U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch became the latest Obama appointee to admit that one of her top priorities is to make sure Obama’s policies live on long after she and her boss leave power.

Lynch is quoted in the latest issue of New York Magazine saying: “My goal is to position the [Department of Justice] where it will carry on in all of these issues long after myself and my team have moved on.”

She was speaking specifically about Obama’s executive orders on gun control which he announced last week.  Lynch made the comment in response to a question about how she planned to prosecute gun sellers under the new executive actions.

Leading Republican presidential hopefuls Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Ben Carson all vowed to overturn the Obama orders if elected. But if Lynch gets her way, that will be easier said than done.  And Lynch is not the first Obama appointee to make such a comment.

WND reported in April 2015 Obama’s top domestic adviser, Cecilia Muñoz, said she was also working to institutionalize Obama’s policies. Only in the case of Muñoz, her focus would not be on gun control but on immigration.

Muñoz, a former executive with the National Council of La Raza, said it was her job “to make sure we build this really into the DNA across the federal bureaucracy, at a leadership level, but much more importantly to make sure that when political appointees like me are no longer here this (immigration strategy) is built into what those agencies do and think about every day.”

Muñoz said it was important for all 18 federal agencies to standardize, set benchmarks and “measure successes,” ensuring states and localities create the desired “welcoming communities” for refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants of all types, including those not in the country legally.

Writing for Breitbart, Ben Shapiro, author of “The People vs. Barack Obama: The Criminal Case Against The Obama Administration,” said these efforts by Obama bureaucrats across the board offer a sobering backdrop for the next president, even if it should be Trump, Cruz or some other leading conservative.

“For all those who revel in the fact that there are 374 days until Obama finally gets the hell out of the White House, a cautionary note: Obama and his colleagues are rigging the bureaucracy so that their unique brand of ‘hope and change’ extends far beyond their tenure,” Shapiro wrote.

Lynch has already made an imprint for Obama on the nation’s law enforcement.  She “spent time opening federal cases on the Baltimore Police Department after the in-custody death of Freddie Gray and against 14 officials in international FIFA corruption as though Americans care deeply about the nature of corrupt international soccer,” Shapiro writes.

Lynch also threatened to prosecute those who use “anti-Muslim rhetoric” that “edges toward violence” and said that her “greatest fear” is the “incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric.”

Those fears apparently keep Lynch up at night more consistently than the fears of another jihadist attack against American citizens, such as those that took place in 2015 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and San Bernardino, California, leaving a total of 19 dead.

Only after conservative media outcry and pushback from prominent GOP political figures such as former New York Gov. George Pataki, did Lynch walk back her comments about prosecuting Americans for anti-Muslim speech. She later said she would only prosecute “deeds, not words.”

Lynch and the FBI waited more than five months to determine that the Chattanooga shooter, Mohammad Abdulazeez, was indeed an ISIS sympathizer engaged in an act of terror when he shot four Marines and a sailor in May 2015.

Lynch then refused to tell Americans after the San Bernardino terror attack whether the perpetrators, Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik, were engaged in Islamic terrorism.

A new alert was posted at Steve Quayle's website and linked on his front page, with the header "RAPE IS A FORM OF CONQUEST,THAT IS TAKING PLACE BEFORE A WORLD THAT DOESN’T UNDERSTAND THE GLOBAL ENSLAVEMENT AND BRUTALIZATION OF WOMEN WORLD WIDE.  I HAVE COINED A NEW TERM ‘RAPEAGEDDON'".

What a perfect descriptive term for what we are watching happen all across the globe with ISIS terrorists capturing women and female children throughout the Middle East, brutalizing them, raping them and killing them.

And across Europe we see report after report finally coming out about the mass rapes and abuse of women by Muslim "migrants" aka refugees, yet the silence in regards to this "Rapeageddon"  from the so-called "feminists" here in the U.S. that are constantly bemoaning the "war on women,"  in regards to equality, equal pay, job opportunities, etc... is deafening.

