WE'VE FIGURED HIM OUT!
US Will Sign Gun Control Treaty on July 27!
If the US under instructions of Obama signs the UN Gun Treaty On July 27, I Erasmus of America will instruct the 10 American Civil Tribunes once created under the Omni Law to issue arrest warrants for high treason for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and others who think they may overthrow the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights by treaty agreements. Correction of law to our would-be clever lawyers in Wash., D.C. working for Obama. The original 13 Colonies turned states ratified at the same time as the foreword to the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights its Preamble which stated in legal language that the 10 ratified U.S. Bill of Rights were SUPERIOR IN LEGAL AUTHORITY TO THE REST OF THE U.S. CONSTITION! And the authority of the rest of the U.S. Constitution could not be used to overthrow the superior legal authority of the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights once ratified. That means that treaty agreements under authority of the U.S. Constitution cannot sign away the legal authority of the 10 U.S. Bill of Rights as binding on our currently treasonable government in Wash., D.C. trying its best to overthrow the authority of the U.S. Constitution over the rebel U.S. Republic in active rebellion against the U.S. Bill of Rights.
You will notice that I do not legally address Obama as the President of America. The U.S. Constitution clearly states in Article II : "No person except a national born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President!" The legal meaning of this wording a natural born citizens meant back when the U.S. Constitution was written and ratified that you had to have two parents who were legal citizens of America or you were not a natural born citizen of the United States of America. Thomas Jefferson knew that, George Washington who wrote the U.S. Constitution under his chairmanship knew that, James Madison called "the Father of the U.S. Constitution" clearly knew that. The rest of the Founding Fathers of America knew that as it was a common term used in legal writings read by the Founding Fathers as to what it meant. Also, I saw posted on the internet the federal court decision which reaffirmed that this was the legal meaning of a natural born citizen under the U.S. Constitution. All people in America who either vote now or support Obama the legal usurper as the alleged legal President of America are in actual legal perjury of their oath of allegiance to uphold the U.S. Constitution against all enemies domestic (inside America) or foreign. Taking this oath in the name of God or with hand held on the Bible as the oath of allegiance to the U.S. Constitution according to the teachings of Jesus Christ constitutes damnation for eternity to knowingly take a legal oath in the name of God or Bible which represents the authority of God in this case with no legal intent to uphold it with integrity. And for Barney Frank who just got publicly married in Massachusetts to his male homosexual lover shows the kind of leaders we have in Wash., D.C. who mock God, their oath of allegiance to uphold the U.S. Constitution with integrity, and for our traitors in Wash., D.C., notice that the end of the U.S. Constitution as legally ratified by all the 13 original States founding America declares as "Lord" Jesus Christ over this U.S. Constitution. George Washington when chairman of the group writing the U.S. Constitution made sure that Jesus Christ was legally declared the Lord of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Republic, and the American people. When George Washington was asked to become King of America, he declined and stated we already had a King over America who was Jesus Christ. However, he would agree to become President which is the reason why we ended up with a republic rather than an American monarch. Actually Patrick Henry who considered the Bible to be the guiding text to run the U.S. Republic by stated before the elected legislators of Virginia that he would prefer a constitutional monarchy over America over this proposed U.S. Constitution. He predicted the day would come when in the name of the U.S. Constitution they would claim every right denied to government as was claimed by the British Parliament using King George III as their royal front. As Patrick Henry of Virginia suggested, if we had a constitutional monarch instead of this proposed republic, if this king bound by a constitution misbehaved and would not obey the terms of the constitution, we could always behead him as a tyrant as was English tradition of our forefathers founding America. It is easy to chop off the head of a would-be tyrant trying to take away the God-given rights of the American people. But to claim all legal authority in the name of any constitution was as the American Declaration of Independence declared, "Acts of pretended legislation" and not real valid law in America and not binding on the American people to obey and uphold. Patrick Henry said claiming all authority in the name of a constitution was a legal abstraction and gave the people no one to throw out of power or chop their head off if they tried to commit national treason against the American people by control of government.
