About the Marshals

Apparently we are all trying to get the same place by different road. Except for Furgus, I know all of you fairly well.  This is a group of good and highly dedicated people and that is not in question.  My purpose in reaching out to you all is to share some information and encourage in-group problem resolution.

Almost two years ago, in May of 2016, we established the mandate to create The Continental Marshals Service. 

The history of the service is simple enough.  The service is split into two separate jurisdictions --- international land jurisdiction and international sea jurisdiction. Those officers working the land jurisdiction were called "Federal Marshals" and those working the sea jurisdiction were called "United States Marshals". 

There appears to be continuing confusion about where the Continental Marshals fit into the scheme of peacekeeping and law enforcement in this country. This is no doubt due to two circumstances. 

Thanks to our National-level States of States being moth-balled and rolled into State Land Trusts pending "our return" the State National Guard and State Militia Units have been unlawfully converted along with everything else and should more properly be called [Territorial] State Militias and [Territorial] National Guards--- because they are not being run by and under the authority of the actual States. 

Also, the actual Federal Marshals program was de-funded and phased out beginning in 1965, as the Territorial United States sought to reduce its costs and leave the international land jurisdiction of this country increasingly unoccupied and susceptible to criminal activities, especially inland piracy and interstate bank fraud and human trafficking, which the Territorial United States promotes to advance its own bottom line.

To address this problem and at the same time underline the difference between the two marshal services, the sovereign unincorporated government issued the mandate to recall and re-form the Federal Marshals Service and chose the name "Continental Marshals" in the hopes that would make their jurisdiction explicit enough for people to see the difference and understand it.

The Continental Marshals occupy a unique jurisdiction. They are not State Militia officers. They are not some kind of "other" State National Guard, either. 

It is crucial that everyone understands that The Continental Marshals Service exists by mandate of the sovereign (means "unincorporated") government dba The United States of America and works under our direct delegation of power. No element of the land jurisdiction power was ever delegated---national, international, or global.  The Continental Marshals work for us, directly.

The Flow of Power Structure looks like this:

People > Counties > States > The United States of America (Unincorporated) > [National] United States > [National] States of States >[Territorial] United States > [Territorial] States of States > Federated Counties >U.S. Citizens

***Thanks to the chicanery that has gone on, both the [National] United States and the [National] States of States have been moth-balled.  This is the level of our government which is being restored. 

The United States Marshals work for the Territorial United States exercising our delegated power. 

So the first issue is -- who do Continental Marshals work for?  The Continental Marshals work for the actual American Government--- the Union of states doing business as The United States of America (Unincorporated) since 1776---and under direct mandate and contract with us.  Continental Marshals work within the Postal District framework.

The Continental Marshals do not work for the Territorial United States; it's the United States Marshals who are under contract to them, exercising the power we delegated to them in the international jurisdiction of the sea. United States Marshals all work within the United States District framework.

It goes at this time, thanks to the fact that the National level of our government is missing in action, is  like this:

People > States >The United States of America > Continental Marshals > Postal District Courts operating within Postal Districts. 

People > States > The United States of America > the [Territorial] United States > United States Marshals > United States Courts operating within United States Districts.

The only difference(s) are that in the case of the U.S. Marshals, there is a foreign middleman, the [Territorial] United States---which is also under contract to us-- directing operations in the international jurisdiction of the sea.

Continental Marshals are international officers and don't work under the auspices of any state government or group of state governments.

Ideally, they work closely with United States Marshals and the FBI to combat international/interstate crimes and peripherally with state and local peacekeeping and law enforcement officials in the pursuit of their duties.

For the success of The Continental Marshals Service, we have to stick together and aim for high professional and personal standards.  Most crucially, we have to thoroughly --- and I mean THOROUGHLY --- understand jurisdictional issues and the protocols that allow us to work with law enforcement and peacekeeping officials from other jurisdictions.

We can't be splintering off into all sorts of wannabe competing private security service operations functioning under different names, signing contracts and calling ourselves "Continental Marshals" apart from The Continental Marshals Service program and further confusing an already confusing situation.

If we want the Continental Marshals to have respect and credibility and be effective, we must have a united front and a united training program and an integrated intelligence service network. 

