That looks like that was written by the attorney and not the Judge. There is no Judge's signature on this. So how are you concluding he ruled this? Is there anything to show the Judge actually signed this?

I wouldn't get too excited as the judge did not sign this why is this being presented until it has the Judge's signature it doesn't mean much.

Upon a closer look at Court Order:
The judge has not signed it yet, only the Plaintiff's attorney.
This is who normally prepares an order for the judge to sign, so I assume that the Judge will sign it today or Monday.
What is unusual is that it does not say "with Prejudice" which is customary in default judgments when the defendant fails to show up for the hearing.
This means that Obama may come back and appeal the ruling.
However, once the word hits the street, the Gene is out of the bottle. No appeal can change that!

I absolutely agree with this ruling however it is nothing without an authorized signature as recognized by law. Come on folks....your posting integrity can be very powerful but not without full completion and verifiable evidence!

You need to check the facts. Sadly but true is the fact that the judge ruled in favor of Obama. The judges are scared stiff because they have been threatened and they don't want to die.
Gee I think that would have made the real news by now. So many lame rumors here on this site. Think before you post in public please.

Like I said, this was a dog and pony show and the evidence the plaintiffs submitted was not validated by their last witnesses testimony. The witness stated that they needed the actual certified birth certificate from Hawaii, the certified SSN records and the certified immigration records. Too bad. What a waste of taxpayers money. The plaintiff attorneys should have known better then to submit evidence that was not certified. They hung themselves. Obama will be your president again for 4 more years. You can count on it.
They need to go after the fact that his mother would have flown in her 3 trimester which was not allowed by the airlines in that day so he was born in Kenya.....NOT HAWAII. Why aren't they concentrating on the fake birth certificate? Lots of money changing hands. Any other person that truly had REAL documents would not be spending millions to coverup his identity. John McCain was asked for his and it was submitted promptly and verified.

Hey, Nazi. Why did Obama need to be President of the US corp anyway? Who said he was qualified, or that he even gave a crap about taking it seriously or doing it right? I have been watching the progress of this jokers term, and I see no reason at all for even attempting to validate that he knew what he was doing, or that he knew of the tremendously huge list of responsibilities that go with it, I have just seen a lot of vacations, getting away from meetings, and shirking the important stuff, yeah thats real qualifications for you. I didnt even see him do something serious about the BP oil disaster other than protecting BP and doing nothing for the people who lost their livelyhoods, homes, and even lives cause of the toxic coreexit905 that they used to cover it up, yeah that was so helpful in making all go away. He even made money with his accounts at Goldman Sachs who were the main investors of BP. He is still outsourcing contract work, he is still blowing kisses at the corrupt bankers who wont lend, and keep wanting to hold onto money that isnt even theirs. He is still defending the Federal Reserve, and they wont ever stop trying to take everything they can get from us, the real United States born citizens, and he doesnt care, he will still shrug his shoulders, take his calls from Daddy Bush, and do his masters(Soros) bidding. You want to defend that, go right ahead. You must really hate the republic for the United States, to be such an apologizt and as ignorant of the damage this man is doing to this country with defending mexican drug gangs, authorizing Operation Fast&Furious, condemning Arizona for doing the right thing about illegal immigration, his reckless use of the Federal Welfare system to keep illegals and the poor using benefits that have no real source for funding, just adding to the debt. The level of unemployment is still up, not down, the massive debt that it incures has exceeded 15 trillion, and with no surpluss of funds to not only cover it but eliminate the debt and put this country back into a making money instead of borrowing from the Federal Reserve whoes funds come from the Rothschilds and the insane inflation they charge the treasury to borrow, yeah thats real smart! You probably know all about all of this, and you probably think its all good, its not our problem, but unless you dont pay taxes, you are ignoring that it is all of our problem! So who needs a birth certificate? He stated in his book his father was born in Kenya and was therefore a British subject. That makes Obama a British citizen, too. According to the Supreme Court decision in Minor vs Happersett in 1875 a Natural Born citizen is one who has TWO parents who are citizens. Then of course there is the question of Lolo Soetoro, his stepfather. Did Lolo legally adopt Obama as shown on a school record in Indonesia? (Marked "citizen of Indonesia") And what is his real name? Barack Hussein Obama or the Barry Soetoro he used to attend school? And why a false social security card? This isn't just a matter of a birth certificate. This is a case of outright fraud, identity theft, deceitful coverups and corruption. Not to mention his Communist friends, appointees, mentors and family! Let's face it...we've already been taken over and are too stupid to know it. No mention in the media??? My, oh my! Everything else makes the headlines, but this doesn't???? That alone should tell us something is amiss in this formerly great country of ours.

I stopped reading after "Nazi" as well. First rule in writing anything for someone else to read: Never insult your readership even if you are correct. If you want people to read what you post, then use the elements of style and courtesy in your written arguements so they will want to read what you have to say. Agree to disagree but never, never insult the audience you are trying to convey your message, no one will bother with your post.
