Ever wonder where the slang use of the word "Shill" came from, as in, "He's a shill." --meaning that someone was acting in a dishonest capacity? 

 

A couple hundred years ago, disguised King's Officers haunted the pubs of England, Ireland and Scotland. They would offer to buy rounds as people still sometimes do -- only they would slip coins -- British Shillings -- into the bottom of the tankards. And when the victims got to the bottom of the glass they would find "the King's Shilling".

Immediately, they would be clapped in irons by waiting Marines and press-ganged into the King's Navy using this excuse.

Well, obviously, this is insane, dishonest, and pseudo-legal chicanery. The acceptance of what was advertised as free beer does not logically add up to a pledge to serve without pay in the King's Navy for a period of years --- nonetheless, this is what this horrendous government did to its own people.

And despite worldwide sanctions against slavery and involuntary servitude and the outlawing of press-ganging, they are still doing it and they aren't even content with preying upon their own people. Oh, no, they had to export it worldwide. 

 

In America, they have conscripted our doctors using a false licensing process and forced them to act as "shills" -- just like the purveyors of "free beer". They are forced to register "berths" in the King's Merchant Marine Service and "Social Security Accounts" for each new American baby born -- giving rise to the thoroughly false legal presumption that they are "volunteering" to be and act in the capacity of British Subjects.

The same sneaky, dishonest, fraudulent claims have been made against Aussies and Canadians, Germans and Japanese, people all around the world have suffered from the criminality. You've been press-ganged, and nothing substantive has changed except that they don't offer as much as a shilling in return.

If I am a "fake" Judge, Larry, your butt is on the line for not prosecuting me. 

Put up or shut up, Larry. 

Otherwise, continuing to slander and defame me and accuse me of committing a crime without pursuing prosecution will be ample grounds to charge you both civilly and criminally.  And since you are claiming to be a Territorial United States Citizen, you have no recourse to say you are merely expressing your "opinion" and exercising your First Amendment rights---- because you have none.

The long and secret info wars against Q and how he stayed alive. You really need to know this and move on.

I promised there would be a follow up to my post about Q1295 Be careful who you are following. Here it is. It's a long post but if you are a Q follower, this information is worth knowing.
As many among you already know, Dr. Corsi is just the tip of the iceberg. There are dark forces at work trying to divide us and hijack Q’s work and our Movement. I will show you today who these dark forces are and how they are related to Dr. Corsi.
To those who think this issue should be put to rest for the sake of unity, this is my response:

1. if Q himself has spoken about it here after having put up with these dark forces trying to undermine him for months, he must have some kind of intel pushing him to react;
2. A glass of fine wine mixed with water is no longer fine wine and is certainly not water;
3. When a snake enters the house, there is no time for poetry: you secure the kids, close the doors and do what you have to do.

