meeting of Parliament within a period of 15 days from the approval of the
results of the elections to elect a president and two vice presidents, as well
as the President of the Republic by the political blocs, so there's many forms
of the lineup the new Iraqi government including a national salvation
government. "

CG so in your opinion what is taking Hakim so long they have ratified the results why don't they just announce their choice for PM and vote ASAP.
Once the new PM is selected it will make no difference what Maliki says no one will follow him, just not sure why he is still there?
