had to replace a lost debit card.
Credit Union had me fill out an application for replacement.
Normally they cancel one and issue a new one, but this time they wanted me to fill out a form, and it didn't ask if I was a US Citizen.
The teller had to have the application completed by someone on a different computer because he said they had to have a security code to issue cards and his was not issued to him yet.
I figured if a new system was coming online, no one can easily manipulate cards and credit just because they worked there, now there is accountability on who did what since each had to have their own code to do something.
Is an apology enough?
So What?
