UPDATE FROM EAGLE 1

FROM EAGLE1 CALL TODAY: Q - I'm getting the impression that the banks will be ready to go into Tuesday morning? A - Yes, I will receive a call at 6AM my time to let me know if the rates are on the screens and if there's a 24-hour hold. We've heard that once the GCR goes live there is a 24-hour period for the banks to get ready. Until tomorrow morning, I won't know for tomorrow exchange or not.
Q - So the next 24 hours should be very telling? A - Absolutely!
Q - Would it be advisable to rush to the bank with everything they've got or just CE a note or two to see what we've got? A - That's probably a wise course to follow, depending on how much total you have. If you're looking at exchanging $10M IQD, I don't recommend you walk into the bank with that. One of things we've been hearing is that when you exchange your IQD, there is a restriction on it until the USD is fully rolled out, as much as 30-60 days before we can use those funds outside the USA. You can spend them for products coming into the USA, but you can't transfer them out of the country until the USD rolls out.
Q - That applies only to the IQD because of the gold-backing. You are being paid exclusively by the gold-backed USD. Until that roll-out is complete you cannot take that money outside the country. You can exchange VND or others and spend them anywhere else in the world. If you're in Canada and you CE, you're going to be paid in CDN and you won't have those restrictions.
Q - We've heard to use the terms IQN or IQD, VND or VNN? A - When you walk in the bank with your currency, they don't care what you call it. You have the currency in front of you. You're there to exchange dinar period.
Q - Is it required to use the term "currency exchange?" A - Yes. You will be given a variable of the new FINcen form 104. You want to make sure when you discuss it that you are talking about a simple currency exchange. That applies to all currencies, not just the IQD. I posed this question to the folks at Abbot Downing and they said this form must be completed.
Q - Will this exchange be completed right there with immediate credit? A - Yes, you're bringing in cash and you should see cash back in your bank account. You can't bring in a $25K note and walk out with $75K USD. You can get cashier's checks on the spot (for house payout, for example). EVEN BETTER FROM EAGLE:
E1 - I received an email from a missionary couple in Panama. They wrote to confirm that, yes, the ATMs are open but the banks may not be working because of the new system. This confirms from Panama that a new banking system is being installed. This means they are NOT switching over to the Euro but are using their own currency, per the GLOBAL CURRENCY RESET. They had to install the Babylon software to be compliant with B3 protocols.
E1 - the other piece of this news is that Panama is backing up their currency and returning to the use of the Balboa. Why have the UN rates shown the Balboa as parallel to the USD? The Balboa was technically never declared a defunct currency. But the USD has always been the currency of trade in Panama. With the decision to switch over to the Balbao, this is part of their decision to be part of the worldwide Basel III banking system and have an asset-backed banking system.
E1 - They've made a decision to back-up their currency with gold. I asked a friend at the IMF today about the Balboa long-haul if the GCR is released, should we look at the Balboa as future investment. His answer is "I do not recommend it, as there are much better currency investments than the Balboa."
E1 - We still expect to have everything fly tonight. What I don't know is whether the banks will be able to exchange tomorrow. We know all the rates are on administrative screens and are ready to go up front. They have assured themselves they are ready to push the button at midnight tonight.
E1 - We have some disputes about the rates. I've heard nothing about the Dong or Rupee. WF is showing an exchange rate of $3.22, which is not set in stone. They have been changing the rates offscreen to keep people off-guard, but we are assured it will be a $3+ rate. The expected range is expected between $3.44-3.55.
E1 - I've seen the fee structures at WF and they have ranged from 3.5% to 12%. It depends a lot on the value of the currency as to what the fees will be. When we go to the bank, based on the amount of money involved - this is unprecedented worldwide - we're coming to the bank with millions of dollars and when we come as a group, when we walk in they know and they've already assured us we will get the best rate WF can provide us. We fully expect to see the bank provide us with the max possible, even if they take a cut in the spread. If we get the published rate per the CBI, then I would expect to get at least that amount. remember, the $3 range is for IN COUNTRY

We all are trying to make it and having a hard time doing it. With a third of the U S population on government assistance or unemployed is not a good sign. Lower wages toped with higher prices or smaller packaging so you have to buy more of everything does not make it better. Telling my kids we have to wait on buying this or that does not make me feel like a proud parent or grand parent. Something has to change (your rite) there has to be something out here that can help (your rite). There is.