Those same feminists had better start paying attention, better jump off the gun-control bandwagon and start arming themselves along with every other of-age woman in America and learn how to safely handle a weapon and prepare to defend themselves because - NEWFLASH ladies - the "Rapeageddon" is on its way and with the amount of "refugees" being imported into America increasing each year, we are about to become Europe!

Spot on... Europe has been conquered and rape is being used, as it has been throughout history, as an act of war.

As highlighted in an article on Sunday titled -" 'The Final Play': Rape, Pillage And Plunder As The Globalists Take Us Under - Hell On Earth As Cities Burn Throughout The World, " we are seeing coordinated attacks upon women across Europe, specifically Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland and Austria. This is not a new problem as we also discovered that the "migrant" crime in Austria, Germany and Sweden were being covered up, but the simultaneous News Years Eve attacks were so widespread, the cover-up imploded and it became international news.

In Germany alone there were 600 criminal complaints filed against "migrants"  from the New Years Eve "Rapeageddon."

SEXUAL VIOLENCE USED AS A WEAPON OF WAR

Quayle was right on the mark with the statement "Rape is a form of conquest" -  Historically, as you will see in the graph and multiple links that will be provided, sexual violence and rape have been used as a weapon of war, to humiliate and demoralize, as part of ethnic cleansing, to terrorize, to control and even to obatin information.

ISLAMIC CULTURE OF RAPE

It is not just sexual violence in war though, as the problem is much deeper than that and while stating this isn't "politically correct," refusing to name the problem is one of the reasons we are facing "Rapeageddon" right here in America....but rather than assimilating into the nation's culture, Islamic "refugees" are instead bringing their culture of rape and abuse of women into western countries.

Make no mistake, I am not claiming that all Muslims rape women and children, but there is sufficient research which indicates that rape and sexual violence is more prevalent within the Islamic culture than almost any other.

In 2013 it was reported by The Atlantic that "Syria has a massive rape crisis. Note the massive influx of refugees into Europe and being imported into the U.S. include a significant amount coming from Syria.

Just today InfoWars highlighted a video from Egypt from 2013, which shows a woman being dragged away by a group of Muslim men before she is brutally raped is an example of ‘Taharrush’.

Via RT:  German police fear repeats of the Cologne New Year’s Eve sexual assaults, saying extra attention will now be paid to fighting similar attacks. Police used the Arab term ‘taharrush gamea’ (collective harassment) to categorize the assaults – causing an angry reaction on Twitter.

The Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA), the main investigative authority in Germany, said in a response to Welt newspaper it knows sexual harassment of women in public is widespread in Arab countries, and that this is exactly what happened on New Year’s Eve in Cologne. Collective harassment is translated as “taharrush gamea” (حرش جماعي).

Examples of abuse towards women can be found all across the Middle East, and what people must understand is it is a culture, it is not the exception to the rule, it is the rule.

In researching this article I ran across an outstanding explanation of the "Muslim rape culture," by  author and columnist Daniel Greenfield. The entire piece is a MUST-READ, but some significant quotes are shown below:

It is noteworthy that this mindset and "culture" has not been imported into Germany, but has actually conquered Germany as evidenced by "Police in the Bavarian town of Mering, where a 16-year-old-girl was raped on September 11, have issued a warning to parents not to allow their children to go outside unaccompanied. In the Bavarian town of Pocking, administrators of the Wilhelm-Diess-Gymnasium have warned parents not to let their daughter's wear revealing clothing in order to avoid "misunderstandings." When communicating with Steve Quayle after asking permission to use his newly coined "Rapeageddon" term, he made a statement which he has graciously allowed me to quote in this article - ""WE HAVE RETURNED TO THE DARKEST OF AGES WHERE WOMEN, MOSTLY CHRISTIAN, ARE CHAINED TOGETHER AND SOLD ON THE MID-EAST SLAVE MARKETS, JUST AS THEY WERE HUNDREDS OF YEARS AGO-,WHERAS ONCE IT WAS DONE IN SECRET NOW ITS OPENLY FLAUNTED -WHERE IS THE FEMINIST OUTRAGE"?

