The White House is getting nervous about its own crimes, as the worlds
top war crimes prosecuting lawyer declares he WILL get Bush and Obama,
for torture and secret wars “we don’t even know about”.

In the first trial of its kind ever, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald
Rumsfeld, William Haynes, Jay Bybee, and John Yoo were convicted in
Malaysia, for torture and inhumane degrading treatment of people.

This is no small or meaningless trial- this is a very serious and
historical guilty verdict, like a 21st century Nuremberg trial, and
only the first of many trials to come. The names of all these guilty,
high ranking officials are even going to be entered into the
“Commission’s Register of War Criminals” for public record.

This trial was the work of Malaysia’s ex Prime Minister Mahuthir
Mohamad. The trial went over and received testimony from people like
ex-Guantanamo detainees, an Iraqi woman who was tortured in the Abu
Ghraib prison, and many other victims of the criminal Bush
Administration. The prosecutors say its just he beginning, the Obama
administration’s prosecution is coming too.

War crimes expert and lawyer Francis Boyle of the University of
Illinois was part of the prosecution team. Francis Boyle says he hopes
similar trials will be carried out around the world, and that they
likely will. The citizens of the world can and will prosecute these
war criminals before they do worse.

As for past attempts at getting George Bush, Boyle says “I’ve tried to
get bush indicted three times in Canada with Canadian lawyers, and
then in Switzerland, where we scared Bush out of making a speech
because he feared prosecution.” Clearly, these criminals are scared,
and they are more then likely using intelligence agencies of the US to
ensure their own safety from the prosecution they deserve.

The court also heard testimony from people such as Abbas Abia’s, a 48
yr old engineer from Fallujah, Iraq, who had his fingernails removed
with pliers, Ali Shalal, who was connected to bare electrical wires
and electrocuted while being hung from a wall, and Jameelah, who was
stripped nude, humiliated, and used as a human shield while on a
helicopter. So as this goes to show, US forces were using people as
human shields too, possibly more than the famously alleged “suicide
bombers using women and children as human shields”.

But this wasn’t just a few fringe people in Iraq- this treatment was
directly ordered by every member of the Bush Administration indicted.
Emails and other evidence were presented, showing that the leaders
coordinated with their military personnel techniques of torture, and
that they ordered the inhumane treatment themselves, therefore they
are responsible. People compare this to the Nuremberg trials of Nazi
Germany, and rightfully so.

Dick Cheney says in his own biography that he fears being prosecuted
as a war criminal, and that, he will face more than likely. Justice is
coming, and the world will no longer stand for these crimes against
humanity. This is just he beginning- the Bush Administration will be
prosecuted, and the Obama Administration is next, as these top war
crimes prosecutors insist.

I can remember way back, when people, officers, everyone cared more about humanity and life itself!! What has happened to the people, alot I know and alot I don't know. On Jan. 4 of last year, a local narcotics strike force conducted a raid on the Ogden, Utah, home of Matthew David Stewart at 8:40 p.m. The 12 officers were acting on a tip from Mr. Stewart's former girlfriend, who said that he was growing marijuana in his basement. Mr. Stewart awoke, naked, to the sound of a battering ram taking down his door. Thinking that he was being invaded by criminals, as he later claimed, he grabbed his 9-millimeter Beretta pistol.

