The financial fraud uncovered by the Italian prosecutors in Potenza includes two checks issued through HSBC Holdings Plc (HSBA) in London for 205,000 pounds ($325,000), checks that weren’t backed by available funds, the prosecutors said. As part of the probe, fake bonds for $2 billion were also seized in Rome. The individuals involved were planning to buy plutonium from Nigerian sources, according to phone conversations monitored by the police. You are creating all of the time whether you realize it or not. Through many lives it is you who have created all that you experience now and you are probably surprised at how it is. Remember that you have not often exercised those powers to stop the march of the dark Ones. Whilst it is true their actions have been very devious, there has been little resistance to their aims. However, just of recent times you have begun to understand what has been going on around you. Without necessarily realizing what you were achieving by focusing on a different outcome, you have created an energy for change that has grown immensely and opened up a powerful time line to Ascension. Now you see more clearly what you need to do to bring this cycle to a successful conclusion. Look around you Dear Ones, and see the signs that are there for all to see, as out of the seeming chaos the new beginnings are becoming apparent. You are correctly hearing of a world plan by many countries to topple the Illuminati, and present the world with a new system that creates a new deal where financial matters are concerned. It will remove the illegal structure and methods that have placed you in a debt ridden society that is in danger of collapsing. Having reached this point, if offers the very opportunity that can be taken to implement it. It will remove the burden that so many of you carry, and the hardships it is causing. More importantly it will enable wealth to be re-distributed, much of which has been acquired by criminal actions. You have been deliberately kept poor as a way of keeping you under control. We hear the cry, "Why am I here" as there does not appear to be any apparent purpose, but what you are in is an ongoing experience that is lifting up your level of consciousness. The ultimate goal is to prepare you for a return to full consciousness and Ascension, so that you may at last leave behind duality as you know it. Some wonder what they must have been like in previous lives, but do not concern yourselves too much about them. At some stage you will have the power of full recollection, but the important part is that you have learned from them, and the details are irrelevant. Today is what counts where you are concerned, as you are the sum total of all of your experiences. For many of you it is one that proves you have evolved sufficiently to understand the nature of unconditional love, and that is a most wonderful achievement. Now more than ever, there is a need for people to come together to use their collective power to move forward and help manifest the needed changes. Talk amongst yourselves, as many are puzzled by what is happening and truly do not understand what is behind it. The truth is going to shock them and fear is likely to result, and this is where you can give re-assurance that all is shaping the future, and it is one that will be welcomed. Since there are going to be changes for the better in virtually every aspect of life, it is clearly something to be desired. We of the Galactic Federation have a hand in what is happening to ensure fulfillment, and are allowed to assist providing it is in accordance with your wishes. However, in the larger picture you are looking at a Divine Plan for the Ascension of the Universe. Having come such a long way and about to reap the rewards of your journey, it requires that final resolve to keep your eyes on the finishing line. Do not be distracted by some last attempts of the dark Ones, to draw your attention to the increasing amount of disinformation that is around. Naturally until they can no longer influence the media and relinquish their control, they hope to cause confusion and doubt. By now those of you who have moved into the Light, should not really have any problem in sorting out the truth against the false reports. Generally you can take it that if it does not feel right, then it is not right. Time will tell all and when we open full contact with you enlightenment will be the order of the day. They will be wonderful times when you shall be released from the heaviness of the lower energies. Many brave souls have stepped forward to start bringing the truth out, so identify your heroes and stick with them. So much information has been released lately, that the dark Ones cannot plug the leaks. So keep you eyes open and learn firsthand as the secrets are unraveled and the truth comes out. The media will soon have to allow free reporting, as it has a duty to keep you informed but hitherto has been rigidly controlled. It will be totally free once the Illuminati have been removed, and that action is becoming more likely as each day passes. The secret forces that work for the light have never been idle, and now close in on those who are in the seats of power. They know now that they cannot hold onto them, and are being forced out. it takes time, but is going to be successful with our help. The collapse of the old is not a pretty sight or a pleasant experience, but it has to be done. As best as possible the changes are planned to be quick and precise, but there will always be difficulties as some will oppose what we do. I train with a grand master (who is an 8th degree black belt) who has helped me develop my fighting skills from looking like an awkward little wimp to a quick, graceful panther. (I've earned the nickname "Panther" for that reason.) I'm the only woman in my classes, fighting men who outweigh me by 60-100 pounds and outrank me by 3-6 degrees of black belt. Have I gotten sprains, bruises, black eyes and broken toes?  