I haven't had a bank acct. in 22 years, and the word "Trust" escapes me when coupled with banks or 'experts,' financial or otherwise. The vultures smell multiple Dinar carcasses just around the corner. I will 'cash' one note at a time, avoiding getting taken for a ride on the whole stash. Each account will be new, after the old is emptied and closed. Maybe go to Utah to trade directly for gold, purportedly a 'legal' exchange there. Coin, silver, gold, or treasury notes IN MY HAND is my 'trust' account.
ReplyDeleteThis is likely once in a lifetime event, take care when you 'trust' anybody. Yeah, I know, I could get robbed or some such thing. True. I don't like the specter of putting my 'money' into the same friggin banks that caused this whole mess to begin with, and to think of 'investing' some to make MORE money is consorting with Mamon in my view. How much is enough? You get to decide, but I have no dreams of Yachts or buying Islands. A few million is quite a gift, and quite enough. TYJM frj
Ditto, this is a great post! I'm on board with you.
ReplyDeleteExactly right. Get in and out as quickly as possible. Get something in your hand that has real intrinsic value like silver. Maybe lead and brass will be the precious metals of choice soon. Whatever you do, don't leave a single penny in a bank for robber bankers and lawyers to play with. Get something real in your physical possession and something you know you will need to survive. They say you can't take it with you, but I say by doing as much good for your family and others you will take the merit of that charity with you forever.