The Truth has a price my friends and no strong movement in human history has succeeded avoiding the issues challenging its foundations. Roses are beautiful, but they come with thorns. To be safe, we need to know how to hold them. This is why we are here today. We owe it to Trump, we owe it to Q, we owe it to the patriots who have sacrificed their lives for True Freedom, we owe it to ourselves for our efforts to not go to waste and above all, we owe it to the abused children whose lives, safety and freedom depend on the success of our Movement. Isn’t this the ultimate reason we are all here?
Let’s get to it.
Q’s first days were not easy. At all. Immediately after his first posts on October 2017, a violent information war was launched against him to ridicule him and silence him. All sorts of vicious information war techniques were used against him. I will show you some of them in this post. Q stoically stood still and after 3 months, despite this info-war against him, his audience grew to the point the phenomenon could not be ignored anymore. On December 08 2017, Infowars resorts to inviting Jordan Sather from Destroy the Illusion to talk about Q. Even though Jordan’s main field of expertise is secret space programs, free energy and the like he has been following Q on his YT channel and has done an excellent job bridging Q with the masses. When Jordan is invited by Infowars, we can see how proud he is: tweet.
Let’s listen to Jordan and Roger Stone’s conversation until 6:40: video.
Did you catch what Roger Stone is implying? This is the first info-war technique I want to show you. Stone is an old fox, he knows all the subtle communication techniques used in information warfare to swing people’s opinion and spread confusion. He knows how the subconscious mind works and how it makes an association between a skillfully asked question and its implied response. For clarity, here is Roger Stone’s question: Img1
You see it now? He is implying and subtly instilling in people’s mind through his timed and insidious question that the Q phenomenon Jordan has described may just be bots or humans hired to limit Infowars’ reach and cut them off from those who follow them. This is Roger Stone essentially saying: “Infowars is a shareholder in the election of the President and we will not accept to lose the leverage we have because of some bot playing on 8chan”. You think it’s far-fetched? Bear with me…
December 24 2017. For the first time Alex Jones talks about Q. At last. It’s been 3 months! You can find the entire video here so nobody can accuse me of taking things out of context. Let’s listen to him from 0:54 to 1:56. video.
As you can see, Jones starts with Q but immediately shuts him down by saying this: Img2 This information warfare technique is used to zero or reduce the relevancy of the subject: you name the subject (Q), then you immediately replace him in people’s mind by talking about another person (Zak) with praises and hypertrophy. Then Jones goes into a long verbal journey about Zak, the color of the moon and other irrelevant subjects, beating around the bush, preparing, preparing, until he could finally throw this at his audience (watch until 8:46) video.
There are 2 techniques used here. The first one is Downgrading. Alex claims to know who Q is, where he get his info, Q is not really high level… secondarily… That technique is pretty straightforward.
Did you catch the second one? At 8:19 he says: “so they want to take Trump out in November, but we dodged it, and people go: look Q anon is not right, it didn’t happen”.
Q never said Trump was going to be taken out on November. Alex Jones did. You see how he did it: he lied, then he attributed the lie to Q, then he defends him. This is another information warfare technique consisting of artificially victimizing someone in order to pull his base. You push someone through the balcony, you take the stairs to catch him and then pay for his funeral…
But it gets better:
January 5 2018. Alex Jones invites Zak. The YT video title is “High Level Intelligence Source Confirms QAnon Is REAL”. You can watch the entire video later. It’s a 23 minute video. Despite the title, Q is not mentioned any single time except at the 10th minute when Alex says the following; let’s listen until 11:15: video .
If you take a look at this composition, you realize Alex has obviously explored Q’s board. He is ridiculing him and asking people to hold on to Zak, his “real Q Anon” who is not a “LARP” acting in “Fantasy Land”. Unlike Q, his beloved Zak is acting in the “real world”. Sounds familiar? Yes… He is echoing his friend Roger Stone! They both talked about it and both have agreed their communication strategy was to convince Q is not real, he’s a bot or a hired human LARPING on 8Chan. Of course this strategy has to be implemented covertly in order not to risk any backlash from their audience that may have been following Q. Hence all these sneaky communication and manipulation techniques. After this vicious attack, Alex will never mention Q throughout the interview again. Those who are familiar with subliminal messages understand why the title did not have anything to do with the interview. The title was aiming at subliminally planting in people’s brains: ”The real QAnon is Zak”.
The next day, commenting on Zak’s interview, Owen Shroyer airs a segment titled: “Infowars Own #QAnon Discusses Deep State” Img.
Need I say more? You see the problem now?
On January 27 2018, Infowars invites Jordan Sather for the second time. Despite the attacks, Q’s movement has grown exponentially so we are hoping to hear Jordan’s update on the Q phenomenon. Well, here is the entire video. There is not a single word about Q. Infowars invited him to talk about secret space programs. Not Q. Why is Infowars putting Jordan in the “Secret Space Program” drawer. Why? I will tell you. So that this can happen the next day: Img
Infowars positions Dr. Corsi to be the in-house Q guy. Alex Jones has now realized he could not crush the Q phenomenon. He tried to confuse us, ridicule Q, downgrade him and replace him with Zak, didn’t work. So… If you can’t fight them, join them. Dr. Corsi, the Infowars Washington Correspondent is now missioned by Alex to lead the containment strategy and infiltrate Q. Notice the title: “What is QAnon?”. Not who. Again, the bot/LARP theory. But there is worse, did you catch it? Let’s zoom, look: Imgur.
We clearly read on Infowars YT channel:“Dr. Jerome Corsi reveals what QAnon is and how it will be used against the people.“ What do you think this is? Error? No. This is a subliminal message folks. Your eyes will not notice it but your brain sees it. Once this particular message is processed by the subconscious mind, the conscious mind starts to develop defense mechanisms against Q and his message. Welcome to the info wars against Q! It has been Infowars against Q all along. MSM fights Q by trying to ignore him, Infowars fights Q by trying to crash him. Wake up.
Now question: why do you think Alex did not use Jordan instead? Why didn’t he try to hijack Jordan’s base instead of starting from scratch with Corsi? Answer: because of this: Img. 4 days before, during the Infowars Fisa Memo debacle, Jordan showed his independence with this tweet. Alex Jones realized he was not controllable. Jordan is a real truth fighter. This is why Infowars invited him 3 days after this tweet to talk about what he likes and forget Q. Classic bait & control tactics. Once this bait was offered to Jordan, he could then position Dr. Corsi who would do what he is told about Q. Why? Because of this: Img
Dr. Corsi’s YT channel was dead. His last video was published on 2014 and had 2,2k views. As the inactive Infowars DC correspondent who is invited from time to time on Infowars, Dr. Corsi is a vulnerable asset Jones can use to deal with the Q problem. He instructs him to start commenting on Q and to progressively build his crowd based on a business model that will not link him to Infowars. Perfect bone for an inactive asset. How do I know? Let’s listen to the following until 1:25: video
Did you catch it? “a number of people who I consider to be very important to me said you’d better start looking at this”. How does that sound to you? “you’d better start looking at this”. You think it is a professional advice? Now that we know what we know, we know it's not. This is Alex essentially telling him: I tried to contain this thing, didn’t work, you’d better get in and take control remotely for us before it gets out of hands. This is how we got Corsi my friends. It has never been about decoding, it has always been about containing. Dr. Corsi is the Infowars Trojan horse sent to the Q Movement. And in exchange of this work, Jones is capitalizing on his vulnerability by allowing him to do his little business. Does Corsi know Jones’ endgame? I don’t believe so. I think he is just being manipulated by someone more intelligent. You know why? Because the next day, on the Hagmman Report, this is what he says, let’s listen carefully until 2:22: video
So here the version slightly changes: he decided he would dig into the Q phenomenon after Trump’s executive order. It’s no longer “a number of people who I consider to be very important to me said you’d better start looking at this”. Now it’s about trump’s Executive Order. Why is the version changing? You got it: Alex told him he made a mistake at Tracy’s interview. He needed to change the story so Alex could remain invisible, working in the shadow. This corrected discrepancy is proof Corsi is just a pawn.

