A Tale of Four Companies

If you read history and read it closely you will notice all sorts of odd things.

You will learn that on the ninth day of September in 1776, the Americans created an unincorporated international Holding Company and called it: The United States of America.

Please note that "The" is part of the Proper Name of The United States of America, and it is always capitalized. Notice that there is never any reference to incorporation, no "Inc." designation, because it isn't incorporated.

The United States of America is what is called a "Federation" of States, in this case, now-fifty sovereign States, operating as one entity in international jurisdiction to secure their mutual best interest.

Then, as you are reading The Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783, which ended The Revolutionary War, you will see that King George III is named as the Arch-Treasurer of something called "the" United States of America.

Please note that this is a British commercial entity chartered by the King. The word "the" is not part of its Proper Name and is never capitalized.
So almost from the get-go, you have two entities, one British, one American, both called "United States of America" and indistinguishable from each other, except for the use of the definite article, "The" or "the".
The United States of America = unincorporated American Holding Company....the United States of America = British commercial corporation.... and both of these entities operate exclusively in the International Jurisdiction of the Sea.
Really makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Were the Brits so lacking in imagination that they couldn't think of a different name for their corporation? Or was infringement of copyrights and deliberate confusion of identities an object of desire from the very start?

When you research the genesis of the name "United States" you will find a parallel development, only instead of the British King, it was the Roman Pontificate of the Holy See involved via their Postmaster, Benjamin Franklin, who established the first United States Post Office in 1754-- some two decades before The Revolution got started.

So Mr. Franklin invented "the" United States and the Holy See chartered it, and it was only later, after the Colonies unanimously declared their independence, that "The United States" came into being as a "Union of States" operating in Global Jurisdiction.

Again, the only way you can tell the difference between the unincorporated American Union of States doing business as "The United States" and the Roman Catholic corporation doing business as "the United States" is the use of the definite article: "The" or "the".
Were the Americans so dull they couldn't think of another name? Did Ben Franklin convince them to use "United States" so that his already-established (foreign and separate) Post Office could serve as the first seat of government?
We may never know the whole story, but what we do have in front of us is very odd and telling:
The United States of America [Unincorporated] = American
The United States [Unincorporated] = American
the United States of America (Inc.) = British
the United States (Inc.) = Holy See
From the very beginning of our country there is an obvious effort to "mirror" our public companies by foreign commercial corporations---- and for what purpose, but to create confusion and constructive fraud?
Less than a century later the perpetrators took good advantage when the Scottish Government got into the act and chartered it's own version: The United States of America [Incorporated].

Because Scottish Law didn't require them to declare the nature of their business entity -- whether unincorporated or incorporated, they got away with using the exact same name as our original Holding Company. Without the "Incorporated" versus "Unincorporated" designation it is literally impossible to tell the difference:

"The United States of America" [Unincorporated] = American Holding Company.
"The United States of America" [Incorporated] = Scottish commercial corporation.
It was the Scottish corporation that set up shop in 1868 with the blessings of the British Territorial "United States" Congress and which published it's own Articles of Incorporation as a new "Constitution" for the British concession we saw in The Definitive Treaty of Peace, Paris, 1783: "the" United States of America.
At this point, the British corporation dba The United States of America was "re-constituting" itself as a modern Commercial Corporation. And using this further semantic deceit as an excuse to call their new charter document "The Constitution of the United States of America" they pulled off the biggest constructive fraud of all time, using nothing more than semantic deceit.
People throughout the world naturally assumed that "The United States of America" had to be "the same as" our unincorporated Holding Company that had been doing business under an identical name since 1776.
The Great Fraud was off and running.
The paperwork this commercial corporation published as "The Constitution of the United States of America" in 1868 was not a constitution in the same sense as the Federal United States Constitutions published in 1787, 1789, and 1790 ---and was instead merely Scottish-issued Articles of Incorporation mimmicking the Territorial United States Constitution of 1789.
The vermin promoting this could now operate a brand new deceitfully and similarly named commercial corporation and substitute it for the actual Territorial Government and Constitution the American States and People were owed.

This explains why the States no longer ratify "constitutional" amendments. The actual Territorial United States Constitution ratified in 1789 requires that a majority of States must authorize every Amendment, but the Scottish Commercial Corporation only required approval from the Board of Directors: the same treasonous members of the Territorial United States Congress that engineered and self-approved these changes. Thus they usurped power from the actual States by deceit and made it easier for themselves to change 'the" Constitution and pass it off as changing "The" Constitution.

They snuck into our nest like cuckoo-birds and pulled it off, usurping first the Territorial United States Government, and then sponsoring new "State of State" corporate franchises to usurp upon the original Federal States of States.
Again, the schtick was the same -- merely a difference between "The" and "the". Their corporate franchise "ringer" operated as "the" State of Georgia usurped upon The State of Georgia.
By 1907, the Scottish ringer was bankrupt.
And their Creditors showed up on our doorsteps wanting payment from the American version of The United States of America. And we paid them.
So the set was ready for more bad behavior from our other "Trustees"--- the Popes.
In 1925 they set up a Delaware Corporation called "United States of America". In 1927, they set up the "Internal Revenue Service" as a collection agency. In 1933, their wheelman, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, bankrupted this version of "the" United States of America, and again, we paid for it all
The European schemers were more than ever encouraged. They'd got that much. Why not go for it all?
They set up the "UNITED STATES" (Rome) and the "USA, Inc." (British) and numerous affliliates and subsidiaries and created an entire mercenary army of unelected and unaccountable alphabet soup "agencies" to control and territorize us and racketeer on our shores.

They pillaged and plundered and racked up "hypothecated" debt against our good names and other assets, promoted the biggest mortgage fraud scheme in history, and then in 2015, after doubling their "National Debt", the UNITED STATES declared bankruptcy, and left us to hold the bag--- again.