The police say that they knocked and identified themselves, though Mr. Stewart and his neighbors said they heard no such announcement. Mr. Stewart fired 31 rounds, the police more than 250. Six of the officers were wounded, and Officer Jared Francom was killed. Mr. Stewart himself was shot twice before he was arrested. He was charged with several crimes, including the murder of Officer Francom.
The police found 16 small marijuana plants in Mr. Stewart's basement. There was no evidence that Mr. Stewart, a U.S. military veteran with no prior criminal record, was selling marijuana. Mr. Stewart's father said that his son suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder and may have smoked the marijuana to self-medicate.
Early this year, the Ogden city council heard complaints from dozens of citizens about the way drug warrants are served in the city. As for Mr. Stewart, his trial was scheduled for next April, and prosecutors were seeking the death penalty. But after losing a hearing last May on the legality of the search warrant, Mr. Stewart hanged himself in his jail cell.
The police tactics at issue in the Stewart case are no anomaly. Since the 1960s, in response to a range of perceived threats, law-enforcement agencies across the U.S., at every level of government, have been blurring the line between police officer and soldier. Driven by martial rhetoric and the availability of military-style equipment—from bayonets and M-16 rifles to armored personnel carriers—American police forces have often adopted a mind-set previously reserved for the battlefield. The war on drugs and, more recently, post-9/11 antiterrorism efforts have created a new figure on the U.S. scene: the warrior cop—armed to the teeth, ready to deal harshly with targeted wrongdoers, and a growing threat to familiar American liberties.
The acronym SWAT stands for Special Weapons and Tactics. Such police units are trained in methods similar to those used by the special forces in the military. They learn to break into homes with battering rams and to use incendiary devices called flashbang grenades, which are designed to blind and deafen anyone nearby. Their usual aim is to "clear" a building—that is, to remove any threats and distractions (including pets) and to subdue the occupants as quickly as possible.