Yup. But every day of every week, I am a martial artist -- going to classes, practicing, teaching others and cross training with running. Why? Because it's a lifelong commitment. I didn't start karate to GET a black belt -- that's just a piece of clothing. I instead wanted to BE a black belt. And the benefits have been nothing short of phenomenal: I've reached a level of fitness that I've never had in my LIFE, even in my teens or 20's...and I'm knocking on the door of 50. My mind is sharp and focused. My reflexes are lightning fast -- I don't drop things because I catch them in mid-air while they're falling. Most importantly, I know I can defend my life or the lives of my loved ones if necessary. And I wouldn't trade that for all the money in the world.   A black belt in health Having a healthy lifestyle is a lot like being in the martial arts. You can start at any age--it's NEVER too late to improve your health. It matters not that you may have physical challenges now because regardless of your state of health, your body WILL benefit in some way--that is a certainty. And you will LOVE it when that happens! Imagine -- feeling like this could be a reality for you: - Regular BMs - No more heartburn or acid coming up in your throat - Less gas, bloating - More energy - Lose your love handles effortlessly and keep them off - Sleep soundly at night - Have fewer aches and pains - Need less or no medication But like martial arts, you shouldn't be striving to GET a black belt in health -- instead you must BE a black belt in health. Ready? Because I'm about to let the martial arts side of me talk and get a little tough on you here. Being a black belt in health means: STOPPING the excuses! If you allow excuses like these to enter your mind, you're done before you start. "I don't have time to eat right" or "I just can't say no to Taco Bell" or "I'm too set in my ways" or "I hate exercise" or "It's too late for me" Get in line at the doctor's office and pharmacy, take your medicine, dread the scale and continue to feel miserable. You have no one to blame but yourself.   Putting up with the initial detoxing Sometimes a change to a healthier lifestyle means a brief "detox" period with a runny nose and/or some diarrhea, or maybe some sore muscles from exercise...and some people mistake this for an illness or worse yet, use it as an excuse to go back to their old habits! If your body is detoxing that means that it's cleaning itself out and that's a GOOD thing. Let it do what it needs to do -- you'll feel better than you have in YEARS once it's done. And know that exercise-induced muscle soreness will be temporary and will diminish once your body gets used to moving more than from the refrigerator to the couch. Just pick yourself up, put your mistake behind you and get back on the right track--there's no crying in martial arts.   Practicing daily A healthy lifestyle is something that you live every day. It becomes who you are -- your identity. Notice I didn't say it's something you "try" or just "do for a few weeks." For example, if you want to "get healthy" just to impress a new romantic interest or drop a few pounds for a class reunion, forget it. Your old ways will take over soon enough and your new love or old classmates will see the REAL you.   Are YOU ready for black belt? If you're ready to be a black belt in health, let me be your master instructor. Like the three main aspects of karate (kata, fighting and self-defense), being a healthy person involves three key things as well: 1) Regular exercise 2) A nutritious diet that supports health 3) Balanced intestinal flora Here's the scoop on each of those: Black belt part 1 - Move your body There's no denying it--if you want anything that resembles a measure of health, you MUST move your body. Before you balk, that doesn't have to mean joining a club or investing in expensive equipment. For example, there are a lot of great DVDs out there. I was inspired to start my martial arts training after doing Billy Blanks' Tae-Bo for 4 years in my living room. P90X is also an excellent workout (but not for the faint of heart!). I decided to only report the Senate vote because the bill included strong anti-union sections that forced House Democrats to vote against the overall bill. 1. Ledger to Ledger transfers / Internal transfers will not be allowed due to US Treasury Department restrictions.
2. Per US Treasury Department directives, wires can only be sent to the individual exchanging the dinar and the account must be in that person’s name.
3. Per US Treasury Department directives, wires can only be sent internationally if the individual making the exchange is a citizen of that country and the account is in the customer’s name.
4. Exchanges to trusts must be initiated by the beneficiary of the trust.
5. Per US Treasury Department directives, dinar exchanges must convert to US dollars in the customer’s name prior to any purchase of precious metals or other commodities.