And in 2017, the Territorial Government followed suit.
So all their Creditors are lined up on our doorsteps again.
And meanwhile, our Trustees, have been pretending that the real Americans are all gone, can't be found, have abandoned all their inheritance and assets--- ready to be claimed by the banks as "unclaimed property".
What they couldn't steal outright they intended to give away to their Creditors for a share of the spoils. No wonder they billed it as the "Greatest Wealth Transfer" in history.
Imagine their choking amazement when we showed up and cited both Chapter and Verse?
If a herd of horses had surrounded the Pope and started talking to him, he couldn't have been more stunned.
And then, he realized that a good share of this fraud and Breach of Trust was done in his name and the name of the Church.
To his credit, Benedict XVI took immediate steps to correct, and to his credit, Francis has continued to pursue reform.
The Queen, in my estimation did little or nothing to reform and showed no sign of repentance while Mr. Obama was in Office. It has only been since Donald Trump took Office that she has done anything substantial toward paying her own debts and correcting the operations of her agents on our shores.
There is still much to be desired from the Queen and her Consort, such as the return of our share of the "Life Force Value Annuities" which Prince Philip received under false presumptions in April 2017, and the return of all our intellectual properties, all rights, titles and interests, all copyrights and patents, and the payment of all the leases and fees we are owed -- return of all the bogus mortgages and internal revenue taxes we never owed, all the birth certificates, everything in fact that is rightfully ours -- free and clear and restored.

We clearly view this entire circumstance as a gigantic multiple generational fraud scheme --- a commercial crime, not a matter of politics, having no statute of limitation.

We are clearly presenting our Federation of States, The United States of America--- Unincorporated, and operating our Flag Ship in International Jurisdiction.

We have seized upon all assets of the Municipal and Territorial United States and their franchises. We have rolled these assets back into the possession of and to the jurisdiction of the sovereign States, where they are not subject to seizure by any Secondary Creditors.

As of October 9, 2018, the Delegated Powers have returned to us by Operation of Law --- the automatic result of having all three levels of the "Federal Government" rendered incompetent at the same time, and our official action accepting their return.

This means that no "U.S. Bankruptcy Trustees" have any further authority here. We are the Priority Creditors and Heirs. We are in possession and our claims are cured. With our pending agreement, the debts will disappear and all Third Party interests will be subsumed.

Mr. Trump needs to work with us to finish the lawful conversion necessary to return all the assets to the realm of Public Law and restore our lawful courts and correct our public records and get our government "of the people, for the people, and by the people" booted up, funded, and fully operational.

This will be a test of our National Will and our ability to act self-responsibly in our own best interests, as well as our Good Faith enabling other nations to do the same.

The domination of living men by corporations and crime syndicates is at an end. We now face and accept our right and duty to self-govern in all respects, now and forevermore.

"The National Credit" -- My First YouTube Video -- By Me -- Ever

There are milestones in every life. For me, a woman plagued by shyness, a big one came yesterday.  I made my first YouTube video. You can imagine the stress that put me under.  It is under five minutes long. 

My dog could pant and roll over and be more entertaining, but....the information is crucial.  Go to YouTube and look up "The National Credit".  That's right --- The National Credit, not the National Debt. 

I am not confused, but everyone else sure seems to be.

A Federal Reserve Note is a Promissory Note --- an I.O.U.

When you accept an I.O.U. as "payment" for actual goods and services, a debt is created and assessed against the party offering the I.O.U.

So that is the source of the "National Debt" that has accrued to the Territorial and Municipal United States and the Federal Reserve since 1913.

They have been getting something --- actual goods and services --- for nothing but paper and hot air.

So, yes, their "National Debt" is actual, factual debt and that debt accrues interest, etc., like any other debt.  And most of that debt is owed to us, the American States and People of this country.  We are by far their Priority Creditors.

On our side of the ledger -- the side of the living people and the actual States -- the credit owed to us for our goods and services continues to be owed and collects interest.

So we get richer and they get poorer with every transaction that occurs. 

However, we have been "blocked" from having access to our wealth and instead, our purported "Trustees" have been using our accumulated wealth as a gigantic investment fund.  They have used it to secure majority ownership interest in all the Fortune 500 Companies and to rig commodity markets including currency markets from here to Bangkok and we've never seen a dime.

Instead, all we hear is the Territorial and Municipal United States officials poor mouthing about their "National Debt" and more than a few of us assume that the "U.S. National Debt" is something we owe --- when in fact, it is mostly owed to us.  

And here we are, rich beyond Midas on paper and in terms of actual assets, working like dumb animals in a treadmill, and our purported Trustees (the Popes and British Monarchs and the members of "the" United States Congress) and their bankers are sitting like cats in cream enjoying our money and exercising our power "for" us, bilking us, reducing us to poverty, and ignoring the National Debt of our subcontractors.

But we have news for them and good news for Mr. Trump.  At least nine-tenths of his "National Debt" is owed to us.  We are his Priority Creditors. And we have enough money and credit on the books to: (1) wipe away the U.S. National Debt like a fly-speck; or (2) simply forgive the debt and get him out of hock and out from under the thumb and forefingers of any international bankruptcy trustees.

And then, maybe, with a renewed sense of duty and understanding of how this country is supposed to work, we can combine forces to put the rest of the screws where they need to go.

That is the import and meaning of my first YouTube video addressed to President Donald J. Trump and the American People.

Basically--- let's stop being stupid. Reconcile the accounts and go after the crooks.  Make America great again. Make the whole world great again.

How bad was Fukushima blown away? So bad that an entire section of Japan had to have the first three inches of top soil stripped from the ground by workers, countless numbers of which have died, and these people who have died were Japan's homeless, who were pulled from the streets by the Israeli controlled Yakuza mafia and forced to work until the radiation killed them.