The Army and the FBI have detected radiation in a former nuclear weapons bunker in Texas and have launched an investigation to determine the extent of the contamination. About 30 people who work in the bunker are undergoing radiation tests. Investigators have discovered radiation at a former nuclear weapons bunker at Fort Bliss, Texas. The above-ground concrete bunker sits in a desert area and is covered in dirt. A sign posted at its entrance warns of radiation danger inside the former weapons storage facility. The bunker was used to store nuclear weapons during the 1950s and 1960s, when Cold War tensions were at their peak. Items containing contaminated residue, such as rags, were buried underground in sealed containers. The Air Force transferred the bunker to the Army in 1966, but did not warn officials about a potential radiation risk. “It has come to our attention that the Air Force stored radioactive material during the 1950s and 1960s at a remote limited access building,” Maj. Joe Buccino, the public affairs officer at Fort Bloss, told KFOX TV. The Army first heard about the buried materials when a retired man who once worked in the bunker expressed his concerns and said that uranium residue may be contaminating the weapons stored in the bunker. He also expressed concern new housing projects at the military post could dig up the contaminated objects. After launching a probe two months ago, investigators found alpha and beta particles on the floor of the bunker. The storage facility contains nearly 100 rifles and machine guns used by soldiers. If these weapons are contaminated, it may be possible that US soldiers were exposed to radiation. Buccino said that the bunker was once covered with epoxy paint to contain radioactivity, but that the paint has gradually chipped off the walls and potentially allowed radiation to seep through its surfaces. Additionally, possible ingestion of these chips could be dangerous. An assessment conducted by post experts showed that “there is some low level of contamination that could be transferred to personnel.” It remains unclear if anyone was affected by the radiation, but the 30 people who regularly work in the bunker are currently being tested for contamination. “We don’t know the scope of the issue, we don’t know, again, if it’s nothing or fairly substantial,” Mark Cauthers, Fort Bliss deputy garrison commander, told KFOX TV. But “we are being cautious. Weapons aren’t being utilized, and we’ll just lock the facility until we know more from the experts.” The investigation is still in its early stages. The nearest town is about a mile and a half away, and Fort Bliss is home to more than 32,000 soldiers and 11,000 civilian employees. The base is the nation’s second-largest military installation after Fort Hood. Buccino does not believe nearby homes have been affected by the radiation, and Rep. Every day a granny is goosed by TSA, a federal swat team raids the tsa goosing grannywrong house, a citizen acquitted of a crime still has their property confiscated by authorities, even the dumbed down public is aware that their every communication is monitored by the NSA and Obama has set his administration up to violate every constitutional right of every citizen in America under the NDAA and Executive Order 13603.
Anyone who possess an IQ above room temperature is aware that our federal government is totally out of control and is wreaking tyranny upon the American people. As a people, we have seemingly grown numb to the constitutional violations perpetrated by our government against the citizens of this country. However, the abuse of citizens does not begin and end with the federal government.
Trickle Down Tyranny
With ever increasing frequency, the alternative media reports countless numbers of stories of citizen abuse at the hands of their local police and city officials. The local police departments have been federalized by DHS. They are provided millions of federal dollars for equipment and the new breed of police view the people as their enemy as opposed to the old cops walking a beat who previously viewed the majority of the people as their ally against crime. Through the influence of DHS, your local police department is looking to pounce on your every mistake with excessive force and brutality and they do so frequently while ignoring and violating any number of constitutional protections.
When Is An Arrest Is Not Really An Arrest?
Portland police officer Dean Halley must have failed his American Government class in high school. A reasonable person would also have to wonder if Portland Deputy City Attorney William Manlove got his law degree from Walmart. what am I referring to? Well, if the Scott Miller jaywalking case is any indication, the Portland legal system is one big fascist entity that is totally out of control.
jaywalkingScott Miller was running late to work. In an effort to catch his bus, he diagonally jaywalked in the crosswalk to catch his rid.
Portland police officer Dean Halley was on patrol and was able to intervene just in the nick of time and arrest this menace to society. Halley approached Miller and told him to produce identification. Miller was subsequently fumbling around on his person looking for his ID when Halley immediately pounced on Miller, knocked him to the ground, informed Miller that he was under arrest and placed him in handcuffs. Halley subsequently confined Miller in the back of his police cruiser and then proceeded to drive the criminal jaywalker a block away. The total ordeal lasted 30 minutes, but while in the police cruiser, Miller experienced a panic attack and paramedics were dispatched to the scene to administer aid. Miller was subsequently convicted in court of failure to obey a traffic signal.
Miller has obtained an attorney, Leonard Berman, and Miller is attempting to sue the Portland Police Department for an illegal arrest because jaywalking is not an offense that one can be arrested for.
Halley, a 20 year police veteran, admits he told Miller that he was under arrest. However, Deputy City Attorney William Manlove is arguing that citizens cannot sue under these circumstances because such acts do not constitute an actual arrest. Manlove stated that the encounter between Halley and Miller amounted to no more than a “chat.” Manlove characterized the encounter as being something “between a chat and custody, but not an arrest for purposes of legal action.” Are you kidding me?
The Real Crime Committed by Officer Halley
Let’s take Manlove’s twisted version of the encounter between Halley and Miller, and blindly conclude that Halley did not arrest Miller, despite knocking him down, telling him he was under arrest, handcuffing him, placing him in the police car and drove him a block away. For the sake of argument let’s be in agreement with Manlove that this was just a friendly chat. Under these circumstances that both sides agree upon, was there a crime committed by Halley? You bet there was. The first crime committed by Halley is called aggravated assault. Halley was presumably armed and attacked Miller knocking him to the ground. When Halley handcuffed Miller, he committed the offense of unlawful imprisonment just the same when one abusing spouse will not let their partner leave the premises. And the biggest crime committed by Halley is that this officer is guilty of kidnapping which is what it is called when someone forcibly detains a person and removes them to another location. Please keep in mind that jaywalking is an offense for which a person cannot be arrested for committing. In the upside down world of the Portland legal system, Miller gets convicted in court and Halley is not in jail for aggravated assault, unlawful detention and kidnapping.
What Is Wrong With Portland Is a Microcosm of the US
Who among has never jaywalked? All of us are risk to be the next victim of this tyranny. Unfortunately, the behavior of officer Halley and City Attorney Manlove is typical of most police departments and their prosecutors. They get off on the rush of lording power over others. Prosecutors think that they will move ahead in their careers with high conviction rates and many of the police think the same by looking to arrest as many people as possible and going so far as to even inventing crimes for which to arrest the public for. This is why the United States contains 25% of the world’s prison population despite only having 5% of the world’s population.The US is number one in the world in people who are incarcerated.

