host Bob Beckel on Wednesday claimed he was “bludgeoned” by a White House
official over the phone after he criticized the Obamacare rollout and suggested
the law’s implementation should be delayed for 6 months to a year.
“I
said, ‘look, you can’t do this thing — yes it’s true, [Obamacare is] not a
website, but it’s a portal to get through to get insurance,’” Beckel said.
Beckel’s claim line up with
other media personalities that have made the same type of allegations against
the Obama administration.
CNN’s Carol Costello on Wednesday morning said “President
Obama’s people can be quite nasty.”
“They
don’t like you to say anything bad about their boss, and they’re not afraid to
use whatever means they have at hand to stop you from doing that, including

Wednesday night, Congress passed a bill to raise the nation's credit card
limit by hundreds of billions of dollars without a single spending reform.
The President quickly signed the bill into law. Maybe he popped champagne at
the White House afterwards, but America lost because in three short months
we're going to be right back in the same spot, without addressing any
problems. While House Republicans voted for 20 different bills in the past
three weeks to fund all or parts of the federal government, unfortunately the
law President Obama signed ensures that we will face yet another crisis and
another showdown. It is disappointing that President Obama chose this short
term patch to set up yet another debt crisis, rather than working in a
bipartisan way to finally address Washington's spending problem and jumpstart
our economy.
The Pathetic Obamacare Sales Pitch
President
Obama’s health care law has already impacted millions of Americans, and the
rollout has been plagued by countless glitches. President Obama’s health care
website is a $500+ million national embarrassment, and top agency officials
should be held accountable for this failure that has been three years in the
making. The only thing missing from President Obama’s Rose Garden sales pitch
yesterday was an offer for free t-shirts to the first 100 callers. President
Obama’s signature health care law is clearly not ready for prime time, and
it’s time for him to stop re-packaging this failed product and start working
with us to end this train wreck before even more taxpayer money is wasted.

a pretty good example and some of the documentation
is attached.

sending this out to those who I believe are interested and others who are close
enough to actually attend a grand jury in the Bismarck area perhaps in a
month or so. We have judges today that don't even pretend anymore to heed
the limits of the constitution. There are other issues that could
be brought to bear in such a meeting. A glance through this affidavit and
the accompanying attachments will certainly give you reason to want to do
something that will benefit everyone. If we see evil or wrongdoing and we
know it to be so and do nothing, we contribute to that evil.

with Herauf, the tempory judge that was assigned to Lisa's case, seems the
Supreme Court did not do much homework on thier selection, he did file an oath
of office in 2006 but has been reelected since then and has to file a new
oath after each election, he is a judge for the southwest district or so

District. Had to be an appointment as all other judges in the South
Central District have recused themselves.
In Lisa's s
case we filed the "Affidavit of Probable Cause" with the Burliegh
County Sheriff, The Sheriff in turn has filed it with the Court,
other than that we have heard nothing, would be nice if I could get
a grand jury indicment to back this up and have the jury file the
indictment with the court that I think would be impossible as the hearing is
scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday this week, The judge has not responded
to it and neither has the states attorney.
The second
document is a request for recusal which she filed a while back, the judge
has never answered that either and it quite appearent that he planned to
go ahead with the trial.
All the
documents have been fowarded to the ND court Administrator, She has not replied
to them either so that means the Supreme Court seems to be little interested in
correcting the situation they have gotten themselves into by appointing thius
guy. Maybe this will all change in the next couple of days, we
will see
There was no
indictment by a grand jury in this case, she was charged with a felony,
Conspiracy to deliver a controled substance, Article 1 section 8 of
the ND Constituion states there shall be an indicment in felony cases,
and as far as the legislature abolishing the grand jury it in my opinion cannot
be done, as you can see in the first clause of the constituion it states
the US constitution is the supreme law of the land so abolishing the grand jury
system would be a violation of the Supreme law of the land.
This
court from the beginning has had no jurisdiction to try this case,
jurisdiction comes from the people, "the power to rule" and in my
opinion the people of the grand jury represent the people of the state, The
grand jury system is a limitation of the power of the judicial system, without
an indictment the people of the state have not granted that power to rule.
I dont think
she ever delivered any pills as her prerscription of hydromorphne is still full
as she could not take it as she had a bad reaction to it. This
is a victumless crime, she has never been accused of injuring anybody,
another requirement of jurisdiction "See Rule 4 of the Civil rules of
Court" the supreme court has ruled that all cases are
commercial so I think the commercial would put this under civil, not
crimminal. The Idea that An injury must occur comes from the Magna
Carta, It essentially says "The Government must leave a man to do his
business as he sees fit unles he injures another"

almost every public servent that I encounter fails to file an oath

just heard of a case in tennesee where the forman was acting as formam

Food stamp recipients are turning the government handouts into quick cash with ads on Craigslist, despite efforts to stem fraud.
The federally-funded grocery assistance coupons -- which are issued by states in the form of debit cards under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) -- are being sold on the online bulletin board as well as auction sites like eBay. FoxNews.com found several offerings at Craigslist sites around the country, where the sellers offered the welfare benefits at large discounts from face value.