As you can see, Dr. Corsis’s current notoriety has everything to do with Q. His book was published on March 2018 and you see there is no significant change on the curves at that date. So Dr. Corsi has successfully conducted his mission: infiltrate Q’s base and build a substantial number of followers he can now manipulate according to Alex’s instructions.
Now the relevant question would be: is Dr. Corsi loyal to Q? I have the answer. I will give it to you.
Do you remember Alex’s rant on Syria? I will not provide links because it was a dark moment for alternative media. Those who read Q knew all along what was going on in Syria, you may explore my posts about it. Events proved Alex was way off in his assessment of the situation and we are therefore entitled to question the relevancy of his “high level sources”. When asked about Alex’s meltdown, this is Corsis’s response, let’s listen until 4:40 video
Now let’s analyze:
“Alex has his own way of doing things, he doesn’t really need my approval to do it, and I don’t… you know…” Corsi stops after “and I don’t” and looks for his words. Now question: what do you think was the natural ending of this sentence? You got it: he was about to say: “and I don’t need his approval either”. But he could not say it because he knows it’s not true and, as a vulnerable asset in Alex’s mighty hands, he did not want to risk upsetting his boss with a little independence displayed in a YT interview.
The other important sentence is this one: “The real strength of Alex is he’s the most disruptive media to the MSM that exists worldwide and as such he has tremendous impact.”
The only reason Alex was able to disrupt MSM was because of privileged intel he had right? People came to him to know what the Mockingbird MSM would not disclose right? But then, as early as October 29th 2017, Q said this:
Q12 Military Intelligence ref above is the absolute biggest inside drop this board will ever receive.
Then, a few months later, he says this:
Q761 This board has more power than you can imagine. Q
Q768 This board in the coming months will be spread & discussed across ALL PLATFORMS.
You see the problem? Q has been and still is an existential threat to Infowars. As simple as that. Alex Jones has done everything he could to shut down this phenomenon.
“I don’t criticize Alex. I try to understand where he’s going and I try to appreciate it.” “I still greatly admire what Alex does and would never criticize him or offer advice or opinions unless he specifically asked and then I would be happy to share that privately with him.”
Okay… It seems Corsi has beautiful manners. Now let’s listen to what he thinks about Q. I have already shared with you in my previous post how he ridiculed him even though he had no clue what Q was saying. But there is more here, let’s listen until 5:35 video.
“Q is in disinformation”… “I started trashing Q“… “I was ready to quit this board all together and do it myself, and that is seriously under consideration by the way”.
Whaaaaaaat?!
So there you have it. Corsi would never criticize mighty Alex but Q? Oh no! Q is to be trashed and even replaced! Replaced? You see? We went full circle…
Corsi would never advise Alex unless he was asked to and he would do it privately but Q? And Trump? Go listen to a few of his Youtube videos: Corsi tells them what to do with Mueller, Sessions, Iran… He knows exactly what to do on pretty much everything…
Corsi even forgets the hand that fed him and dares to make threats: “and that is seriously under consideration by the way”.
Yes… now that you have infiltrated our Movement, fed off of some of its crowd (check the stats above), you can get out with the hijacked goods the silence the anons (the real ones) have given you all these months out of respect, patiently putting up with your limitations and constant disrespect towards Trump and Q. You should have finished the mean and revealing sentence you have started (did you catch it?): “As far as I am concerned, Q has served…”. Watch the video again. Unbelievable. I hope to shortly see the memes of the side by side statements of Q, Jones and Corsi. This long post has given you the material to produce them. This post is based on facts. Real facts. It was not aiming at anything else except presenting verifiable facts so that people know who is who and what the motivations of each actor are.
The final issue that needs to be addressed is the idea of a cult that has been agitated by Alex and Corsi. Those who follow Q are not in a cult. Q is given the respect he deserves because he is risking his life to give us the intel MSM or Infowars will not give us. Who told us about Saudi Arabia before it happened? Who told us Trump was in Las Vegas? Who told us the real reason behind the steel price issue? Who told us about Flynn it would be done in 30? Yes, Q delivered here too but Corsi failed to decode it correctly. And the list goes on… Q is listened to because we have proof he is right next to Trump, the President we elected to clean up the mess and save our children. People did not vote for Infowars, they voted for Trump. So you’ll have to accept it if they drop you without hesitation should you express any kind of opposition.
Now that things are clarified, I think I will never have to write about Infowars, Alex Jones and Corsi again. We are busy. We have things to do.

