President Obama blamed Russia on Tuesday for its warplane being shot down by the Turkish air force.

Speaking alongside French President Francois Hollande, Obama said that officials are still gathering facts and urged the two sides to avoid escalating the situation.

“Turkey, like every country, has a right to defend its territory and its airspace,” the president said.

“I do think that this points to an ongoing problem with the Russian operations,” he added. “In the sense that they are operating very close to a Turkish border, and they are going after moderate opposition that are supported by not only Turkey but a wide range of countries.”

He said that if Russia directed its efforts toward the Islamic State, “some of those conflicts, or potentials for mistakes or escalation, are less likely to occur,” according to Fox News.

As reported by Western Journalism, earlier today Russian President Vladimir Putin denounced Turkey’s actions as a “stab in the back by the terrorists’ accomplices.” He warned of “significant consequences” for relations with the nation. 

Turkey and NATO had used similar language to alert Russia that if it continued to venture into Turkish airspace, it would be courting “extreme danger” and experience “serious consequences.”

NATO called a special emergency meeting to address the incident. “At the request of Turkey, the North Atlantic Council will hold an extraordinary meeting at (1600 GMT). The aim of this extraordinary NAC is for Turkey to inform Allies about the downing of a Russian airplane,” a NATO official told AFP. 

Russia appears to be deciding its next move, but Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova informed the media on Tuesday that Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has already cancelled an upcoming trip to Turkey as a result of the downed plane.

The neocon Robert Kagan has a plan for Syria

It will only require 50,000 American troops and billions of dollars.

The Wall Street Journal—what many of us called the “War Street Journal” during the invasion of Iraq—let Kagan spell it out for those of us who, as Karl Rove put it, are left to study history’s actors.

“First, it would require establishing a safe zone” that will need, at first, 30,000 troops to keep the jihadists safe from the Syrian military and Russian air strikes, followed by “a further 10,000 to 20,000 U.S. troops… to uproot Islamic State from the haven it has created in Syria and to help local forces uproot it in Iraq.”

Kagan suggests “an internationally negotiated and blessed process of transition in Syria should take place” to remove Bashar al-Assad who, incidentally, has indicated he is not going anywhere and rejects the idea that Kagan or anybody else not Syrian has the right to force him from office and decide who will run the country, least of all “moderate” sharia loving Salafists.

No problem, says Kagan. He writes the “immovable Mr. Assad would face an entirely new set of military facts on the ground, with the Syrian opposition now backed by U.S. forces and air power, the Syrian air force grounded and Russian bombing halted.”

In other words, the jihadists—the only force in Syria fighting against the Syrian government, as even The New York Times admits—would be backed by US air strikes and troops on the ground who would, of course, be coming home in flag-draped coffins.

Kagan writes 50,000 troops sent to Syria is not a big deal considering the “now revered as a judicious and prudent leader,” President George H.W. Bush, sent half a million soldiers to Iraq to reduce that country to a rubble heap, setting the stage for 560,000 children to die under sanctions and preparing it for a second invasion by his less than revered son and his coterie of neocons, a roster that includes Kagan. 

More than a million Iraqis died in that illegal war but it was, for neocons and neolibs alike, a price worth paying, to paraphrase former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright.

Kagan laments “Americans remain paralyzed by Iraq, Republicans almost as much as Democrats,” but this is something we have to get over if we are going to defeat the Islamic State and, as the Pentagon desires—and Mr. Kagan does not care to mention—establish a Salafist principality in Syria and turn it into another Libya.

It is doubtful 50,000 troops will be sent to Syria, even with the tide of propaganda following the murders in France, murders it must be stated are not definitively pinned on the Islamic State, boisterous social media bravado aside.

Separating the Islamic State and the other jihadist groups in Syria will, to say the least, prove to be problematic. Al-Nusra, the most effective fighting group, has pledged allegiance to the Islamic State and thousands of fighters have defected from the Free Syrian Army and other groups to join them.