RV CARD & CASH-IN PROCEDURES:

Dear Tampa Dinar Customer, below is your Cash in procedures.
Once the rate has been confirmed with THE CBI and you are ready to cash in your dinar:
Tampadinar will email all of our customers to inform them that the RV has happened. Within the email, will be a calendar link to set your appointment date and RV Location nearest to you.
We will be taking appointments by an assigned open date range calendar system. For example you will have up to 90 days open calendar to schedule your appointment.
Group Appointments group is considered 5-30 people. Our calendar system will allow you to set-up group appointments. At the time of the appointment you must inform us of the number of people in your group and the total amount of dinars each person will be exchanging.
Customers cashing in on someone’s behalf must have a copy of the individual’s identifications, banking information and a notarized letter authorizing the specific individual to complete transaction on their behalf.
International customers: we will require a copy of your passport and banking information to cash in at locations outside of the United States.
You will need the following: Two (2) Forms of ID (one state or federal picture id such as Driver’s License, Green Card, Passport and one with your name on it for example credit card or utility bill)
- Fincen 104  Form ( http://www.fincen.gov/forms/files/fin104_ctr.pdf ) if you don’t have one we have it at our offices .
- Bank Incoming Wire Instructions (ABA Routing number and Account number)
We will wire the funds from our bank account to your bank while you wait at the time of exchange.  Tampa Dinar will charge $150 per million dinars as a service fee for cashing the dinars. If you have less than a million dinars we will pro-rate the fee.
As for the exchange rate, it will depend on the rate in Iraq at that time. We will let you know the rate on the phone but it will not be confirmed until you show up at our office at the time of exchange.  We encourage everyone to check all the banks who will be exchanging dinars and their rates before calling us.  We are pretty sure we will beat their rates.
Once the RV occurs we will have locations open within 72 hours. We will open a site shortly to know where exactly to open convention halls in Hilton Hotels & Resorts. We will post the addresses on our website www.Tampadinar.com contact us page.
Locations to be opened will be in most major Cities, Canada and Japan.
We will not disclose the address to the above locations until we are open.  If you would like to exchange before a location is open near you will have to come to our office in FL, DE or NV.  We will be able to make appointments for all locations as soon as the RV occurs.  We estimate that you will not have to wait more than 3 days when you make the appointment. We will accommodate on a first-come, first-serve basis but the customers of TampaDinar will have first priority. The RV card is not a requirement but will give priority during the RV. The above does not constitute that we know when the RV is going to happen. We are informing every one of the procedures for when it occurs.

Fees:
Tampa Dinar will charge $150 per million dinars as a service fee for exchanging your Dinars.  Our minimum quantity of Dinars that may be cashed in is 100,000. The minimum fee is $150.
Rate of Exchange:
The exchange rate will depend on the rate in Iraq at that time of the appointment for customers not locking in a rate. We will let you know the rate on our site but it will not be confirmed until you arrive at one of our offices at the time of exchange.
We encourage everyone to check all the banks who will be exchanging Dinars and their rates before calling us. We are confident we can beat their rates.
Exchange Options:
Customers looking to trade their dinars for other currencies or gold will have the option to do so but you must inform us of the exchange at the time we schedule your appointment.
Gold:
We will base gold off the London spot fix plus 2%.
Three options:

1. Pick-up the gold at any of our location as long as you let us know you will be exchanging for gold at time of exchange.
2. Pick-up the gold at the New York gold depository. We will give you a certificate of deposit to pick up the gold at the New York Depository.
3. Gold may be shipped at the expense of the customer. Shipping prices will vary on what region of the country the gold will be shipped to. The customer must carry the shipping and insurance cost.

Gold purity is .9999
Gold will be available in 1 oz., 5 oz., 10 oz., 20 oz., 50 oz., and 100 oz. bullion bars. The lower the bar size the higher the price.
IRA Customers:
Customers who hold dinar in safekeeping through an IRA will not have to be present to exchange their dinars. The IRA agent for the customer must contact our office via email with wire instructions for the IRA account where the funds are to be transferred to.

Hello everyone

This is your sister Whitney Houston and I had to insist upon my brother to convey this message for me to humanity that I have just taken leave of. It has been a pleasure for the most part to have been on this journey with you my brethren. For love of my Father and that of my brethren I had taken it upon me to have a short stay with you in order to attempt to elevate the souls of men with my voice so as to give hope to those who were hopeless and those whose hearts were failing. Your realm is not an easy one and many of you understand that.

I have had considerable problems with staying in such a dense world and as you know I have resorted to means not exactly healthy or the proper ones but, please understand, brothers and sisters, that does not diminish my contributions for many like me who have taken the journey have attempted to escape by the same very means and I wish that it were different but, you live in a sick environment and it is almost impossible for many of us not to resort to those unhealthy means without succumbing completely to the pressures of your world.

My dear brother, here, knows and truly understands of what I speak and that is one of the reasons why I have chosen to utilize his ability to get this message out. We have known each other for quite a while and he knew from the get go that I was not from this realm but, could not get it to the surface quite.

Your world is about to undergo some serious transformation and I know that you can hardly wait and you, the very few so deserve it. My Father has made everything in His power to lead you to this point where deliverance is at hand and Glory be to Him and a whole hosts of others from our realm.

Do not feel pain from me for mine is over and I am as free as a bird now. I want you to remember me as one of the many who have come to assist despite the many trials and tribulations we had to endure but, out of love, we did come and hopefully gave valuable contributions to you.

I salute you and give you my love through this one, my brother and soon enough, I will be able to see some of you.
