I wish to praise the genius displayed by Stansberryresearch.com . They have called correctly turn after turn in the American economy for a decent track record of years now. They warned that FATCA which was scheduled by Obama through the I.R.S. to be enforced starting July 1, 2014 would within months likely collapse the American economy making American money worthless in international trade or even totally finish America off as a nation to exist no more. Their reasoning on FATCA was accurate and likely what they predicted under FATCA would have happened to America if we of the Omni Law Drive had not intervened. They did not foresee us with legal angles having a way of stopping FATCA from being enforced starting July 1, 2014. We brought out the legal rulings of the Nuremberg War Trials of 1945-6 which judged it was "Crimes Against Humanity" and should be punished internationally by hanging from the gallows for leaders of any nation trying to duplicate this type system set up by Adolf Hitler through his right hand Hermann Goering during the peace years before Nazi Germany went to war in World War II. Hermann Goering on behalf of Hitler signed the Nazi law making it illegal for Jews from Germany to deposit money outside of Germany without permission of Nazi Germany nor own or buy property outside of Germany without permission of the Nazi national government of Germany. FATCA was the Americanized version of the Nazi law making it illegal for Americans to deposit American money outside of America or buy outside of America without permission of the Obama Nazi style White House! Foreign banks were to be punished so badly by the Obama White House if they accepted deposits of American money after that as pointed out by Stansberryresearch.com that soon banks across the world would refuse to accept American money in their banks which would trigger off either a massive depression in America far worse than the American Depression of the 1930's or else totally collapse the American economy and maybe end America as a nation.
Thanks to the brilliant warning of Stansberryresearch.com we saw the extreme danger to letting FATCA be carried out starting July 1, 2014 and we knew how to use law to change the direction of what Obama was up to that legal angle Stansberryresearch did not realize could be done to stop the FATCA law Obama was trying to ram down the throats of the American people. People congratulated us for our sizzling report on FATCA we posted with John at Nesara News on June 18, 2014 titled "Crimes Against Humanity" By Obama Law. This generated panic in federal legal circles and the following day it was announced that the I.R.S. would not enforce FATCA starting on July 1, 2014 as originally stated but rather start on January 1, 2016 which was just a face saving way of not admitting that they had broken a major genocide ruling of the Nuremberg War Trials and officials in Wash., D.C. including members of Congress who voted for this law and even Obama himself at the White House could all be executed under international law and by hanging from the gallows as the standard punishment for violations of this Nuremberg War Trial ruling binding on all governments on the earth.
We have backup files which are not computer based so we know who all our supporters are but Obama federal operatives went into our standard national email listing of everyone and made scrambled eggs out of this large listing. We had names invented for emails we never received and had emails addresses invented for backers of ours whose emails we knew automatically and these were strange emails which did not exist in reality. We make this official record so that the International Court of Justice at the Hague may have this as official legal evidence that Obama and subordinates of his in Wash., D.C. are trying to block us from reestablishing our Vatican endorsed trade secret food process which university tests and medical lab reports from all over the world indicated will be needed to save the human race on earth from pending biological collapse and end of the human race on earth. We formally ask for genocide investigation of Obama and all intelligence operations to track down which federal operatives are trying to block the reestablishment of this Vatican endorsed food process, arrest them under international genocide law, and charge them with attempted genocide murder of the entire human race on earth. And if found guilty, then hang them from the gallows for "Crimes Against Humanity."
It is dangerous to mess with us as we know how international law can be used! C.I.A., N.S.A., etc., it is an open question if you will survive such international genocide investigation or else be abolished as Washington intelligence agencies, guilty officials and personnel be executed under international law, and the rest of these personnel of these intelligence agencies all be legally fired from federal employ and under legal ban may never work for the federal government again! Also, members of Congress may be internationally investigated for genocide conspiracy and arrested if supporting such criminal activities of federal intelligence agencies under order of Obama at the White House.
And for official record of the Hague, Wash., D.C. stole $525,000 from me to stop the reestablishment of this Vatican endorsed trade secret industrial food process and refused to ever return to me the federally stolen $525,000 even though theoretically this theft of this key money could kill off the entire human race on earth if it were the key to restarting the Vatican endorsed food process or not. I publicized again many times the federal theft of this $525,000 from me in national reports to show the criminal intent of Wash., D.C. to stop the reestablishment of this Vatican endorsed food process at all costs no matter how criminal in act! I have witnesses to the $525,000 federal theft when it occurred and that they were definitely federal operatives who stole it as witnesses can confirm! Refusal to ever return the federally stolen $525,000 to me gives clear legal grounds for international genocide tribunals to sentence all federal sources guilty as being part of the federal theft operation and conspiracy to be punished with execution under international law. Since this is "Crimes Against Humanity" during peacetime, the standard method of execution according to the Nuremberg War Trials should be death by hanging from the gallows. I had over the years suggested a way that the federal operatives of Wash., D.C. could return the money without admission of guilt and I at one time was willing to drop criminal charges against involved federal personnel of Wash., D.C. But they did not accept my offer when available. Now this offer is not available and I will press criminal charges regardless at this time under international law.
