Systema: On my way home today, stopped at my branch of
the TD Bank to deposit a check (cheque). I asked the teller to give
me a price to buy Viet Dong. She paused and said oh....there is a
minimumpurchase of $100,000.00 Dong required and the rate is $59.00 for the $100,000.00
Dong. I thanked her and left. I know that months ago I was buying
one million Dong for almost exactly that price that I was quoted today.

RV: I keep telling people that this (rv) and it's implications are on a global scale which means everyone has to be ready. Governments are also being formed in other countries just as Iraq is. So they too have to be seated. India, Ukraine, Panama, Iceland, Somalia, Libya, Greece, Belgium, Antigua, Venezuela, etc. It the same process which will have the same result as their exchange rates will also be updated.
It's like that Movies 300 Rise of An Empire when all the Greek city states like Delphi,Thebes, Olympia, Arcadia, and Sparta united to take down the Persians is symbolically mirroring what countries around the world are doing to take down these Vatican Illuminati henchmen who have cronies in all sectors of life to monopolize and centralize power over the people to prolong their survival.
They cannot operate as they do when people and governments cooperate as international trades from market to market from country to country can kill alot of tension if their ever was any but that's another story.
Their purpose was to preserve certain things given to them by the Moors of Europe until the rightful people reclaimed them an put earth back on it's natural course and things unfold as they should as people learn what they need to learn without having to worry about how they will feed themselves.
So this RV might unfold very slowly as other governments are doing what Iraq is doing now reforming their government.
They can't have the Forex jump the gun showing rates for countries who don't even have a seated new formed government with no international card to give their citizens like Iraq has and cause a clog in the system. Everyone has to be ready not just Iraq.
What you guys don't know is that Iraq will be the world reserve for natural resources, or the gold hub as some say. So yes in that light they are the lynch pin that will kick all of this off and those countries will be ready by that point which could still be this week or two.

I just checked the Sterling Currency Group.com website/Dinar Banker and the exchange is still $80 for 1 million Vietnamese Dong.