“If you need food. This is not a gimmick or game,” read one posting from Philadelphia. “Please let me know, I have food stamps for sale..... Serious Replies only!!!”
“I have $500 worth and it costs $350 cash. No I will not do half!” read another posting from the Atlanta area. “I don't need to sell. If you would like to get an extra $150 to $175 in grocery and pay no taxes and can see the benefit that you will still be saving then email me or call me and we can arrange the whole deal as soon as you like.”
Those who are desperately hungry are also taking to the website, offering cash for the stamps.
“DO YOU NEED SOME QUICK CASH?? -- $100 (atlanta),” read the title of one such post, under which the buyer offered: "If you get Food Stamps and need some extra cash then hit me asap,” reads the post.
In another posting from the Trenton, N.J., area, the seller claims that he will have a $100 EBT card available on Nov. 1 for $60.
Contacted by FoxNews.com and asked about the legality of such a transaction, the seller cryptically responded: "Lol are u serious is the govt legal of course but I hve a customer Good day [sic]."
The coupons are not supposed to be transferred, and Craigslist's policy lists them among the items that are not allowed to be sold or bartered on the site. But unless someone flags such a post, there's little the sites, which operate in small, medium and large markets around the country, can do. Critics suspect sellers either don't need them any more because they have found work, or simply want to exchange them for cash so that they can buy drugs or other items that are not permitted under the rules of the program.
"Fraud and abuse do take place in the food stamps program," Rachel Sheffield, policy analyst, Heritage Foundation's DeVos Center for Religion and Civil Society said to FoxNews.com. "There are other types of fraud that also are problematic, such as recipients receiving excess benefits by failing to report a new job or an increase in their earnings.
"To reduce this type of fraud, states should be required to cross-check the food stamp rolls against the National Directory of New Hires. Those who have failed to inform the food stamp office of new employment should have their benefits suspended."
Sheffield also suggests that adults recipients should be required to re-certify for the assistance program every three months to help prevent widespread fraud.
Nearly 50 million Americans are on the food stamp program, which has exploded over the last five years, more than doubling the cost to taxpayers. The Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards are issued to needy citizens who qualify, and then replenished each month with buying power. Because the cards do not include a photo ID, a recipient who is looking to sell his or her benefits for cash can simply do so and then report them stolen or lost and be issued a replacement. They could also charge a buyer much more, and never report the card as missing, effectively transferring their entitlement benefits for cash.
In May of 2012, the USDA attempted to curb the practice by giving individual states more authority to investigate residents who request multiple replacements of SNAP and EBT cards. Those who requested more than four replacements in a year would have to explain why they lost cards, and could face being cut off completely.
“The U.S. Department of Agriculture has zero tolerance for SNAP fraud," a USDA spokesperson said in a statement to FoxNews.com. "We recently provided stronger tools to help State agencies—responsible for pursuing recipient fraud—crack down on individuals attempting to sell benefits online. In addition, since 2011, we have worked with online marketplaces, including Craigslist, to better monitor and put a stop to the illegal sale of SNAP benefits. USDA encourages anyone that has information regarding potential recipient fraud to report this information to the USDA Office of the Inspector General or to their State agency.”
With one in every seven Americans on food stamps -- up a million since June of last year -- the impetus to cut down on fraud is rising. According to reports, nearly 850,000 people were investigated for possible SNAP fraud in the United States and 1,200 stores were permanently removed from the food stamp program for illegal conduct.
"Since 2008, the cost of SNAP has more than doubled from $34 billion to $74 billion," according to Rep. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D. who said in a recent press release that the Obama administration has allowed food stamp enrollment to explode, even beyond what an ailing economy might account for, in part by not pressing states to crack down on eligibility requirements