Great question! Why do we not see the same outrage from feminists that condemned Chrissie Hynde's comments about it being a woman’s fault if she is raped if she dresses provacatively. Where is the condemnation from Feministing who once wrote that victim blaming was "un-funny, unfair and un-feminist." Where are the feminists that were so outraged over the Dolce & Gabbana’s ‘gang bang’ ad?

Back to Mr. Greefield's article:

In Islam, women are objects, not subjects. Physically their entire bodies are considered ‘Awrah’,an Arabic word meaning ‘nakedness’, ‘fault’ or ‘defect’, terms that amply sum up the Islamic view of women. Even their voices are considered ‘Awrah’ meaning that even a fully covered up woman speaking is an immoral thing. A woman exists within Islam as an immoral object. And that gives Muslim men implicit permission to assault her, while holding her very nature accountable for  tempting them to commit the act.

If there is still any doubt about the culture of Islam, read the excuses and justifications from a supposed "moderate" Muslim man who believes that Islamic men have the right to tell women they do not even know how to dress because the way a women dresses can actually be "sexual harassment" against him and others like him!

Let me be frank. As a Muslim man, it is not easy walking through the streets these days. Women's fashion continues to get increasingly sexy and provocative, and, in effect, public spaces are increasingly sexualized. From an Islamic perspective, the harm caused to individuals by this is clear and inarguable. Even from a non-religious perspective, constantly bombarding men with sexiness can be tortuous. Think of men or adolescent males who, for whatever reason, cannot find a sexual partner. Or think of married men being endlessly tempted by strangers as soon as they step out of the house.

Even "moderate" Muslims feel that a woman is the one to be held accountable for "tempting" him... not by flirting with him, not by coming on to him but by simply being in a public space dressed in what HE considers to be a sexual manner. What? Are shorts sexual? A skirt that doesn't go down to the ankles? Are women that do not wear Burqas "tempting" to him, therefore they are sexually dressed and sexually "harassing" him??

LACK OF ASSIMILATION IS WHY AMERICAN WOMEN MUST BE ARMED AND PREPARED TO PROTECT AND DEFEND THEMSELVES

Over the years we have seen much debate on how we are a nation of immigrants, a melting pot (oops, that is no longer politically correct!) but immigrants of old assimilated into the country they were migrating to. That no longer applies and it is destroying the culture of the the countries accepting refugees.

A perfect example is Sweden, via Washington Standard, where a young woman learned the hard way why promoting "multiculturalism" over assimilation was deadly... literally.

Elin Krantz was a 27-year-old Swedish model that promoted diversity and multiculturalism. She was young, she was beautiful and now she is dead at the hands of an African “refugee” immigrant.  She was beaten and raped so badly that her injuries included, “burst membranes around the vaginal opening.”

Here’s the sad reality though.  The 23-year-old man that raped and murdered Krantz was an immigrant from Africa to the United States via a marriage to an Ethiopian woman and then immigrated from Virginia to Sweden. Understand that while living in the US, Yohannes “was sentenced to 13 months and 11 days in prison for drunk driving, hit and run and provision of false testimonies. He whined that he’s being mistreated in the USA because he’s black and was granted refugee status in multi - culturalism embracing Sweden. To thank Sweden for what she’d done for him, he raped and murdered one of her natives.”

What must be understood is that it is not only Muslim Extremists or Jihadists that are abusing women across Europe and, most importantly, people must realize that the abuses we are finally seeing reported on are the result of a clash of cultures and a U.S. president that has made it abundantly clear to foreigners that they do not have to assimilate.

