Dan said...: Maybe it is time for numerous groups to file Criminal Complaints on THE UNITED STATES, INC. for failing to comply with the codes that the IRS is to comply with, as We The People have NO Tax Liability, and the 16th Amendment was NEVER Constitutionally Ratified, and the U.S. Supreme Court has known about it since 1993 in the Farmers Claim case.
The Complaints are to include:
1. Demands for the names of ALL Corporation Officers of both THE UNITED STATES, INC., a Delaware corporation, and the DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY – INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, INC., a Nevada corporation
2. Demands for the names of ALL Corporation Board of Directors of both corporations
3. Demands for the names of ALL Corporation Stock Holders of both corporations
4. Demands for the names of ALL banks and account numbers these corporations do business with
And these will only be a start to get the cases going to SHUT THEM DOWN.
If they Refuse then the De Jure Grand Juries Step In and Mandate they do or else ALL Senior Employees are to be arrested for failing to comply with The People!; August 28, 2014 at 12:48 PM