One of the cons of Wash., D.C. is the carbon tax issue. Carbon Monoxide is deadly to breathe, but Carbon Dioxide is a main food for plants to eat and especially food crops of the world. Obama declares war on Carbon Dioxide. If he succeeded, the amount of Carbon Dioxide would be insufficient to support the raising of food on the earth and the entire human race could starve to death of worldwide famine with not enough food raised to feed the human race. One scientific report of a few years ago said that the level of Carbon Dioxide was just above the level of suffocation for plants to live on across the earth. Obama sounds so amateur in scientific issues that he should be ignored when trying to provide leadership in issues of the environment. I studied with six of the most brilliant economists of the world including a German economist personally endorsed by Albert Einstein as teaching the only true economic science in the world. Obama's concepts of environmental issues is straight from Communist sources to create excuses to seize and nationalize land and industry of any nation listening to the Communist Party line. The Communists may have lost power in Russia, but their KGB setup is still active in various nations of the world. Their main purpose was not spying but political subversion of nations including America. I spent eleven calendar years in military academies, headed up a very active intelligence group in America but covered 32 other nations as well. We heavily penetrated Communist security years ago and I know how their plans operate for takeover of the world. The Carbon Tax issue is one of the Communist projects for bankrupting the American economy, blaming free enterprise for bankrupting America whereas it was Communist policy from Wash., D.C. from Obama White House at this time which would bankrupt America if you followed and supported Obama claimed answers for the environment and what threatens it.
In The Journal in Seneca, SC on June 24, 2014 is an interview with sources representing Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative in this area and U.S. Rep. Jeff Duncan representing this area. Rep. Duncan is pressing the EPA to drop these ideas to shut down all coal-driven power plants across America. And his stand is backed by officials of Blue Ridge Electric who are alarmed that EPA regulations based upon carbon tax, etc. could skyrocket electric costs for the American people and industries and severely damage the American economy in the process. For example, Blue Ridge officials were saying that the proposed EPA regulations could skyrocket electric costs to more than even 50 percent increase. The EPA was claiming these agency plans would reduce electric bills by around 8 percent in 2030. I don't believe that and neither does Blue Ridge which generates much of the electric power for this area nor does Rep. Jeff Duncan who observes that reality figures don't agree with the rosy projections of the EPA that no harm will come to the American economy through the Clean Air Act being pushed by the EPA. As for other undesirable things put into the air, Carbon Dioxide is not on that list. Sulphur compounds can be stopped by simple filter tactics I understand if they are created by plant smoke. And as for cars as I found out by experiments with high gas mileage, the moment Wash., D.C. allows cars to have high gas mileage, then the exhaust from cars does not basically pollute the atmosphere after that. All this Carbon Tax issue is pure con by corrupt Washington officials playing up to corrupt and radical elements and not serving the American people in the process. I studied with an engineering school years ago and was good at it. Wash., D.C. like the George Orwell "1984" "Big Brother" government issues giant lies and then tells the people that these lies are "gospel truth" for the people to believe.
We have a movement dedicated to passing the Omni Law which gives the right of referendum to the American people by vote to reject or pass laws and polices they want in America and restores control of the government back to the Ameican people. And now we think we can pass it even in 2014 for reasons we don't want to admit yet, but surprise the other side when members of Congress find out what a colossal jam they are in if they don't pass the Omni Law and fast as we anticipate. Also, 130 nations are now planning how to overthrow and apparently end America as a nation as they mistrust Wash., D.C. so much and do not want to be part of the "One World Government" and "New World Order" that Wash., D.C. is trying to impose on them. We are with them on this! We don't want it either! The American news is censoring from the American people this gathering of most nations wanting to get rid of America as Wash., D.C. has made America so unpopular with so many governments and nations on the earth now. We need to promptly pass this Omni Law and the trustees over Wash., D.C. raised to authority by passage of the Omni Law will swiftly win back the goodwill of people and nations all over the earth. And booming our own economy with super free enterprise, free enterprise will sweep the earth and Communism and socialism become forgotten causes of many on earth. We have the free enterprise economic answer that Sir John Maynard Keynes (rated the top economist in the world in the 20th century) endorsed as the answer to discredit and wipe out Communism in the world once done and would skyrocket the world economy for all nations and people on the earth. Heavy censorship in American universities by the evil cabal secretly running Wash., D.C. hid from the American people and students what Sir John Maynard Keynes endorsed and why! This is called censorship of education in the extreme in America! Brilliant answers must be hidden from the American people in order for the evil cabal to continue controlling the government and American people.
Some in the 130 nations apparently think that the American people need to be killed off to give peace to the world and stop the plans of Wash., D.C. they think are designed for ruin of their nations. Pass the Omni Law and now and good relations will be reestablished with these nations so distrustful of the American people now. They make laws in Wash., D.C. to break the laws of national authority such as the U.S. Bill of Rights and real terms of the U.S. Constitution which is limited government, not government with all powers granted to it which they make up as they go along!
Once the Omni Law is passed, all these legal schemes of Wash., D.C. against your legal rights stop and America is truly a free nation again respecting the U.S. Bill of Rights as restored to being national law again which they are not at this time in the eyes of Wash., D.C.