The Daily Caller reports that Islam is set to become the second largest religion in America by 2040 and American women have something that European women do not.... access to firearms, the right to buy one, be trained to use it and the ability to prepare and defend themselves.  Recent reports indicate that women buying more weapons and taking training classes is on the rise, but if you are a man and familiar with weapons who has a wife, a mother, sister or  a daughter of age that is not trained and armed.... you should make sure they become so.

Concerned about illicit money flowing into luxury real estate, the Treasury Department said Wednesday that it would begin identifying and tracking secret buyers of high-end properties.

The initiative will start in two of the nation’s major destinations for global wealth: Manhattan and Miami-Dade County. It will shine a light on the darkest corner of the real estate market: all-cash purchases made by shell companies that often shield purchasers’ identities.

It is the first time the federal government has required real estate companies to disclose names behind cash transactions, and it is likely to send shudders through the real estate industry, which has benefited enormously in recent years from a building boom increasingly dependent on wealthy, secretive buyers.

The initiative is part of a broader federal effort to increase the focus on money laundering in real estate. Treasury and federal law enforcement officials said they were putting greater resources into investigating luxury real estate sales that involve shell companies like limited liability companies, often known as L.L.C.s; partnerships; and other entities.

Future investigations, they said, will focus increasingly on professionals who assist in money laundering, including real estate agents, lawyers, bankers and L.L.C. formation agents.

Officials said the new government efforts were inspired in part by a series last year in The New York Times that examined the rising use of shell companies as foreign buyers increasingly sought safe havens for their money in the United States. The investigation found that real estate professionals, especially in the luxury market, often do not know much about buyers. Until now, none of them have been legally required to.

The use of shell companies in real estate is legal, and L.L.C.s have a range of uses unrelated to secrecy. But a top Treasury official, Jennifer Shasky Calvery, said her agency had seen instances in which multimillion-dollar homes were being used as safe deposit boxes for ill-gotten gains, in transactions made more opaque by the use of anonymous shell companies.

“We are concerned about the possibility that dirty money is being put into luxury real estate,” said Ms. Calvery, the director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, the Treasury unit running the initiative. “We think some of the bigger risk is around the least transparent transactions.”

The department will focus on sales that are both paid for all in cash and conducted using shell companies.

The government is requiring title insurance companies, which are involved in virtually all sales, to discover the identities of buyers and submit the information to the Treasury.

The government will put the information into a database for law enforcement.

The Treasury’s program will affect billions of dollars in real estate transactions.

 

In Manhattan, the initiative requires buyers in sales of more than $3 million to be reported; in Miami-Dade County, it requires reporting on sales of more than $1 million. In Manhattan, 1,045 residential sales cost more than $3 million in the second half of 2015, worth some $6.5 billion in aggregate, according to PropertyShark, a real estate data company.  

In addition to starting in only two markets, the requirement runs from March through August. If Treasury officials find that many sales involved suspicious money, Ms. Calvery said, they will develop permanent reporting requirements across the country.

A senior Federal Bureau of Investigation official, Patrick Fallon, said the anonymity possible under existing shell companies had stymied investigations and the Treasury initiative would help trace illicit money.

“We fully intend to encourage expansion of it, so, not only to different geographic areas but as far as the time frame as well,” said Mr. Fallon, chief of the bureau’s financial crimes section. “We think it’ll prove its worth.”

In its investigation, The Times found that nearly half of homes nationwide worth at least $5 million are purchased using shell companies. In Manhattan and Los Angeles, the figure is higher.

In New York, The Times examined a decade of ownership at a prominent condominium complex near Central Park, the Time Warner Center, and found a number of hidden owners who had been the subjects of government investigations. They included former Russian senators, a former governor from Colombia, a British financier, and a businessman tied to the prime minister of Malaysia, who is now under investigation.

In Florida, The Times uncovered a condominium in Boca Raton tied to Mexico’s top housing official, who recently stepped down and is now a leading contender for the governor’s office in the southern state of Oaxaca.

Ms. Calvery said the findings helped convince the Treasury that more scrutiny of high-end buyers is needed.