Unlike the heroic pilots who died in Russia with honors after putting Chernobyl out, Japan's dead will be buried in the homeless stats. Obviously such a story would eventually have proof evident everywhere, despite efforts to contain it. Well, to blow the lid off and prove that countless workers really have been stripping the top three inches of soil off of a large section of Japan all you now have to do is google "black bags fukushima" and images of these cleanup bags will now be prominent. I guess they figured the topic had cooled off enough to let this level of truth out.
All the stories about seepage into the pacific are straw man reports that are out there to hide the bigger reality - millions of times as much radiation is getting into the Pacific via rainwater runoff from all over Eastern Japan, where reactor 3 is now laid out like pepper.

I know the above headline sounds too incredible to be true, but it is definitely true. Organized crime is usually tied to intelligence agencies at the top, and it is the Israeli Mossad, the same group that fronted Magna BSP, that is now handling Fukushima "cleanup" via control of Japan's Yakuza mafia. The Yakuza and the Israeli mafia formed an alliance with each other in 1990. Take a look at what is here, it may sound too "out there" to be true, but it definitely is true.

UPDATE: CONFIRMED BY REUTERS - over 50,000 people now doing cleanup of radioactive debris from reactor 3. FINALLY the real numbers. Unconfirmed blogs say medical professionals have recorded over 800 radiation deaths of cleanup workers and have been told to keep their mouths shut under heavy threat in the name of "national security". THAT MAKES SENSE.

Updated Dec 14 2015 For now, there are an officially claimed 5,000 workers doing fukushima cleanup, at least that is the number the ziopress is willing to admit to. I guess they think that is a believable number that people can cope with. But there is a huge problem with this number. And that is -
Over 700 different registered companies and at least 50 unregistered companies are involved in cleanup of radioactive debris left in the wake of the reactor 3 explosion. Virtually ALL of these companies are Yakuza mafia run. And if over 700 of these companies add up to 5,000 people, it means that only seven people per company are working fukushima cleanup. That is not a believable number. It is my guess that the real number is between 50,000 and 100,000 people are working on Fukushima cleanup, numbers so high that they would result in hard questions being asked by the greater nuclear community and that is why the real numbers are being kept silent.
The official story right from the beginning is that the explosions were hydrogen gas explosions which would be harmless and incapable of spreading a lot of radioactive material. That is the only thing that can match a realistic scenario for boiling water reactors. You cannot, with such a reactor, get expulsion of hard material up into the atmosphere. Due to the inherent nature of the system, the only disaster scenario that can happen is melt downs and not explosions and expulsions of reactor cores. And since having huge amounts of radioactive debris spread over miles cannot in any non warfare, HARDWARE ONLY related situation happen, it is the job of the scamming ziopress and fake alternative press to hide the reality that this indeed happened, a reality which resulted in the need for an epic cleanup effort.

Reactor 3 never melted down before the explosion. It was destroyed by a nuclear weapon while still fully functional. This is the only thing that matches the scenario for what actually happened.

What proves this to be the case? It is the large amount of dust from the reactor core, dust which is now being cleaned up by thousands of admitted to, and probably upwards of a hundred thousand people. Reactor fuel pellets in a boiling water reactor are composed of uranium oxide dust which has a zircon cladding around the dust to keep it in pellet form. If the reactors had melted down before the explosions, there would have been no dust, the fuel would instead have been in the form of a liquid that would not have spread so readily and floated on the wind. Furthermore, it took an extreme kinetic event to pulverize the fuel pellets and send the uranium oxide dust inside them skyward. To do this, first the explosion had to penetrate a final thick concrete shield immediately surrounding the reactor that is inside the inner containment. It then had to completely blow away the reactor pressure vessel, which is several inches of solid steel thick. After that, it then had to blow apart the core, to get to the fuel pellets, and THEN have enough energy left in the shock wave to pulverize the fuel pellets and send them skyward in the form of dust. There is no conventional weapon on earth that could do that, only a nuclear weapon could, and the proof that this event did indeed happen via a beyond conventional explosion is the fact that much of Japan is now completely covered in this dust. Neither the hardware of the reactor itself or conventional weaponry could create such a scenario.
And the bigger point is that if the reactors had only melted down, there would be no cleanup needed outside of the power facility. Yet melt downs are the only scenario the laws of physics support with the given materials and hardware absent a nuclear weapon blast, so melt downs are what scam sites like ENE news and others are pushing with regard to the dead starfish. And melt downs and open air gas explosions would never have destroyed or breached the inner containments, only explosives would, so why are these containments now leaking?

The key to keeping the lid on all of this now is silence from the workers

And that is precisely why they are being given death threats for speaking up about what is really going on with all of this. Obviously after the explosions, whatever was left of the reactors melted completely down. But at the time of the explosions there could not possibly have been melted reactor cores, the hard material now being cleaned up over 20 km away could not have come from that scenario.

And HOW IN THE HELL DID THE ISRAELI CONTROLLED YAKUZA MAFIA GET THIS JOB? I will tell you how - If you want to cover up a crime scene, have criminal organizations in charge of the cover up. People are dying left and right out at Fukushima because there is so much nuclear material laying around in the open compliments of reactor 3's core ejection. Since we have a scenario that could not have happened absent an act of war, criminals have to handle it if it is to remain a suitable secret. If anyone speaks up, BOOM, they are dead. If anyone steps out of line, a bullet to the head. And Tepco could not possibly get away with this, they are not the ones in charge of it. All this criminal activity is taking place under the radar, via mafia controlled subcontractors with Jewish overlords at the top.

Japan is absolutely screwed

The contamination ended up being exactly what I said it would be from the beginning. But I was wrong about something - and that is that rather than abandon land, the Japanese are actually going to clean it up. This will involve the removal of all vegetation from thousands of square kilometers of land, and the top five centimeters of soil from all of that land. The cleanup does not only involve the exclusion zone, it extends all of the way through Sendai.

