According to multiple recently launched stories, within the next few days a harmful toxic cloud of radiation could be coming upon the West Coast of America, requiring that a radiation alert be issued while a Fukushima alert to the world has also gone out. While the mainstream media has absolutely ignored the unfolding Fukushima disaster, various alternative news providers have mentioned that these warnings are not necessary. We absolutely disagree and have the following reasons set out before us as information displaying the signs of a Fukushima radiological disaster unfolding before our eyes here in North America and upon the West Coast and throughout the Pacific Ocean that direct us to determine that Fukushima poses a direct threat to all life

Sometimes things that are true just sound too outrageous to be believed. We all have been misled before, so a healthy amount of uncertainty is one of the resources of life we obtain through experience. When we listen things such as there being a 100 mile “Constitution Free Zone” we normally anticipate that there is more to the tale than meets the eye. We suspiciously think that someone must have overstated or probably got some bad details. If only that were the case.

This is a time of unmatched evil in the world. Many Peoples in America are looking for sanctuary and direction with regard to dealing with these unprecedented times of tyranny. Historically, Peoples in America look to their church for redemption and direction. However, most of the present churches have been taken over from within by the very evil we fear. Many of your religious leaders have become the newest version of Benedict Arnold with regard for their faith. In brief, most 501-C-3 churches do NOT represent God

LaVena Johnson was a soldier who recruited in the Military in 2003. She was the first woman from Missouri to die in Iraq. What occurred to this young black woman was terrible. She was found in her tent with a gunshot wound to the head, a damaged nose, dark eye, loose teeth, acid burns on her genital area, and a trail of blood going away from her tent. What is even more terrible is the Department of Defense has formally decided her death a suicide. The autopsy report and pictures exposed that her death was discrepant with a suicide, and looked consistent with a rape-murder, but as far as the U.S. Criminal Investigative Command for the Military is concerned the case remains shut

All over The United States, felons are using improvised technology to electronically open up vehicles and steal whatever they discover within. These “mystery gadgets” allegedly recreate the same signals that the key fobs that so many of us hold around send out. As you will see below, video is taking up nationwide of thieves using these “mystery gadgets” to remotely open up car doors and turn off security systems. Once a car has been unlocked, it takes these thieves just a few minutes to take what they want before leaving without a track. This is now occurring all over the country, and authorities do not know any way to avoid it from happening. For now, the most common piece of advice that cops are providing to people is to not leave any valuable items within your vehicle at all

A couple weeks ago, Tory MP Esther McVey, Iain Duncan Smith's deputy, insisted it was "right" that half a million Britons be dependent on food banks in "tough times". Around the same time, the motor racing heiress Tamara Ecclestone totted up a champagne bill of £30,000 in one night. A wealthy youngster in Texas has just got away with probation for drunkenly running over and killing four people because his attorneys defended successfully that he suffered from "affluenza", which cause him incapable to handle a car sensibly. US Government Orders 14 Million Doses of Potassium Iodide

From: legal_reality
Subj: Fwd: » US Government Orders 14 Million Doses of Potassium Iodide
3 January A.D. 2014

The legal side of this issue takes us to the "limits" on what "government" can do and what "government" should do regarding accuracy and frequency of information on such matters.  Is there a duty to speak, even in our commercial setting, and, if so, when does it arise and what is the scope of that duty?

The Scriptural side takes us instantly to Egypt and Joseph (the first son of two of the loved wife).  During the years of plenty, that which was produced was stored by the "government."  Then, during the years of want, the people ended up selling themselves as "slaves," in the very literal sense of "humans owning humans," in order to survive.  If the stockpile of potassium iodide is in the hands of the "government," then those who want that will bow to the "government."

Egypt happened because Israel, as extremely small a family as it was at that time, got extremely sideways with God's standards very early on. (One incident isn't recorded in Scripture, and it has to do with the "rape" of the one sister those brothers had. They, two in particular, responded by taking out the entire community in which that guy (a fiance?) lived, rather than just the guy. [See the book of Jasher] )  So, off to Egypt they were sent.  It'd be some 400+ years before God would call Moses back from his desert retreat to lead "slave" Israel out of Egyptian bondage, which "frame of mind" we're still trying to shake.