“It’s easier to talk about it with people who aren’t specialists in our area when they read about it in the newspaper,” she said.

Indeed, last spring, New York City’s Finance Department began requiring shell companies buying real estate to report their members to the city. That rule, however, is less far-reaching than the Treasury action.

Real estate is becoming a larger target for law enforcement as well. According to two people with knowledge of cases at the Justice Department, lawyers there have begun to shape cases directly around money laundering in real estate deals rather than adding such transactions to other cases.

The F.B.I. has in recent months created a new unit to focus on money laundering, and real estate will be one main focus. The unit, which has 10 agents, will help the Justice Department delve into shell companies and the people involved in money laundering, F.B.I. officials said.

“We’re going after the facilitators of the money laundering,” Mr. Fallon, of the F.B.I., said. “They’re the bankers, they’re the accountants, lawyers, folks who are setting up L.L.C.s, they are setting up foundations, folks who are setting up nonprofits, real estate investment trusts, etc.”

The new scrutiny is likely to increase headaches for the real estate industry, in part because shell companies are not easy to penetrate. Buyers often mask their identities by layering companies on top of other shell companies. Buyers also commonly fill out L.L.C. formation papers using the names of lawyers or other place holders, often called “nominees,” instead of their own names.

The Treasury is looking for the actual owners behind shell companies, often referred to as the beneficial owners. “We’re not looking for nominees,” Ms. Calvery said.

In its order, the Treasury defined beneficial owners as “each individual who, directly or indirectly, owns 25 percent or more of the equity interests” of the entity that bought the property. Once title companies identify those people, they are required to copy driver’s licenses or passports and also pass the individuals’ names to the Treasury Department.

Stephen Hudak, a spokesman for the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, said any title companies or purchasers who provided false information could face penalties. The American Land Title Association said in a statement that it would help its members comply with the Treasury’s new naming requirements.

Under the U.S.A. Patriot Act, the Treasury is already authorized to require real estate companies to scrutinize real estate buyers, but the department has in the past faced fierce lobbying against issuing such rules. The department already requires mortgage lenders to scrutinize buyers. But cash buyers have been a big hole in the government’s oversight of the market, Ms. Calvery said.

“Repeated anecdotal information where we see criminals of different stripes putting money into real estate all suggest to us that this is an area we need to pay attention to,” she said.

Ever wonder what presidents do after they leave office? Some go into teaching, some into judicial roles, some take up socio-political activities and yet others just retire and enjoy their grandkids. With Obama’s free lease on the White House expiring a year from now, have you ever wondered what he’ll do once he loses his current office and prestige?

 

Step back and take a look at his last seven years in office and you may get a glimpse of what comes next. Many people including myself have pointed out that Barack Obama has acted more like a tyrannical dictator instead of the top elected representative of an entire nation.

Obama openly violated the US Constitution and federal laws that he swore to uphold. He repeatedly bypassed Congress, created and changed laws, refused to secure our borders and protect the American people and let criminals go free from prosecution because they were this friends. In fact, Obama has done more illegal things in office than he’s done legal things.

So if Obama can no longer legally be the dictator of the United States, then where else can he be dictator?  If you listen to some of the rumors circulating around, all Obama will need to do is pack up from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington DC and fly an hour north and take up residence in New York, NY 10017.  In case you’re not familiar with the NY address, it’s the home of the United Nations. 

Here’s the scenario:

On January 20, 2017, Obama is officially kicked out of the White House. On December 31, 2016, just 21 days before Obama loses his job, Ban Ki-moon’s term as UN Secretary General ends.

There is no secret that the United Nations has aspirations of becoming the governing body for the entire world. What better place for Obama to step in and take over as the new Secretary General and put his plan of being dictator of the world into action?

If that’s not scary enough, imagine Obama as leader of the UN and Hillary Clinton as the new occupant of the White House? If you really think about it, it’s much more scary than you may imagine and, what’s more, the thought is making others a little scared, also.

