WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has said his organisation is ready to publish more emails Hillary Clinton sent and received while US secretary of state.
 
The Guardian is reporting that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange plans to publish more emails sent and received by Hillary Clinton while she was US Secretary of State.

In a Sunday interview with ITV’s Peston, when asked if WikiLeaks had any more undisclosed emails, Assange replied:

“We have upcoming leaks in relation to Hillary Clinton, which is great, WikiLeaks has a very big year ahead. We have emails related to Hillary Clinton which are pending publication, that is correct.”

On March 16, 2016 WikiLeaks launched its first tranche of 30,000 emails and attachments in a searchable archive from Clinton’s private server. You can access the searchable database here.

WikiLeaks launched a searchable archive in March of 30,322 emails and email attachments sent to and from Clinton’s private email server while she was secretary of state. The 50,547 pages of documents are from 30 June 2010 to 12 August 2014, and 7,570 of the documents were sent by Clinton, who served as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.
Assange, a trenchant Clinton critic, said she was receiving constant personal updates on his situation. The WikiLeaks founder has been confined to the Ecuadorian embassy in London since July 2012, when he sought asylum to avoid extradition. Assange is wanted in Sweden over allegations of rape dating from 2010, which he denies, but he has not been charged.
A Stockholm district court upheld an arrest warrant against the Australian last month, saying there was still “probable cause for suspicion” against him.

Asked about how he believed the FBI investigation would end, Assange said that there have been enough emails released that could lead to an indictment, but head of the US DOJ, Loretta Lynch, will not end up indicting Hillary…

“Unfortunately I think what’s going to happen is that the FBI is going to go ‘we have accumulated a lot of material about Hillary Clinton, we could proceed to an indictment‘”.
“She’s [Loretta Lynch] not going to indict Hillary Clinton…It’s not possible that could happen, but the FBI could push for concessions from new Clinton government in exchange for its lack of indictment.”

The release of more emails is just the latest in an attempt to shed some light on Clinton’s dealings, and is in line with WikiLeaks search for truth, which Assange believes is that Clinton is a “liberal war hawk“, citing emails WikiLeaks had published showing Hillary to be the leading champion of the push to overthrow the Libyan government.
“They predicted that the postwar outcome would be something like it is, she has a long history of being a liberal war hawk.”
As we reported, Assange has made it clear that Clinton is just in search of endless war: “A vote today for Hillary Clinton is a vote for endless, stupid war“, which he then followed by saying “Hillary didn’t just vote for Iraq. She made her own Iraq. Libya is Hillary’s Iraq and if she becomes president she will make more.”
While the new set of emails that WikiLeaks is set to release may provide a temporary speed bump for the Clinton campaign, Assange may be right about his indictment theory. Recall back in April when we wrote that the FBI may leak details of the investigation if it feels the DOJ is standing in the way – well that started happening just a few days ago, which perhaps means no indictment is coming from the DOJ. What appears all but certain to come however, is more endless war if Clinton is able to defeat Donald Trump in the fall. On the bright side, think of how well global GDP will do if there are more global conflicts… right?

Let’s not forget that Hillary is part of the establishment which will inevitably look out for one of its own. Broke the law, yes. Committed treason, most probably. Indictment, no chance.

• All of a sudden, the American Navy is diminished to 1917 Pre-World War I levels and only 300 ships. The Army is at pre-1940 levels. The Air Force Scraps 500 planes and planned to retire the use of the A-10 Thunderbolt close air support fighter.  A further draw down of another 40,000 military personnel is in process.

• All of a sudden half of our aircraft carriers are recalled for maintenance by Obama rendering the Atlantic unguarded. NONE are in the Middle East.

• All of a sudden Obama has to empty Guantanamo Bay of captured Jihadists and let them loose in Jihad-friendly Islamic states.  He demands to close the facility. 

• All of a sudden America will negotiate with terrorists and trade FIVE Taliban commanders for a deserter and Jihad sympathizer.

• All of a sudden there is no money for America's poor, disabled veterans, jobless Americans, hungry Americans, or displaced Americans but there is endless money for Obama's "Syrian refugee" resettlement programs.