IMF's epic plan to conjure away debt and dethrone bankers!!!

Subject: IMF's epic plan to conjure away debt and dethrone bankers!!!

TO ALL:: PLEASE NOTE THE DATE!!!

So there is a magic wand after all. A revolutionary paper by the International Monetary Fund claims that one could eliminate the net public debt of the US at a stroke, and by implication do the same for Britain, Germany, Italy, or Japan.

One could slash private debt by 100pc of GDP, boost growth, stabilize prices, and dethrone bankers all at the same time. It could be done cleanly and painlessly, by legislative command, far more quickly than anybody imagined.
The conjuring trick is to replace our system of private bank-created money -- roughly 97pc of the money supply -- with state-created money. We return to the historical norm, before Charles II placed control of the money supply in private hands with the English Free Coinage Act of 1666.
Specifically, it means an assault on "fractional reserve banking". If lenders are forced to put up 100pc reserve backing for deposits, they lose the exorbitant privilege of creating money out of thin air.
The nation regains sovereign control over the money supply. There are no more banks runs, and fewer boom-bust credit cycles. Accounting legerdemain will do the rest. That at least is the argument.
Some readers may already have seen the IMF study, by Jaromir Benes and Michael Kumhof, which came out in August and has begun to acquire a cult following around the world.

Entitled "The Chicago Plan Revisited", it revives the scheme first put forward by professors Henry Simons and Irving Fisher in 1936 during the ferment of creative thinking in the late Depression.
Irving Fisher thought credit cycles led to an unhealthy concentration of wealth. He saw it with his own eyes in the early 1930s as creditors foreclosed on destitute farmers, seizing their land or buying it for a pittance at the bottom of the cycle.
The farmers found a way of defending themselves in the end. They muscled together at "one dollar auctions", buying each other's property back for almost nothing. Any carpet-bagger who tried to bid higher was beaten to a pulp.
Benes and Kumhof argue that credit-cycle trauma - caused by private money creation - dates deep into history and lies at the root of debt jubilees in the ancient religions of Mesopotian and the Middle East.
Harvest cycles led to systemic defaults thousands of years ago, with forfeiture of collateral, and concentration of wealth in the hands of lenders. These episodes were not just caused by weather, as long thought. They were amplified by the effects of credit.
The Athenian leader Solon implemented the first known Chicago Plan/New Deal in 599 BC to relieve farmers in hock to oligarchs enjoying private coinage. He cancelled debts, restituted lands seized by creditors, set floor-prices for commodities (much like Franklin Roosevelt), and consciously flooded the money supply with state-issued "debt-free" coinage.
The Romans sent a delegation to study Solon's reforms 150 years later and copied the ideas, setting up their own fiat money system under Lex Aternia in 454 BC.
It is a myth - innocently propagated by the great Adam Smith - that money developed as a commodity-based or gold-linked means of exchange. Gold was always highly valued, but that is another story. Metal-lovers often conflate the two issues.
Anthropological studies show that social fiat currencies began with the dawn of time. The Spartans banned gold coins, replacing them with iron disks of little intrinsic value. The early Romans used bronze tablets. Their worth was entirely determined by law - a doctrine made explicit by Aristotle in his Ethics - like the dollar, the euro, or sterling today.
Some argue that Rome began to lose its solidarity spirit when it allowed an oligarchy to develop a private silver-based coinage during the Punic Wars. Money slipped control of the Senate. You could call it Rome's shadow banking system. Evidence suggests that it became a machine for elite wealth accumulation.
Unchallenged sovereign or Papal control over currencies persisted through the Middle Ages until England broke the mould in 1666. Benes and Kumhof say this was the start of the boom-bust era.
One might equally say that this opened the way to England's agricultural revolution in the early 18th Century, the industrial revolution soon after, and the greatest economic and technological leap ever seen. But let us not quibble.
The original authors of the Chicago Plan were responding to the Great Depression. They believed it was possible to prevent the social havoc caused by wild swings from boom to bust, and to do so without crimping economic dynamism.
The benign side-effect of their proposals would be a switch from national debt to national surplus, as if by magic. "Because under the Chicago Plan banks have to borrow reserves from the treasury to fully back liabilities, the government acquires a very large asset vis-à-vis banks. Our analysis finds that the government is left with a much lower, in fact negative, net debt burden."