Portland, like almost every other city is broke and has been under an austerity plan for the past couple of years. This encourages the cops to hide behind the bushes and catch as many speeders as possible. Cops, in short, are mandated to be mobile tax collectors and they are looking for any excuse to make arrests for the most minor of offenses. These behaviors are not compatible with a supposedly free society.
In preparation for this article, I have been watching some episodes from the TV show, Cops, in order to assess the quality of interactions with the public. In one episode I viewed, a cop pulls over a cyclist for coasting through a stop sign in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just like officer Halley, the Sacramento cop thinks this provides him with the right to violate the man’s Fourth Amendment rights. With no probable cause to search the man’s backpack and person, the cop does just that. The man had a marijuana pipe in his backpack and off to jail he goes in another stunning example of your tax dollars at work.Before you tell me that the man got his just desserts, please read the Fourth Amendment.
In another episode, the Tampa police were conducting undercover marijuana sales to motorists. As part of the bust, an unmarked cop car speeds out of a hiding place and rams the front end of the drug buyers car. When a couple of the arrested individuals protested the ramming of their cars, a Tampa cop repeatedly states that “this is no longer your car, we own it and you will have to buy it back from us.”
I don’t use drugs and I have not smoked marijuana, but you have to be kidding me when we asked to believe that the cops have the right seize anyone’s car for a small amount of marijuana. What if the buyers had purchased their marijuana on foot, would their shoes or possibly their clothes been stolen by the Tampa Police Department? These thugs with a badge will also take your house for having small amounts of marijuana in their house. Whose interests are these cops serving?
The TV show that takes the case is Bait Car. As an aside, I have had my car stolen twice and I wanted the perpetrators arrested and prosecuted. I want gangster drug dealers busted and sent to prison. However, do we really want to send marijuana users to prison? When is it good law enforcement to bait people into committing a crime they might not otherwise commit? This is true of undercover drug sales of personal use quantities of drugs and it is definitely true when the cops bait people into stealing their bait car by making it inviting. Isn’t there enough crime that should occupy law enforcement without entrapping the public? However, one should remember that the prisons are being transitioned into for profit ventures and the cops and prosecutors are all too happy to cooperate with the Bush family et al in this venture. Who really thinks that this represents good law enforcement? Yet, the show Bait Car, is all about entrapping people who might not otherwise commit a crime.
The Small Town of Deer Trail, CO. Is Leading the Way In the Fight Against Tyranny
The town board Deer Trail, CO., is considering an ordinance in which residents may soon be allowed to shoot down drones. The ordinance would permit people with hunting licenses to fire bullets at the hated drones. Also, the town would also pay these drone hunters $100 for each “mechanical hide” with federal markings. Is there anyone reading this that is not smiling from ear to ear?

I do not really think it is a good idea to be shooting bullets up in the air because they can return to earth with devastating consequences. But in this small town, someone is finally showing the intestinal fortitude that is needed in this country in order to fight back against federal and local tyranny. The proposed ordinance is certainly more symbolic than real. However, it is a start and you know that somewhere in the DOD, they just discovered where Deer Trail, CO. is located on a map. We need more Deer Trails.
What Can Be Done in Cities Like Portland
Although we don’t want to be shooting bullets in the air at drones, there are things we can do to fight against an out of control government and its increasing level of criminality.
Portland citizens should consider conducting a mass jaywalking night and do so in front of the police headquarters. Portland should also sponsor a “film the police” night. People armed with their cell phones should video tape every police action that they witness. If the cops know that they are under increased surveillance, then they might behave and the officer Halley’s of the law enforcement world will find their next job at Walmart conducting parking lot security as their transgressions are caught on tape and they rightfully lose their jobs.