I had the habit years ago of reading the books published during the American Revolution and shortly after that. In one of my rare books bought in Pennsylvania when visiting there, I found the speech of Patrick Henry telling the people of Virginia and people of other Southern states to not ratify the U.S. Constitution or someday it would be used to overthrow states rights and the way of life of the people of the South. In shock, James Madison and other authors of the U.S. Constitution sent word out throughout the South that they added an oral legal rider to the U.S. Constitution that if ratified by the Southern states, it would never be legally used to overthrow states rights or the way of life of the people of the South.
I won a postgraduate college scholarship in political science while still in high school and apparently was rated the top history student out of American high schools that year after honor students across America were given a national history test in essay form. My essay was on how the discovery of the New World led to the change of culture,economies, etc. in Europe and Christianity after that. And how this discovery changed the future of the rest of the world as well. I always like to go to prime historical documents so I bypass the propaganda lies written in later books by covert Communists and others who want to rewrite history in order to brainwash the students of America instead of educating them with the truth. As Napoleon Bonaparte once cynically commented, "History is a myth commonly agreed upon by men." Once history is rewritten from the truth, then it is propaganda myth instead of genuine history as Napoleon shrewdly commented on.
And to throw a nasty legal curve towards Obama's planned reelection campaign, sources of mine who were or from Kenya told me that very definitely Obama was born in Kenya. That means under his father who was a citizen of Kenya when Obama was born, Obama was legally a citizen of the British Empire when born. When the Omni Law is passed, I think it would be interesting to do an honest legal investigation into the question of whether Obama was born in Kenya or not. But Obama already legally hung himself on that legal point. In a 2006 meeting if I am correct on the year Obama was filmed telling an audience that he was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii, to drive home his point that those born abroad should be given all the same rights as people born in America! The videotape copy of Obama clearly saying this was and I assume still is on the internet. Foreigners are not allowed under the U.S. Constitution to run as President of America. The Republicans are too cowardly and apparently comfortable with corruption in Wash., D.C. to expose Obama, but after Obama had a federal murder attempt on my life after I demanded the legal return of $525,000 federally stolen from me and the federal operatives laughed at me when they boasted there was nothing I could do to stop them. After I tried to stop them, I had one federal murder right afterwards and a later one when I contacted the Obama Administration that I did not legally consent to the federal theft of $525,000 from me. When the federally stolen money was returned to me, then I would want to brief Wash., D.C. on two ways Russia has to annihilate America in basically even 5 to minutes flat. Both methods were operational during the Cold War and later deactivated. One has for certain been reactivated and evidence I wanted checked out by American intelligence indicated the second method to annihilate America in even 5-6 minutes flat in a nuclear attack designed to break through all American air defenses standing in 2012.
American people, you had better not be so wrapped up playing with all your latest versions of electronic toys as to forget to occasionally check to see what reality is for America. We face dangers and we can solve the threats from these dangers to America. I read the statement of a Russian general recently how confident they were they could nuclear attack America anytime they wanted to now. And his statement was bristling with military hostility towards America. I spent eleven calendar years in military academies and understand military issues in far greater depth than the average American. Under Obama, America is in a position to get its teeth militarily kicked in due to Obama is a Mickey Mouse amateur in military matters. One of my sayings is, "Understand your problem and when you understand your problem deeply enough, the answer to solve that problem will be staring you right in the face!"
Russia and China since Obama has been in office have issued warnings that if Obama tries to set up a one world government, they will stop him. That is a threat of nuclear war for the naive in America. Our censored press of America wants to keep the American sleeping in a dream nothing is seriously wrong in America, but I as a latter-day Paul Revere am warning the people the same warning as Abraham Lincoln gave long ago, if America falls in the future, it will fall due to enemies within, not outside America.

It has been called one of America’s “whitest big cities” – with 66 percent of residents describing themselves as non-Hispanic white in the 2010 census – but it is not immune to black-mob attacks on a pregnant woman, veterans, the elderly, young people, homosexuals, Asians and others.