Finally, Americans are not paralyzed—neocons invariably portray the reluctance of the American people to pay for and die in such manufactured conflicts as paralysis—they are simply sick and tired of endless war, murder and misery.

ISIS recently sent out a new video taunting America and threatening attacks. A new study says the U.S. should take those threats seriously.

 

The Islamic State has recruited thousands of supporters in the United States, far more than previously thought, according to a scathing new report, raising the likelihood that supporters of the terrorist army could be plotting attacks similar to those carried out in Paris.

And the “challenges of screening incoming refugees” from Muslim countries may be adding fuel to the fire, according to the report, authored by national security experts at the Threat Knowledge Group.

The report accuses Obama of “downplaying” the threat of ISIS while adding to the threat by importing Muslim refugees that are difficult to screen.

The U.S. has imported 70,000 refugees per year for many years, more than half of them from Muslim-dominated countries such as Somalia and Iraq with active jihadist movements, and President Obama has pledged to increase that number to 85,000 this year and 100,000 the following year.

The new study is significant because the Obama administration has in the past made statements that “around 200″ Americans had left the country to join ISIS and could come back at any time using their American passports.

The FBI has said it has about 900 active ISIS investigations in all 50 states but never given an estimate of how big the contingent of ISIS sympathizers may be in the U.S.

The Threat Knowledge Group’s chairman is counter-terrorism expert Sebastian Gorka, a Department of Defense adviser. The group, which includes academics and policy advisers, has put together a list of 82 persons in the United States who were affiliated with the Islamic State, also known as ISIS, and apprehended by law enforcement officials, including those who traveled or attempted to travel to Iraq and Syria, launched domestic attacks, or participated in recruiting or fundraising.

The 20-page report says that almost one third of these individuals had plotted attacks against Americans on U.S. soil in the last 18 months.

Through ISIS propagandists using social media, the Islamic terrorist group has been able to attract hundreds more supporters in the United States.

“Based on the evidence available, the number of ISIS supporters in the United States measures in the thousands, rather than hundreds,” Gorka said in the report, which he co-authored with his wife, Katharine Gorka.

At the end of the report, the Gorkas give five recommendations on how to counter the threat.  Atop the list is a warning given in no uncertain terms: “Stop downplaying the seriousness of the threat so that individuals and law enforcement can be properly prepared.”

Whether ISIS will indeed launch an attack on the scale of the Paris attack – which killed 130 people and injured 350, is unknown, the report says.

“But it is clear that the United States is a primary target for ISIS and that ISIS has the necessary supporters in place and the financial means to carry out such an attack. The challenges of screening incoming refugees may further exacerbate the problem.

“While accepting those who flee from persecution and violence is a valued component of the American tradition, we must acknowledge that ISIS and other terrorist groups may use the refugee track as a way to gain access to the United States with the purpose of carrying out an attack.”

After examining arrests of ISIS terrorists on a per-month basis, the Gorkas found that U.S. police are interdicting 300 percent more Islamic State recruits than al-Qaida supporters.

The Islamic State has been able to attract thousands of foreign fighters and U.S. supporters through its aggressive dissemination of propaganda on social media and urgent ideological and religious narrative.

Ali Shukri Amin, a 17-year-old Virginia resident and Islamic State supporter who was sentenced to 11 years in prison in August, used his Twitter account with 4,000 followers to raise funds for the group and encourage friends to join it overseas, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

Ahmad Musa Jibril, an imam in Dearborn, Michigan, who has also spent time in jail for money laundering and tax evasion, also points to the terrorist group’s online reach. 

Jibril has more than 38,000 Twitter followers, though he has not tweeted since last July and may have found other methods of communication, according to the Free Beacon. He is reported to have a large following among foreign fighters in Iraq and Syria.

Religious authorities for the group claim that the “end times” are now coming to pass when Muslims will defeat invading Christians in Syria in “the final jihad” before the world ends and devout Muslims ascend to heaven.