Thousands Of Consumers Get Insurance Cancellation Notices Due To Health Law Changes
Health plans are sending hundreds of thousands of cancellation letters to people who buy their own coverage, frustrating some consumers who want to keep what they have and forcing others to buy more costly policies.
The main reason insurers offer is that the policies fall short of what the Affordable Care Act requires starting Jan. 1. Most are ending policies sold after the law passed in March 2010. At least a few are cancelling plans sold to people with pre-existing medical conditions.
By all accounts, the new policies will offer consumers better coverage, in some cases, for comparable cost -- especially after the inclusion of federal subsidies for those who qualify. The law requires policies sold in the individual market to cover 10 “essential” benefits, such as prescription drugs, mental health treatment and maternity care. In addition, insurers cannot reject people with medical problems or charge them higher prices. The policies must also cap consumers’ annual expenses at levels lower than many plans sold before the new rules.
But the cancellation notices, which began arriving in August, have shocked many consumers in light of President Barack Obama’s promise that people could keep their plans if they liked them.
“I don’t feel like I need to change, but I have to,” said Jeff Learned, a television editor in Los Angeles, who must find a new plan for his teenage daughter, who has a health condition that has required multiple surgeries.
An estimated 14 million people purchase their own coverage because they don’t get it through their jobs. Calls to insurers in several states showed that many have sent notices.
Florida Blue, for example, is terminating about 300,000 policies, about 80 percent of its individual policies in the state. Kaiser Permanente in California has sent notices to 160,000 people – about half of its individual business in the state. Insurer Highmark in Pittsburgh is dropping about 20 percent of its individual market customers, while Independence Blue Cross, the major insurer in Philadelphia, is dropping about 45 percent.
Some Policies Targeted
Both Independence and Highmark are cancelling so-called “guaranteed issue” policies, which had been sold to customers who had pre-existing medical conditions when they signed up. Policyholders with regular policies because they did not have health problems will be given an option to extend their coverage through next year.
Consumer advocates say such cancellations raise concerns that companies may be targeting their most costly enrollees.
They may be “doing this as an opportunity to push their populations into the exchange and purge their systems” of policyholders they no longer want, said Jerry Flanagan, an attorney with the advocacy group Consumer Watchdog in California.
Insurers deny that, saying they are encouraging existing customers to re-enroll in their new plans.
“We continue to cover people with all types of health conditions,” said Highmark spokeswoman Kristin Ash.
She said some policyholders who may have faced limited coverage for their medical conditions will get new plans with “richer benefits” and the policies “in most cases, will be at a lower rate.”
Paula Sunshine, vice president of marketing with Independence, said the insurer hopes the cancelled policyholders will “choose Blue when they decide on a new plan.”
Higher Costs?
Some receiving cancellations say it looks like their costs will go up, despite studies projecting that about half of all enrollees will get income-based subsidies.
Kris Malean, 56, lives outside Seattle, and has a health policy that costs $390 a month with a $2,500 deductible and a $10,000 in potential out-of-pocket costs for such things as doctor visits, drug costs or hospital care.
As a replacement, Regence BlueShield is offering her a plan for $79 more a month with a deductible twice as large as what she pays now, but which limits her potential out-of-pocket costs to $6,250 a year, including the deductible.
“My impression was …there would be a lot more choice, driving some of the rates down,” said Malean, who does not believe she is eligible for a subsidy.
Regence spokeswoman Rachelle Cunningham said the new plans offer consumers broader benefits, which “in many cases translate into higher costs.”
“The arithmetic is inescapable,” said Patrick Johnston, chief executive officer of the California Association of Health Plans. Costs must be spread, so while some consumers will see their premiums drop, others will pay more -- “no matter what people in Washington say.”
Health insurance experts say new prices will vary and much depends on where a person lives, their age and the type of policy they decide to buy. Some, including young people and those with skimpy or high-deductible plans, may see an increase. Others, including those with health problems or who buy coverage with higher deductibles than they have now, may see lower premiums.
Blue Shield of California sent roughly 119,000 cancellation notices out in mid-September, about 60 percent of its individual business. About two-thirds of those policyholders will see rate increases in their new policies, said spokesman Steve Shivinsky.
Like other insurers, the Blue Shield letters let customers know they have to make a decision by Dec. 31 or they will automatically be enrolled in a recommended plan.
“There is going to be a certain amount of churn in the marketplace as people have to make their decisions,” Shivinsky said.

To implement the transition of this new currency there were many items to be
done in this implementation phase. It has taken months to accomplish. We only
get anxious because we are being told almost daily it is going to
happen tonight. We then think it is held up when in fact the process is in
play. In April they moved from
an agreement phase of the process to the implementation phase. They (meaning
Iraq) must now show the rate to the world and finally go international.