And the big question is, WHY is this only coming to light NOW? I will tell you exactly why. It took this long for the public to mostly forget that officially, the fukushima disaster was only a little steam and a little loose gas. And Tepco could not and did not front a lie like that, the lie HAD TO come straight from the ziopress. Tepco initially stated that the radiation released was, in their own words "immeasurable" but the ziopress and nuclear blackmail silenced them within two days of them saying it. Now, over two years later, the public concience is sleeping on the topic and it is FINALLY safe for the ziopress to tell pieces of the truth, first starting with obscure news outlets such as AlJazeera because with an event that far back in the past people won't care about the details and Tepco has been successfully blackballed.

They now have to begin telling at least pieces of the truth, because the scenario on the ground has become too obvious for the official lie to cover up. They are obviously calculating what information to release at what time to avoid having too many lights go on all at once.

The least influential people in Japan are doing the cleanup

The mafia contractors are taking the drug addicts, homeless, and other extremely disadvantaged and unsophisticated people and using them exclusively for the cleanup, especially at Fukushima proper. They are not having geniuses go in there. And there are reasons for this - this low economic class will produce the fewest complaints after being destroyed by the radiation, and this particular class of people will mostly lack the ability to question what is going on and what really happened to those reactors. It is also because These people are largely isolated and disposable, and few people, if any at all will notice if they die. The fact that death threats are being issued at all, the fact that the Mafia is involved with this at all should say it all.

In order to cover up a war crime this big, a police state style management had to happen to keep the people silent, which Japan does not have via the government. The mafia had to be brought in, and you can't tell me the Japanese government is unaware. The Japanese government would not permit the cleanup via the mafia to happen as it is happening, but they are allowing it to proceed the way it is because they are under threat, which is: In Magna BSP's own words, with only 12 employees, IDF front company Magna BSP is handling the security for ALL of Japan's reactors. Magna has to be an IDF/Mossad front company, because 12 people could not possibly either protect or threaten that many reactors. 12 claimed employees means it can only be a mafia style protection racket that is "protecting" Japan's reactors, a "protection" racket which is run by the top criminals in the highest political places outside of Japan - and if Japan steps out of line, Stuxnet and more nukes go hot and it is BOOM to more reactors.

YOU GOT THAT RIGHT. VIA CONTROL OVER THE LOCAL YAKUZA MAFIA THE ISRAELI MAFIA IS RUNNING A MAJORITY OF THE SUBCONTRACTORS THAT ARE HIRING PEOPLE TO WORK FUKUSHIMA, AND I HAVE PROOF. I MANAGED TO DIG WELL ENOUGH AND HAVE CONFIRMED - THE HEAVILY ISRAELI MOSSAD INFLUENCED ISRAELI MAFIA IS RUNNING MOST OF THE SUBCONTRACTING FIRMS HANDLING FUKUSHIMA CLEANUP VIA CONTROL OF LOCAL JAPANESE YAKUZA MAFIA GROUPS. WITH THE ISRAELI MAFIA ALSO RUNNING THE GLOBAL SEX SLAVE TRADE, THEY ARE VERY ADEPT AT KEEPING BIG SECRETS HIDDEN. Now we know why at least one worker received death threats for speaking up about what is really going on out there.

Working in Tokyo for the Israeli Mafia

This is the account of a witness to the Israeli mafia in Japan. It is indeed there and in control of the Yakuza

Note - I lived in Japan for almost a decade. The Israelis have had a strong presence there for at least 2 decades. On the cover of the Japan Times, circa 1990, there was a small article stating that the Israeli Mafia and the Japanese Mafia had formed a pact. I knew an Iranian who sold drugs for the Japanese mob (Yakuza). He said some Iranian Jews he knew were selling jewelry in Tokyo and making $2000 a day - in actuality, they were selling hash and meth to the Japanese. Some (not all) of these Israeli street hawkers are really in the drug trade. More than a few of them get jobs in Tokyo through connections in Bangkok at Israeli run guest houses, like the ones on Khao San Road.
There are better ways to make a living.
It'said that a fool and his money are soon parted. And that' exactly why there are so many Israelis selling jewelry on the streets of Japan and theyare making it even easier. The set-up is like this: You get yourself to Japan and the Israelis will find some cheap accommodation for you. If you're hard up they might even lend you a bit of money for the first week or two. Then after a few days of hanging around the stalls of the other sellers, learning the tricks of hard sell and some basic Japanese, you'll be given a pitch of your own. You'll be driven to work every day and set up four boards of jewelery and one table for the fake watches. For every item there is a minimum price, but you get 40% of the gross so you sell them for whatever you can get away with.
And then you're on your own. For the next 10 hours you do your best to lie, flirt, bully and manipulate by any means possible anyone and everyone who passes by into buying something. "Please, sir! Come and look at my shop! Looking is free only! I make you good price! Buy something for your girlfriend!" Sound familiar? Yes, you have to become just like all those merchants and hawkers who drove you crazy all across Asia. Believe me, you'll feel more sympathy for them in the future.
You'll fleece drunken salary men returning from a night out at a blowjob bar, bimbos looking for a new Gucci accessory, and naive teenagers who want to buy their first Rolex. And if you can't agree about the price? Well, this is a society of Samurai, after all. Looking some defiant student in the eye, I'd draw back my shoulders and say:
"Are you a man?"

"Then let's play junken!"

But whatever you do, don't convert the prices into dollars in your head because you'll die laughing. You can sell pieces of purple string to put around the wrist for $15. It all depends on your confidence. Once, my friend told me, our boss was hanging around his stall and he set down on the table some lighter that he'd bought at 7-11 for two dollars. Some drunken businessman came along and fell in love with the thing. He was talked into buying it for $100.
Of course, the business is not exactly legal. I was working on a busy shopping street over Christmas, and in 10 days the police closed me down 35 times. They'd march up to my stall and shout angrily in Japanese I would pretend not to understand. They'd make me sign some form in Japanese, then I'd turn off the lights and look sorry. On the bad days, though, when rain came with the cold and random street aggravation, I hated the work as much as my own corrupted soul for sinking so low as to take such a job.
Still, I was lucky. Over three months I managed to save about US$3,000, but others I met only managed to cover their costs. This is definitely a job best suited to pretty girls and good liars

These collectively show that there is a very strong presense of the Israeli mafia operating in Japan, and as far back as 1990 the Israeli mafia had united with Yakuza. This is to once again re-state that Northern Japan is basically ruined and the hype about radioactive water leaking into the ocean is practically meaningless when put in contrast with the massive shot of radiation the Pacific got from the explosion at reactor 3.