Facts About the "Justice" System

The "equity law" that the British adopted in the 1750's is a horrible excuse for a justice system. It allows the King's bill collectors to act "as" the King and to "dispense justice" on his subjects however they like without regard for the written law, past precedent, the findings of juries or anything else. Any British Subject facing such a court is utterly at their mercy in a venue that is something straight out of the Dark Ages.

The conversion of the British Judicial System to this travesty and the pollution of the British Common Law under Lord Mansfield gave the British aristocrats a virtual carte blanc to do whatever they wished secure in the knowledge that the King's bill collectors would help them out in any issue provided that the King got his cut.

This is a large part of the reason that the Colonies rebelled in the first place. And it is long past time that we did so again --- by savaging Great Britain in the Court of Public Opinion worldwide and refusing to put up with their evils on our shores.

So now that you know what "Equity Courts" are and why they are evil, please realize that these evil foreign courts have taken over your courthouses like a cuckoo bird stealing a nest. The British Territorial United States began usurping against our lawful Federal Government during the so-called Civil War and started closing our courts in May of 1865. By the 1930's their puppet, FDR, had informed all the senior judges and justices that from then on, only (British) Maritime and Admiralty Law Courts were to be allowed here---- and quote, "We don't care what you call them!"

In other words, deliberately deceive the people and foist these courts from a totally foreign jurisdiction off onto them. Now you know why the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure tell the judges and lawyers involved in this scam to provide "an appearance of justice".