I’m not saying I believe all of the rumors yet, at the same time, I can’t discount them, either. What I do know is that Hillary Clinton is a huge fan and supporter of the United Nations as is Barack Obama. The thought of Hillary running the US and Obama running the UN is a very frightening thought, and I just wanted to put it out there for others to mull over.

Recently, Charles Krauthammer alluded that he had no doubt some of the 30k emails Hillary deleted from her private email server very likely had references to the Clinton Foundation, which would be illegal and a conflict of interest.The Clinton Foundation is “organized crime” at ts finest, and we are financing it.

Here is a good, concise summary of how the Clinton Foundation works as a tax free international money laundering scheme. It may eventually prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in U.S. history. This is a textbook case on how you hide foreign money sent to you and repackage it to be used for your own purposes. All tax free. Here’s how it works:

1. You create a separate foreign “charity.” In this case one in Canada.

2. Foreign oligarchs and governments, then donate to this Canadian charity. In this case, over 1,000 did — contributing mega millions. I’m sure they did this out of the goodness of their hearts, and expected nothing in return. (Imagine Putin’s buddies waking up one morning and just deciding to send untold millions to a Canadian charity).

3. The Canadian charity then bundles these separate donations and makes a massive donation to the Clinton Foundation.

4. The Clinton Foundation and the cooperating Canadian charity claim Canadian law prohibits the identification of individual donors.

5. The Clinton Foundation then “spends” some of this money for legitimate good works programs. Unfortunately, experts believe this is on the order of 10%. Much of the balance goes to enrich the Clinton’s, pay salaries To untold numbers of hangers on, and fund lavish travel, etc. Again, virtually all tax free, which means you and I are subsidizing it.

6. The Clinton Foundation, with access to the world’s best accountants, somehow fails to report much of this on their tax filings. They discover these “clerical errors” and begin the process of re-filing 5 years of tax returns.

7. Net result — foreign money, much of it from other countries, goes into the Clinton’s pockets tax free and untraceable back to the original donor. This is the textbook definition of money laundering.

Oh, by the way, the Canadian “charity” includes as a principal one Frank Giustra. Google him. He is the guy who was central to the formation of Uranium One, the Canadian company that somehow acquired massive U.S. uranium interests and then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia. This transaction required U.S. State Department approval, and guess who was Secretary of State when the approval was granted. As an aside, imagine how former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell feels. That poor schlep is in jail because he and his wife took $165,000 in gifts and loans for doing minor favors for a guy promoting a vitamin company. Not legal but not exactly putting U.S. security at risk.

Sarcasm aside, if you’re still not persuaded this was a cleverly structured way to get unidentified foreign money to the Clinton’s, ask yourself this: Why did these foreign interests funnel money through a Canadian charity? Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation? Better yet, why not donate money directly to the people, organizations and countries in need?

This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling. Now you know why Hillary’s destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk she was willing to take. They could be back in the White House in January, 2017. 

Remember, most people are not well informed. You must inform and educate them.

It’s little secret that America’s military strength hasn’t just waned under the Obama administration, but plummeted. Weapons systems have been neglected, troop strength has declined and the president has been using the armed forces as a social experiment.

So, if someone were to tell you that America’s military were just as strong as ever, you would probably laugh.

One group that wouldn’t, though, are the Joint Chiefs of Staff. When Obama mocked them over America’s military strength during last night’s speech, the men who lead our military said it all with their demeanor — stony-faced, unsmiling and not clapping.

During his paean to himself yesterday night, Obama denounced “all the rhetoric you hear about our enemies getting stronger and America getting weaker.
 
“Let me tell you something,” Obama continued. “The United States of America is the most powerful nation on earth. Period. Period. It’s even close. It’s not even close."

The Democrats in the chamber applauded profusely, as they were wont to do during Tuesday night’s hour-long  Obama-gasm. However, that’s when the camera focused on the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the men who know best about America’s readiness:

They had a reaction to the president’s words that was, um, slightly different. Their faces displayed a wide range of emotions, none of them positive.