The IMF paper says total liabilities of the US financial system - including shadow banking - are about 200pc of GDP. The new reserve rule would create a windfall. This would be used for a "potentially a very large, buy-back of private debt", perhaps 100pc of GDP.
While Washington would issue much more fiat money, this would not be redeemable. It would be an equity of the commonwealth, not debt.
The key of the Chicago Plan was to separate the "monetary and credit functions" of the banking system. "The quantity of money and the quantity of credit would become completely independent of each other."
Private lenders would no longer be able to create new deposits "ex nihilo". New bank credit would have to be financed by retained earnings.
"The control of credit growth would become much more straightforward because banks would no longer be able, as they are today, to generate their own funding, deposits, in the act of lending, an extraordinary privilege that is not enjoyed by any other type of business," says the IMF paper.
"Rather, banks would become what many erroneously believe them to be today, pure intermediaries that depend on obtaining outside funding before being able to lend."
The US Federal Reserve would take real control over the money supply for the first time, making it easier to manage inflation. It was precisely for this reason that Milton Friedman called for 100pc reserve backing in 1967. Even the great free marketeer implicitly favoured a clamp-down on private money.
The switch would engender a 10pc boost to long-arm economic output. "None of these benefits come at the expense of diminishing the core useful functions of a private financial system."
Simons and Fisher were flying blind in the 1930s. They lacked the modern instruments needed to crunch the numbers, so the IMF team has now done it for them -- using the `DSGE' stochastic model now de rigueur in high economics, loved and hated in equal measure.
The finding is startling. Simons and Fisher understated their claims. It is perhaps possible to confront the banking plutocracy head without endangering the economy.
Benes and Kumhof make large claims. They leave me baffled, to be honest. Readers who want the technical details can make their own judgement by studying the text here.
The IMF duo have supporters. Professor Richard Werner from Southampton University - who coined the term quantitative easing (QE) in the 1990s -- testified to Britain's Vickers Commission that a switch to state-money would have major welfare gains. He was backed by the campaign group Positive Money and the New Economics Foundation.
The theory also has strong critics. Tim Congdon from International Monetary Research says banks are in a sense already being forced to increase reserves by EU rules, Basel III rules, and gold-plated variants in the UK. The effect has been to choke lending to the private sector.
He argues that is the chief reason why the world economy remains stuck in near-slump, and why central banks are having to cushion the shock with QE.
"If you enacted this plan, it would devastate bank profits and cause a massive deflationary disaster. There would have to do `QE squared' to offset it," he said.
The result would be a huge shift in bank balance sheets from private lending to government securities. This happened during World War Two, but that was the anomalous cost of defeating Fascism.
To do this on a permanent basis in peace-time would be to change in the nature of western capitalism. "People wouldn't be able to get money from banks. There would be huge damage to the efficiency of the economy," he said.
Arguably, it would smother freedom and enthrone a Leviathan state. It might be even more irksome in the long run than rule by bankers.
Personally, I am a long way from reaching an conclusion in this extraordinary debate. Let it run, and let us all fight until we flush out the arguments.
One thing is sure. The City of London will have great trouble earning its keep if any variant of the Chicago Plan ever gains wide support.

Bluwolf Clarification

Clarification

There is no time limit on this exchange, that's not correct first of all, no limitations whatsoever. And IMO having or releasing your reserves at the end once it rv's I do not consider it being a double dip, however acquiring reserves at the last minute SURELY IS.

Do not be fool by the hype or misinformation being carried out by the malintended sent forth by some greedy bank source spokesman.

Once we rv there is at least a 30 day exchange period, it has always been that way (for there are trillions around the world to be recollected), now you can take that on with a forex or private banker to the validity of my argument, honestly I am sick and tired of all this last minute hype this should plainly stop for it is uncalled  for and it is dead wrong, and you site owners please do what is correct and verify what these jokers say before you publish it, for they are confusing and making people think that they have a lot of obstacles to go over when honestly they do not for this is a plain and normal exchange.