Yes I know, that people have been arrested for filming the police. When that happens the people of that community need to recall their mayor for facilitating state sponsored terrorism against their citizens. This is what should already be happening in Portland. I say that if the police want to put the people under such undue surveillance, we the people need to return the favor. In places like Portland, businesses should not be serving law enforcement personnel and prosecutors. Prosecutors such as Portland Deputy City Attorney, Manlove and officer Halley, should not be able to find a place to do their laundry. Apartment owners should refuse to rent to these “types”.
Don’t let your children play with their children. After filming cops and their transgressions, show up at city council meetings with still photographs and present them at the public comment period. Start Youtube channels which features public officials and their wrongdoings. Take pictures of the weeds in their yards and send the photos and a request for action to their local HOA’s. Embarrass any government and law enforcement official with public exposure when they break the law and violate the civil liberties of their citizens.
All Politics Is Not Local
Local boycotts and protests are certainly easier to implement on a local level. However, the same principles need to be employed against federal officials. Treat them and their families like they have the plague. IRS and NSA officials should be treated like the colonists did the Stamp Tax collectors in pre-Revolutionary War period.
If you own a mid-size business, go to video conferencing strategies in order to conduct long distance activities. Send the airlines a letter telling them that you are not subjecting your employees to the tyranny of the TSA and your people will not be flying. If enough of us did that, the TSA would fade away instead of expanding to trains, bus depots and highways. The entire country needs to be sending such a letter to the airlines. For when US Airways, Southwest and the other virtual airline monopolies are financially hurting, they will be screaming at the federal government to change their corrupt system.
To strike back at the criminal IRS, shop at garage sales. Trade and barter as much as you can. Refuse to use one of the five megabanks as a lender to buy a house in response to the MERS robo-signer mortgage fraud. Use your local credit union for all loans. Follow the same advice for buying a car. In fact, you should not buy a car until you can pay cash for it. Take the debt advantage away from the banksters that have hijacked our government. Refuse to shop at a corporate chain store such as Kmart, Walmart or any other slavemart store and shop locally. Unlike the failed LA riots of 1992, we do not have to burn down our own neighborhoods to make a statement. We just need to withdraw our support and our money.

What I have always found interesting is: Most large cities, counties, and states are bringing in more money than Midas ever dreamed about in his wildest dream, and for decades the general population was masterfully entertained off into distraction by the gang to not look.

The population is masterfully spoon fed one story line after another having nothing to do with the total gross income, standing investment wealth, or exponential growth in the take over 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years (the basics for each and every one of us in our own personal lives) and as it pertains to your local governments a well orchestrated and maintained, total vacuum / void is intentionally maintained of the basics we keep up front and personal in our own lives since we are kids up until we die.

I must say it brings a smile to myself now after 14-years of my best efforts for disclosure though over 600 radio shows done, several YouTubes, thousands of email posts sent, and reaching over 55-million people that are now breaking breaking the ice for true cognitive thinking.

People are now looking and learning in numbers getting those life altering revelations that: The world is not flat, we are not the center of the universe, and the world of government collective take over of the wealth both domestic and international is much different then we all were led to believe DUE TO THE MONEY, OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL INVOLVED.

Always remember ENRON promoted their profits and hid their debt. Government does the exact opposite, they promote their debt and hide (mask) their profits.

When the distractions are moved to the side and the basics are looked at (breaking through that void and vacuum maintained for 70-years) their scheme crumbles under true light shown. With that noted, that is why the “Silence is Golden” rule has been strictly enforced over the last 70-years. It was essential that they had the full cooperation of the syndicated media, controlled education, and the two primary political parties to pull off the Biggest Game in Town. Those heads of those groups were included in on the loop for the last 70-years and the goal of taking it all over by investment and securing the productivity value of an entire nation was accomplished.