And that is what the American Bar Association has done. Every Bar Member has knowingly or unknowingly committed High Crimes and Treason. They have all conspired to create and then pillage and plunder public trusts named after each and every one of us. No more evil scheme has ever been devised in the history of the world, and having done it to us, they did it to the rest of the world, too.

All the countries on Earth should, by rights, join together to sink the British Isles into the Atlantic --- except that by doing so, we would harm the British People, who have suffered under the scourge of these criminals for longer than everyone else.

Finally, to protect themselves, they incorporated these evil courts so that they could seek bankruptcy protection and enjoy the benefits of the corporate veil. These "courts" are nothing but glorified commercial corporation debt collection agencies. And here's the proof, neatly summed up by Colt Dekker:

"Not only is the United States a corporation, but the “Judicial Branch of US Govt” is also a Delaware Corporation (Delaware SoS file number: 3383789), listed in Dun & Bradstreet: “The following is the DUNS number for JUDICIAL BRANCH OF US GOV: DUNS number: 956858625”, as well.

The “Judicial Branch of US Govt” (corporation) includes: “U.S. GOV’T LAW COURT ADMIN SUPREME & U.S. DISTRICT, APPELLATE, VETERANS PROBATE, BANKRUPTCY, STATE(S) COURTS, INC.” So our courts from the Supreme Court down to state courts are corporate “policy” (as in police) courts."

So, Campers, there you have it. These are corrupt organizations fronting for other corrupt organizations and they have no right to address you at all. If J.C. PENNY can't tell you how to live your life or tax you, neither can THE STATE OF OHIO SUPERIOR COURT. They have hired "police" to act under color of law as mercenaries to remove you from your homes under conditions of false pretense. They are trespassers in the truest sense of the word.

The politicians and Bar Members deserve to be excoriated from New York to San Francisco, from Beijing to Moscow, from Berlin to Seville --- and especially in London and Westminster where these evils took root and flourished and grew in the heart of what was supposed to be the "firm bastion of freedom". Firm bastion of Bull Shit is more like it.

Every member of every police force on Earth and every member of every military and paramilitary organization needs to be clued in and told to do their actual duty. Assuming that the politicians won't do their jobs, the people will have to--- and in that eventuality the police and the military need to know who "the Enemy" really is.

Comment About NLA From Judge Anna

NLA continues to cause trouble and get nowhere.  

When I talked to John Daresh (leader of NLA)  he was clueless and would not learn.  He thought he could sashay into a British Maritime Court and hand them an American Common Law Order and they would obey it. 

That is like going to Wendy's and trying to order Kentucky Fried Chicken. 

No matter how eloquent or proper your request, you aren't getting your desired product from that outlet. 

So what to do? 

NLA has yet to face the fact that courts are not buildings in the same sense that houses are not homes.  Just because the building is there doesn't mean the same good old American Court inhabits it.  In fact, the vermin started closing our courts in May of 1865 and "went in for the kill" in the 1930's. 

The result is that we have precious few American Common Law Courts functioning and they are running on empty.  

Mr. Daresh can't seem to wrap his head around the necessity of rebuilding the Courts and the Jury Pools -- which is what Michigan General Jural Assembly is doing. 

The two organizations SHOULD by all right and reason be working hand in hand to rebuild the jury pool and Court needed to support the Grand Jury.  Otherwise, you have a fancy presentment and no court to take it to. 

You continue to stand there ordering Kentucky Fried at Wendy's and wondering where your chicken is--- totally missing the point that somebody has to build a KFC franchise first. 

So here is Daresh and the NLA plodding forward and busting their guts for nothing year after year and they can't figure out why nothing is working.   Oh, it must be criminally corrupt courts, right?  Wrong.  The Maritime Courts are doing what they do, just like Wendy's pushing out hamburgers.  

I told them why they aren't getting anywhere at least five years ago and went off looking for someone with the good sense to build the Court and the Jury Pool necessary --- which is when I found the Michigan General Jural Assembly. 

When NLA members finally stop listening to Daresh, observe their lack of progress and start thinking of their Grand Juries as part of a Court that isn't there anymore-- they will finallly come to grips with the actual problem. 

You have to build the KFC franchise if you want Kentucky Fried Chicken. 

