In regards to a filing fee…. In Courts

In regards to a filing fee….

Law: The US Supreme Court has ruled that a natural individual entitled to relief is "entitled to free access..... to its judicial tribunals and public offices in every State in the Union" (2 Black 620; see also: Crandell vs. Nevada, 6 Wall 35). Plaintiff should not be charged fees or costs for the lawful and constitutional right to petition this court in this matter in which he is entitled to relief, as it appears that the filing fee rule was originally implemented for fictions and subjects of government, and should not be applied to the Plaintiff who is a natural individual and entitled to relief (Hale vs. Henkel, 201 U.S. 43).

Awesome! Now if we just had any Courts of law in America we could use for the redress of grievances this would apply nicely. Only attorneys are allowed to present cases before the royal Admiralty court. I have proven this many times and had it confirmed by an International attorney. Don't waste your time with the Courts. Buy a rifle, learn how to use it. Eliminate the corporate SOB's and UN agents ruining your life and incarcerating your relatives as surety for charges against the dead IMF entity account. I hate to point out the obvious but America needs a violent overthrow of the private foreign companies masquerading as government service providers. If Hillary gets in, Putin will have to nuke D.C. and liberate the American people, if we refuse to do it ourselves. I hope I am wrong!

well according to all the experts its illegal to use a legal name..
what benefit would be gained thereby entering their courts at all ?

far as I know that will be a death trap. everyone else I heard of has taken it to common law courts, filed multiple injunctions and now is only waiting for the final wheels to come off.

ps: if it really is illegal to use a legal name you don't want nothing to do with it, trust me...
whatever settlement people get from court after the banks go down is likely the last one