When the basics are comprehended, then every issue then comes into clear light: Trade policy, domestic policy, NAFTA, GATT, the Bailouts, Rigged elections, wars, interest rate levels, promoted debt, masterfully presented distractions, the Terrorist buzz words (you can not continue to take all that everyone owns and not expect retaliation when and if the jig is up based on mass comprehension)

Government has accomplished taking it all or in the position to take it all that remains. Each and every day the population becomes a greater liability. The key focus of government over the last decade as can be seen through those promoted shows of Judge Judy, Cops, Jail, and 20 others of the like all have one theme that is subliminally saturating the population over and over again. That being: Shut up, follow instructions, and do what you are told.

On a last note, we all have seen the non-stop coverage of the different instances of fanatics who went off the edge and killed. New Town, etc. Today the focus was on the Colorado Theater were 18 were killed and 70 wounded. While watching the News Helicopter filming the theater from
above, I visualized a drone attack of which would have leveled the building and killed all if not most inside. Now ask yourself how many drone attacks our government are conducting each day and how many thousands are killed by them each week. If those events were given the same coverage and the follow-ups of each fatalities life, the men, woman, and children was then shown as was done for each incident in the US, the news media would not have the air time to do so by a factor of 500. Catch that reality check and a chill will go through you of the definition of true evil and how masterfully we are all entertained to be in a selective presentation state of being totally controlled in a disillusion state based on the well honed backed up by billion dollar budgets, the best talent that money can buy, for population control efforts carefully presented by the controllers..

The time is late, and the population better stop spinning their wheels being directed into chasing windmills. Those Jews, Pols, and other back in 1938 – 43 got on those train cars believing they were being relocated to be in nice settlement communities to be with their own kind, done so in their behalf. Also, 99% of the German population thought the same was being done. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Once you have played the population to take all that they own, after doing so, the same (the majority) just becomes a liability to be dealt with and eliminated if needed.

Please for your sake and the sake of your children and friends, realize you are in a real war on the home-front. A war perpetuated and allowed by selective presentation and carefully orchestrated masterful entertainment designed to make you an easy mark for wealth transfer and if needed elimination. Read the writing on the wall as to the position government is taking to “deal” with the population either dead or alive. Again, it is a war, and 98% of the population continues to be masterfully entertained to be in an intentionally orchestrated delusional La-La land state for easy control and elimination if the circumstances call for it. Know and learn the score, and force yourself to get a well focused perception for immediate corrective action done so with true applied force.
The controllers do not play fair, and again as said previously they have the best talent that money can buy and can orchestrate events to pull the rug out from all with the stroke of a pen and a few executive orders signed and enforced.

 

