Over the last month, the message of "We are the 99%" has won the hearts and minds of over half of Americans (according to a recent Time survey) and has gained ground globally, with 1500 protests in 82 countries this past Saturday (October 15th) as part of a global day of action. All across the planet, people are taking a stand against the destructive power that the big banks and multinational corporations are wreaking on we the people and our planet. Understanding how these forces operate in a hierarchy of control gives us the insight we need to leverage our actions.
