Russia Begins Inspection Flights Over US!

GETTING READY FOR THE NEW WORLD ORDER!

MOSCOW, July 28 (RIA Novosti) – Russian military inspectors will begin on Sunday a series of monitoring flights over the United States under the international Open Skies Treaty, a Russian nuclear security official said.

According to Sergei Ryzhkov, head of the National Nuclear Risk Reduction Center, Russian experts will carry out two consecutive monitoring missions in a Tupolev Tu-154M/LK-1 aircraft from July 28 through August 12.

“The missions will be carried out from the Travis Air Force Base [in California] and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base [in Ohio],” Ryzhkov said.

“These will be Russia’s 23rd and 24th monitoring flights in 2013 over the territories of the Open Skies Treaty member states,” he added.

Russian inspectors, accompanied by US specialists, will operate surveillance equipment on board of the aircraft as set out in the international Open Skies Treaty.

Under the treaty, each aircraft flying under the Open Skies program is fitted with a sensor suite including optical panoramic and framing cameras, video cameras with real-time display, thermal infrared imaging sensors and imaging radar.

The Open Skies Treaty, which entered into force on January 1, 2002, establishes a regime of unarmed aerial observation flights over the territories of its 34 member states to promote openness and the transparency of military forces and activities.

Russia ratified the treaty in May 2001.

With Euro-zone banks showing renewed signs of crisis (Deutsche Bank deleveraging by a massive €425 billion over the past year- the fastest pace since the 2011 near-Euro collapse, and Barclays admitting a £12.8bn capital shortfall Tuesday) and fundamental indicators in the gold market screaming financial crisis (GOFO rates remain negative for nearly 20 days and massive inventory draw-downs at the COMEX & LBMA), The Doc  spoke with Jim Willie Tuesday in an explosive MUST READ interview.

Willie, who recently stated that Deutche Bank is under major duress and could be the first major bank to collapse in the next stage of the banking crisis, informed The Doc that unlike the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008 which the Western Central banks were able to contain thanks to $13 T in bailout funds, a failure of Deutsche Bank would trigger a systemic banking contagion the likes of which the Western world has never seen.



When asked by The Doc how Deutsche Bank differs from Lehman Brothers in 2008, and what events could lead to a renewed banking crisis, Willie responded:
My best German source informs me that 3 major banks are in trouble, and these 3 banks are fighting every single night to fight off insolvency and failure.  He says CitiGroup in New York, Barclays in London, and Deutsche Bank in Germany- every single night are in trouble.  
The important thing to keep in mind about Deutsche Bank is that it won’t go down alone if it goes down at all.  If it fails, it will take along with it 3,4,5,6 or 10, or 15 other banks!   It will be 1 or 2 quickly, then a 3rd and 4th a few weeks later, another, then before you know it, all of Italy and their major banks would be kaput.
My belief is that Deutsche Bank and its constant overnight risk of failure is somewhat tied to derivatives related to LIBOR, and also a risk related to their FOREX derivatives.   In other words, derivatives that the banks use to balance off the currencies.
Believe it or not, in the derivatives world, gold is treated like a currency.  Isn’t that ironic?
The FOREX derivatives that the banks are involved in are very much tied to gold.
The big immediate threat for Deutsche Bank though has to do with their problems in hiding debt for the Sovereign nations applying for the Eurozone.   For example, Greece and Italy couldn’t have their debt ratios over certain levels, so what Deutsche Bank did was they turned nice big chunks of Sovereign debt into currency swaps.
For an example of how this works: Suppose you have a $250,000 bad business loan that is stinking up your credit report.  So you call up your favorite Deutsche banker (or Goldman or Morgan- pick your criminal enterprise that is your personal favorite) and you tell him, look I have a $250,000 debt here and I want to make it go away.   They say OK, we can do something clever here.  We can pay off your debt so your credit report looks good, and we can establish this $250,000 Euro swap, and we’ll keep it off the books!
So you have this $250,000 bad loan stinking up your books, it goes away, and is replaced by something hidden- a euro currency swap!  That’s precisely what was done on a larger macro scale by Greece and Italy- and Deutsche Bank is involved with several of these, and the total that is becoming disclosed is $400 Billion.    Apply your typical ratios and you can conclude that they are $10, $15, $20 billion short for capital requirements!
The big banks are so criminal that they have converted fraud and criminal activity into a small cost of doing business!