I am not going to be like CNN and Fox, sitting around saying only a little steam got out, nor am I going to say that the Pacific is dying because of Fukushima. This is mostly because all the anomalies in the Pacific are simultaneously occurring in the Atlantic. The starfish issue is not related to Fukushima, something else is amiss. For something that is actually true about Fukushima and damn spooky, Click here, and remember, the readings of 1,000 times over normal are OUTSIDE THE DECLARED DANGER ZONE just like I said it would be. Crazy stuff indeed. Watch for ENE to parrot this.

Obviously, since the reactors used uranium with a half life of many millions of years, and Plutonium, with a half life of thousands of years, and this stuff is dispersed evenly over a large area, there will be no practical way to clean any of this up. If you bury it, erosion will eventually expose it, and how can you scrape up the surface of every mountain, valley, field, or other terrain features and dispose of the entire top layer of the earth? That cannot happen, Japan really is screwed. On the other side of the issue however is the Pacific. Ordinary people are going out with their own geiger counters and finding nothing wrong. No damning radiation stats are forthcoming from the starfish crowd. Oceanographers are calling it a massive viral outbreak involving both the Pacific and the Atlantic. And I therefore believe there is a huge effort underway by usurpers of the truth movement to get people all scared over Fukushima, never tell them Israel did it, blame Tepco and the nuclear industry, and side track the truth movement AWAY from the real issues, such as Stuxnet at home, tainted vaccines, the encroaching police state, the Obama care disaster (and NO, you CANNOT opt out so I did not link that crap) and many other issues we should all be focused on.
The big dirty at Fukushima already happened, and it happened when reactor 3 had its guts blown into the Pacific compliments of Magna BSP and the IDF. If there is a radiation problem in the pacific right now which I seriously doubt, it came from the big blast and not from a little ground water seeping in from the shoreline. It came from the big blast, which was carried by the wind into the ocean. This horrible contamination in Japan is the result of whatever dust was laying around after the big blast in the immediate vicinity of reactor 3 and then subsequently carried abroad. Had the wind currents been different and had the entire core been dispersed over land and not the ocean immediately following the blast, it would have literally cut Japan in half.
There is no doubt a lot got dumped into the Pacific, enough to make the water beneath the initial dust trail from reactor 3 240 times the safe limit within 10 miles of the coast. That has since dispersed. But that is a comparably small area, and I do not buy that it would contaminate the entire ocean. The starfish have had trouble off the coast for years now, even before Fukushima ever happened and it takes more time for the ocean currents from Japan to even hit the west coast than the current starfish die off can support, this die off started happening too soon for that. True, the water should be arriving at the coast right around now, but this starfish die off has been ongoing for two years.

Oceanographers are saying it is a virus and not Fukushima doing this. So are they all bought out by the Israeli Mossad too? Did Israel go into damage control mode and pay all of the oceanographers to shut up? Oh, I get it, TEPCO PAID THEM ALL OFF INSTEAD.

If anyone believes the west coast is frying from fukushima while the oceanographers say nada, I would say it is time for the thinking cap. If ENE and Infowars can say the ocean is destroyed with a web site, the oceanographers can say so as well. No one is shutting anyone up over this. Why are the oceanographers saying it is not Fuku then? How did the Pacific ocean currents carry Fuku fallout to the Atlantic to kill the starfish there as well?

And about the latest propaganda row over how the workers are treated at Fukushima, blame it on Israel. Find out who is running those subcontractor companies. I bet a dime to a dollar they are all Mossad fronts, issuing death threats against workers to NOT talk about how it could not possibly have been hydrogen gas that destroyed the place. If any are smart enough to figure out what really went on there, it is shut up or die, straight from the mouth of the Mossad. COUNT ON IT.

THEY used The United States of America [Unincorporated], as the Credit Account in their Double Accrual Accounting System adopted in 1946.  We got all the assets and credit accumulation, while they kept the debt as a control mechanism. 

The two sides of the ledger were never reconciled, with the result that we got richer and richer and had the full benefit of all accruals and interest undisturbed, while they did nothing but gather debt, debt, and more debt. 

This is anti-intuitive until you realize the aims of the Vermin. 

First, the Popes and the British Monarchs, had to demonstrate their stewardship of our assets.  What better than to keep our assets locked up and earning interest?

Second, by keeping our credit and assets pooled they could form a gigantic investment fund they controlled. This allowed commodity and resource rigging on a vast scale, culminating in the establishment of the Exchange Stabilization Fund, which allowed them to control currency supplies and values worldwide.

Third, they established so-called “Private Placement Trading Platforms” – this allowed them to invest our assets by “blocking accounts” for specific periods of time and leveraging the assets in those accounts via pre-determined contracts based on fractional reserve banking conventions.  This allowed them to profit 5-10X the asset value, without actually moving or risking the original underlying assets.

Fourth, the runaway accrual of debt on the USA, Inc. and UNITED STATES, INC. side of the ledger let the politicians Poor Mouth for increased taxes. “The National Debt” also justified paying more and more to the “government” and the widespread belief that we were deep in debt then made bankruptcy of the government corporations seem reasonable, if not inevitable.

And what was this all leading up to? 

The Secondary Creditors --we are the Priority Creditors-- were counting on us not claiming our assets.  

When the bankruptcy of the “United States of America, Inc.” settled in 1999, the World Bank (one of the original perpetrators) stepped forward and claimed approximately $387 billion worth of American gold confiscated by FDR as “unclaimed” property. 

All the schemers counted on pulling the same schtick on a much vaster scale now-- and got caught.