That may sound like a stupidly simple observation and it is, but as long as people keep assuming that the courts taking up residence in their court buildings --- like cuckoo birds stealing a nest-- are their Courts, they can't see the necessity of rebuilding our Courts. 

And they then stupidly flail around and attack other organizations that ARE actually rebuilding the courts. 

NLA is so confused and misled in its actions, it is pathetic.  I have heard the Maritime attorneys snarking about the organization and how clueless it is more than once. Too bad Daresh and the entire NLA couldn't be mice in a corner. 

Maybe they would finally get the message that without the right jury pool and court to take action on their presentments they are about as useful to the cause as a one-legged chair. 

I keep hoping that people will notice that they aren't getting anywhere with NLA and look for why not?  

Seems like even complete idiots would get tired of pushing on a pull door--- ? 

But apparently Daresh has his True Believers and the facts of the matter have yet to dawn on them. 

They are still there at the Wendy's counter waiting for their KFC order. And I am still standing here waiting for them to wake up and smell the java.

With many thanks to my Soul Brother John-Henry Hill who complied a short and to-the-point documentation and proof of exactly WHAT has been functioning "as" our government since 1868.  I have seen these documents and others like them pertaining to all sorts of variations of the names United States of America and United States, but these are the Big Muggly-Wugglies that prove beyond any reasonable person's doubt that yes, indeed, what I have been telling you for years is true and part of the public record you can look up for yourselves.

Which goes to underscore the fact that these people are dangerously delusional, vengeful, and basically dishonest because they won't accept correction when they are shown to be wrong and won't respect the rights of others to voice their opinions and won't admit their wrong-doing in stealing the work of other people and claiming it as their own.

A Reply for Michigan General Jural Assembly to "T-ROH"

A brief history of who and what this "T-ROH" organization is.

A man named Keith Livingway made a claim on abandonment to the name "The United States of America" when the 1868 Corporation came out of bankruptcy. 

Some British Territorial United States scum infringed on our copyright  back in 1868 and used our name to name a foreign commercial corporation -- "The United States of America---- Incorporated".  Put a big, red line under the word "Incorporated".   

The United States of America is not the same as The United States of America, Incorporated.   More semantic deceits. 

The pukes then ran that corporation into the ground and bankrupted it, giving everyone the impression that our country had somehow been bankrupted.  

No sovereign entity can be bankrupted.  Only commercial corporations can receive bankruptcy protection.  

So, there you go.  Anything that can be bankrupted by definition is not our country, not our government, and doesn't have a  thing to do with us except that we hired these vermin to clean our toilets. 

Obviously, what Mr. Livingway "claimed" was "abandoned" was the name of an illegally conceived foreign corporation.  He can't validly claim the name of our country anymore than the original rotters could. 

What it boils down to is that we have a would-be pirate claiming to have rights and prerogatives based on the actions of earlier pirates.  

Let me repeat the applicable Maxim of Law:  A piratis et latronibus capta dominium non mutant.    

Any property captured by pirates does not change ownership.  

Our name "The United States of America"  has been ours since September 9, 1776 and no amount of claiming otherwise by anyone --- and no amount of copyright infringement --- changes that fact. 

I am not in a position to comment on Mr. Livingway's state of mind, what he believes about this, or what his intentions are good or bad, but I can guarantee you the facts just stated and those facts add up to Keith Livingway has no claim to own the name "The United States of America" and it is lunacy to think he has. 

Think, people ---- this is like someone claiming to own the name "France" because he went to a yard sale and some other shyster claimed to be selling it. 

If that's the way the world works, let's all sell the "British Crown" next.  

It would be laughable, but to the extent that people are believing this and are putting time, faith and money in it, it's not funny.  It's sad that we've sunk so low and are so gullible.  

Same thing with "Reign of Heaven".  

This organization is a rip-off bastardization of the  honorable work of Frank O'Collins. 

Once again, Mr. Livingway seized upon work and ideas that were never his own and has attempted to plagiarize and "interpret" his way into something --- a new elitist society that he and his cronies rule with iron paws.  

Well, I am not an elitist.  I am an American.  

When I see a bunch of pirates stealing the work of Frank O'Collins and trying to twist it into something to benefit their own egos --- and then attach that monstrosity to the name of The United States of America, my instinct is to throw up -- and then load my .44.  