The most neutral seemed to be Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Marine Corps Gen. Joseph F. Dunford, on the bottom left. He seems to wear a mien of vague amusement — almost as if he’s asking, “What is this guy smoking?” (Answer: probably something from the “choom gang.”)

However, just to the right of Gen. Dunford were Chief of Staff of the Army Gen. Mark E. Milley and Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. Robert B. Neller, respectively. Both of them look like if you hooked their arteries up to a hydroelectric generator, their blood pressure could power the entire Eastern Seaboard.

While the military lie was just one of many in Obama’s State of the Union, it was the most blatant, inasmuch as we saw the reaction of those who knew the truth almost immediately.

I only wish the men and women of our armed forces could have been there, too. The look they would have given the president could have cut glass.

Thousands of starving and dead seabirds have been shored up along the coast of Alaska, prompting scientists to investigate the unusually high mortality rate of one of the Arctic's most abundant birds. Around 8,000 dead common murres were found last week on a one-mile stretch of beach, 60 miles south of Anchorage, the true amount is thought to be more than 100,000.

The common murres have been found starving, too weak to fly, and have come inland to forage nearer the coast.
After examining around 100 carcasses, scientists said there has been no evidence of pollution or disease, but rather the birds were emaciated - they had no stomach contents or body fat.

Higher than usual mortality rates have also affected marine life by the billion, fish, sea otters, fur seals, whales, crabs, dolphins, walrus, lobster, mussels, starfish, turtles and many more have been dying in alarming numbers along the coastal waters of north America.

Dead birds and sea animals have been found along the the north American coast from Mexico to Alaska since March last year say the scientists but the death of marine animals have been increasing along the coast since 2011.

A press release from the USFWS Alaska Migratory Bird Management said that the "die-offs of the little birds is unusually large" and is likely to be related to the warmer than usual sea temperatures and El Nino weather phenomena.

El-Nino is the latest of many explanations given for the unprecedented loss of marine life along the coast, in the past experts have blamed :-  Cold water, a lack of food, an enormous toxic algae bloom stretching from Alaska to Mexico, a massive methane leak in the Pacific, US underwater weapon testing, and sea quakes.

The name 'Fukushima' which is on most peoples lips is never mentioned by the media, government or the experts, even though between 300 and 800 tonnes of Cesium-134 has leaked into the Pacific every day since the disaster struck in 2011.
Indeed, scientists last year recorded radiation levels 50 times higher than normal along parts of the west coast.

A government funded scientist Ken Buesseler of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution claims the amounts are perfectly safe, what he doesn't say is, if the stricken nuclear plant keeps leaking radiation, which it is, the amounts will keep rising.
Maybe the reason is not Fukushima, I don't have any evidence to say it is but....The world environment organisations are not telling us the truth for fear of losing funding.

Fukushima or not, 75% of the worlds fish are now depleted, these numbers cannot be reversed, for instance, for every pound of fish caught on this planet, five pound of untargeted species are trapped in nets, turtles, whales and sharks don't stand a chance, 40 to 50 million sharks a year are killed this way.

Our oceans are close to collapse, NOAA are claiming there will be no fish left in the oceans by the year 2048.
 

Last year 30 billion animals were taken out of the worlds oceans, it can't recover, fish don't multiply that quick.
 

Back to the west coast of north America, I have done some basic research, since 2011 I have been able to find 140 reports of marine life die offs along the west coast, 20 of them were sea bird deaths and 120, fish, whales, dolphins etc.

In 2011, the year of the Fukushima disaster I found 8 reports of marine life die offs along the west coast.

In 2012, I found 9 marine life die off reports and 2 sea bird die offs.
 

In 2013 I found a further 21 marine life die offs and another 2 sea bird die offs.

In 2014 I found 31 recorded marine life die off and a further 2 sea bird die offs.