So now what? 

We take control as the Priority Creditors, we forgive a lot of debts, restructure others, and get the planet back in order. It's not that difficult.

Michael Savage Calls on Trump to Order Arrest of Antifa Members

Homeland Security should “round up the leadership”

Radio host Michael Savage has called on President Trump to direct Homeland Security to arrest prominent members of Antifa, labeling the organization a “domestic terrorist group”.

During an interview with the American Mirror, Savage said the group should be treated like the new Weather Underground.

“I think they have declared themselves to be a terrorist organization,” said Savage, pointing to a story from last month about how Antifa members strategized how they could carry out “ambushes and assassinations” to further their political agenda.

“They’re absolutely a domestic terrorist group, what else would anyone call them?” asked Savage.



He then called for the Department of Homeland Security to “round up the leadership and arrest them,” adding, “what else do you do, wait for them to kill people?”

Savage warned that the left are “in a revolution” and would continue to enact it by “smearing and destroying anyone who stands in their way — first verbally and then physically.”

“They are absolutely on the warpath. There’s very little opposition,” he added, noting that those on the far-left still revere Communist regimes that engaged in mass executions of political enemies.

Savage is known to be close to Trump and has met him privately on several occasions.

"The Land Of The Living Dead": Inside San Francisco's Most Disgusting City Block

Over the last year or two, San Francisco has become notorious for having some of the dirtiest major city blocks in the United States. In fact, things have gotten so bad that the city has employed full-time workers that it pays almost $200,000 per year to clean up human feces on the ground which, along with heroin needles and litter, have put the city streets into total disarray.



The New York Times was the latest to highlight what, exactly, life was like on Hyde Street, one of the dirtiest streets in the city. The area is just 15 minutes away from technology giants like Twitter and Uber, yet you'd never know by looking at it. The worst parts of Hyde Street are in the middle of the city's Tenderloin neighborhood. And according to the Times, for the people who called this block home, it’s "difficult to reconcile San Francisco’s liberal politics with the misery that surrounds them."

The 300 block of Hyde Street received 2227 complaints about cleanliness over the past decade, which was enough to register as more than any other block. The Times revisited this block several times throughout the course of 12 hours between 2PM and 2AM on a weekday and found the mentally ill, the drug addicted and residents who are at their wit's end.



And the implementation of the "poop patrol" can only do so much. The Times bumped into Yolanda Warren, who is a city resident that works around the corner from this block on Hyde Street. As she was getting her children off to school, the sidewalk in front of her office was "stained with feces and smelled like a latrine".

She, like many in the city, is forced to hose down the sidewalk every morning. Despite the city installing restrooms for the homeless, it hasn’t stopped them from going to the bathroom in the streets.

Warren told the Times: "Some parts of the Tenderloin, you’re walking, and you smell it and you have to hold your breath."

San Francisco now has around 4400 homeless people. Over the past three years, it has replaced more than 300 lamp posts that have been corrupted by dog and human urine. The urgency for this effort accelerated after a lamp post collapsed in 2015. Heroin needles are also a danger: the public works department and a nonprofit organization that helps them picked up 100,000 needles from the streets of the Tenderloin neighborhood over the last year. The city's public health department, which has its own needle recovery program, retrieved 164,264 needles in August alone through a disposal program and street cleanups.

One property manager in the area, Larry Gothberg, has managed a building on Hyde Street since 1982 and has kept a photographic journal of heroin users on the streets. He showed reporters from the Times a number of pictures of addicts sitting around motionless. He called it "the heroin freeze". He said, "They can stay that way for hours".



The tenderloin neighborhood is an area of older subsidized single occupancy apartment buildings, laundromats and organizations that are set up to help the indigent. Studio apartments there are about $1500 a month, which is on the low-end of a city where the median rent is $4500 a month. Many of the residents of the area are immigrant families. Drug users in the area are supplied by dealers who sell heroin, crack cocaine and amphetamines. This leads to obvious disputes and, occasionally, violence.

Adam Leising, a Hyde Street resident, told the Times: “It’s like the land of the living dead. We are the most advanced country in the world, and that’s what people are having to live with here.”

Leising said that after having to look at the street on a daily basis, usually walking home after finishing his shift at a nearby restaurant, the desperation brought him to the brink of depression. In response, he helped found the Lower Hyde Street association, which is a nonprofit organization that tries to help clean up the street. He feels that the city isn’t doing anything to rectify the drug problem because it doesn't want to spread the problem throughout other parts of the city.

The Tenderloin police station has, so far this year, made more than 3000 arrests, including 424 for dealing drugs. They called drug dealing the most significant issue impacting the quality of life in the neighborhood. A police spokeswoman for the Tenderloin neighborhood called it a "priority area". Gavin Newsom, who is running for governor next month, stated last month that the city had reached a point of "enough is enough".

The mayor, London Breed, was elected in June and has since announced plans to provide 1000 additional beds for the homeless over the next two years. Her first objective is to use the law in order to place some people into "conservatorship", which is involuntary removal from the streets for those who are mentally ill.

She told the Times "There are about 100 to 150 people who are clearly mentally ill and who are cycling through the system and who need to be forced into conservatorship. We know all of them."



Her office states that 12% of the people who use the services from the city's Department of Public Health account for 73% of the costs. She has also made inspections of neighborhoods, sometimes carrying a broom with her.

Other business owners, like Glenn Gustafik, who opened his barbershop on Hyde two years ago to escape the high rent of operating downtown, have been engaged in a battle with drug users. The homeless outside of his shop break the branches off of a tree and use the sticks to clean their pipes. He has gone through four trees outside of his shop because of this. After making a request to the city, they provided a fifth tree with wire mesh around it to protect it.

As the evening comes around, the 300 block of Hyde becomes somewhat of a flea market. People on the street sell everything from bikes to individually shrink wrapped steaks. When dawn rolls around, the city and other private organizations pick up the needles and the trash. It costs the city $70 million annually.