Utilizing the systems that are in place

Using the Gift card industry for example, which is a 100 billion dollar a year industry. We can use it and put resources in everyone’s hand. Like your typical business structure, where someone starts something and folks follow suit doing the same thing. But not making it a business. There’s the internet system, emailing system, word of mouth system or conference call systems that can be utilized. To get this information out so that folks will know there is a way and that someone does care you.

Let me ask you a question or two and just answer the question honestly if you will, Ok Thanks. Can you go to Wal Mart and pick up 5 gift cards? Can you get them loaded at 10 dollars each and get a one receipt for the 5 cards? Can you do that? Okay great! Can you get a bubble envelope, fill out a piece of paper with your name address and phone number on it? Great! Can you take the cards, receipt and piece of paper and put it in the bubble envelope and mail it to Red Banks, Mississippi? Can you do that? (Yes) Great welcome to the Movement. That’s how easy it is to get involved in what we are doing.

Now let me ask you this. Do you think you can get 4 people to do the same thing that I just asked you to do and that is? Go to Wal Mart and pick up 5 gift cards. October is shaping up to be quite a month.

If you haven't heard, the U.S. government has closed Washington war memorials and parks and shut out veterans who came to visit them. Only the radical efforts of a select few removed the barriers and allowed those delicate souls entry to pay homage in the past few days since the "government shutdown" was announced. It may, however, be the last slap in the face the government gives war vets.

The much maligned veterans---and I can't even write about this without getting choked up---have been human guinea pigs in war, drugged, gassed, vaccinated, mind-controlled, refused adequate medical treatment, targeted as dissidents if they protest, coerced to sign documents which then make them ineligible for medical benefits, and sent off to be mutilated and murdered in wars that were started by greedy governments bent on population reduction.

Those who survive are made to wait so long for benefits they are more than entitled to that some end up on the street, homeless, addicted to drugs, psychotic, disabled, starving and begging for handouts and with no reason to live. The suicide rates are appalling.

What kind of government does that to its soldiers? It's unforgivable.

Does America not see what is going on? I have seen it with my own eyes. M heart aches for them in a way that the twenty bucks I hand them cannot diminish. Are the trite slogans, "No guts, no glory" and "Semper Fi" so mind-numbing that the people of this country just don't get it?

Read this to learn the truth about the utter travesty that is the American Military.

We have reached the point of no return. Now---NOW ! United States veterans and their caregivers are standing together and will march on Washington IN CONCERT WITH the 'Million Trucker March' this coming weekend---October 11th to 13th.

THIS, my awakened friends, is what we have been waiting for. THIS uprising is the sign that Humanity is awake---just enough---and ready to put an end to the tyranny.

I believe this coming weekend will be a watershed moment in our fight for sovereignty. The consciousness of the awakened ones is about to, I suspect, ignite the awareness of the collective in a synergistic way that will be a jump-start to future events. I believe the lights will begin to come on in the minds of America.

How will the mainstream media be able to ignore what is going on in Washington when thousands of big rigs (and other trucks of every size who join in the March)---many of them Canadian---clog the streets and thousands of Veterans and hundreds or even thousands of supporters show up to take a stand on Sunday?

The government didn't shut down the government---but The People might!

And when the trance-like state that envelopes much of America begins to wear off and people see that the shelves in the grocery store are getting lean and they can't buy bathroom tissue or---heaven forbid---BEER---that will be the final wakeup call. I sincerely hope it reaches that point next week; otherwise they will go on about their slumbering and snoring for another decade.

Unfortunately, Americans will not recognize the need for action until someone takes away their "stuff". Truckers have the power to wave a magic wand that will cause America to sit up and rub their eyes and see their world for the nightmare it truly has become.