Some folks brought in what I call there last minute ENIGMAS AND THEY HAVE MOST OF YOU HYPNOTIZED BELIEVING IN THEM, just ask yourselves where did they come from ? What are there real agendas? Who sent them? And why now ?

Interesting to say the most isn't it.

Giving out malinformation is a big mistake and you can get in a heap of trouble simply by letting it out without verifying its validity. Help the people this is my message for right now you are hurting them with someones malintended lies and that is not Gods intention at all, He wants the highest and the best for His children now with that said keep it in mind for you cannot serve to masters and get away with it, are we clear

Where Is The Outrage?

How many wars of aggression has our country engaged in since WWII? Declared or not, people died. What was the rationale for going to war and how much resemblance did that have to the true reason? Our government lied to justify invading Iraq as one example. Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis were slaughtered in that war of aggression. Thousands of American lives were lost needlessly as well. Our young military men and women were desensitized to killing by the similarity to video games and took out journalists, photographers, Iraqi civilians, including children as though it were one of their video games and they were scoring points. And when someone like Bradley Manning exposes those war crimes, instead of the perpetrators being held accountable, he is incarcerated and held unconstitutionally for months and then years in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day. The United Nations has declared that as torture. In my opinion, he should be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
In addition to that, when elements of our government found a conscience and exposed the lies that took us to war, they were vilified and their careers destroyed. Two examples that come to mind were Joe Wilson and his wife, Valorie Plame. How many of the people she worked with around the world were arrested or killed because Dick Chaney outed her as a CIA operative? That was a treasonous offense but instead of going after him, they offered up Scooter Libbey who takes the fall and is then granted immunity by Baby Bush. Where is the outrage from the American people?
Since that time, the NSA has taken it upon themselves to spy on every aspect of our lives just because they have the means to and of course, 9/11 gave them the perfect excuse to do so. Problem/Reaction/Solution. Another man with a conscience finds the courage to out this to the American people. Now Edward Snowden is a man with no country. By the way, Congress gave their approval for this violation of the Bill of Rights and don't let them tell you otherwise when they come whining for your vote. So who's feet get held to the fire? The man who was courageous enough to let us know what further freedoms we've lost.
Elements of our government are doing these things every day. They are invading other countries or trying to start more wars of aggression, like with Iran a couple of years ago and with Syria last summer. This gives me hope as I witnessed for the first time in history a people saying "No! No more war." And our voice was heard. The same thing happened in the UK. This trend needs to continue. Every time the elite try to start another war in our name for the purpose of grabbing more of the world's wealth, we need to stand up and shout "NO!" They can't wage a war if no one agrees to fight it. Every time Congress tries to vote to allow the administration or elements of the alphabet agencies to stomp on our rights, we need to tell them en mass be prepared to pack up and go home, if you vote that way.
Every country needs to stay within it's own borders and leave other countries alone. And I would put the United States at the top of that list. Who is it that keeps the turmoil going in the world? Is it the average person who just wants to live in peace, work at a job they enjoy, raise their family and put a little money aside for retirement? It's a handful of narcissists who think because they hold most of the chips that gives them the right to decide how the world should be run. And they will continue to do these things as long as we allow it. As long as we blindly follow the corporate run media and believe the political B.S. they put out, as long as we allow ourselves to be dependent on them.
That's why it concerns me to see so many on the Welfare rolls. In our town of maybe 15,000, I see so many on Welfare. They don't look like there is anything wrong with them. I also see 'help wanted' signs all over town. Granted, they aren't the old wonderful manufacturing jobs like we used to have. But there is more honor in working to take care of yourself and your family than allowing the government to lull you into a false sense of security that your Welfare check and food stamps will always be there. Because I promise you, one day soon that limb you crawled out on to get your freebies will be cut off behind you. And then you will have no safety net. What will you do then, riot? That's exactly what the elite want. Then you will have given them the perfect reason to declare martial law and take away the few freedoms you still have.
The area I live in is one of the most economically depressed counties in my state. I was working at a minimum wage job after losing the wonderful manufacturing job I'd held for 27 years. Two years of college only increased my wages by $2.00 over minimum. Instead of going on Welfare, which I was eligible for, I searched out a job that paid double the minimum wage. It wasn't easy, but I kept looking and asking questions. If I can do that at past retirement age, I'm pretty sure most people can do the same. I am not anyone special. But I have more pride than to sit back and collect the table scraps from the massah. If, at some point, I become physically unable to work, that is beyond my control. But otherwise, I see no excuse to be on the Welfare rolls.
Ask yourself why this administration was encouraging people to sign up for Welfare. Ask why they were so hot to embrace all the illegal aliens already here and refused to do common sense things like secure our borders. Do you seriously believe it was because they cared about all those families who would be torn apart if the parents had to leave and the children born here were allowed to stay? Right! First of all, hand out enough lollipops and those grateful people will vote for you. Secondly, you have a lot more people fighting for jobs instead of paying attention to how the elite are running the country. That will bring us to our economic knees faster, which is their goal.
What if we had an election and no one showed up? Everyone wants to complain about how badly the country is being run, but when it comes time for the next election, the majority of the people who vote, trot right off and reelect the same people who have already run this country into a third world status. Why would you continue to reelect them? Either like Gerald Celente says, "Stay Home - Don't vote." Or find the time to research voting records of those running for office and have the courage to vote for the best person for the job, no matter what the political party is. I have voted for Ralph Nader and Ross Perot. Either of those men would have done a far better job of running this country than what we've had. I don't consider that as 'throwing my vote away' as the political bosses try to tell you. I'm not about to vote for the 'lesser of two evils'. Because you can be sure if both candidates got the nod from the party bosses, they're both corrupt.
You don't think that most of Congress is corrupt? Ask yourself who allowed the corporations to leave our shores and profit from it? For the most part, those same people keep getting voted back into office, term after term. No wonder they consider themselves untouchable. It's no wonder they keep doing things that impact badly on Americans. They don't care. They know the majority of Americans were raised in households that were staunchly Democrat or Republican. Most will vote the party line because it's what they've always done.
Learn critical thinking. Don't take any politicians word for anything. Don't vote for the party. Both are corrupt to the hilt. When they come begging for your vote, ask them some hard questions. Ask them how they voted on issues that are important to you. But don't just take their word for it. Do your homework.
What would happen if the vast majority of people would vote for someone who ran as a Libertarian or a Constitutionalist? You can bet you'd see a move to restore our Constitutional rights. None of that is going to happen as long as the majority of us are happy to just get by on the Welfare teat, afraid to rock the boat politically, afraid to stick our necks out. And none of that will happen as long as we have only two parties playing musical chairs very election.
What is it going to take to wake America up? Total gun confiscation? That just might do it. Look for that move this year.

