First off, any day is the best day to RV! But..... if I was one of the "cold heart" people who was in charge of rolling this RV out to the public I would have to choose Friday. More specifically Friday night some time after 9pm est. Why?
I was thinking that in order to keep things on the hush, they wouldn't want to do it during work hours on the week days. Imagine 5 million people walking out of their jobs as soon as it RVs. It would cause a lot of attention to a situation that the 'Powers at be' do not want to shed light on. With a weekend RV people will be able to do banking while the public is not looking. Especially doing it on a holiday weekend would be the best timing. July 4th?

The coalition of countries that fought to free Iraq are the ones which hold Dinar. From my understanding the emergency powers act 13303 contained the clause to allow private ownership of this currency also. Many countries do not hold Dinar, such as China, because they were not part of the war.
This currency is the war the war was financed.. Refer to the Bush speech that this is a war that will pay for itself.. This trade will be done in oil credits... Since our exchange will be done with the UST at a specific rate it allows the Us to garner more credits...
The Us does not need the oil credits but other countries... like China do... These credits will be sold or traded to reduce or eliminate our debt....

Exactly. Which is, to my understanding, the genesis of the "contract rates" at banks like Wells Fargo (owned by Chinese) and others. China will pay a higher rate to a number of first come first served "contract rate" people because they are attempting to increase their number of oil credits. At least that is my understanding.... could be wrong

curlytop: It appears from all newspaper reports and TV news that things are getting worse in Iraq. I watch many of them and they are all negative towards Iraq gov. Stopping this insurgency. So with all this being said it doesn't look good for Iraq so how does this really impact the GRC and RV in near future

Tx721:Hello people, IMO...The RV will be a 2 part process, first you will see a change of the indicative rate on the CBI site, this means the rate will become international and will be somewhere close to 1:1 maybe a few cents on either side of the USD.
There are a few instruments that will make this happen soon, and factual. Then when the GOI is fully seated we will see a real and full RV, as been stated by the IMF Iraq Dinar can come back at $3.22 plus at least 20% for inflation, that will make it around $3.86.
Since all the time and delays, we all know CBI has increased their reserves plus all the stock piling of gold and other assets this can make the IQD to go over $4.00 plus.
I like everyone else have wanted to see this RV for long period of time since yesterday, breath, relax, have patients and faith, tomorrow will be another day closer to victory. No I also do not have a date and an exact rate. We have all heard many times for years and months "security & stability" from the CBI, hmmm I think that has been achieved, or very soon to be.
Article 140 being implemented is another instrument that will give a international rate, I think we are there or within moments. Qi cards that is another instrument that will give a international rate, I think its been documented July 1st.
We have all heard about no quorum many times, meetings to have meetings to talk about having meetings about having meetings, to talk about meetings we need to have. Remember the song "a little less talk and a lot more action" I think that message was mention yesterday "Get ur government fixed and seated not next year, not next month, not next week but NOW!!!