I will gladly do without if it means the world will wake up and take their power back.

I have more questions than answers. Is the fact that the Border Patrol has been ordered off duty anything to do with this event? Will officers stand down next Thursday and Friday when Canadian truckers spill across the Peace Bridge in Niagara Falls and other checkpoints to support their brothers south of the 49th?

Could the lamestream fail to cover this activity? Whether they do or not, this monstrous show of activism is going to raise awareness and prove to the still sleeping Americans that it is time for ACTION! The apathy must end now.

We Truthers have watched millions of people participate in rallies, demonstrations and even riots in other countries across the globe as they realized they MUST do something about the corruption and tyranny. Now it is our turn in North America. Will America rise and heed the call?

This is meant to be a peaceful demonstration. Will it remain one? The way the shadow government's police state has evolved, it would be a miracle if that were the case---but it must be done. Miracles happen every day, and we need one.

It seems that enough citizens are finally realizing that despite the patriotic slogans, they DO NOT any longer live in the Land of the Free---but America is still HOME OF THE BRAVE, and I think patriots are about to prove it.

It will be very interesting to see what transpires next weekend; very interesting indeed, as we approach what COBRA has said is an opportunity for the The Event to occur. Pray for peace, my frien

Some of you are awake and can see that the Cabal is struggling. Although those within it continue to pretend that they are all powerful, it is obvious that the majority of people see through their lies and threats. Like the proverbial school bully, eventually they have to grow up and face the fact that they are outnumbered.
The truth will set you free. You were told this many times but now you are seeing proof of it. The truth is now available to everyone, making it easier to accept that you were deliberately lied to. Those in control (and it will not be for much longer) will be exposed, and will have to cease their exploitation of humanity.
As the dawn of the new age approaches, I ask all of you to give some serious consideration to how you intend to reverse all the damage that has been done, both to humanity and to the planet itself. Connection will be reestablished with the universe when the energy of the Earth is released and connects again with the universe. You know and understand why the natural energy lines were shut down. Only the Cabal benefited from this shut-down. It served to keep mankind under control, subdued, and ready to serve the whims of the Cabal.
When man is fully awake to the fact that he is all powerful, and learns to believe in himself and his ability to take back this power, then everything on Earth will change for the better. Observe the political games being played out. Each leader is pretending that he is making decisions; when in fact, they are mere puppets, playing a role in the destruction of humanity. They have no power at all. See the FEAR in their eyes when they fail miserably to force mankind to believe them. The power has slipped from their hands and their lies are no longer accepted. People see the illusion that, until now, they were blinded to. For 2000 years you have been kept in the dark. You waited, as everything had to be in place before enlightenment and the awakening could happen. This plan has been introduced gradually, so as to build your confidence both in yourselves and in our plan for the continuation of the human race on Planet Earth. You have taken the first steps and they are the most important ones.
Mankind will become connected once more with his own innate spirituality, thus removing the need for all those man-made religions. Everything will be reconnected with All That Is, and the powerful beings of light. There will be no need for the middle-man as you will become at one with the God of Love and Light. It will be good when all those control structures, that have distorted and destroyed the lives of so many innocent people, are removed forever from the face of the Earth. You never needed them to connect you to the God of Love. Your own connection was always there, but you had handed over responsibility to others, who abused it. You, and you alone, are responsible for your life on Earth. When you return to spirit, it would be good to know that you have done your best, that you never harmed anyone, and that you lived an honest and honorable life.
Do not buy into the fear that the Cabal intends to create through the banks, and through wars, etc. It is done in an attempt to take your minds off the awakening of mankind. You know that they do not have your best interests in mind, irrespective of what they say. They are (and always have been) ARCH MANIPULATORS. Keep this in mind and refuse to play their games. Without your cooperation they are powerless.
My dear wife is having difficulty trying to concentrate today. She has a lot on her mind.