Run like an antelope away from "T-ROH" and all its works and all its ways --- unless of course, you want to spend your life as a pirate hiding out in places like Costa Rica and Honduras --- which is what Keith Livingway has been doing for years.

What I am going to observe to you today is going to change your world. It's going to change the way you look at things. And hopefully, it's going to light a fire under your tail.

Remember studying about the Civil War? Remember studying about the "Reconstruction" afterward?

The Reconstruction never ended. 150 years later, and it never got finished.

Why? Because evil men in Parliament and traitors and fools in Washington, DC chose not to finish the task that they were morally and lawfully and legally mandated to do.

Britain and France both gained influence and were able to pull off con games against this country that made these European Freebooters rich at our expense and which embroiled us, their own countries, and most of the rest of the world in endless wars for profit.

Who is at the bottom of this? Bankers, The bankers influence the politicians and the politicians influence the military, and pretty soon --- there you have it: endless greed giving rise to endless war.

Your mission is to finish the Reconstruction that began in 1865.

The situation is too complex to describe in a Facebook post or email among friends. I just want to observe a couple things for you as mental preparation--- a framework.

The first thing is that the entire job of the "Federal Government" was to exercise the "Delegated Powers".

Those nineteen "Delegated Powers" all exist in the international jurisdiction of the sea. Even the "interstate commerce clause" exists in that jurisdiction, because our states are also nations.

Everything that the Federal Government was ever mandated to do, is thus supposed to be of an international nature and was meant to be limited to the nineteen functions assigned to them.

To enable the Federal Government to do its work a National Level Government peculiar to them and dedicated to performing only the assigned tasks was established.

Because we already had "territories" back in the 1790's and because of the need to function on the High Seas and Inland Waterways, a Territorial Level Government was also established.

Finally, to operate the new capitol as a place where all the States and people could congregate on an Equal Footing, a Municipal Level Government was established and the members of Congress were entrusted to run the municipal government for the capitol city. (Article I, Section 8, Clause 17).

As a result, there were three levels of government established to function together as the Federal Government: national, territorial, and municipal---- and all designed to do one thing: exercise the Delegated Powers in behalf of the States.

The National Government was supposed to control and direct the functions of the Territorial Government and the Territorial Government was supposed to host and protect the Municipal Government, like a set of nesting dolls.

Taken altogether, this Federal Government exercising only the Delegated Powers, is called The United States. It may be the National United States, the Territorial United States, or the Municipal United States that we are talking about when we say, "United States".

And here's the really odd part: the National Government was run and controlled by the States, but the Territorial Government was run by England as part of the horse-trading to end the Revolutionary War. So from the very start, the Territorial Government was under foreign control.

Now--- keep in mind that above and beyond the Federal Government that was designed to exercise the Delegated Powers, there is a government that delegated those Powers in the first place.

That government is the original "Holding Company" known as The United States of America, which was formed by the States on September 9, 1776.

The United States of America holds all the international and global powers that the States decided to share in common, and it is the entity that then delegates the Delegated Powers to the three different levels or "branches" of the Federal Government.

Think of the individual States, like Florida and Maryland, pouring their international and global powers into a tank labeled "The United States of America". Picture those powers being separated into two bins labeled "International" and "Global". Then imagine the International bin being separated into two more bins labeled "Delegated" and "Non-Delegated". And finally, imagine the "Delegated Powers" being shunted into a bin labeled "Federal Government" that is divided into smaller "National", "Territorial" and "Municipal" bins.

The "National" bin is composed of "States of States" doing business as The State of Florida, The State of Michigan, The State of Ohio....

The "Territorial" bin is composed of other "Territorial States of States" doing business as the State of Florida, State of Michigan, 
State of Ohio..... (Notice the subtle difference.)

Originally, the "Municipal" bin was just the City of Washington, DC. Over time, it usurped power and created "Municipal STATES OF STATES" doing business as STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE OF MICHIGAN....

Neither the Territorial States of States nor the Municipal STATES OF STATES were ever allowed to exist under our actual Constitutions. They were created "by necessity" -- or rather, by British greed and immorality -- after the Civil War, which resulted in our National Level States of States being moth-balled and their assets rolled over into State Land Trusts doing business as, for example, the Florida State, Michigan States....and the British-controlled Territorial Government taking over "for" us.