Thanks to a lot of hard work over the last two years we are in striking distance of finishing off the last legal and lawful tasks needed to make the Continental Marshals fully operational -- and not a moment too soon.  We are also closing in on receipt of funding for our peacekeeping operations.  

What I would like to see is for everyone to recognize the necessity of working together and putting aside any personal differences to build The Continental Marshals Service and the Postal District Courts. 

Chief Paul Murray has vast experience in what I shall call the in-house "Federal Marshals Service" that was directed by the U.S. Marshals Service from 1965 to 2010.  Although this was not operating separately, as it should have, they addressed the jurisdiction that the Continental Marshals operate in and he is very familiar with the protocols of the U.S. Marshals Service and their United States District Courts. 

I would like to see him putting that experience to use developing a training program for all new Continental Marshals, subject to my review to make sure that the nuances of the jurisdictional issues are clear, and with assistance and review by an in-house Training and Personnel Development Committee to set the minimum standards of training, levels of training, and core curriculum.

All service contracts of The Continental Marshals Service must be in accord with their mandate to serve the actual states and people and no service contracts can be signed right now apart from that mandate.

We cannot have people "free-lancing" and we cannot have state-level officers calling themselves "Continental Marshals" just because it sounds good.

I have suggested several times that since the Territorial United States' is operating under names like "State of Michigan National Guard", the obvious way for the states to organize their own militia and national guard is to use the name "Michigan" --- "Michigan Militia" and "Michigan National Guard".  That way you are clearly stating that you are operating in your proper jurisdiction (on the land) and that you are NOT in competition with or associated with the "State of Michigan National Guard". 

Anyway, I trust people continue to have questions and invite discussion.

The Eighth Covenant

Those of you who have studied piano know that the keyboard is divided into sets of eight notes called "octaves".  The first and last note of each octave is the same, simply resonating at a different frequency.

Similarly, there are Seven Covenants recorded in the Bible, analogous to the seven separate notes of the musical octave.  The Eighth Covenant resonates with the First Covenant --- the Covenant of Adam and the Creation.

When we speak of a "New Earth" -- take it literally.  It is a New Earth that resonates with the Earth of the First Covenant.  We are in the Creation Cycle right now. 

You will begin to see and experience some strange things and may even think that you are hallucinating, but this is not so.  You are simply beginning to perceive things differently, to function at a different frequency---and to see things that you otherwise wouldn't be aware of.  

You are all familiar with how a radio tuner works.  You turn the dial or-- nowadays, push the button-- and change the station.  As you do, you hear different songs being played, and we take this for granted. What is happening now is quite similar and is no cause for fear: the Earth is changing channels, moving to a higher octave of itself.

However, since this "changing the channel" affects far more than perception of radio waves, all your senses will be impacted---sight, sound, gravity, time, geo-spatial orientation, and even senses that you have that you aren't currently aware of--- are all being affected.

You may experience all the symptoms of detoxification.  You may have unusually severe allergy-like symptoms with runny nose and coughing up gunk from your lungs, especially if you are or were a smoker.  You may have bowel symptoms, especially runny stools; be on the watch for dehydration and drink plenty of good fresh water or better yet, natural lemonade or natural fruit flavored water.

You may feel disoriented, dizzy, and fatigued.  You may suffer odd aches and pains, pin pricks, lapses of memory, muscle cramps in odd places like the arches of your feet.  Your sleep cycle may be interrupted, sporadic, and you may feel the need to sleep far more than you normally do. Even young people may feel like someone just "turned off the switch" and pull an Energizer Bunny type collapse--- desperately needing an afternoon nap for no apparent reason.

The waves of creation energy are passing through you and through the entire planet.  Everyone and everything is impacted.  Your pets and plants will all be off-kilter, too.

As uncomfortable as this can be, we are witnessing the (re) birth of our Earth into a new dimensional frequency, something that has not happened since the days of Adam. We are very privileged to be here at this time, and can participate in it willingly and consciously and without fear as parties to the Eighth Covenant.