On Thursday afternoon, moments before I returned to my car after shopping, a double decker bus crashed into it, causing a lot of damage. The car is twelve years old. If it is written off (due to excessive damage), I will be in real trouble, since, because of my heart condition, I need the car. Please pray that it can be repaired. It is a Toyota Yaris, the best car I have ever had. It has never, ever, let me down. It has been like a dear friend, always there for me. I was, and I still am, very distressed about this.
I thank God that I was not in it when the crash happened. This is but one of the many things I am having to cope with. Please remember me in your prayers.

LAWYER STORY OF THE YEAR This took place in Charlotte, North Carolina. A lawyer purchased a box of very rare and expensive cigars, then insured them against, among other things, fire.

Within a month, having smoked his entire stockpile of these great cigars, the lawyer filed a claim against the insurance company. In his claim, the lawyer stated the cigars were lost "in a series of small fires."

The insurance company refused to pay, citing the obvious reason, that the man had consumed the cigars in the normal fashion.

The lawyer sued--and WON! (Stay with me.)

Delivering the ruling, the judge agreed with the insurance company that the claim was frivolous.

The judge stated nevertheless, that the lawyer held a policy from the company, in which it had warranted that the cigars were insurable and also guaranteed that it would insure them against fire, without defining what is considered to be unacceptable "fire" and was obligated to pay the claim.

Rather than endure lengthy and costly appeal process, the insurance company accepted the ruling and paid $15,000 to the lawyer for his loss of the cigars that perished in the "fires."

NOW FOR THE BEST PART: After the lawyer cashed the check, the insurance company had him arrested on 24 counts of ARSON!

With his own insurance claim and testimony from the previous case being used against him, the lawyer was convicted of intentionally burning his insured property and was sentenced to 24 months in jail and a $24,000 fine.

This true story won first place in last year's Criminal Lawyers Award contest.

My sister, TexBaby78, and I are attending the Women of Joy convention in San Antonio, and we decided to go shopping this afternoon during our free time.

Well, you can imagine our suprise when we just HAPPENED upon a Currency Exchange shop IN THE MALL, and their sign says they exchange Dinar, Dong & Rupee!!

Well, we marched our little round bottoms in there to ask some questions of the man behind the bulletproof glass, because we knew what questions to ask.

I asked him "if we exchanged some foreign currency, would they wire the funds to our bank accounts or give us cash right there". He asked what kind of currency was I speaking of, and I told him dinar.

He said "when it gets value to it, if you exchange a large amount, then yes, we would do a wire transfer to your bank. I then asked him what their fees were and he said "$5.00". I asked was that $5.00 per paper currency or $5.00 per transaction. He said "$5.00 per transaction".

My sister then asked him if they had an office in Houston, and he said "Yes". After we got the location information, we thanked him and left the store.

Alpha timeline with HVBN until intersection has a probability of p=0.8. The alternative beta timeline with multiple MVBNs, converging into possible next HVBN before intersection has a probability of p=0.2.

Beta strategies have been modulated and need to remain strictly classified.
There are two major intersection probability peaks remaining.
The previous intersection probability peak within RR2-3 intermediate period has collapsed due to incomplete intel about L1 and L0 anomaly.
The first major intersection probability peak comes shortly after the beginning of the RR3-4 intermediate period, p=0.3. Alpha timeline is partially classified P501 with gradual to fast M increase and with probability of some form of EL contact. This leads to complex interference with existing HVBN on the surface, multiple MVBNs being one triangulation alternative and time compression into the convergence point being another one. Shortly before the omega convergence point this timeline anyway converges into an antarionid RM intersection. Beta timeline comes with declassified P501 with multiple MVBNs and then with RM intersections as soon as possible.
The second major intersection probability peak comes close to omega convergence point with an antarionid RM intersection, p=0.7. Alpha and beta timelines converge into one as we limit towards the omega convergence point.

Now just before we move on, a comment on ' the Prepare for change IT attack on Cobra' can only be seen as a non spiritual attack on the integrity of Cobra : Who else would use the power of the user key and post a poem "wolves in sheeps clothing"with an apology at a time when Cobra is releasing mass intel to those of us who need to know?
