So where is the Sexual Harassment?
Men look at the location of the gun which can be considered the Wrong Location.

Another idea is with all those Police Atrocities that happen maybe there should be Insurance to be sold for that specific item and not just health insurance or life insurance.
If Governments Spend money to make sure this can not happen then you just get all those willing to sign up for the insurance to file a lawsuit against that city or state.