Seattle has “fewer problems with racism than other cities,” said the blog So Seattle. “Ethnic tensions … seem less tangible.”While Seattle may not have the day-in, day-out racial violence of a Chicago, or the peculiar racial lawlessness of small-town Peoria, more and more, people are paying attention to the increasingly visible and brutish mayhem black mobs are visiting on their victims.
In 2010, 17-year-old Jessica Redmon-Beckstead – who was pregnant at the time – was riding the bus with her boyfriend when five black women taunted, attacked, kicked, punched and robbed her.
The assailants were laughing the whole time. One even complained about a broken fingernail.
“My girlfriend’s pregnant!” shouted the boyfriend as they punched her and kicked him in the face.
One woman yelled, “We didn’t hit her in the stomach!”
Her retort got a few laughs – and then the violence resumed.
The attack was caught on video and posted by the Seattle Times.
According to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, the suspects were all riding the bus with free passes from Seattle Public Schools. Within a few weeks, all five were arrested, charged and convicted.
The baby was born healthy.
The day after the attack, King County Sheriff Sue Rahr assured citizens of Seattle this hyper-violent episode was an “isolated incident and could have happened anywhere.”
At least part of Rahr’s statement was correct: It could happen anywhere. And often does.
But it is far from isolated, as even the local TV news reporters discovered. Bus rider Gil Costello told the local Fox affiliate, KCPQ, violence on the bus “happens all the time. They just never report it.”
The Fox station reported a few months before that a disabled man was ”terrorized” on a bus then punched in the face and knocked out.
Just months ago, an Iraq war veteran in a suburb of Seattle was riding a bus when he confronted several black passengers who were using foul language – including the “N” word.
They attacked him. The Marine veteran fought back and drove them off the bus. The incident was captured on video. The shaken suspects were last seen quickly leaving the bus. No arrests were made.
Last summer, aspiring rapper Ondrell Harding beat a man to death in the man’s home. At least five people saw it: the victim’s wife and preteen son and a few of Harding’s friends.
The district attorney did not file charges because he was unable to determine who started the altercation.
Four months later, Harding and five of his friends beat up another man at a bus stop. They told police the single victim attacked them. This time, the district attorney filed charges and convicted him. Harding received a three-month sentence.
Kaegan Hamilton, a writer for the Seattle Weekly, knew Harding as the rapper called “Doe Boy.”
Far from repentant, Harding has bragged about his exploits in rap songs posted on his MySpace page.
“When you look me in my eyes you see a coldblooded killer,” he sings in one verse. Another track has the ominous title “I Will Kill a Man.”
Also, there were about 20 black people who participated – or stood by and did nothing – in a beating at the Seattle Metro Bus terminal – all under the gaze of one video camera and three security guards. The recording revealed a lot of kicking and shouting.
In yet another recent incident, at least three black men stood outside a Denny’s restaurant in May 2012. While one worked the video and the other narrated, the third broke into the restaurant after he was denied entrance, causing extensive damage in the process.
In another case just last year, lesbian community activist and artist Kayla Stone was assaulted by a crowd of black and Hispanic people who taunted her with anti-gay slurs. The following night, they beat her up.
Almost as sensational as the black mob beating up a pregnant teenager is the case of the Seattle teenager who last summer was assaulted and tortured for several hours because he was white and his attackers believed the victim’s ancestors were to blame for slavery.
The victim told KOMO news: “They started bringing up the past – like slavery – being like, white people did this,” Shane said.
The attackers stripped off McClellan’s belt and started whipping his back.
“They said, ‘This is for what your people did to our people.’ They were like whipping me with my belt, my studded belt,” Shane recounted.
“They’re like, ‘Aw, white boy, what are you doing? You can’t hang out this late. What are you doing around here?’ They’re like, ‘White boy has no belonging – being out here at 2 a.m.’”
Shane added, “They targeted me for being white, and they made it very clear that’s why they were assaulting me.”
The victim’s father said the attack was nothing short of hours of torture.
“Put a gun to the back of his head and told him if he said anything they were going to blow his head off while they sat there and burned him with cigarettes on the back of the neck,” he said.
Both were arrested, convicted and sentenced – one to seven years, the other to five years and nine months. One was black, and the other was Asian. They said they were sorry.