There will be no big announcement about this any more than there is an announcement about a volcano erupting or a Monsoon. Insomuch as the Earth has a voice and we hear her, we are being told and merely need to listen. Those who are running around like chickens before a thunderstorm squawking about "climate change" are only seeing with their eyes and not perceiving with their hearts. If they listened to the Earth they would know the Truth and would bring themselves and their behavior into alignment.

As for you, reading this, you can help yourself and your family by accepting the changes going on all around you and adopting a good attitude, instead of a fearful attitude.  You can make the physical symptoms easier to bear by taking steps to detoxify --- plenty of fresh non-chlorinated water, preferably with lemon or lime--- eating a light mostly fruit and vegetable diet, and getting plenty of rest. This last may not neatly be accomplished in eight hour stints, but can be accomplished by going to bed earlier, taking naps, and other strategies.

Your life has always been a miracle, but now you are living within a swiftly evolving miracle that is much larger than you.  Bless the Earth and realize that the Eighth Covenant is rolling out and being accomplished in your lifetime.

The Eighth Covenant is called The Covenant of the Holy Spirit.  Those who have read the Testament of Revelations have been confused because it says that the world will be destroyed by fire, but that He will bring to ruin those ruining the Earth.  Be confused no more.

The world is not the Earth.  The "world" is the mirage-like set of constructions that men have made to better organize their activities and indeed, this world is being destroyed and replaced with something much better, and just as the scripture says, it is being "destroyed by fire" for the essence of the Holy Spirit is fire that does not burn, does not destroy, but instead revives and restores and grants new life.  Remember the "tongues of flame" that came down on Pentecost? 

The Holy Spirit has accomplished, and is accomplishing, all of this.  He is connecting the hearts and minds of men and women of goodwill throughout the world to remake the world.  He is husbanding the Earth through the travail of birth.  

Above all, do not be afraid, and do not allow your hearts or minds to be overly troubled.  This is for your good and for the good of every living thing. Whatever suffering there may be is only the pangs of birth, nothing unnatural, nothing unknown, and these shall pass and cease and leave us with the blessing of a new beginning and a New Earth and a new covenant, the Eighth Covenant.

The violence in our city streets continues, yet these are the headlines Democrats refuse to discuss. In a matter of hours, seven people were killed in  Chicago, including a pregnant woman.

THE SHOOTINGS

According to reports, the shootings were an act of gang-retaliation.  Police stated in all there were three separate attacks.

One of the attacks took place on a city street when a jeep pulled up next to another vehicle and opened fire.  A second attack took place at a local restaurant, where four men fell victim to the violence.

Shortly after that shooting, a pregnant woman was found dead in an apartment complex, the victim of a gunshot wound to the head.

LIBERAL MAYOR RAHM EMANUEL SPEAKS 

 

Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who has turned what was once a proud city into the murder capital of the United States, gave a rather interesting statement on the shootings.

“There is a level of evil and depravity about an individual [who] would shoot a pregnant woman. There is a level of evil and depravity of an individual who would walk into a restaurant and, in front of a mother, shoot her sons.”

Did you happen to notice there was no mention of banning weapons? There was no mention of a hate crime?

THE IGNORED STORY 

 

The facts here are undebateable.  Chicago has some of the toughest gun laws in our country, yet Americans are falling victim to gun violence at an alarming rate within that city.

Chicago’s elected representatives have allowed crime to run rampant as well as making it one of the top sanctuary cities in our country.

Chicago’s elected representatives have forgotten about the citizens that pay taxes and are more worried about making headlines rather than making a difference. Most disturbingly, though, is the fact this story is virtually ignored in the media because it is not a race hate crime or a school shooting where conservatives and the NRA can be blamed. (black on black; and the gangs will ALWAYS access the guns they want despite any gun confiscations and laws.)

Far more people in our country, specifically minorities, are victims to this type of crime, but it is not a sexy headline so the media ignores it.

The fact is that it is shameful that our 'elected' representatives are so worried about making headlines and scoring political points that they ignore the far larger problems we have in this country.

Chicago is a war zone, and it has been enabled by its mayor… yet that very same mayor is one of the leading candidates to run for president on the Democrat ticket come 2020.

4. Boycotts, Financial Sanctions and Sabotage

The Actors:

We the People, authorized by Court Warrants and accompanied by Common Law Sheriffs, special action units and deputized police officers.