• All of sudden there is an ammunition shortage in the USA.

• All of a sudden the most important thing for Obama to do after a mass shooting by two Jihadists is to disarm law abiding patriotic American citizens.

Assassination Of Top US Demo  Party Official Leads To FBI Capture Of Clinton Hit Team

A somber Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that a top American Democratic Party staffer preparing to testify against Hillary Clinton was assassinated this past Sunday during a secret meeting in Washington D.C. he believed he was having with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents, but who turned out, instead, to be a “hit team”—and who, in turn, were captured yesterday after a running gun battle with US federal police forces just blocks from the White House.

According to this report, SVR “electronic specialists” performing counter intelligence “missions/operations” noted on 7 July an “enormous/gigantic” increase of computer and telephonic traffic between the Democratic National Committee (DNC) headquarters in Washington D.C. and the Clinton Foundation (CF) offices in New York City.

Upon a “deeper/broader” investigation into this

“odd/strange” increase in communications between these believed to be separate organizations, SVR analysts determined that the original initiating person responsible was a 27-year-old DNC official     named Seth Rich who was that political organizations Deputy Director Data for Voter Protection/Expansion who had helped develop a computer program for the Democratic National Committee allowing people to type in their address and get a map to their polling place.  

What had drawn the concern of DNC official Seth Rich, causing him to contact the Clinton Foundation, was his discovery of a “pay-to-play” scheme that involved people seeking jobs with a new Hillary Clinton presidential administration to funnel money to the Clinton’s through their foundation with various US federal government positions being designated by the dollar amount it would cost to buy them. 

As the “cash for favors” lifestyle of both former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton have long been known about, SVR analysts, while preparing to document the results of their 7 July probe into the Clinton Foundation concerns of DNC official Seth Rich, became alarmed when they discovered that his “micro computer system” (cell phone?) had become “infected/virused” by “killers/assassins” working for the Clinton’s—and who the SVR had previously documented as being involved in the assassination of the husband of the State of Georgia prosecutor investigating Bill Clinton for child sex crimes and the murder of American pop singer Christina Grimmie and massacre of nearly 50 gay pride celebrants.

Fearing that the life of DNC official Seth Rich was in danger due to his being “tracked/targeted” by this known Clinton “hit team”,  SVR Director Mikhail Fradkov authorized an emergency contact between his agency and the US State Department—but, and shockingly, when Russian diplomats presented the SVR findings to US authorities on 7 July, they were immediately expelled from the United States!

Causing even greater perplexity to the SVR about these events was that in expelling these Russian diplomats from the United States, the US State Department thanked Russia for the information stating that it would be “taken care of”, and then formally requested that the matter remain 'secret'. 

However, less than 24 hours later the Washington Post wrote a “made up story” about what had actually happened causing Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov to publically state: “I can confirm that […] the US government did demand the departure of two employees of the Russian Embassy in Washington DC without presenting any complaints to the employees themselves. Furthermore, the State Department strongly asked us not to make this fact public. As you can see, it is customary for American diplomats to keep their word.”

Three days later SVR fears that the life of DNC official Seth Rich was in danger proved true when, on 10 July, he was gunned down in Washington D.C. at approximately 4:19 am. 

According to the official US police report of DNC official Seth Rich’s murder, this report explains, it says: “Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in the 2100 block of Flagler Place, Northwest on Sunday, July 10, 2016. At approximately 4:19 am, members of the Fifth District were patrolling the area when they heard gunshots.  Upon arrival on the scene, members located an adult male victim conscious and breathing, and suffering from gunshot wounds.  The victim was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.”

This SVR report says that DNC official Seth Rich was “lured/enticed” to his murder by this Clinton “hit team” who portrayed themselves as FBI agents wanting to secretly interview him—and that the expelled Russian diplomats had given the US State Department “electronic access” to so that they could be found. 