No report of racial violence and lawlessness in Seattle can be considered complete without a mention of the biggest and nastiest bit of racial business in the history of that town. It’s an event that echoes today: the Seattle Mardi Gras Riot of 2001, where, for three-and-half hours, tens of thousands of people watched helplessly, and police stood by quietly as a race riot broke out.

There were reports of widespread brawling, vandalism, and weapons being brandished. Damage to local businesses exceeded $100,000.
Much of the violence was perpetrated by black men against white revelers, and about 70 people were reported injured. Several women were sexually assaulted. One person, Kris Kime, died of injuries sustained during an attempt to assist a woman being brutalized.
The Seattle News Weekly reported:
For the millions who saw the photos or video, those images burned into the retina: gangs of feral youth beating, kicking, and pummeling male and female victims.
In almost all of the violent images of that night on TV and in the daily news- papers, the attackers were black and the victims were white. Thanks to our local media, this is the idea of the 2001 Mardi Gras riots that most people carry with them. The poster victim of Fat Tuesday, Kris Kime, was also white, and police now say the suspects in his murder are black. The fallout from all this is that many people assume the attacks were racially motivated.
Whatever the “fallout,” the one person convicted of murder that night, Jerell Thomas, served eight years before getting out on a technicality. Within a few months, he was back in prison for assaulting his girlfriend.
Today, people make videos of the site, which includes a memorial plaque.
For all the visible violence in Seattle, city officials are adamant that their town is safe.
Just look at the statistics, they argue.
That didn’t make sense to Nihan Thai, who was recently robbed and assaulted.
He soon discovered that nearly everyone else in his neighborhood had been attacked as well.
Earlier this year, he talked to KING-TV about the crime. He was walking home from the light rail station, he recalled: “I was literally ten steps away from the house. And I felt a hit on my right face and another hit on the back of my neck and on my lower back, and so as I was falling forward I felt hands grabbing my jacket and my bag.”
Two months later, not far from where Thai was attacked, another man was grabbed from behind, robbed and beaten. His name was Danny Vega, and he died.
Thai, like Vega, is Asian and openly gay. Before he died, Vega told police “he’d been attacked by three African-American males, all around 18 years of age,” according to the Post-Intelligencer. It was the 10th such attack in that area in two months, all near the corner of Martin Luther King Way and Othello Street.
All of the suspects in all of the crimes are black.
Police released a video of three black men who are “persons of interest.”
KING-TV reported:
“Thai started visiting his neighbors, they had a lot to say, and soon he realized he was doing his own crime survey. Thai knocked on 49 doors. Thirty-two people were home. How many of them had been victims of a crime since moving to the neighborhood? All but three.
Many victims told Thai they’d never reported the crimes to police.
“It happens to them so often that after two or three times they stopped reporting because they didn’t see any progress,” said Thai.
Thai’s survey was unscientific, but it did cause residents to raise the question of whether crime is going unreported in the south end.
Vega’s neighbors had a meeting soon after his death to discuss “this violence and how do we actually get to the root of it,” said Connie Burk of the Northwest Network of Bisexual, Trans, Lesbian, and Gay Survivors of Abuse to KCPQ-TV. “And how do we actually change the conditions that allow this happen.”

Denise Rich, the wealthy socialite and former wife of pardoned billionaire trader Marc Rich, has given up her U.S. citizenship - and, with it, much of her U.S. tax bill.
Rich, 68, a Grammy-nominated songwriter and glossy figure in Democratic and European royalty circles, renounced her American passport in November, according to her lawyer.Her maiden name, Denise Eisenberg, appeared in the Federal Register on April 30 in a quarterly list of Americans who renounced their U.S. citizenship and permanent residents who handed in their green cards.
By dumping her U.S. passport, Rich likely will save tens of millions of dollars or more in U.S. taxes over the long haul, tax lawyers say.