Background Information

The growing global effort to halt the systemic abuse and trafficking of children was sparked by the ITCCS in February of 2013 when its Brussels-based common law court successfully tried and deposed Pope Benedict, and convicted Queen Elizabeth and others for complicity in Crimes against Humanity. Since then, similar courts have issued arrest warrants against the highest officials of the Catholic, Anglican and United Churches and their governmental and corporate partners in crime. It is now up to the people of all countries to take direct action to halt the massive child trafficking networks run by these churches because of the deep complicity of existing courts and governments with their crimes. As convicted criminal bodies, these churches have lost the right to legally operate under both international and moral law. It is We the People who must enforce this law and defend children everywhere from religious predators.

The ITCCS and its affiliates in nine countries are launching a new global effort to bring an end to the reign of these child-killing church corporations in the form of Operation Atonement. We have chosen April 15, 2018 as the commencement date for this open-ended, ongoing campaign, for on that day in the year 2005 survivors of the genocidal, church-run “Indian residential schools” in Canada launched the first Aboriginal Holocaust Remembrance Day. Building on this, we are commencing an even more universal Child Holocaust Day so that the global industry of profiting off and murdering children will be stop forever.

The Nature, Course and Strategy of Operation Atonement

For centuries, the state-incorporated churches – especially the Church of Rome and of England – have murdered, enslaved and waged unrelenting warfare against the world’s people, seized and stolen their lands and wealth, brutalized and trafficked their children and imposed a stifling mental and spiritual tyranny over most of humanity. They have done so as partners in Empire and as such are politically protected and legally shielded by all governments from the consequences of their continuing crimes. As a result, these tax-exempted religious corporations have become transnational criminal bodies that are deeply involved in organized crime, the global arms industry and drug and child trafficking. The Vatican is the most murderous and wealthiest criminal syndicate in history, and it kills and corrupts with impunity while feigning humanity and “divine authority”.

Because of this, we cannot stop these churches’ crimes against the innocent without striking at the heart of their power, which is threefold: their money, their legality, and their credibility. For despite their apparent authority, these religious bodies are extremely vulnerable to public exposure because of the depth of their wrongdoing. Our campaigns have proven this by our successful deposing of Pope Benedict, Jesuit leader Adolfo Pachon and three other top Vatican officials during 2013 and 2014.

Operation Atonement is designed to strike directly at all three of these weak points in the defenses of this deceptive enemy. It will do so publicly, lawfully, and by educating and mobilizing the people, both inside and outside of these churches. Our aim is a simple one: to disestablish these false and criminal institutions by making it impossible for them to operate. Our weapons are both material and spiritual, and we shall call upon divine providence and intervention to abolish these false churches.

Operation Atonement will proceed in three stages: Education, Direct Action and Disestablishment.

Stage One will begin on Sunday, April 15, 2018 with commemorative ceremonies outside and inside targeted churches, including spiritual exorcisms and prayer vigils. We will make a direct appeal to members of these churches to separate themselves from their evil through fasting, prayer and withholding all tithing. These public events will be followed for two weeks with a general public education campaign and the selective training of our cadres at teach-ins and workshops. The latter will be designed to arm our activists with an understanding of their enemy and train them for the upcoming battles.

Stage Two will begin on Monday, April 30, 2018 with direct actions aimed at the church institutions and their top officers and clergy, including those who stand convicted in ITCCS common law courts. The normal operations of the targeted churches will be disrupted according to the requirements of international law. Guilty individuals will be peacefully arrested and publicly banished from the community, or handed over to deputized police forces for imprisonment under the terms of their convictions. Church facilities will be peacefully occupied and their assets and properties seized to prevent their criminal usage, as required under international law. Stage Two will be open-ended and will continue as long as is necessary to forever halt the operations of these churches.

