The following texts were obtained and first published by Citizens Trade Campaign (CTC).  According to CTC, the texts “reveal that the Obama administration has reversed reforms designed to enhance access to affordable medicines made during the George W. Bush administration and is instead demanding new rights for pharmaceutical firms to challenge pricing and other drug formulary policies used by many developed countries to keep down prices.”  The texts also have relevance for those studying intellectual property rights as previously leaked versions of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) demonstrated a number of features that advanced controversial aspects of U.S. copyright law.

Drivers Forced Off Road For Blood & Saliva Tests Without Cause Or Consent In North Texas

The internet and America is up in arms once again over the destruction of our Constitutional Rights, this time in Texas by a Maryland company (which can be reached at 301-755-2700) which is working with the Federal Department of Transportation and has been forcing drivers in Texas to pull over and provide blood and saliva samples without just cause or consent.

As America rapidly becomes a ‘police state’, merely looking at the website of Pacific Institute For Research (PIRE) offers an extreme warning for all Americans when they claim these ‘Nazi gestapo tactics’:

PIRE has called for random roadside breath tests that would cover at least half the driving population each year and allow police to give breathalyzer tests to all drivers.

From NBC5 in Dallas Fort-Worth.:

Some drivers along a busy North Fort Worth street on Friday were stopped at police roadblock and directed into a parking lot, where they were asked by federal contractors for samples of their breath, saliva and even blood.

It was part of a government research study aimed at determining the number of drunken or drug-impaired drivers.  (and we believe that lie?!)

“It just doesn’t seem right that you can be forced off the road when you’re not doing anything wrong,” said Kim Cope, who said she was on her lunch break when she was forced to pull over at the roadblock on Beach Street.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, which is spending $7.9 million on the survey over three years, said participation was “100 percent voluntary” and anonymous. (BUT if you inform them that you do NOT wish to participate, you are ARRESTED!!  AND THAT IS 'VOLUNTARY'?)   But Cope said it didn’t feel voluntary to her — despite signs saying it was. “I gestured to the guy in front that I just wanted to go straight, but he wouldn’t let me and forced me into a parking spot,” she said. Once parked, she couldn’t believe what she was asked next. “They were asking for cheek swabs,” she said. “They would give $10 for that. Also, if you let them take your blood, they would pay you $50 for that.”  (Unknown to the VICTIM, their license tag info is recorded to identify from whom these samples were taken under FORCE.)

[Update] Space Weather indicates that the long tail from ISON is the result from something exploding from the core.

Quote: “Whatever exploded from the comet’s core also created a spectacularly-long tail, more than 16 million kilometers from end to end.”

Videographer Nemisis Maturity has released a new video discussing Comet ISON and how it has passed red line after red line, always with the possibility of fragmenting, yet continues to streak towards the sun, bigger and brighter than ever.

It has been reported recently  that ISON may be breaking up and the outer coma equaling the size of 70 moons, yet the countdown to disintegration has begun, again.

Via the Details:

Since there is no confirmation about the fragmentation of the nucleus, the count down clock is ticking again and today it reads “0″. That means that today the comet is crossing the last Red Line due to comet Ensor. If the comet survives this Red Line without disintegrating, it will set a record. ISON has crossed 10 Red Lines and still remains in one piece, an amazing feat!

With even scientists admitting they have no idea what is going to happen and the strange anomalies ISON continues to shock and awe experts with, it is really anyone’s guess what this “Comet of the Century” will do at this point, so each and every new piece of information is watched in fascination by comet and asteroid watchers.