Your Mission is to Assembly your State Jural Assembly for Florida, Michigan, Ohio..... and to restore your National Level State of State doing business as The State of Florida, The State of Michigan, The State of Ohio.....and finish the Reconstruction begun in 1865.

The Source of Your Sovereignty

In reply to "Unknown" and apparently also "Unknowing" who  thought that James Clinton Belcher was running around the world claiming to be the "US Secretary of State" ---- no, Sir, that would be John Kerry, who was once US Secretary of State under Obummer.

But let's address this point so that everyone gets it.  Your individual sovereignty in this country came from somewhere.   It wasn't just something that sprang out of thin air, and it wasn't something that the Founding Fathers could magically confer on you, because they didn't have it themselves.  

Ah, so..... how did Americans become sovereigns in their own right?  

Go back to the end of the American Revolutionary War and a young Colonel in the Continental Army named William Belcher --- an heir of William the Conqueror. 

The Belchers acted as Heads of States because someone who was already a sovereign in 1783 had to act in that capacity in order to conduct international trade and commerce.   That's the way things were set up back then.  The former-Colonists didn't want to choose one of the European Monarchs so they chose William Belcher and used his Coat of Arms as their emblem and seal.  Both the Great Seal of The United States of America and the dependent Great Seal of The United States are part of the Belle Cher array.  

What this means for you is that after the Revolutionary War was won, William Belcher extended individual sovereignty to every man who served in the Continental Army and to every "Mother's son and daughter" born on the soil of this country forever afterward.  He didn't stay with being "king" ---- he made you all kings and queens in your own right, just as his own ancestor, William the Conqueror,extended sovereignty to him.  

So that when Americans say that they are sovereigns --- that's literal.  And that is something that has stuck in the craw of the European nobility for over 200 years, even if most people are too ignorant to know the basis of their claim to be a "sovereign people".  

And now that we have dealt with that issue, let's observe that extending sovereignty to everyone else in this country did not change his own sovereign status.  He continued to serve his country in that capacity until he died and he taught his children the history and instilled in them a sense of duty that has lasted over 200 years and which brought James Clinton Belcher forward to serve in this hour of need. 

James is an artist --- a very, very accomplished artist.  He is a man with zero interest in politics.  He is also a very private man who hates limelight of any kind.  So coming forward and risking his life to save this country and your asses is not exactly something he wanted to do.  

I suggest you shut up and thank God that he did or by now, we'd all be embroiled in yet another "World War" and European bill collectors would be bringing false commercial claims against every stalk of wheat in this country. 

The States Are Summoned to Assemble

Ever since I started this work, I have been blessed and plagued to work "with" the Roman Catholic Church.

The problem began with the Church, so that is where it has to end, too. 

There is a logic to this.  

The Roman Curia defined all manner of incorporated entities  --- everything that you can think of --- cooperatives, trusts, S-Corps, C-Corps, foundations, LLCs......the list goes on. 

So, by Maxim of Law, the Creator is responsible for what they create.

This entire situation derives from and returns to the Roman Curia. 

Given that fact, who are you going to go to when corporations get run amok?  Who are you going to work with to fix it? 

The Dalai Llama?   Headquarters of the United Methodists??? 

This is why the Pope was given the responsibility of liquidating corporations.  And that is why that responsibility remains with the Roman Curia no matter how they try to weasel out of it. 

It makes no sense to take complaints against organizations like the IMF to the World Court, which is owned by the governments that are owned by the banks. The most we can do there is embarrass them and show the world what frauds they are. 

By publishing all this information for everyone to see, enough people may hopefully get motivated to save themselves and inform each other to put a stop to this insane criminality.  

Otherwise, if you all just sit on your butts and let trolls mislead you by playing on your fears and using half-truths to deceive you, you will be enslaved and used like animals by these criminal banks and the disloyal politicians and military officers that keep these syndicates in power and who pay all these trolls to cast doubt and cause disunity. 

Our group is the only group with valid standing and claim that got ahead of the wave and secured claims for your country, your States, and your private assets--- and we did it for you, so that you still have a valid claim to your birthright. 

Now it's up to you to get your records straight and get your county and state level assemblies set up.