“They are able to persuade many supporters to come fight on the grounds that this is ‘The Final Jihad,’” the Gorkas said.

The Islamic State also focuses on young recruits. The report notes that 63 percent of those arrested in the United States for supporting the group were between the ages of 15 and 25.

Islamic State supporters often recruit in clusters around the United States, with friends and family members forming a local jihad network.

“For law enforcement, it suggests that if one person in a community affiliates themselves with ISIS, one can expect to see more, especially among those who are close to the recruit,” the Gorkas said.

But Islamic State adherents in the United States are prone to capture.

Among the 82 cases of U.S. supporters studied by the Threat Knowledge Group, about 60 percent were identified by authorities through their social media posts or a tip from a friend or family member. The Gorkas recommended police build trust in communities so families and residents will feel comfortable turning in those they suspect have become jihadists.

They also urged police to work with educators to identify the signs of radicalization among students, focus more on tracking the Islamic State’s religious propaganda online, and develop a more rigorous screening process for refugees from the Middle East.

The next time a bleeding heart tells you it’s the Christian thing to do is to open your heart to millions of these so-called ‘refugees’ from the Middle East and North Africa, show them this video of what’s in store for them.



What the media won’t tell you is that virtually ALL the invaders are Muslims, but relatively few (less than 20%) are women and children, few are Syrians, and even fewer are actual political refugees. FRENCH  AIR  FORCE  IS  NOW  CRUSHING  ISIS  STRONGHOLDS

The French Air Force is now crushing ISIS strongholds, according to one report:  

Military jets from France’s Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier on Monday flew their first missions over Islamic State-controlled territories in Syria and Iraq and carried out their first airstrikes.

The jets have hit two Islamic State targets in Iraq, the French military said on Twitter.

The presence of 26 military aircraft aboard the Charles de Gaulle triples French forces in the region, adding to the 12 planes already stationed in the UAE and Jordan: six Rafale and six Mirage 2000 aircraft.

The Charles de Gaulle, France’s only aircraft carrier, was deployed in the Mediterranean on Saturday.

The start of the carrier’s military mission comes 10 days after a series of coordinated terrorist attacks in Paris left 130 people dead and some 360 others injured.

The jihadist group ISIS claimed responsibility for the suicide bombings and mass shootings that occurred across the French capital.

France then pledged to “redouble and coordinate” its moves against Islamic State.

“We will intensify our strikes, we will choose targets that will do the most damage possible to the terrorist army,” French President Francois Hollande said.

The Russian and French military have begun cooperating in the region, exchanging data, after President Vladimir Putin ordered Russian troops to work with the French as “with allies."

About a week ago, it was officially stated that the deadly plane crash over the Sinai desert that left 224 people dead was a terror act.

The UK has also offered its assistance, saying the French Air Force can use RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus to mount airstrikes against Islamic State targets in Syria.

The British Prime Minister David Cameron said that London would do its upmost to help out the French.

“The United Kingdom will do all in our power to support our friend and ally France to defeat this evil death cult,” he said.

Thousands of Christians are being killed by the cartels in Mexico

The most dangerous place in the Western world to be a pastor is Mexico. Violence towards priests has increased by 400% in Mexico, since Nieto became president, and the violence is only getting more and more severe, worse than Iraq even. Another priest was murdered just a few days ago.

Fr. Erastus Pliego de Jesus, pastor of St. Mary of the Nativity in the small town of Cuyuaco was martyred. The savage pagans hit him in the head and burned his body. He went missing for some days and his corpse was discovered in the countryside surrounding the site of the kidnapping. A statement from the church’s diocese stated:

The Archdiocese deeply regrets that a priest, whose life was devoted to God and to the service of others, was the victim of violence

There are so many martyrs in Mexico, so many martyrdoms happening in this country. This is the 11th priest murdered in Mexico since 2013.  The criminals and pagans who kill these priests are part of cartels and criminal gangs, and they murder these Christians because they are an obstacle to their evil goals of inundating Mexico with narcotics and heathenism.

