $6.6 billion on R&D, but $11.4 billion on marketing. That’s a lot of money spent teaching doctors.

Of course, it gets worse… Sometimes doctors get paid directly to be a spokesperson for a company…

Because of new laws requiring more transparency on this sort of craziness, you can now search the government’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) database called the Open Payments program. 

There, you’ll find doctors getting hundreds of thousands of dollars from Big Pharma companies. One Illinois doctor received nearly $450,000 from Pfizer… And I would imagine that doctor now has a huge conflict of interest when prescribing medications to his patients.

So next time you visit your doctor and he gives you a drug prescription, be sure to ask him if he takes any money from the pill’s drug company. If he does, get a second opinion to make sure the prescription is right for you.