Rich, who wrote songs recorded by Aretha Franklin, Mary J. Blige and Jessica Simpson, is the latest bold-faced name to join a wave of wealthy people renouncing their American citizenship. Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin gave up his U.S. passport to become a citizen of Singapore, an offshore tax haven, before the company's initial public offering in May.(Dont forget James Cameron of Titanic Fame to New Zealand "D")
Nearly 1,800 citizens and permanent residents, a record since data was first compiled in 1998, expatriated last year, according to government figures.
Rich, who was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, has Austrian citizenship through her deceased father, said Michael Heidt, a lawyer in Hollywood, Florida, who represented her in a recent lawsuit.
He said Rich had dumped her U.S. passport "so that she can be closer to her family and to Peter Cervinka, her long-time partner." Rich's two daughters live in London; Cervinka, a wealthy property developer, is an Austrian national. Rich plans to make London her main residence and does not intend to acquire other passports, Heidt said.
Marc Rich's pardon Rich's ex-husband, commodities trader Marc Rich, fled the United States in 1983 when indicted on charges of tax evasion, fraud, racketeering and illegal trading of oil with Iran. They divorced in 1996.
Marc Rich received a presidential pardon in 2001 on President Bill Clinton's last day in office. Federal prosecutors and Congress investigated the pardon, and in 2002 a House of Representatives committee concluded Denise Rich had swayed the action through donations to the Clinton library and campaign.
Dubbed "Lady Gatsby" by Yachting magazine, Rich owns multiple properties, including a mansion in Aspen, Colorado. She is a frequent habitue of Cannes, Monte Carlo and St. Tropez with celebrities and singers aboard her 157-foot yacht, Lady Joy.
Rich will escape future U.S. taxes but possibly not all current ones. In 2008, Congress imposed an expatriation tax on persons with a net worth of more than $2 million who dump their U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. Under the law, those people owe an "exit tax" on their worldwide property, computed at a fair market value the day before they leave. But tax lawyers say the tax can be reduced or avoided by structuring asset holdings through foreign annuities.
While Austria, like the United States, generally taxes its citizens on their worldwide income, it has generous tax breaks for citizens who spend half the year abroad.
In January, Rich put her 5th Avenue penthouse in New York on the market for $65 million, according to the listing agent, The Corcoran Group. New York property records show Rich acquired a 100 percent stake in the apartment, described by Corcoran as "the epitome of luxury and grandeur," for $200,000 in 2006. Bonnie Evans, the Corcoran broker for the property, declined to discuss details.
Cook Islands
The recent lawsuit against Rich was filed on behalf of Lee Goldberg, the former protector of a Cook Islands trust of which Rich is a beneficiary, in February. The case was dismissed in April, court records show.
The Cook Islands, a South Pacific tax haven, offers Swiss-style secrecy for wealthy investors.
The lawsuit accused Rich and Richard Kilstock, a British real estate entrepreneur who is married to Rich's daughter Daniella, of "transferring, moving or secreting trust assets, in violation of the trust's guidelines and without the knowledge or permission of Goldberg."
Rich and Kilstock denied the charges and accused Goldberg of altering trust documents, court filings show.
Both Goldberg and his attorney, Donald Thomas, declined to discuss the case. Rich recently dismissed Goldberg, one of her long-time lawyers, as protector of the trust.
Heidt, who also represents Kilstock in the case, declined to discuss the lawsuit. Kilstock did not return calls requesting comment.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.

One of the best lines heard lately was from Izzy Kapp, a now retired shop foreman from the old Republic Steel Plant in Cleveland. At 17 Izzy immigrated to the USA from England after his family escaped from Poland when he was 12. A more proud American can not be imagined. He often said, "I am overwhelmed by the opportunities my county offers me!"
All five of his children graduated from college. One got an MS, another got a JD, and the third an MD degree. It took Izzy 13 years of night school to get a college degree.
When a young Black kid was being laid off at the end of his 90 day evaluation period he confronted Izzy in the huge Republic Steel Plant break room at lunch and tried to intimidate him with all sorts of NAACP / ACLU / Etc threats.
"I want this on-the-record in front of everybody." the young man said. "You' firin' me 'cause I'm Black!"
Without even looking up from his sandwich the foreman said,
