R.V. / GCR > Texas Rose the Treaty of 200 is designed to be signed after the administration hold is lifted off of the United States accounts at the secret location for the US Treasury for the Republic of the United States
However, to keep the secrecy behind the signing of the Treaty it can be signed after the RV as well …
The secret is - somewhere along the way it might have already been signed and put into a safe , and the only thing that really needs to be done is to watch the administration hold be lifted off the Heritage funds

GJHHonor : mrs.) I just got a call from a friend that her friend called a bank here in Canada (London area) and he asked if they would exchange the Iraqi dinars, and they said yes and that he needed to open a separate account and opened it right there on the phone .
He was already a customer and that the banker said , that they hope it will happen in the next few days I trust this friend of mine

Mr Biggs 04: well one of my good friends is a call center manager and he just recieved an email from his higher powers that they will be asked to work a lot of over time the next few weeks and to be expecting a lot of calls concerning currency exchanges.
And he said it had to do with 4 currencies.... and he knows about this because i gave him some over a year ago!!