Billionaire Predicts Collapse of All Currencies is Coming (BS - omg)!!!

The dark years of Illuminati are over.

Once on the brink of extinction, the secret society has powerfully re-emerged in the United States.

In fact, it now wields more power than ever.

As founder of a major publication, Wall Street Daily, I can say the following with absolute conviction….

Illuminati was behind every consequential wealth event of the past year.

Its biggest coup was the emergence of bitcoin. (Crypto-currencies have always been the classic signature of Illuminati.)

Please be warned…

THIS IS WHAT they are pitching (below) as "EDISON's Currency" - OMG!!!  FYI - they CRASHED BITCOIN over the last few months!

PLEASE BE WARNED!!!

ALL THE COMPANIES listed in this piece are CABAL owned (the Illumanati spider web spreads far & wide) - they are trying to set things up to CONTROL IT ALL.

They are playing the same old game -- destroy something - then bring in something else that looks like a rose -- and take it all over!

Dear Reader,

There's a story developing now that may scare you.

A true threat to the Fed's… actually a true threat to every central bank's… cartel-like control over your financial security has risen up.

Steve Hanke was a Senior Economic Adviser to President Reagan.

He's calling this phenomenon "a competitive threat to all currencies."

He's right. 36 U.S. cities across 20 states have now abandoned our dollar. But that's not the only currency in danger. People are abandoning the euro, the pound, yen… you name it.