In 2013 Fr. Jose Flores Preciado was murdered in the Church of Christ the King in Colima. The criminals entered the church and beat him to death.

In July of the same year Ignacio Alvarez Cortez was killed in Baja California.



Fr. Hipólito Villalobos Lima and Nicolas De la Cruz Martinez were both murdered by criminals who stabbed and beat them to death.



Just a few months ago Fr. Javier Gutierrez Diaz was martyred. Pagan savages attacked him and murdered him. His body was found with bullet wounds in his head near the villages of Ojo de Agua de Ballesteros and San Nicolas de la Condesa in Guanajuato.

All of these priests are being murdered for righteousness’ sake. “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:10)  And who are we to say that these men are not not martyrs? They died for righteousness! 

ISIS is murdering priests, but priests are being butchered right before eyes right next door across the border. Who in these big Christian companies and industrial ministries - who is talking about this? None of them. This is why it is our duty to get the word out and exclaim the cause of the Christians of Mexico so that American Christians will know about it. 

Today is the month dedicated to Fr. Miguel Pro, a priest who was martyred by the anti-Christian government of Plutarco Elias Calles, 88 years ago on November 23, 1927. He was killed because he refused to bow down to the demonic and devil worshipping  forces that took over Mexico. On November 18 officers broke into his parents’ home as he was asleep and arrested him and his whole family. Miguel’s brother, Humberto, told the police that he wished to go to confession before leaving, and Miguel resisted the police until this demand was made. He looked to his two brothers, Humberto and Roberto, and said,

"From this moment let us offer our lives to God for the Church in Mexico, and let us do it, all three, in a way that God may accept the sacrifice."

All three brothers, like the three Hebrews arrested in Babylon and, like the Apostles before them, were cast into prison and were about to come before several judges. “And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.” (Matthew 10:18)  And surely were these words of our Savior manifested in these three saints. They were at a lost as to what they were going to say to the judges, but Miguel told them,

"God said that when we met our judges, we are not to hesitate to answer, for the Holy Ghost would aid us."

All of a sudden their fears and worries were cast away.  They became free from fear.  In their persecution they were born again, having the One Who rose from death with them; they took no thought for the morrow (Matthew 6:34). They laughed, they smiled, they joked, they conversed, as though death was never coming for the eternal path was before them.  They were in prison for six days and those were six days of bliss. They prayed  and spoke with God as Christ spoke with His Father before His sacrifice.  Miguel, even before death, never ceased to be charitable. He gave his food away to the other prisoners and even gave cigarettes to the soldiers.

One of the jailers approached Miguel and expressed his doubts about Christianity and said that he was entering a secret society cult. Miguel spoke with him and about the faith and the seeds of truth were sowed upon his soul and heart. Suddenly Miguel turned to his brothers and said:

“This morning all three of us are going to be shot. Don’t worry.  Rather let us thank God that we have been chosen.  Let us renew our offering, and let us pardon our enemies.”

The chief came to the three Christians and found them joking amongst themselves, and jumping up and down as to warm up their bodies on account of the cold. 

Miguel was taken out of the prison and soon all three were condemned to death. They took Miguel to the front of a wall of the prison yard. He knelt and focused on his crucifix.  He pardoned his enemies.  He refused to be blindfolded.  He arose and stretched out his arms in the form of a cross to become an image of Christ. He cried out, ” Viva Cristo Rey, Long live Christ the King!” The guns were fired and bullets ripped right through him.  As the whip ripped Christ’s flesh, as the nails pieced His hands, as the thorns cut His divine head, so Miguel was crucified with Him on that day. The other two shared the same martyrdoms and were given their crowns of glory.