When asked to clarify his statement that a failure of Deutsche Bank would likely result in a contagion of bank failures Jim Willie responded:
Deutsche Bank is in a slightly different situation than Barclays, even though Barclays just announced a 12.8 billion capital shortfall Tuesday.  The former Deutsche Bank CEO Ackermann was forced out last year.
Interpol came into Ackermann’s office and conducted a financial document raid.  There’s a new sheriff in town. Sources indicate that big, powerful Eastern interests hired Interpol to clean things up.
We had events in April, May, and June in which 5,000 metric tons of gold were lifted out of London.  Eastern entities were angry as hell that their gold had been leased and rehypothecated.  The London banks used the Easterners’ gold as equity for futures contracts that went bad- like in Spanish, Greek, and Italian debt. 
Deutsche Bank’s CEO could not withstand an assault on their office to retrieve data, even though he appealed to several high level politicians.
Fast forward to July 2013, and now we are seeing several Deutsche Bank Vice Presidents being indicted under various fraud charges, and they are almost all cooperating with Interpol!   They’ve flipped to cooperate with the serious fraud division of Interpol.
London and New York remain fortresses (for the cartel banksters), but Frankfurt might be in the process of being penetrated.
Getting back to your question as to why a Deutsche Bank failure would be different than Lehman Brothers, it’s because they are involved with all the different Sovereign bonds!   Spain, France, Italy, Greece, they’re involved with all of them and their balance sheet qualifications for the European Union! 
Deutsche Bank is involved very closely with all of the Eurozone currencies and bonds, and they have massive swaps interwoven with all the major Western banks.
I have a client informing me that Deutsche Bank has a bunch of swaps that they wrote against Detroit muni bonds!    Deutsche Bank has their fingers in alot of different pies!  Lehman Brothers was involved in numerous mortgage instruments.
Dont bet your money that Deutsche Bank will go down, but if it does, the next day its going to be Citi, Barclays, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Soc Gen, and big threats to JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs! 
In conclusion, Deutsche Bank owns $25 trillion in OTC swaps with the Central banks and other major banks, so expect a daisy chain of derivative failures for the $1.6 quadrillion derivative market if it were to fail! 
Deutsche Bank cannot break down by itself.  It would result in the complete breakdown of the European Monetary Union!
In today’s world when a big bank dies, they merge them with another big bank.  Another European bank, potentially Barclays.   I think we are going to see massive amounts of money flooding into gold!
A bank failure contagion, that’s whats going to push gold way over $2,000/oz again.
Silver is going to be moving over $100 and gold is going over $5,000, I’m as certain of it as I am that the sun will rise in the east in the morning come January.

During my shift in the Emergency Room last night, I  had the pleasure of evaluating a patient whose smile revealed an expensive  shiny gold tooth, whose body was adorned with a wide assortment of elaborate  and costly tattoos, who wore a very expensive brand of tennis shoes and who  chatted on a new cellular telephone equipped with a popular R&B ring  tone. While glancing over her patient chart, I happened to notice that her  payer status was listed as "Medicaid"! During my examination of  her, the patient informed me that she smokes more than one costly pack of  cigarettes every day and somehow still has money to buy pretzels and beer.

And, you and our Congress expect me to pay for this woman's health care? I  contend that our nation's "health care crisis" is not the result of  a shortage of quality hospitals, doctors or nurses. Rather, it is the result  of a "crisis of culture", a culture in which it is perfectly acceptable  to spend money on luxuries and vices while refusing to  take care of one's self or, heaven forbid, purchase health insurance. It is a  culture based on the irresponsible credo that "I can do whatever I want  to because someone else will always take care of me."

Once you fix this "culture crisis" that rewards irresponsibility  and dependency, you'll be amazed at how quickly our nation's health care  difficulties will disappear.

Isn't  "HOPE" a wonderful thing !!!

Without "HOPE" we would never
have continued on this 10+ year ride!

 

The "HOPE" ride continues into

August, perhaps September,
maybe December, and "HOPE"
will still provide our "HOPEFUL"
ride into another glorious
"HOPEFUL" year and beyond.
Perhaps "HOPE" will pay off by
the magical year of 2015. 
I certainly "HOPE" so!!
We all "HOPE" that tonight will be
"the night"... 365 nights per year.
I "HOPE" so too!!
What many HOPE for now are

real FACTS! Remember them?
The "old fashioned kind" with actual
signed & sealed documents, that
we can touch and see, not like
"digital" money...! Remember in the
"good ole days" when  "real" MENwould "shake hands" and make a
"real" agreement for the world to see?

Now we see "illusions" on the "net",
in the "mainstream news"  and plenty
of "gossip - insignificant information"
on the "net" and most everywhere.

 

Is it any wonder that we "believe" all
of what we "see and hear" ? We've
been so "conditioned" to believe what
is "put in front of us".. even entire

We have enough trade secret technology from the National Institute For Inventors which I own through a corporation to be worth at business market value potentially up to $100 trillion dollars. We have the big answers for all the branches of the American and world economy and the public does not know about these powerful types of technology being available for the good of mankind.

     I have won legal upsets before such as crushing in court the Jewish lawyer who had never lost in any state court until he faced me. He was stunned when he lost and looked bewildered. 175 Year Old Great Lakes Schooner Located in Lake Ontario

Rochester, New York - The wreckage of the schooner Atlas which sank in 1839 during a gale has been located in Lake Ontario.  The Atlas may be the oldest confirmed commercial schooner discovered in the Great Lakes.  A team of shipwreck enthusiasts, Jim Kennard, Roger Pawlowski and Roland Stevens, located the schooner while searching for sunken ships near Oswego, NY.