Curiously US authorities, and while being able to track this Clinton “hit team” since 7 July, only confronted these assassins yesterday—and who, before being captured, engaged in a gun battle with US federal police forces firing their fully automatic weapons before being trapped and surrendering just blocks from the US Capitol and White House.

speculate that this latest assassination ordered by the Clinton’s has enraged FBI Director James Comey who barely a week ago allowed Hillary Clinton to walk free from her many crimes committed against her own government and people—and that he had no choice to do because of his own involvement with the Clinton Foundation while he was the director of the notorious HSBC money laundering bank that funneled hundreds-of-millions of dollars to the Clinton’s. 

To what FBI Director Comey will now allow to happen to this Clinton “hit team” who assassinated DNC official Seth Rich this report doesn’t speculate upon—but it does conclude with a presentation of the many stunning facts regarding the Clinton Foundation that shows it to be nothing more than a “Clinton slush fund” that violated an agreement Hillary Clinton signed with Obama regime in her failing to report millions of dollars given to it by foreign governments, has over 300,000 contributors, and that the prestigious Charity Navigator organization refuses to even acknowledge it helps anyone but the Clinton’s themselves.

Questions about the Bank

Hi Paul,

I have been keeping up with your blog regularly for quite some time now... as well as with the writings of Anna Von Reitz that you have so diligently promoted.

The work both of you are doing to expedite the educational process for all of us who are interested is genuinely appreciated.

I am looking forward to the compilation and publishing of the work of the new Living Law Firm that is intended to provide sorely needed guidance toward freedom as they perfect and lay out that information for us.

You have noted the benefits of using that information to create a database of documents and a road map that can be followed by everyone. This will enable the implementation of that accumulated work into documents where and as they are needed in relation to the many various individual cases.

I am aware that Anna has expressed some frustration from time to time with the immense load of cases that people want her to assist them with, because they feel ill equipped to handle these difficult, technical, and confusing matters by themselves. 

She, along with the apparent few knowledgeable enough to be of any significant assistance to her in this effort, have felt the overwhelm of expectations (or at least hopeful anticipation) from all those facing seemingly overpowering court pressures with their individual situations. It is, of course, obviously unrealistic for so few to do the massive amount of work that so many need to have help with in accomplishing.

Hopefully the database of documents referenced above, along with a sufficient amount of accompanying education and procedural training (which is quite a formidable task in and of itself), can be made available as expediently as possible for all those in need of such resources. That seems to be the only pragmatic way to assist as many people as possible in the least amount of time. 

Fortunately, I am not in any immediate need (at least that I am currently aware of) for that kind of assistance. It is my hope and intention to be able to fairly quickly be able to offer at least some financial help toward these efforts. If I can help in other ways (i.e. in assisting with the educational process to help others) I am willing to participate in that as well. I may have some knowledge and skills that could be of some help along these lines as well.

One question that I currently have is... Do you have some approximate idea concerning when the new American States and Nations Bank will become a reality for actually doing business... and what will be required to open an account with the bank when it does become active? 

I realize that you may not be able to provide such an answer yet, but I wanted to inquire regarding that information. I feel sure that there are many others who are anxious to know the same thing.

Again, thanks for all that you are doing to help us all toward our common goal of genuine freedom from oppression of the elite, self appointed, corporate autocrats.

Let me make this clear---- what we are looking for is systemic correction---- which means, not just victory in a case or twenty cases or thirty cases, blah, blah, blah. We are already doing that and more.  What we are after is nothing less than the end of all foreclosures. 

What needs to happen is a complete change in the way the "United States" does business and a recognition by the world business community that what has happened here has happened in fraud and who is actually responsible. 

Hint, hint---- it is not the American People who are actually owed a ton of money/credit and everything else by these cretins. 

We want our jurisdiction of the soil of this country fully honored.  We want those who "borrowed" it to return it, together with the profits realized from it.  We are the heirs and beneficiaries----and that is all there is to that. 

So, no more mortgages, period, at all.  No more foreclosures.  No more Americans mistaken-on-purpose as "United States Citizens" and no more funny money.  

We want what is ours and that is all there is to that, which means that there is a giant correction in our favor owed all the way back to 1860. 

For now, we are asking for a correction back to the beginning of 2008, so that anyone who has lost a home or otherwise suffered gets made good. 

The banks and the Bar Association are going to get it in the shorts and the Vatican, too, if they don't do what is right by the American people and everyone on this planet is going to know FOR SURE who the bad guys are with no doubt whatsoever about it.