Miguel and his brothers were killed by the Institutional Revolutionary Party, or PRI.  This is the same party ruling Mexico now under the presidency of  Enrique Pena Nieto, and the government is working with the criminals and cartels to destroy Christian Mexico. This is why so many priests are being killed and so many thousands of Christians have been butchered by the drug cults. 

Thousands of peasants and farmers in Mexico have risen up and are fighting the cartels, and they have taken back much land which was stolen by the cartels, and have returned them back to the people. This militia is called Las Autodefensas (the Self-Defenders) and they are worthy of our support.

'Staggering' number of Muslims to U.S. under Obama

Green-card totals over 5 years enough to populate D.C.

 

The U.S. issued 680,000 green cards to migrants from Muslim-majority countries in the five-year period encompassing 2009 through 2013, according to Department of Homeland Security data.

While while this Islamic “invasion,” as some are calling it, occurred on the Obama administration’s watch, it is a policy that has its roots in the 1980s with the full support of both parties.

To put this number in context, it surpasses the total population of Washington, D.C., which is 660,000.  Yet, the Gang of Eight immigration “reform” bill co-sponsored by GOP presidential candidate Marco Rubio would have tripled the number of green cards being issued.

The data was released by Sen. Jeff Session, R-Ala., who serves on four Senate committees: Armed Services, Budget, Environment and Public Works, and Judiciary, where he is chairman of the Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest.

Among those receiving green cards are foreign nationals admitted to the United States as refugees, who within one year must apply for lawful permanent resident status, also referred to as a green card.

Refugees, which are hand-picked by the United Nations for resettlement in U.S. cities and towns, have instant access to federal welfare and entitlements, along with local benefits and education services. These costs are not offset, the committee noted.

The 680,000 is not an estimate of total migration, as it does not include temporary migrants who return home, nor is it an estimate of population change, as it does not include births or deaths, among other considerations.

There is no official tally of the Muslim population in America because the Census does not track religious affiliation. The estimates range from 2.8 million by Pew Research based on a 2011 study and 7 million as estimated by the Council for American-Islamic Relations.

“Whatever the exact level, it can hardly be considered surprising that as the Muslim population in the country has expanded, so has the incidence of radicalism,” wrote Ian Tuttle in an article for National Review titled “The Troubling Math of Muslim Immigration.”

In fact many of the recent terrorist attacks on U.S. soil have been carried out by Muslim immigrants, including the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013 and the Chattanooga shooting earlier this year.

Rubio’s stance on Muslim immigration

Rubio told Fox News host Sean Hannity earlier this week that he would not use Congress’s power of the purse to shut off funding for the refugee program.

Rubio said he’d prefer Speaker Paul Ryan’s plan, which would allow the Obama administration to continue on its resettlement binge — bringing in 85,000 refugees this year from countries including Somalia, Afghanistan, Syria, Burma and the Democratic Republic of Congo — all nations with active jihadist movements.

Obama’s pledge to bring 85,000 refugees in fiscal 2016 is up from 70,000 a year for at least the past decade. He wants to increase it to 100,000 in 2017. More than half of these refugees will come from Muslim-dominated countries.

Policy is bigger than just Obama administration
Assuming no change in visa policy, the U.S. can expect to give green cards to another 680,000 migrants from these countries over the next five years. A green card entitles recipients to access federal benefits, lifetime residency, work authorization, and a direct route to becoming a U.S. citizen.

The numbers could be higher still: Census Bureau data shows migration from the Middle East to be one of the fastest-growing categories. Additionally, if left in place, the President’s refugee plan would substantially boost the annual number of migrants from this region admitted to the U.S. who, in turn, would be able to petition for their relatives to migrate to the U.S. in the future. Refugee and asylee admissions from Iraq, Somalia, and Iran alone contributed 124,000 individuals from FY09-FY13.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the foreign-born population in the United States is at a record 41.3 million. One-quarter of the U.S. population is now either foreign-born or has foreign-born parents.