A Disastrous Event

In early May 1839 the schooner Atlas was transporting a cargo of Black River limestone from Chaumont to the port of Oswego. Within a few miles of its final destination the Atlas encountered gale force winds from the northwest which more than likely caused a shift in the heavy cargo taking the schooner swiftly to the bottom of Lake Ontario.  The schooner sank so quickly there was no time for anyone to escape and all on board were carried to the deep depths of the lake.  Only a few articles from the schooner were found later by the steamer Telegraph that had been sent out to where the Atlas was seen going down.  These included a pair of oars, a coat, two hats, and a pair of boots.

Schooner built in 1838

The Atlas, a two masted schooner, was built in Dexter, NY in 1838 and owned by Ortha Little & Son for the specific purpose of transporting building stone from the quarries in the Chaumont, NY area.  The cargo was owned by Asa Davis who at that time was furnishing the cut stone for the U.S. government pier in Oswego.  Stone from the Davis quarries was later used in the construction of the Gerrit Smith building (public library) and a number of other structures in Oswego.

Lost on the Atlas

The crew of the Atlas consisted of Ashel Westcott, of Brownville, Jefferson county, aged about 26; Ortha Little, of Hounsfield, Jefferson county, part owner of the schooner and a sailor on board, aged 48; William Ackerman of Brownville, a sailor, aged 19; John See, a sailor, aged 18; and Asa Davis of Chaumont, owner of the cargo, aged 30 years, son of Phineas Davis, of Mexico, NY.

Discovery and Survey of the Shipwreck

The schooner Atlas was located in late June by a high resolution DeepVision side scan sonar system. Last week the team returned to deploy an underwater remote operated vehicle (ROV) and obtain a video recording of the remains of the shipwreck.   In a depth of upwards of 300 feet the visibility is limited to lighting provided by the ROV.  The remains of the schooner can best be summed up as a mess.   The ship sank like the stone it was carrying, hitting hard on the bottom of Lake Ontario and collapsing the deck. The impact probably weakened the sides of the schooner causing them to fall away.  One of the masts is resting to the starboard side of the wreck and the other back past the port stern of the ship.  Only the aft deck remains with the ship’s wheel heavily encrusted with mussels.  Just forward of this deck is one of the holds of the ship, containing a large piece of cut stone.  From this area to the bow, boards jut out at different angles indicating how violent the impact must have been when it crashed into the bottom.   At the bow one anchor is still hanging on the starboard side while the port anchor is resting on the bottom.  The video appears to show a reinforced stern area from which the stone was probably loaded. The best estimate of the ship size is approximately 52 feet in length with a beam of 16 ½ feet.

Possibly the Oldest Confirmed Great Lakes Commercial Schooner

A search of shipwreck databases and discussions with several maritime historians was made to determine if there was another previously discovered Great Lakes commercial schooner that may be older than the Atlas.  There has been some speculation of earlier vessels but none have been positively identified.

Historic shipwrecks abandoned and embedded in New York State underwater lands belong to the people of the State of New York and are protected by state and federal law from unauthorized disturbance.
The shipwreck survey in Lake Ontario was funded by a grant from The National Museum of the Great Lakes/Great Lakes Historical Society of Vermillion, Ohio.

Shipwreck Discovery Team

Jim Kennard has been diving and exploring the lakes in the northeast since 1970. He has found over 200 shipwrecks in the Great Lakes, Lake Champlain, NY Finger Lakes and in the Mississippi and Ohio Rivers over the past 35 years. In 1983 he discovered a unique horse powered ferryboat in Lake Champlain.  National Geographic featured the ferryboat in their October 1989 issue.  In May 2008 Jim Kennard and Dan Scoville discovered the British warship HMS Ontario, the oldest shipwreck ever found in the Great Lakes, and in late September 2008 a rare 200 year old "dagger-board" schooner. Both discoveries received worldwide attention in the news.  Kennard is a Fellow member of The Explorers Club.
Roger Pawlowski has been diving on shipwrecks in the northeast and Florida for the past 12 years.  He is a retired Air Force Reserve pilot and flew missions in Desert Storm.  In 1980 while flying a practice mission over Lake Ontario he witnessed a small aircraft plunge into the lake.  His details of the incident and location helped Kennard locate the aircraft which was several miles from shore and in over 100 feet underwater.  Pawlowski is an electrical engineer and runs his own engineering consulting business.
Roland ‘Chip’ Stevens is a retired architect and working artist whose watercolors are well known in the Rochester area, many of which have been accepted into national exhibitions.  A sailor for many years, Stevens has a love of the sea as reflected in his seascapes.  A number of his paintings of shipwrecks discovered by the team have appeared in news stories and publications.  Stevens created a sketch of the schooner Atlas as it appears today on the bottom of Lake Ontario based on the ROV video recording.