Warren Buffett has warned that we should "fear paper money."

But it's not just paper money. In China they're actually abandoning their gold. So no money is sacred now.

The head of Google, Eric Schmidt, recently held a secret meeting in a remote cottage in the English countryside to discuss what's happening… and what's about to unfold. He revealed this story is "changing society."

Unfortunately, the mainstream media is keeping the American people in the dark about this. That's why we did our own investigation.

Now, this is controversial and it's not for everyone. But, you have to see our findings before it's too late. Click here to continue

Self-defense against the "constitution-ists" among us

From: legal_reality
Subj: Self-defense against the "constitution-ists" among us
3 January A.D. 2014

As we enter another year finding ourselves among an entire nation that's been lullabied to sleep regarding a number of things, including the form of government (at STATE and national levels), here are a few self-defense concepts to have at the ready.

1. Ask the party promoting the "constitution" - as if it had some significance as "admissible evidence of law" - what the form of government was in America at the time of the formal separation from England.

When the "constitution-ist" says, "Republic, of course," then

2. Ask the "constitution-ist" why the Declaration "declares" the form as a democracy, and then also why the Supreme Court quietly but plainly, to this very day, still describe(s) our present system as "an experiment in democracy."

When the "constitution-ist" acknowledges that the original form was that of a "democracy," then

3. Ask the "constitution-ist" how a democracy changes its form.

After getting a "deer in the headlights" look, and, a stammering, stuttering, "Well, by the constitution, of course!", then

4. Ask the "constitution-ist" where the plebiscite is. [plebiscite: a vote by which the people of an entire country or district express an opinion for or against a proposal especially on a choice of government or ruler - Websters' New Collegiate Dictionary.]

When the "constitution-ist" acknowledges that there isn't one, and still keeps going, anyway, then

5. Ask where any State had authority to create a super-sovereign.

When the "constitution-ist" acknowledges that no State (where viewed as a "constitutional" system, itself, which not one of them was, and for the same reason as above -- no plebiscite) was authorized to create a "power" superior to itself (
hence the ever-echoing objection permeating the entirety of the Philadelphia Convention, to this effect, "We don't have the authority to do this"), and still keeps going anyway, then

6. Ask where the document defines "Citizen of the United States."

When the "constitution-ist" acknowledges that there was no such definition, until about the time of the "14th Amendment," i.e., nothing from the outset, and still keeps going anyway, then

7. Ask where the plebiscite is, even after that.

When the "constitution-ist" acknowledges that there was no such thing, not even then, and still keeps on going, then just rest 100% assured that the speaker/author is so far into cognitive dissonance as perhaps to be incurable in the area.

["But indeed, no person has a right to complain, by suit in Court, on the ground of a breech of the Constitution. The Constitution, it is true, is a compact (contract), but he [the person] is not a party to it. The States are a party to it..." [emphasis added]. [Padelford, Fay & Co. vs. The Mayor and Alderman of the City of Savannah, 14 Ga. 438 (1854)]. "The States" referred to, here, are the governments of The States, not the people of the States.]

To engage that discussion, it helps to be confident in each of these particular matters (and there are many, many more, but this is sufficient to expose the "constitution-ist" as being somewhere other than in the world of our present legal reality).

"Constitution-ists" mean well, but they really don't "get it," yet.  It is a wicked paradigm shift, but we just can't continue to consider them as having any idea, at all, what our legal environment is, thus, what the problem is, thus what the solution is.

To argue the "constitution" in our present environment is to perpetuate the "blame game," because the objective of the "constitution-ist" is to change someone, something [anything], other than the person found in the mirror, and the only solution we have starts with - change the person we find in the mirror.

There are control mechanisms over this Nazi-communo-fascist system.  There are!  But, they're commercial in nature, not political, not philosophical, but commercial.  Thus, they're individual in nature, not something that develops from "group think."  The current environment can't be fixed from the top down. The marketplace has to respond from the bottom up.  Where the people lead, the "leaders" will follow.

Use this self-defense mechanism well, and with some measure of patience, and those who feel they'd benefit in a "refresher" course as to how/why this list of questions ends the discussion, that is available.