And then, maybe, we can clean out this nest of vipers once and for all and enjoy some peace and prosperity on this planet.

A "United States Citizen"

Chances  Are  That  You  Have  Never  Been  A  "United  States  Citizen"

Most of us grew up being told that, of course, we were "United States Citizens". 

Well, surprise, surprise, surprise..... 

Chances are that you are not and never were. Except maybe for a stint in the military, which is the most common way that Americans EVER (and temporarily) serve as "citizens of the United States".  

Since you didn't know better, and nothing about "United States Citizenship" was ever explained to you, you  just accepted that you were a "US citizen" without deeply researching the question of whether you were or not.  

How would it be if I told you that the United States (Minor) is a separate foreign nation AND also a private foreign corporation operated by the French-sponsored IMF?   How would it hit you if I told you that when you innocently nod your big dumb head and say, "Yeah, I'm a United States Citizen...."---- you condemn yourself to a life of slavery and assumed debt in a foreign country you were never born in?  

You accepted the office of "Withholding Agent" without deeply questioning what that meant, either, even though it cost you around 40% of your income and many sleepless nights. 

Well, listen up.  Most Americans are not and never have been United States Citizens. They aren't officers in the Merchant Marine Service called "Withholding Agents," either.  

The word "citizen" implies that you accept being a servant of the government, and are obligated to do whatever the government organization promotes.  That is, as a "citizen" you agree to know and obey all 80,000,000 statutory "laws" promulgated by the federal corporation and their franchises known as federated "states" and "counties".  You also agree to be a debtor and a slave and to give the federal corporation a "beneficial interest" in all your private property so that they can borrow against the value of it---- a process known as "hypothecation". 

Think of co-signing for a car loan for Cousin Bubba and you will understand what "hypothecation" means.  As long as Bubba makes his payments, you never hear from the bank, but when Bubba misses a few payments, guess who comes looking for you? 

In this case "Cousin Bubba" is the UNITED STATES (INC.) a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation operated by the IMF, and it just so happens that the leaders of this corporation borrowed up to their hairlines against all your collateral---- your homes, businesses, labor, even your name was copyrighted and sold as something that belonged to them. 

Nice, huh? 

But that wasn't bad enough.  They had to take out a proverbial "second mortgage" on your property and let their subcontractors doing business as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC., borrow against your assets, too. And that went bankrupt last year also,  Oh, my, what shall we do?  Both those cheats borrowed themselves up the wazoo using your good name and your credit and your assets as the collateral.  Now the banks are coming after you. 

But of course, all this was done without your knowledge or consent.  You were never told what was going on or given full disclosure, because if you were, you would never have agreed to such an arrangement.  No prudent man would.  Only someone incompetent --- like a small child would do such a thing---- and that's exactly what happened. 

You didn't agree. You were never even told about it.  Your Mother agreed, but she didn't know what she was agreeing to and nobody bothered to tell her, either.  So here you are all these years later and the bill for all Bubba's spending has come due and the banks are coming after you and your home and your business and your patents and everything else that you own and you are confused. 

Brothers, sisters, you should be confused--- because that is what these vermin did and intended and what they have practiced against you. They have lied through their teeth and stolen your identity and jacked your credit cards through the roof and now they are trying to liquidate your assets to pay for their debts. 

That is why it is crucial that you get on the bandwagon and join with me in saying, "No fricking way, Francisco." 

This Gringo wasn't born in San Juan yesterday.  If I am a "United States Citizen" you are a little Green Man from the Moon.  

And if you think that I am a 14th Amendment "citizen of the United States" you had better be prepared to stand ready with proof that I am a Negro seized upon as chattel after the Civil War, a federal civilian employee with a paycheck and hours, an active duty member of the U.S. military receiving a paycheck and assigned duties, a federal welfare seeker on the public dole, a political asylum seeker, or a voluntary and knowing corporate franchisee of Cousin Bubba, because otherwise, I am going to demand to see the proof where I ever complied with the Public Law of the actual United States governing Naturalization and specifically the steps required for a "non-resident alien" and Texan (or Idahoan or Wisconsinite or Floridian) like myself to ever become a "United States Citizen" of any kind. 