The Census Bureau projects the percentage of the population born outside the country will soon pass the highest percentage ever recorded and continue rising to new all-time records never before witnessed – unless Congress passes a law to reduce green card allotments.

“Without such changes, the Census Bureau projects that, for each coming year the total number of immigrants in the United States will increase, the annual rate of immigrant admissions will increase, and the foreign-born share of the population will increase,” according to a statement from Sessions office.

“Pew polling data shows that 83 percent of the public (across all parties) opposes this growth baseline and believes the level of immigration should either be frozen or reduced,” Sessions’ statement said. 

“By a nearly 10-1 margin, Americans of all backgrounds are united in their shared belief that companies with positions to fill should raise wages instead of bringing in new lower-wage labor from abroad. And yet, despite this, the Senate’s Gang of Eight bill would have tripled the issuance of green cards over the next decade, and this year’s I-Squared bill would substantially increase both low-wage guest-worker admissions and green card allotments – all on top of the existing record-breaking and unprecedented growth in future immigration.”

New Madrid Seismic Zone struck by Earthquake Swarm

New post on Dutchsinse 11/25/2015 — New Madrid Seismic Zone struck by Earthquake Swarm — Major Global Seismic unrest underway by Michael Janitch As if we needed any more signs the North American Plate is under heavy stress - now an earthquake swarm has broken out along the New Madrid Seismic Zone in South Missouri. A major global seismic unrest event is currently underway.   Over the past 1-2 weeks a noticeable increase in earthquake activity has taken place worldwide. An earthquake forecast (and warning) was issued for the Pacific plate to be on watch for large earthquakes to strike, as well as Europe, The United States and Asia.     All the areas which were warned have been struck by noteworthy movement. See the most recent earthquake forecast video here, even talking about the New Madrid in this broadcast warning issued 1 week ago: _______ As the earthquake forecast video talked about, we are now seeing the seismic pressure transfer EASTWARD from the Pacific -- starting with a new swarm of M4.0+ earthquakes in Vancouver BC, also a new swarm of M4.0+ (to mid M5.0) earthquakes struck the fracking operations in Oklahoma. When the fracking operations can't take the pressure any more, the pressure transfers Eastward towards the New Madrid, causing earthquakes as the pressure travels along the craton edge, building towards the East coast. Indeed the pressure has pressed further East from the fracking operations, and it has caused a new earthquake swarm to develop along the New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ).  This pressure transfer should be cause for some alarm in the United States, especially in the Midwest, and along the East coast. See the line of earthquakes over the past 3 days (up to November 25, 2015) - the progression of earthquakes along the craton / plate edge is obvious. Professional Geologists and Seismologists have come to my pages in the past to DENY that earthquakes are progressing from West to East (across the craton) over the course of days. For instance, to maintain the status quo on Geology theories, professionals who read this post will literally overlook (or deny) this above graphic showing the past 3 days of earthquakes means that earthquakes are progressing.  Many even will go so far as to say it's just "chance" that this keeps happening over and over again along the craton edge. Literally, the professionals were (are still?) in denial on the facts regarding pressure transferring from W to E over a short time.   The reason they're in denial is because THEY say (and also teach) the plate moves from East to West.  Everything they were ever taught about earthquakes transferring to other areas is (was) wrong. In reality, the plate is moving from West to East. The facts are confronting professionals taught "dogmas" based on false suppositions from long ago, so the professionals deny the facts until they can figure out how to save face while still admitting they're totally wrong about the direction of plate movement. The earthquakes progress, and plates move 100% opposite, 180 degree direction difference between what "they" say about the plate movement vs. what we SEE the plates doing. ________ We should keep watch for possible larger movement to strike the Midwest to East coast, and also watch the Pacific plate for further activity as well. The deep large M7.6 / M7.7 earthquakes which struck the Southeast Pacific last night (November 24th into 25th), and the other swarms of large earthquakes in the West Pacific are also signs of greater stresses showing globally.