REMEDY?
Greed and opportunity has driven the Government gangs in concert with the industrial / financial cartels in concert for over a thousand years. The population was always viewed as a “Productivity unit” to be drained and managed. Never was a good thing for the population and never will be.
The key here that unlocks the vault, puts all on the same page for the first time in history, and is a win-win for one and all is to restructure government as a fiduciary trust manager where the wealth (both domestic and international) currently amassed by collective government is redirected and consolidated into a fiduciary trust structure having the “first line” objective to meet the budgetary requirements of all local governments from the investment return derived therefrom. One revenue source (investment return) replaces another revenue source(taxation). Taxation phased out and eliminated.
Here you have a prospering self perpetuating economy for the next 10,000 years and beyond.
The population maintains their productivity value building their wealth.
The Industrial / Financial cartels have virtually an unlimited source of capital reinvestment from these ever growing massive fiduciary trusts which I have entitled TRFs(Tax Retirement Funds), designed to do what they say: Retire Taxation.
Government administrations in a now very prosperous and with that expanding economy has truck-loads of cash rolling in from the returns generated annually from the TRF funds to easily meet their operating budgets.
Again, a win-win for all involved with for the first time in history, all on the same page.
The current course we find ourselves on with the continued expansion of the take out of simple greed and
opportunity applied from government through ever increasing taxation has created a runaway 200-car freight train going at 400 MPH down the track, heading for a 1-mile thick concrete wall. The collision is inevitable and will not be a pretty sight where all loose, government, the industrial / financial cartels, and the population
The TRF funding principle for government with taxation (all: Property, sales, personal, corporate) phased out and subsequently eliminated creates the start of the Millennium, a thousand years of prosperity for one-and-all, with all being on the same page for the first time in history.
Doing this is not an option, but a mandatory requirement to avoid that train collision if we all wish to survive. I say this not as an issue but as “the issue” that is the war we have found ourselves in at home that is permeating in a very negative fashion every aspect of our lives at this time.
I am a true believer in the David and Goliath story from the past. The Goliath in this circumstance we find ourselves in today generates trillions of dollars annually and has the best talent at its disposal, with an established network of no equal ever seen on this planet to date.
There is only one way to make this happen. The greed and opportunity principle must be implanted in the players of government and the industrial / financial cartels to make it happen for the superlative benefit of the planet (and themselves). How and whom can get the DC gangs brains churning away with a spark of excitement to make this happen?
Well, my focus at this time is to make it to DC for a two week extended trip to address the US Senate during open session for 1-hour and if it can be arranged to do the same for the House. If the necessary sponsorship comes in to get the job done, I will have one of the top ten accounting firms do a complete review of a local city, town, or county in the DC area and complete a TRF prospectus report outlining in detail consolidation, policy restructure, cross over times to meet the objective of the elimination of all taxation in that venue, and have that verified and certified prospectus report for printing and then distribution to the Senate, House, and associated committees. A blueprint that is applicable for every City, County and State in the Nation.
When the sponsorship and funding comes in and is met to do the job, scheduling to get the job done will commence. That can be accomplished by a call to me from one individual or a swarm of many to put this battle plan into motion.
I stand by waiting to fight this battle for one and all. Knowing myself, if this battle is played out, I think the war may just be won shortly thereafter. I can catch their undivided attention and motivate most of the DC gang to push forward with not just an opportunity, but a life defining opportunity for them of many lifetimes that stems back to the first human that stood upright on the planet.

Those record lows benefited both homeowners and mortgage lenders while they lasted. They meant lower borrowing costs for consumers and higher revenue from refinancing activity for mortgage lenders, who repeatedly refinanced some older home loans originally purchased years ago at higher rates. Frank Nothaft, chief economist at Freddie Mac, said higher mortgage rates probably won’t slow the U.S. housing rebound, which is expected to provide more fuel for future economic growth. From reading the latest post of Zap, the release of the funds and RVs was supposed to happen last week, but was delayed. The funds and RVs are possibly to be released this week, if all can agree.

 

I would ask the elders, both of the Earth and of the Heavens, to release the funds and RVs asap. We have children suffering and starving in every country all around the world. Our children deserve better. If you think you can come close to perfection in this chaos, I am afraid you are wrong. Please release the funds and RVs and we will adjust as we go along.

 

To think you can come close to perfection when all in this Universe is very far from perfection is beyond me. How can any elder think this Universe is even close to perfection?

1. According to Mr. Nidle, the Galactic Federation indicates 50,000 galaxies are undergoing an upgrade. This is proof in and of itself that the Creator Christ Michael and all His assistants could not get it perfect after billions and billions and billions of years.

2. To understand that a school for the soul such as planet Earth still exists after billions and billions and billions of years is way beyond me.

3. To understand that all those in the Heavens believe that this school, one that is nothing but death and destruction, is normal or is perfect is way beyond me. I personally believe that no soul on her/his journey should be treated this way.

4. I am here to save children, not to see them be sacrificed every single day. Do you understand how difficult it is for me to see this death and destruction day after day and know that you are a big part of the solution? To simply have to sit back and watch this death and destruction until Creator Christ Michael decides it is time?

5. On a very personal note, my family has been torn apart. My wife has been on the verge of a nervous breakdown many times. My daughters want nothing to do with me because of my anger at knowing the truth. Both my daughters are in therapy because of my anger. You may tell Creator Christ Michael I do not appreciate this damage to my family. I can say no to all this mess and I am almost to that point.