1802 - Naturalization Act, Seventh Congress, Session I, Chapter 28, Sections 1-4, April 14, 1802,  sets out the requirements for anyone, including people born in one of the nation states of the Union, to become a United States Citizen.

You have to ask yourself----- do you want to serve the government, or do you want the government to serve you?   Do you want Cousin Bubba to pay off his debts by providing you with Chauffer service, or do you want to be stuck paying off his car and his house and his party bills while he thumbs his nose at you and you are forced into bankruptcy?

These are simple question, but questions that deserve your attention right now.  

Still think that you are a "United States Citizen"?   Or a "citizen of the United States"?  Or has it dawned on you that no, you are not, and no, you have been hoodwinked by con artists who have had a very material interest in making you believe that you are. 

Just say No. 

And make it stick by recording your Act of Expatriation for every name these rats have dreamed up to attach to you:  expatriate your name styled in Upper and Lower Case: James Allen Doe.  

Expatriate your name styled in all caps:  JAMES ALLEN DOE. 

Expatriate your name styled in all caps like this, too:  JAMES A. DOE. 

And, God forbid that they come up with any other variations that start showing up in your postal box---- expatriate those little demons, too.  

And start telling the members of "Congress" and the honchos of the "Vatican" and the rest of the vermin responsible for this situation what you really, truly think of this situation.  

Because even if Bubba is your Cousin, you never, ever owed him anything like this and didn't sign up to be his collateral and actually don't owe him a cent---- actually, he owes you the entire National Debt.

So there you have it.  It's up to you to choose your political status.  Do you want to be considered and operate as an American State National---- a Texan, Coloradan, New Yorker? Or do you want to be misidentified as a "United States Citizen" and abused and taken to the cleaners?

This speech by Governor Lamm is the most accurate description of how the Socialist government of the US is destroying the America that has been so successful as a large group of people because we all HAS the same personal standards and performed as Americans.  Now, we are being torn apart by dividing us up and we are all fighting each other.  But, read Governor Lamm's speech.  He does it so much better than I.

 A Democratic Governor of Colorado.  Some said he was never considered very impressive until now.  His comments are right on the mark.