Stage Three will accompany Stage Two and will seek to achieve the permanent disestablishment of these church corporations. Stage Three will have three aspects: legal, financial and spiritual.

a) Legal: Public Common Law Courts and Citizen Tribunals will be convened to bring to trial anyone suspected or guilty of crimes against children and humanity. These Courts will issue and enforce warrants to arrest the guilty and seize their assets and properties. Public Tribunals will operate as permanent citizen-led investigative bodies to monitor criminal churches and their partners, and bring charges and legal actions against them.

b) Financial: A long-term campaign of economic sanctions and sabotage will be brought against these churches to de-fund them and seize their assets, as is required under international law governing criminal bodies. These sanctions will be extensive and will include reducing church tithing and collections; nullifying their charitable tax-exempt status and their right to operate under the law; targeting individual donors and bequests, as well as the insurance companies that underwrite these churches; and imposing financial liens and lawsuits on individual church officers as responsible parties to a serial crime. The general aim will be to prevent these criminal churches from financially operating.

c) Spiritual: Recognizing the demonic nature of the Vatican-led crimes against children and humanity, our efforts are also aimed at the spiritual forces that rule these false churches. Our first public exorcism of the power behind the Vatican in October, 2009 disrupted that power and began its demise. Through divine grace, we will continue to use weapons of the spirit to expose and expel the unseen forces that sustain church criminality and corruption. Our aim is to disestablish those forces and their puppet church bodies and officials, and help release Christians from their spiritual enslavement to institutionalized evil.

The strategy behind Operation Atonement is both material and spiritual, designed to publicly and psychologically destroy the legitimacy of these false churches and nullify their authority. At every moment our campaign will appeal to the hearts and minds of the church members and the public, including the police and state authorities. Standing on the moral high ground as we always have done, our basic appeal will be that just and honest people have no place in murderous and duplicitous corporations; and that true Christians have no need for religious hierarchies. But accompanying this “carrot” will be the hard legal hammer that their funding or participation in such legally convicted churches makes them an accomplice in their crimes, and subject to arrest. This two-fold approach cannot be countered by church leaders without them opening the Pandora’s Box of their crimes that they must hide from their “flock”: an impossible, no-win scenario for them.

Similarly, governments are continually exposed by their use of our tax money to subsidize these felonious bodies, and by the refusal of their courts to prosecute proven church child rapists and killers. Both church and state are inherently on the defensive over the entire issue of church crimes, and can therefore be manipulated and provoked into the responses we want by our own relatively small forces. Again, we have shown in practice how possible this is, once even a tiny group acts with courage and persistence, and establishes the field of battle.

Coordination and Preparation

The organizing for Operation Atonement has already begun. Orientation handbooks and other material will be available by January 15, 2018. The general Operation will be coordinated by the ITCCS Directorate through its three Field Secretaries, in North America, Europe and Australia. Local affiliates and people in these respective areas should write to itccsoffice@gmail.com or to the emails listed below to connect with one of these Secretaries. The latter will help you organize your own local action group and will keep you updated and supplied.

Preparing for Operation Atonement begins with your own commttment to this sacred cause of protecting children and stopping their killers. Many of you may find yourself on your own, or in the company of only one or two others who are willing to take this course of action. Don’t be disheartened; others will join you when you begin to act. We have found that even a handful of people armed with the truth can force the biggest criminal institution into an irrational panic. Press that point of weakness and your efforts will be rewarded.

Repeal National Firearms Act, legalize machine guns

Finally! Republican Senate Candidate Goes On Offensive: Calls For Legalizing Machine Guns & Repealing National Firearms Act

Seriously, we need more of this!  Lots more of this!  A US Senate candidate from Missouri has ruffled a lot of feather in both political parties, but for good reason and good cause after he called for “going on the offensive” and legalizing machine guns and repealing the National Firearms Act.

American producer, writer, political activist, and commentator Austin Petersen is fed up with hearing the whining from the little Communists and the big ones in our country as they attack our God-given rights and our Constitution.

He has watched as they have advanced their agenda in DC and in the states and wants to stop playing defense with those who attack the Second Amendment and start playing offense.

On Wednesday evening, Petersen sent tweeted something that I have longed to hear on the Second Amendment from a person seeking to represent the people.

“Time to stop playing defense on the 2ndAmendment and start going on the offense. It’s time we start talking about legalizing machine guns and repealing the National Firearms Act entirely,” Petersen tweeted.

“Enjoy your stay!” the sign also reads, before adding, “We have ONE jail and 356 cemeteries.”