Mario Montoya Jr., who has worked in the city's Public Works Department for 30 years, concluded:

“By noon everybody is up and out, and here we go again.”

Major Hurricane Michael bearing down on Florida Panhandle

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — A fast and furious Hurricane Michael sped toward the Florida Panhandle on Tuesday night with 120 mph winds and a potential storm surge of 13 feet, giving tens of thousands of people precious little time to get out or board up.

Drawing energy from the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the storm strengthened rapidly into a potentially devastating Category 3 and was getting much better organized after nightfall. Forecasters said Michael could be near a very dangerous Category 4 by landfall, with further strengthening expected overnibght.

It was expected to blow ashore around midday Wednesday near Panama City Beach, along a lightly populated stretch of fishing villages and white-sand spring-break beaches.

While Florence took five days between the time it turned into a hurricane and the moment it rolled into the Carolinas, Michael gave Florida what amounted to two days’ notice. It developed into a hurricane on Monday, and by Tuesday, more than 180,000 people were under mandatory evacuation orders.

“We don’t know if it’s going to wipe out our house or not,” Jason McDonald, of Panama City, said as he and his wife drove north into Alabama with their two children, ages 5 and 7. “We want to get them out of the way.”

Coastal residents rushed to board up their homes and stock up on bottled water and other supplies.

As of 8 p.m. EDT, Michael was 255 miles (410 kilometers) south of Panama City, speeding northward at 12 mph (19 kph). Hurricane-force winds extended outward 45 miles (75 kilometers) from its center.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott warned it was a “monstrous hurricane,” and his Democratic opponent for the Senate, Sen. Bill Nelson, said a “wall of water” could cause destruction along the Panhandle.

“Don’t think that you can ride this out if you’re in a low-lying area,” Nelson said on CNN.

But some officials were worried by what they weren’t seeing — a rush of evacuees.
“I am not seeing the level of traffic on the roadways that I would expect when we’ve called for the evacuation of 75 percent of this county,” Bay County Sheriff Tommy Ford said.

Aja Kemp, 36, planned to stay in her mobile home in Crawfordville. She worked all night stocking shelves at a big-box store that was closing later Tuesday, then got to work securing her yard.

Kemp said the bill totaled over $800 when she and her family fled Hurricane Irma’s uncertain path last year.

“I just can’t bring myself to spend that much money,” she said. “We’ve got supplies to last us a week. Plenty of water. I made sure we’ve got clean clothes. We got everything tied down.”

In the dangerously exposed coastal town of Apalachicola, population 2,500, Sally Crown planned to go home and hunker down with her two dogs.

“We’ve been through this before,” she said. “This might be really bad and serious. But in my experience, it’s always blown way out of proportion.”

Mandatory evacuation orders went into effect in Panama City Beach and other low-lying areas in the storm’s path. That included Pensacola Beach but not in Pensacola itself, a city of about 54,000.

Forecasters said parts of the Panhandle and Florida’s marshy, lightly populated Big Bend area — the crook of Florida’s elbow — could see 9 to 13 feet (2.7 to 4 meters) of storm surge.

About 20 miles (32 kilometers) in from the coast, in Tallahassee, the state capital, people rushed to fill their gas tanks and grab supplies. Many gas stations in Tallahassee had run out of fuel, including the Quick ‘N’ Save, which was also stripped clean of bottled water and down to about two dozen bags of ice.

Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, Florida’s Democratic nominee for governor, helped people fill sandbags.

Several people were taken by van from coastal Wakulla County to Tallahassee’s Leon County to the north. Wakulla County’s shelters are not considered reliable against storms stronger than a Category 2.

Annette Strickland, 75, arrived at a Tallahassee high school. While glad to have a safe place to ride out the storm, she wasn’t happy that her home county couldn’t provide shelter.

“I feel like that they should’ve provided something,” she said. “That’s just me. I don’t want to be ugly.”

Michael could dump up to a foot (30 centimeters) of rain over some Panhandle communities before its remnants go back out to sea by way of the mid-Atlantic states over the next few days.

Forecasters said it could bring 3 to 6 inches (7 to 14 centimeters) of rain to Georgia, the Carolinas and Virginia, triggering flash flooding in a corner of the country still recovering from Florence.

“I know people are fatigued from Florence, but don’t let this storm catch you with your guard down,” North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper said, adding, “A number of homes have rooftop tarps that could be damaged or blown away with this wind.”

While Florence wrung itself out for days and brought ruinous rains, fast-moving Michael is likely to be more about wind and storm surge.

As the storm closed in on the U.S., it caused havoc in the Caribbean.
In Cuba, it dropped more than 10 inches (27 centimeters) of rain in places, flooding fields, damaging roads, knocking out power and destroying some homes in the western province of Pinar del Rio. Cuban authorities said they evacuated about 400 people from low-lying areas.

Disaster agencies in El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua reported 13 deaths as roofs collapsed and residents were carried away by swollen rivers.

First, there is no statute of limitations to protect against charges of fraud, breach of trust, murder or kidnapping --- all of which crimes have been committed against the American People.

Second, a first year law student should know this, which leads us to believe that in addition to the objections presented above, Karen Hudes is either: (a) dishonest or (b) incompetent.

3. Karen Hudes is presenting what she claims to be a "Secret" Constitution written in 1871, revealing an "insurmountable" debt on the part of "the United States".

First, our Federal Government doing business as a Confederation of States ceased operations in 1860 and has been "held in abeyance" since that time pending "Reconstruction" of the Federal "States of States".

[This circumstance in no way precludes nor prevents The United States of America [Unincorporated] and the sovereign States of our Union from operating in commerce and international trade, which is precisely what we have done and are doing. That is, we are under no obligation then or now to "reconstruct" anything.]

Second, the Municipal Government in 1871 was just getting organized and would not actually take form until 1878.

Third, this means that the only version of "federal" government operating in 1871 was the British Territorial United States and its corporation doing business as "the United States of America" (Incorporated).