In 2015 a massive 48 recorded marine life die offs along with 14 recorded sea bird die offs, and a very disturbing find further south where a record 337 dead whales were found along a small part of the coast of Chile.

At the beginning of 2016 8,000 common murres have been found dead along a 1 mile stretch of coast in Alaska, the real death toll is thought to be more than 100,000, so even with my meagre attempt at research it's easy to see that since the Fukushima disaster the problem has increased enormously but a very powerful El-Nino event has also warmed up the East Pacific, however with the El-Nino event set to end this winter it will be interesting to see if the deaths continue.

There are about 2.8 million breeding common murres in 230 Alaska colonies, with a worldwide population of 13 to 20.7 million birds.

The monitored seabird populations of our world have dropped 70 percent since the 1950s, a loss of around 250 million birds in 60 years, or more than four million a year.

For those who have been attempting to "look me up" among the Bar Association Members in Alaska or searching for my face among the judges of the Administrative and Admiralty Courts ---you won't find me or any of the other Common Law or Federal (Postal District instead of US District) Judges in those locations, because we are part of the Land Courts and they are part of the Corporate and Maritime Courts.

There are three(3) Court Systems in America: (1) Common Law; (2) Administrative Law; (3) Maritime/Admiralty (which includes Martial Law).

Common Law is the Law of the Land, which includes the Organic Law of this Country---- The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of Confederation, The Constitutions (1787) and (1789- 1791), plus the Public Law, the United States Statutes-at-Large. This is all "Land Law" affecting "Land Assets", which includes people, livestock, houses, barns, etc., etc., And this is why Amendment VII specifically requires Common Law regarding all important decisions regarding people and their property interests.

Our Common Law Courts came here with the first Colonists and have continued to function for over 400 years despite all efforts of the Bar Associations to get rid of them. That's because Bar Members can't work in Common Law Courts in America---- it is forbidden by our Constitution because Bar Members hold a title from a foreign government ("Esquire" from Britain----) and no such conflict of interest is allowed.

Therefore, no Common Law Judges, such as myself, are Bar Members. We don't appear as Bar Members and we don't appear as members of the Administrative or Maritime/Admiralty Courts as a result.

And here is a big, fat "Duh!" for all those who have been rampaging around "exposing" what they don't know, and claiming to "know for certain" that I am a "fake" and listening to Bar Association Members who have an ax to grind because they are in competition with the Common Law Courts actually required by our Constitution.

The same Bar Association Members who have been acting in treasonous disregard of the Organic Law of this country and who are about to get served their cajones on toast, with or without croutons, have been trying to avoid the facts for decades, but the persistent Truth has a way of dispelling oceans of Shinola. Read Amendment VII and realize that according to Thompkins v. Erie Railroad, there is no Federal "General Common Law" which means the ONLY form of "common law" in the Federale's kit-bag is Martial Common Law, which they have been applying improperly to us "non-resident aliens" and "non-combatant civilians" and using as a means to usurp jurisdiction owed to the landlords.

Consider that if Muslims treat their own women this way, such as with the acid attacks against Muslim women in Pakistan as well as beheadings and various other atrocities, what will they do to non-Muslim women?  And to American women?

To think liberals in the West claim we are all the same. 

Our culture is far superior to the Muslim culture for one reason amongst many…that women are free to dance, go outside and socialize with lots of men with a miniscule threat of rape.

That tragic woman was not even safe around her own kind wearing a headscarf. How unsafe does that make our beautiful girls and women with their hair, arms, legs and often chests on show, walking around outside alone, their white skin and ‘infidel’ status screaming ‘whore’ to Muslim men?

How it is possible our politicians were unaware of this threat before they let millions of these men into our once safe countries?

Is it possible to be a leader and be so stupid? So naive? So ill informed?

Our open borders, open arms and unfurled welcome banners were all about us…how it made us free being good to people.

It had nothing to do with whether or not welcoming these people in was the right thing to do…for everyone.

It’s all about feelings now and not facts.
