With all the information in the forum, the intel we get from Exo and his crew. It seems like you would be able to read between the lines as he keeps telling us. And see all these thing Iraq is saying needs to be done are already done. In one of the post I put in the forum awhile back Iraq stated that the US was playing games with their budget. Iraq says they can't pay their bills and bills are being paid salaries are being paid along with back pay. Smart cards are being loaded some say they have different rates ,but we all know when the bank sends you an ATM card you have to go to an ATM machine to activate your card through the program installed on the ATM (hint hint)same rate for everybody.  READ BETWEEN THE LINES.

1. DOES WELLS FARGO HAVE A PRIVATE PLACEMENT AGREEMENT AND ARRANGEMENT WITH THE UNITED STATES TREASURY DEPARTMENT, CHINA, AND THE CBI FOR THE IQD?

2. DO YOU KNOW HOW PRIVATE PLACEMENT AGREEMENTS OPERATE IN CONJUNCTION WITH F.R.A.'S?

How could the IQD rate be live if the currency is not trade able and the artificial program rate of 1166 is still in played? If this was true , you could easily double dip. IMO