Wherever you stand, please take the time to read this; it ought to scare the beejeebers out of you! We know Dick Lamm as the former Governor of Colorado .. In that context his thoughts are particularly poignant. Last week there was an immigration overpopulation conference in Washington , DC , filled to capacity by many of America 's finest minds and leaders. A brilliant college professor by the name of Victor Hansen Davis talked about his latest book, 'Mexifornia,' explaining how immigration - both legal and illegal was destroying the entire state of California . He said it would march across the country until it destroyed all vestiges of The American Dream. Moments later, former Colorado Governor Richard D. Lamm stood up and gave a stunning speech on how to destroy America. The audience sat spellbound as he described eight methods for the destruction of the United States . He said, 'If you believe that America is too smug, too self-satisfied, too rich, then let's destroy America . It is not that hard to do. No nation in history has survived the ravages of time. Arnold Toynbee observed that all great civilizations rise and fall and that 'An autopsy of history would show that all great nations commit suicide.'' 'Here is how they do it,' Lamm said: 'First, to destroy America , turn America into a bilingual or multi-lingual and bicultural country...  History shows that no nation can survive the tension, conflict, and antagonism of two or more competing languages and cultures. It is a blessing for an individual to be bilingual; however, it is a curse for a society to be bilingual. The historical scholar, Seymour Lipset, put it this way: 'The histories of bilingual and bicultural societies that do not assimilate are histories of turmoil, tension, and tragedy.' Canada , Belgium , Malaysia , and Lebanon all face crises of national existence in which minorities press for autonomy , if not independence. Pakistan and Cyprus have divided. Nigeria suppressed an ethnic rebellion. France faces difficulties with Basques, Bretons, Corsicans and Muslims.' Lamm went on: 'Second, to destroy America , invent 'multiculturalism' and encourage immigrants to maintain their culture. Make it an article of belief that all cultures are equal; that there are no cultural differences. Make it an article of faith that the Black and Hispanic dropout rates are due solely to prejudice and discrimination by the majority. Every other explanation is out of bounds. 'Third, we could make the United States an 'Hispanic Quebec ' without much effort. The key is to celebrate diversity rather than unity. As Benjamin Schwarz said in the Atlantic Monthly recently: 'The apparent success of our own multi-ethnic and multicultural experiment might have been achieved not by tolerance but by hegemony. Without the dominance that once dictated ethnocentricy and what it meant to be an American, we are left with only tolerance and pluralism to hold us together.' Lamm said, 'I would encourage all immigrants to keep their own language and culture. I would replace the melting pot metaphor with the salad bowl metaphor. It is important to ensure that we have various cultural subgroups living in America enforcing their differences rather than as Americans, emphasizing their similarities.'  'Fourth, I would make our fastest growing demographic group the least educated. I would add a second underclass, unassimilated, undereducated, and antagonistic to our population. I would have this second underclass have a 50% dropout rate from high school.' 'My fifth point for destroying America would be to get big foundations and business to give these efforts lots of money. I would invest in ethnic identity, and I would establish the cult of 'Victimology...' I would get all minorities to think that their lack of success was the fault of the majority. I would start a grievance industry blaming all minority failure on the majority.' 'My sixth plan for America 's downfall would include dual citizenship, and promote divided loyalties. I would celebrate diversity over unity. I would stress differences rather than similarities. Diverse people worldwide are mostly engaged in hating each other - that is, when they are not killing each other. A diverse, peaceful, or stable society is against most historical precept. People undervalue the unity it takes to keep a nation together. Look at the ancient Greeks. The Greeks believed that they belonged to the same race; they possessed a common language and literature; and they worshipped the same gods. All Greece took part in the Olympic games.. A common enemy, Persia , threatened their liberty. Yet all these bonds were not strong enough to overcome two factors: local patriotism and geographical conditions that nurtured political divisions. Greece fell. 'E. Pluribus Unum' -- From many, one. In that historical reality, if we put the emphasis on the 'pluribus' instead of the 'Unum,' we will 'Balkanize'  America as surely as Kosovo. 'Next to last, I would place all subjects off limits. Make it taboo to talk about anything against the cult of 'diversity.' I would find a word similar to 'heretic' in the 16th century - that stopped discussion and paralyzed thinking. Words like 'racist' or 'xenophobe' halt discussion and debate. Having made America a bilingual/bicultural country, having established multi-cultum, having the large foundations fund the doctrine of 'Victimology,' I would next make it impossible to enforce our immigration laws. I would develop a mantra: That because immigration has been good for America , it must always be good. I would make every individual immigrant symmetric and ignore the cumulative impact of millions of them.' In the last minute of his speech, Governor Lamm wiped his brow. Profound silence followed. Finally he said, 'Lastly, I would censor Victor Hanson Davis's book 'Mexifornia.' His book is dangerous. It exposes the plan to destroy America .. If you feel America deserves to be destroyed, don't read that book.' There was no applause. A chilling fear quietly rose like an ominous cloud above every attendee at the conference. Every American in that room knew that everything Lamm enumerated was proceeding methodically, quietly, darkly, yet pervasively across the United States today. Discussion is being suppressed. Over 100 languages are ripping the foundation of our educational system and national cohesiveness. Even barbaric cultures that practice female genital mutilation are growing as we celebrate 'diversity.' American jobs are vanishing into the Third World as corporations create a Third World in America Take note of California and other states. To date, ten million illegal aliens and growing fast. It is reminiscent of George Orwell's book '1984..' In that story, three slogans are engraved in the Ministry of Truth building: 'War is peace,' 'Freedom is slavery,' and 'Ignorance is strength..'    Governor Lamm walked back to his seat. It dawned on everyone at the conference that our nation and the future of this great democracy is deeply in trouble and worsening fast. If we don't get this immigration monster stopped within three years, it will rage like a California wildfire and destroy everything in its path, especially The American Dream.   If you care for and love our country as I do, take the time to pass this on just as I did for you.   NOTHING is going to happen if you don't!