The sheriff responsible for the sign, Mike Jolley, had previously triggered the leftist media after he paid $553 out-of-pocket for a sign in 2015 telling visitors the county is “politically incorrect.”



“WARNING: Harris County is politically incorrect. We say: Merry Christmas, God Bless America and In God We Trust. We salute our troops and our flag. If this offends you… LEAVE!”

Jolley told Fox News he’s an Army vet and doesn’t care if anyone’s offended by the message.

“I spent 20 years in the army to give everyone the right to disagree with me or anyone else,” the sheriff said on Fox & Friends. “Hopefully, if they disagree, they can voice that opinion. But if it offends them, truly offends them, maybe they’re in the wrong country.”

The sheriff says reactions to his latest sign have been “98 to 99 percent supportive,” according to local media.

Dear Mr. Trump, Don't Be a Chump!

The Russian killed in the UK was killed by the UK using Russian poison to frame the Russian Government.

Why?

Because in addition to revealing their illicit interference in Central Europe and Asia, he was going to tell you about British interference in America.

Interference in our elections. Interference in our government. Interference in our economy. Interference in our stock and commodities markets. Interference in our trade policies. Interference in our courts.

Wake up, Donald. The alarm bells are ringing.

The enemy of America and the American People has always been the British Empire -- the British Monarch and the British Crown--- and while generations of Americans have slept on deluded by a bunch of British Bunko, it is essential that you wake up right about now.

Who was it we were fighting in the Revolution? And again in 1812? And who set up the whole situation embroiling the entire Middle East in endless war? And who has undermined your Presidency and used the Territorial United States to undermine our Constitution and bleed our country dry? Who guided the wreck of our trade policies? Who was Barack Obama, a Kenyan National, working for?

Who set up all the bankruptcy fraud schemes at the banking conference of 1898? And again at the Geneva Conventions in May of 1930?

The British Monarchs and the British Crown.

They are our enemies --first, last, and always. They are at the bottom of every stinking pile of intrigue, deceit, war-mongering, and violence that has ever been played on us in our entire history. And they are just trying to "play upon" you and other world leaders again.

Who engineered and dragged us into both World War I and World War II?

Not the Russians. Not the Chinese.

Death to Democracy

Once you start thinking, you will quickly realize that "something is wrong" in this country, and that it has been wrong for a very long time.

We have covered many of the various things that are wrong and why they are wrong, but this one deserves special comment.

All your life you have heard about "democracy"--- endlessly. We grow up hearing about how we need to defend democracy and spread democracy, but nobody ever tells you what democracy is or tries to justify why anyone would defend or spread it.

Democracy is Mob Rule.

If 51% of your neighbors want to eat you for breakfast or use your yard for a roller derby or rape your wife in public, hey, that's okay in a democracy.

You might as well call it a "demon-cracy" because the mindless lust and greed of the Mob is the only real law in a democracy. Anything and I do mean -- ANYTHING -- goes in a democracy as long as a majority of people want it.

So what is this "American Democracy" they tout? It turns out to be the government of our ugly British half-sister, the Territorial United States, but they are conveniently confusing it with our lawful Union of republican states, which function under a different law and political system entirely.

Once again, the fraud artists are at it, presenting their version of "democracy" -- as "American".

It's "American" in the same sense as South America is "American".

The actual United States of America isn't a democracy of any kind and never has been. We honor the sanctity and the rights of every man and woman, and we assert and protect those rights against mobs and against mob mentality, too.

To call us a democracy is a venal insult and affront. The idea that we should support and fight for the spread of democracy is antithetical to everything that America stands for.

It is one more big example of how dumbed-down and ignorant we have been to allow and identify with this idea of "American Democracy".

It is also a Big, Fat Example of just how corrupt, mindless, and in the end, discredited, their government is. In order to run a democracy you need a 51% mandate from the people subscribing to your government.

The biggest number on record for participation in any of their elections -- EVER -- that I have been able to find is 29%. And the majority in that election was a whopping 17% of the eligible voters.

They've been running on the premise that whoever shows up and votes, that "majority" rules, but that is not the majority required by a democracy, which needs a 51% or greater mandate to proceed with any action.