Fourth, this means that it is the British entity dba "the United States of America" that admitted insurmountable debt in 1871 and agreed to any such "Secret Constitution"----- not the American Holding Company dba "The United States of America" [Unincorporated].

Fifth, this is consistent with the known fact that Andrew Jackson's Administration paid off all American debts related to the Revolutionary War and subsequent activities just a few years prior to the so-called Civil War.

Sixth, Ms. Hudes willingness to "accept" the "insurmountable debts" of the British Territorial United States as if they were any debts of ours again demonstrates that she is: (a) dishonest or (b) incompetent.

We are sick to death of this nonsense and all the persons pretending to "represent" us in any capacity whatsoever.  We are here, we are of age, we have given due notice and due process to all concerned. 

Give us what is rightfully ours and get out of our way. 

Rebuttal on charges against Freewill by the road pirates

Several weeks ago my brother created a post here on nesaranews claiming the defunct bankrupt corporate STATE OF MICHIGAN had several charges against me for "Driving" my truck. A couple of these charges were alleged as felonies for resisting arrest and having several shot gun shells rolling around in the back of my truck.

Many people are having a hard time understanding jurisdiction, but it is simple enough once you wrap your head around it.

When you enter a new jurisdiction it is like crossing a border into a different country. Different laws and standards and even different languages apply. Unfortunately, there is no well-marked border crossing and you can slip back and forth across the jurisdictional border without being aware of it.

Therein lies the proverbial rub.

You were all born in what is called "Original Jurisdiction" --- the land and soil jurisdiction of the States and People.

However, thanks to Breach of Trust and legal chicanery on the part of the British Monarch and the Government of Westminster and the British Crown, you are purposefully mis-identifed within a few days after your birth and registered as a British Territorial Citizen.

This falsification of the Public Record results in you being "presumed" to be a subject of the Queen, strips you of all your Constitutional guarantees, and holds your Good Name and Estate as chattel backing the Queen's debts. It also places you in a foreign jurisdiction.

You are supposed to be a man living on the land and soil of Illinois -- for example, but instead, soon after your birth, your Name and Estate are "unlawfully converted" and suddenly, instead of living in Illinois, you are residing in the British Territorial "State of Illinois".

You have crossed the imaginary border between the land and sea and in effect, entered a nightmarish Land of Oz. You have left your Original Jurisdiction on the land and soil of the American States, been disguised as a foreign British "vessel" and unknowingly cast adrift in the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea. All without leaving your crib.

Instead of speaking plain English, you are are now supposed to know and speak "Federalese" -- a foreign derivative language full of "terms of art" and deceit, where the word "person" suddenly means "corporation" and the word "human" refers to a "monster" and the words "state, State and United States" all mean "the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation".

Obviously, a British Territorial Citizen is very much like a slave. They are "presumed" to have voluntarily donated everything they are and own -- their bodies, their assets, their names --- to the Queen and the British Crown Corp, in exchange for "privileges and benefits", which the slaves pay for themselves.

And you are told nothing whatsoever about all these cozy arrangements and presumptions. Neither you nor your parents are ever informed by your worthless, dishonorable Trustees. Yet this unconscionable contract is enforced upon you just as rigorously as if you had actually, consciously, willfully signed up to act as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service.

It's enforced upon you by members of the Bar Association, who are all Undeclared Foreign Agents working for the Government of Westminster and/or the Queen, and all holding "Titles of Nobility" as "knights" or "esquires" of these foreign governments.

That's why they have in fact been prohibited from holding any Public Office or position of trust in our actual land jurisdiction government since 1819.

Some of these men and women are in on the joke and know full well that you have been mis-identified and kidnapped without your knowledge or consent into their foreign jurisdiction, the better to prey upon you and seize your assets.

Most of them are simply trained like dumb animals to do a job without thinking too deeply about it, and are victims of this "System" just like the rest of us.
Anyway, this is how you came to be in their "Land of Oz" reality: you were shanghaied into their jurisdiction.

And how, Dorothy, do you get home again? How do you cross back over that imaginary border and get back to your Original Jurisdiction, where there are no Flying Monkeys and you can tell the Wicked Witch to stuff it up her Royal Bum?

It's not quite as simple as clicking the heels of your Ruby Slippers, though it should be.

Our Living Law Firm Team has been painstakingly, step by step, researching the question and developing the ways and means of correcting the Public Records and as we go, sharing the information with all of you, to help you reclaim your Good Names and Estates and get back to Original Jurisdiction one-by-one.

But obviously, this is a major educational effort, frought with various obstacles, and such one-by-one return to the land and soil is not going to happen quickly enough to save the vast majority of Americans from the Creditors of these British Bunko Artists.

Remember -- as a British Territorial Citizen you are presumed to be "standing" as chattel and collateral for the Queen's debts and also the debts of the British Crown. And they all claimed bankruptcy protection. So where are you now?

Right in the cross-hairs of the international banks, coming to collect on all this British debt that we supposedly underwrote.

In response to this, we have placed international liens on the British Territorial States of States and the Municipal STATES OF STATES and together with the Federal State Trusts, have rolled all the assets back to Original Jurisdiction.

You are living in Illinois again, not the State of Illinois, and that means -- although it takes time for the word to get out-- that the "legal presumptions" have to change, too. The Bar Association Members and their Courts can no longer just assume control of you or seize your assets or distribute your property as they see fit.

They have to assume that you are an American, not a British Territorial Citizen.

You can grab Toto in your arms, and say, "I'm an American National born in Kansas on the 4th of February 1952 and I act in no other capacity."

You still have to correct your own Public Records. Still have to claim ownership of your own Good Name and Estate. (www.annavonreitz.com, Article 928) And soon you will need to come forward and enter Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Claims, too, just for good measure.

You will have to learn about jurisdiction and all the choices you have open to you as ways and means to conduct your own affairs, but the worst of it is over.
