Hi, Folks - Found at dinarguru.com: ===== 2-4-2012 Guru Bluwolf when a country is going to rv it gives the bis a locked in rate, which is the rate that that country wants to be out there, it goes into the system and it starts to float , when it reaches the locked in rate or matches it, it is then locked in... that did happen yesterday with allcurrencies ok...everything is now loaded into the system, so now we wait...we are there folks, there are no more delays, political nor of country, no ust, no bis, no imf is going to stop this from happening. 2-4-2012 Guru BWM we are still hearing any minute now...my "logical" response would be from tonight cbi update til monday am cbi update...point is that we are still looking at this time. 2-4-2012 Guru Cap1 THERE IS A NEW HOLIDAY AND CELEBRATION OF MOHAMMED'S BIRTHDAY. NORMALLY IT IS NEXT WEEK BUT WAS MOVED UP A WEEK FOR SOME REASON. THAT CELEBRATION IS TOMORROW IN IRAQ. WAS THE RV PUT ON HOLD FOR THAT SPECIFIC REASON...TO BE SHOWN TO THE WORLD ON THAT DAY? I DON'T KNOW. DON'T KNOW WHY WE DIDN'T SEE IT LAST NIGHT. RATES WERE BEING LOADED...DO I STILL BELIEVE WE WILL BE A THE BANKS, FIRST OF THE WEEK...YES. THIS RV IS RIGHT ON TOP OF US.