So, even as a democracy, one of the worst and most corrupt forms of government ever devised, they can't play it straight. They have to fudge everything and pretend to have a mandate.

Well, since they have advertised to the entire world that they are a democracy and they have touted statutory law and code as their law --- why not ask to see the public mandate allowing them to exist? Let's see the mandates supporting each and every one of these statutes and codes?

Capacity - The Root of Confusion

A one time or another in your life you have heard the question asked, "What's your capacity?"  or  "In what capacity were you acting?"   This might have come up in any number of situations.  You might have even heard it in a court room or in relation to someone driving "in an impaired capacity".  

Identifying your capacity has two main components ---  describing the role you are playing at a given time or in a given situation , and secondly, the authority under which you are playing that role.  

Some capacities are mutually exclusive, such that you cannot be acting in both capacities at the same time.  You can't be a "sovereign citizen" because it is impossible to act as a sovereign and as a slave at the same time.  You can't be a "private citizen" because you can't act in a private capacity at the same time that you are acting in a public capacity. 

People who attack me and call me a "fake judge" and who otherwise attempt to discredit my credentials don't understand the capacity in which I am acting. 

I explain it this way:  there are two jurisdictions, land and sea. This in turn gives rise to two different jury pools, one called a "jural assembly" and another called a "jural society".  

I work for the Jural Assembly of the Alaska State as a Justice operating a land jurisdiction court. 

I do not work for the Jural Society of the State of Alaska in any capacity whatsoever. 

Thanks to the Great Fraud perpetuated against us, the courts owed to the land jurisdiction of this country have largely been vacated since 1965 and people have forgotten about them. 

Not understanding the capacity in which I act then gives rise to false assumptions  about the requirements of my office.  

People assume that I must be a member of the Alaska Bar Association, but in fact, the opposite is true. Bar Members can't serve in a land jurisdiction court. 

In an effort to keep things straight, land jurisdiction judges are properly called "justices" and sea jurisdiction judges are called "judges" but since average people don't know the difference anymore, it does little good to make the distinction. 

Perhaps we, the growing body of American Justices, need to wear green robes and our counterparts in the sea courts need to wear blue robes, to help people grasp the difference in capacity and jurisdiction--- land and sea --- that is involved. 

Another common confusion about capacity arises when people claim back their birthright political status and then want to do things like sign petitions and vote in federal elections and call "their" Congressman. 

Lets be very clear about this.  When you reclaim your birthright status you are no longer acting in the capacity of a "voter".  You are declaring yourself to be an "elector".  

You no longer sign "petitions" in the capacity of a British subject begging for relief. You direct your public servants to do your Will. 

You also recognize the fact that these people deceptively calling themselves "Congressmen" are not your Congressmen.  They are members of the Territorial United States Congress and the Municipal United States Congress, not the National United States Congress, which has been vacant since 1861. 

When you claim your birthright estate and correct the falsified public records, you are able to act in a different and new capacity.  You are no longer acting as a British conscript, obligated to obey every whim of a foreign government.  You have a new capacity as a non-citizen American national to fulfill.  

That capacity enables you to form your local County Jural Assembly, to elect your county land jurisdiction Sheriff, to elect your land jurisdiction Justices to your actual land jurisdiction County Court --- and from there, you are able to assemble your State Jural Assembly and elect your State Justices and also elect State Deputies to attend the National-level Congressional Assembly.

Finally, you are also enabled to elect National Deputies to attend the Continental Congress. 

This is how the organizational structure of your lawful government looks:

Continental Congressional Assembly (Philadelphia /Non-Delegated Powers)

As you will note there are two (2) Congressional Assemblies, one that meets in Washington, DC to administer the delegated powers, and one that (originally)

meets in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to administer the non-delegated powers. 

After the new capitol was built, Congress moved all its meetings to DC -- which  turned out to be a mistake.  With the same men acting in two different capacities but meeting in the same location, it was natural for the lines to get blurred between their administration of the delegated powers and their administration of the non-delegated powers----- and also for their loyalties to get confused. 

Today the members of Congress, even the Senators, do not act as Fiduciary Deputies chosen by electors. 

Instead, they act as unaccountable "Representatives" of corporate shareholders, holding proxies from voters.
